I cannot recommend. I purchased semaglutide from IMC via Groupon and they fulfilled it via a known scam pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy (you can look at their reviews - theyre known for sending fake medication or not sending the medication at all). Sure enough, they sent a bottle that either never got filled or had been tampered with. It only lasted one shot. I also had a weird burning feeling with that shot which has never happened in all the times Ive taken semaglutide. Innovative Mens Clinic has taken zero accountability for this matter despite that they chose to do business via Hallandale Pharmacy and not propertly vet their pharmacies.RESPONSE TO IMCS RESPONSE: You have a 3.7 rating here, hardly perfect, and 27 reviews, not thousands -- and the fact that youre unwilling to take accountability for providing meds through this non-reputable pharmacy shows the lack of customer service one can expect when things go wrong under the care of IMC. I already did reach out to your team by phone, and I was told to contact the pharmacy, however my Groupon is with you. I did not say the meds flat out did not work, what I said is they were not delivered as described -- your team even acknowledged the bottle was not filled properly, but they took zero accountability even though you all are the merchant I did business with via Groupon, and they told me contact Hallandale Pharmacy. You all should have reached out to Hallandale, and simply gotten me a redelivery of the medication from a legitimate pharmacy. I never agreed to do business with Hallandale, only with Innovative Mens Health. Your review just shows a total lack of commitment to your customers and a lack of customer service. Trying to diminish one customers experience by pointing out that you also have a few good reviews (again, only 27 here - so the sample size isnt even that big) is wrong and manipulative. It shows you dont value customers. Things go wrong with any business, its about how businesses respond to mistakes or problems. My problem is with you AND Hallandale -- as you must take accountability for the fact it was YOUR COMPANY who chooses to do business with and partner with this poorly rated pharmacy. They are a reflection of you. Please value your customers more and operate with integrity.

The staff are friendly, kind, prompt, supportive, and accommodating!I am receiving Semiglutide. I would definitely recommend this office to both men and women for a variety of anti aging and weight loss services.I am returning in a week for my lab results, and I scheduled my partner to go in as well.Thank you to the staff at Innovative Health clinic. Iv been going to Innovative clinic in Bellvue for about 2 years maybe. The first doctor seemed concerned about the issues I was having, he was good to me. The doctor that I have now and was switched to, Dr. Washington is great and awsome. He understands my issues, what the need for it and makes me want to feel like he wants to get to the root of my problems. I appreciate him and when you can relate to your doctor, it makes all the difference. When they really listen, use empathy and try to understand what your feeling like and how to fix it is the exact doctor you want to have. The staff in the office are exceptional also. They get you in a room as soon as you check in, do their nurse thing and Dr. Washington is right behind them. They are clearly organized there and have a team of professionals that kmow exactly what they are doing and how to treat their patients. Im happy there. 😊 My last visit was the same. I love when ALL the nurses work at the same time. I get to see everyone then......makes my day😁

Started HRT with the womens innovative side about 30 days ago. I honestly wish someone would have told me sooner that I could take my life back! Menopause symptoms were wreaking havoc on my life, work and relationships. It’s only been 30 days but the difference is drastic! I’m excited to see what the year brings. Dr. Washington was nice and explained things well. I appreciate the appointment reminder text bc I always forget appointments. Wil update this review in a month or two.

This place is a scam!Stay away from these guys.They led me to believe that I was paying $2500 for a prescription AND all my supplies. But after charging my credit card, they said that I would have to “pick up” my T at a pharmacy. After some back and forth follow up calls I found out they wanted me to PAY FOR ALL my supplies at a pharmacy in addition to their fee. Since this would cost me an additional $100-125/mo, or about $1200-1500/yr that was a big misleading addition.I was stunned and fuming angry when I went to the CVS to fill the prescription. Once there, CVS said “CVS will never fill a prescription by this prescriber”. They didn’t say why, perhaps this guy’s license was revoked , but it’s shocking that a major pharmacy chain refuses to fill his prescriptions.Realizing that all I got for my $2500 was in invalid prescription, I was fed up and asked for my money to be refunded. They said they would do so but now nearly 3 months and many phone calls later they still have not done so. Often they dodge my calls by screening with their caller ID. Of course, they do not call back when requested via messages I leave.Until I asked for my money back they finally did offer a blood test but I never saw the “doctor”.I don’t know what kind of scam they have going here but beware. There are other clinics out there that offer better service at much lower prices.If I could give them less than 1 star I would do so.

Just started T therapy a couple weeks ago. So far so good. Dr seems to have a solid plan. Ill change to a five star if I start seeing the same results that my wife did!

The place is under new management and has since gone above and beyond. I whole heartedly recommend this clinic to my friends now. Their customer service has been impeccable

I went to the Innovative Men’s Clinic for the treatment of low testosterone and ED. We discussed the various procedures and options for my situation. The doctor suggested that I receive a small dose of an injectable substance to see if it worked for me. I received the injection using a spring loaded device by the doctor. It felt like he hit my male member with a hammer. I could not believe it and commented on it. He acted like it was no big deal. They then proceeded to suggest what the optimum procedure would be. After another 20 minutes he was to check to see what an effect the injection had on me. He remarked on what a large hematoma I had and that I was bleeding. He put a cotton ball on it with no other comment.The assistant then came in to outline what the optimum procedure would entail and the cost. They then gave me a testosterone injection and supplied me with the instrument and two syringes of the injectable solution. I signed the paper work and paid for the entire optimum solution.When I got home I looked at my male member and found that the left half all black and blue and ached severely. I showed my wife and she could not believe it. She remarked that I went there to get help not to get injured. We decided at that moment that I was not going to participate in this program that would cause me such pain and discomfort. This was not good medicine or medical practice. If a medical professional would cause this, what could I do to myself? Either he was just incompetent or just didn’t care.Since the clinic is 30 miles from my home we decided that we would return when my next appointment was scheduled for on the following Wednesday as I wanted to see how long the hematoma lasted, which was the entire week.I kept my appointment and I explained to them exactly what had happened and took back all of the supplies and refused any more treatment from them. They gave me a form to complete for the refund and stated that would be handled by their Bellevue office. Nothing has ever been sent to me by mail or email nor did they ever attempt to communicate with me since that time. They did not express a concern over the injection complications nor have they issued a refund for any amount.I have written and called several time and they will not communicate with me. I am out $2548. The next step for me will be the Small Claims Court. Their Satisfaction Guarantee is a joke. If they cannot keep their word on this, can you believe anything else that they say?

Ive been with them a few years and have no complaints. They have always treated me with respect and I would recommend them to my friends. I was given several free samples of different types of ED meds in the beginning to see what works best for me. I settled on the trimix which gives me everything I need and more. Id like to describe but not sure it would fit proper in a public review post. Only thing I can say is stop missing out and give it a try with this place you might wish you came to them sooner.

Had an appointment for two ,couple weeks ago called ahead to make sure they had gas showed up I got into the cryotherapy chamber and within a minute and a half gas ran out not happy. Made appointment for today for 2, called all week talked to answering service they said just show up they would get the message to office. Using the 520 toll road . The Bellevue office male attendant at front desk told us to our face that he had not received phone calls. Dont pay upfront or any type of specials, normally dont give reviews but this one really was over the top. You would be a fool to use this location not recommended!

Be carful if you go to this clinic. I moved to Texas and they did not send me my product after I paid for it. They now will not answer my phone calls. Kerry
