The receptionist was so helpful and kind to me today when I called with some extensive questions. Ive always had an amazing experience here. I dont have insurance and Futures has always worked with me. Highly recommend!

What I really like about this clinic is that they have a lot of prescriptions on hand. I have been told I needed iron tablets, or antibiotics during appointments and Im always pleasantly surprised when Chris (shes the lady at the front and shes always super nice and goes the extra mile to help) opens her filing cabinet and hands me the medicine before I leave. I hate having to wait at a pharmacy so its really nice that they give you your medicine without having to go to one. It shows me that they are very personal and prepared. Shout out to my new doctor Peggy! She has been wonderful too and cured me several times. Everyone I have met at the clinic has been competent and respectful. Chris even offered to put my quarter in my meter if my time ran out while I was in my check up. This place is the best! Thanks!

Went for birth control and we agreed to try a low dose for three months.Went back for a check-up and told her it wasnt working out so she suggested something else. The NP also listened to my problems, suggested we do a smear, and figured out I had two infections going on before the end of our appointment. I told her I wanted to go for the copper IUD in a few months. I expected to be pressured to go ahead with a different hormonal birth control but she was very receptive to my concerns and made it known that what I want comes first.I left there with an appointment for an IUD consult and everything I needed to get my infections cleared up. Most respectful, honest, and kind staff Ive dealt with. Thank you for being a great place to go!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I really wanted an IUD for birth control but I felt lost and frustrated because I couldnt afford one and didnt have insurance. I tried Planned Parenthood but they wanted money just to have a consultation appointment. Luckily I was referred to the Futures Family Planning Clinic to ask for help. They understood that didnt have health insurance and helped me apply for a grant to get a free IUD and didnt charge me for the appointments or insertion. They even gave me free iron pills because my hemoglobin was depleted. They were kind, friendly, professional, and my gyno Liz was very understanding and patient. Would highly recommend their services if youre in a similar desperate situation or if you are looking for a place to sponsor they are plenty deserving.

In the past they could work you in for emergency appts. Today the man at the front desk was so unhelpful. I miss when the front desk woman worked there. She could always find a way to squeeze in a patient to get them seen.

Well I went in for my appointment and found out my husband couldnt go in with me. I kept asking for him to come in and all she would tell me is that this requires exstinsive medical history and wouldnt let him come in. I got to the point of begging her with tears in my eyes and she stood firm in it. I ended up getting up and walking out. I even had my husband take time off work so he can be there with me. I just feel more comfortable with him around. Let me sign a waiver or something. I am sorry I dont feel comfortable being blocked away from my best friend in presence of strangers. It makes me wounded what they really do behind those closes doors. Sorry I will take my business someplace else.

An absolute kind staff!! I went there to get something looked at and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice. I would 1000 out of 10 would recommend people go here! Such great doctors and nurses!!!!

They are very sweet and kind inside. They don’t care what it is that you are there for or need help they are always on your side with no judgement at all. They really do care about each and every person in there. And make sure you are taken well care of. They make sure whatever you need will get done as soon as possible! Best place I’ve been to so far, and hoping that will never change!

As a patient of this facility for over 20 years, I’ve never once had a bad experience. They’ve changed doctors as well as other staff since I first started going here, but NEVER have I had a negative experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Everyone is really sweet and welcoming and they offer so much. They have grant subsidy for low income so its really accessible.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thankful for this business and everything theyve done for my health.
