Dr Havens was amazing very patient, easily to talk to and great communication. Went into further detail to describe certain things I was worried about! Overall clinic was very well managed everyone was very nice and the appointment went pretty quick and no issues at all!

For the behavioral health department:I’ve been coming here for about 8 years. In that time I had three therapists because they don’t stay here long. The first one was fine, she really did try and she cared, but she just wasn’t very good. Maybe if you have minor problems or have never been to therapy before.The second one was amazing, and I got a lot from my time with her, but she eventually left too.The most recent one I had, Valentina, was awful; she didn’t know what she was doing. Her approach was very entry-level and formulaic. She just sat there “active listening” and had little to nothing to contribute. She wasn’t even warm or supportive.My dad died and I had trouble getting myself together enough to make appointments. When I finally collected myself enough to schedule, I found out Valentina had “closed my case”. This meant that, without any warning or being notified, she had ended my access to services at SeaMar, who I’ve been with since about 2016.SeaMar will only allow you to see their psychiatrist (Hoffman is wonderful by the way) and therefore be prescribed medication if you agree to see specifically *their* therapists regularly (even though I see an external therapist weekly). So when she closed my case, she made me unable to see my psychiatrist, who will now no longer prescribe my *very important* medications, which run out in about 3 days.Now, in the midst of an emotional breakdown, I no longer have access to my medications or any therapeutic services.I know that SeaMar has always been poorly reviewed but for those past 8 years I would have given it a solid 3.5 stars. But after this experience it’s barely a 1. When I needed care the most, in that whole 8 years, Valentina made the decision to cut me off.Do not invest your time or money or energy into receiving services here. If it’s your only option then at least don’t let them assign you Valentina. I got bad vibes from her right off the bat and I ended up being right. She should not be given the responsibility of providing care to patients if she can’t support them.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years since I was a teenager because that was what I had known. I stopped going here in the last few years because I’ve developed severe anxiety after my last few attempts to seek medical care here and their lack of proactiveness.I remember on one occasion, a nurse in training was withdrawing my blood, but she could not find a vein—even though my skin is pale and the vein was so very easy to see! She stabbed me multiple times and it felt like the needle was being dug around in my arm. It was so painful!! I told the doctor about it during that visit and asked for someone else to withdraw my blood, but was told the nurse needed training. This did not make me comfortable at all.On several other occasions after that, I had tried to seek assistance for behavioral health. I filled out the required survey and was told there would be at least a 2-6 month waiting period because they had so many other patients also seeking behavioral health (because of the pandemic). Well, 6 months passed and I did not get contacted. It has now been 3 years since I applied for it, TWICE, because the first time they lost my survey application.I hate this place. I hate that it’s one of the few places available for those on low income/Medicaid/Medicare in the area. I hate that my experiences here have led to my anxiety about medical places in general.

Dr. Ronald Sebastian at Bellevue Sea-mar, did a great job extracting my tooth. Painless and the relief from the rotten tooth was a blessing. The staff here are helpful. They are actually caring kind people. Just like with any business, when it gets busy it gets hectic for everybody.

I had an appointment booked for 10am this morning and when I arrived at 9.58am the receptionist advised me that because I was late (stated I should have been there 15 min early) I should reschedule or sit and wait for someone else who might arrive late, as they had already given my slot to someone else. Never heard of such rubbish in my life. Let me add that my previous appointment I waited for over half an hour for the doctor after having my vitals taken by a nurse. Furthermore no apologies given by the doctor for being late.

This has place its drawbacks, but Im thankful for what they are doing.We had a 1PM appointment for vaccines and needed to reschedule, but we had called 8 times with being on hold for many hours and leaving call back numbers through the automated system - finally got someone on the line on the third day. We got our appointments pushed back to 4PM, so I thought Id arrive early at 3PM in case there are parking issues - and sure enough, the lot was completely packed. Thats expected though, as we are not the only ones trying to get our vaccine. The clinic was offering two lines - one for those with vaccine appointments and one for walk-ins. It took us 3 hours in that line to actually get our vaccine even with appointments, so people who were in the walk-in slots got to make appointments for another day to return.When we were finally in the room, I could tell that the person who was about to administer the shot to my 5 year old was tired, overworked and overly annoyed when my child had a panic moment. My child flinched because she took her time bringing the needle towards him, and honestly, this was not an issue that he previously had. Then that person told my child that she can call some big men to hold him down for the shot and that was where I drew the line and said Im done - I was not going to force my child to get his vaccine this way - not in a threatening manner that may scar him mentally.As I was walking out, another lady who was ready to give me my shot said she would take over. She calmly but quickly and efficiently showed my child that it was a quick process that literally took less than 1 second - before anyone could really react to the pain. As soon as she did mine, she quickly sanitized my childs arm and gave him his jab too.All in all, I cant say that Ive had the best experience but we did what needed to be done. Thank you to all of the staff there working effortlessly through the pandemic.

I have never seen anything this bad and unprofessional with zero care to human life. I called on 6/19 to make an appointment for my elderly 75yrs old Mom to go get her annual physical. My mom had history of cancer and getting her annual exams done is very important. I scheduled an appointment for July 5th then on 6/23 I get a voice message stating that my appointment was cancelled. I call back and they tell me there are no appointment till 8/29!!! unbelievable. Very rude lady does not want to even look at the calendar for the clinic and puts me on hold for an hour at a time.

I seen Arora and she is just amazing and very knowledgeable and proceeds with greatness, I must say this is way better than my previous doctor who considered me as a number; here you are well treated and cared for, not a number, I feel.

Seriously one of the worst clinics ever. They continually screw up my referrals and presciptions. The nurses are incompentent, but the doctors are nice and seem to care. However they are so overworked that they dont provide good service. The doctor has literally confused me with another patient so my prescriptions never got sent in. And twice now for my husband, and once for me, they didnt submit the correct presciption and we never got the correct one in time for actual treatment. My dermatoglogy refereral was sent to an out of network provider after they said it was in network. And my nutrition referel was sent over 1 year after requesting it. I realize they are trying their best but there has to be another way.

It wasnt very busy on a Saturday morning when we did a walk-in visit to get the Moderna vaccine for our toddler. The clinic had both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines available and asked which we preferred. After filling out paperwork, we scheduled an appointment for the second dose, and it was about a 20 minutes wait to get the vaccine. The receptionists were nice and the nurse was great with our toddler, who barely noticed that she had given him the shot.

Awful. Wait times are bad, staff is helpful but very rude. When I was waiting to be checked in I could hear a receptionist exchanging racist comments about Chinese people right in front of because they figured I didnt speak Spanish. Doctor was nice enough but also said a few insensitive things about my health.Is this really what we have to put up with for being low income? Dont we deserve a safe and respectful environment?

If I can rate 0 star I would. I was trying to get vaccinated. I called their number and their staff told me its walk in and its still available. I went to the clinic. There was a line. After 30 minutes of waiting in line, the front desk lady told me there are no more walk in slots. So I just wasted an hour of my time. Why couldnt the person on the phone tell me that? Why cant they put something up to say there are no more walk in slots!? Their operations are very messy. Please stay away.

My kids and I all were able to get vaccines from the walk in clinic when demand for vaccines were so high we couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. The staff was friendly and efficient. They’re bending over backwards to get out community vaccinated . Were there lines? Of course, but what do you expect when you show up without an appointment.

Do not come here for COVID vaccine unless you want to be stuck for half a day, even with appointments.They have a separate line for walk-ins and it is super long. The front desk is supposed to call the appointments first but they don’t always follow that. They randomly call from either line and some random people not in line also walked up to the front desk and got served. After I finally got my kids checked in after 2 hours. I was in the waiting area and I can see the screen of those front desk person. She was just switching screens randomly pretending to be busy while 30+ waiting to be checked in. The other lady sitting at the corner is good though.Lots of angry people because of that chaotic situation and gave up after waiting for hours.I will never consider this organization for any business in future and I don’t think anyone should.

We were desperately looking for covid shots for kids age 5 and 8. Everywhere was full or waiting times >2 hours. With kids that young wait times were our barrier. Sea Mar accommodated us , made the process smooth. They are also packed and are at full capacity, but never were rude or frustrated. The manager(Jeremy ) I think, was courteous every time I was there. Jesus ,our nurse was Fantastic. He gave the kids their shot in a blink. and then gave them lollipops. It was done even before they could start screen time :).These guys are doing a fantastic job serving the community.

I drove 25 minutes to be seen. My doctor is really good. But the front Desk staff is really rude. I was told on Friday that I could walk in Saturday to be seen coughing up dark flem. 1 person sitting in the lobby 1 van outside and 1 car. 4 people working at the front desk. I was met with we are booked at 8:45am Saturday morning. I asked can I wait in case someone cancels. I got sir we are booked. Mabey you should go to ER is what Martha Desilva told me. Then a guy chimes in with sir we don’t have any openings. I was never loud or threatening in any way what so ever. The passive aggressive get out please very rude. I should have been allowed to wait and see if someone canceled or didn’t show up. The guy even tried to pull your being aggressive card lol. As I asked question very calmly and professionally. They didn’t care that I was told I could walk in today and my drive and time. So when I said sir if I was being aggressive you would be on the floor. Please do not allow my confidence to offend your insecurities as I talk overly softly. Finally I get a full name of the person giving me service. Wich they are to provide the customer when asked. If I was a white man I probably would have been treated differently and accommodated. Horrible experience this morning. My skin is my sin for such treatment or lack there of.

Wish Id read the slew of other reviews before going here, but I was desperate trying to find a booster.I called and verified yesterday that they were doing walk-ins. Got there 10 minutes before opening per their suggestion, along with 50 other people. Then someone came out to let us know they had no staff to administer the shots, and that we should have made an appointment (which I tried to do and was told it was walk-in only). So they wasted at least an hour of about 50 peoples time.I get that healthcare workers are over-worked, compassion fatigue, etc. Im more than sympathetic - Im married to one. But this is administrative incompetence - why promise something you cant deliver? Go elsewhere.

Terrible management. There is reason they got these reviews.I tried to get COVID vaccine for my kid. Called 1st and told there was spot for walk in, and got rejected when getting there after 30 minutes drive. For 2d dose scheduled appointment, got rejected because of they have staff shortage, but didnt call or message any one untill you show up at the office. We were told they will honor same time slot on 2 day late because of that. When came for it, we were asked to the end of line for appointment no matter if they said they will honor same slot for it.

We had the worst inhumane experience trying to get vaccine for our child. We went in today morning and they gave us the form and asked us to come by evening 3pm for walk-in. We reached there before 3pm and waited in the line. The front desk person came out and told us if we have already got the form, we can wait in the line and will get the vaccine. We waited in the line with our child for one hour in cold and rainy weather and finally when our turn came the lady at the front desk told we would only get vaccine if we have time and date marked on our application form. The guy didnt add the date and time on our appointment form when he handed it to us that day morning. It was not informed to us that it was required until we finally reached the desk after waiting for an hour. We explained both of them our case and also told them there is no way we could have got their form without they giving it to us. They didnt have an iota of empathy for the child and were denied the vaccine and asked us to come another day.

They have the worst system and process in place which definitely needs a LOT of improvement. Taking a vaccine shots in pharmacy is much easier than getting one here (which is supposed to be the Medical Center). Atleast be considerate of kids waiting in the line for 1.5 hrs. It’s high time for the management to put a proper process in place. They give the same appointment slot to multiple people and mess up the process. Our appointment was at 3.15, reached there at 2.45 and my kid did not get the vaccine until 4.45 - Its just so frustrating.I cancelled my kid’s 2nd dose here. I completely understand the effort that the staff is putting in to make sure everyone who’s there gets their shot, at the same time it’s tiring for the staff and also for those who are waiting in line for hours. A proper process in place would make everyone’s life easier!

The people administering the Covid shots are really wonderful. Thank you to them!However, don’t schedule your Covid shot here. We waited 2 hours (90 minutes past appointment time). The only relief has been the sense of community forged with our linemates as we huddled in the cold and marveled at the comic mismanagement of the process. But don’t cry for us - we are one of the fortunate one who eventually did get the vaccine versus the others who waited 2 hours only to be told that they had stopped accepting walk ins once they reached the front.Don’t believe your appointment time - they mix the walk in and appointment holders in one line.If you enjoy filling out 7 page forms of the same questions over and over though - then it may be worth the wait as that will be your experience once you reach the frontThis may be a great place but I’d recommend a few simple process improvements thank you

I had an appointment at Sea-Mar Bellevue Medical Clinic for my booster shot. The manager Mr. Jeremy was courteous and professional. I only waited 20 minutes before getting my vaccination. They were organized in handling the large crowd. Highly recommend Bellevue Sea-Mar.

This is a great clinic. Go to their website and pre fill out your paperwork. If you’re getting the walk-in booster shot like I did, get there early. I was there at 7:15 and there were only 3 people in front of me. The staff and providers were very friendly and professional. I was in and out in under 30 min.

These people deserve recognition. In this scramble to get vaccines into people, they are working long hours and being very patient with everyone. The long lines, anxious people and coping with availability must be extremely taxing. We were lucky enough to get vaccinated there. It took several tries. They called us as they said they would when we did not get our shot after standing in line for quite a while the first time. The director of the center (?) was constantly coming out and reassuring everyone that names would be listed and people called if we did not get our shot that day. The team was great. Please please tell these fine folks when you go in to get your shot how much they are appreciated. Because they are doing an amazing job in these difficult times.

UPDATE: This facility failed to diagnose an autoimmune disease, though symptoms were repeatedly expressed. It took a small town doctor who took the time to review results and symptoms. If they had taken the time to listen, they would have tested for antibodies. The clinic may look a bit shaggy, but the doctors are thorough, and they have a lab. You can also get your results via MyChart.

After comparing my COVID vaccine experience here to my family and friends who went to various different clinics, my experience here sounded by far the worst. I got there early, filled out my paperwork, and everything seemed fine. I was taken back to one of the rooms where they left me to sit for an hour. They apologized that it was taking so long because one of their doctors was running behind. This clinic needs to manage their time better. If your doctors are an hour behind, dont schedule so many appointments.Avoid this place like the plague, even if you happen to have the plague.

Note: They cannot guarantee Covid vaccines for walk-ins and often do not know when the quota will get used up.I had a gone in as a walk-in for covid vaccine. Clinic Manager himself came out and notified that walk-ins quota for day was exhausted by 9:20am. He offered to book appointments for a few walk-ins as a courtesy. That is not his job. If you are looking for a covid vaccine and dont have an appointment, go early in the morning. They open at 8am.Important context to explain is Seamar is organization offers health services to underserved communities hence they do not have online appointment booking for vaccines as their target demographic doesnt have access to computers. They are also severely understaffed to handle the covid vaccine load. They are doing the best they can with the staff they have. Please have some empathy when reviewing them. Be kind.

I am so thankful to everyone for caring for my health for many years. Dr. Neha Yadav is so carrying. She always explains my health issues and referring to other clinics if needed. I have done blood test for few years. It is so convenient, got results on MyChart account in two days. Front desk staff are polite and hard working. During covid time dr. Yadav helped me so much. I can’t forget this. I moved to different location and could change doctor, but I decided to stay with this clinic and dr. Yadav. Thank you!!!

It was my first time at Sea Mar Bellevue clinic. I got an appointment the same day with a nice doctor Havens. The staff was very professional and kind. I did wait a bit but I got my COVID19 test results the same day. The nurse also called that evening to inform me. Also inside the clinic it is nice and super clean. Very positive experience. Showed more compassion in the prior years, but now the wait times are too long, receptionists have broken confidentially of patients by consistently talking gossip about them in the waiting room and not even informed in the services they have available (Tried to tell me that they do not do TB testing when in fact they did one for me just last year. Only when I protested that they had records on file for me that they did that she decided to schedule me a nurse visit for testing). Doctors do the bare minimum in helping the patient and always sounds like an interrogation by doctors, not to mention harsh treatment of littles shown to other patients including my own little one (Of course I did not stand for this). Only a couple staff remaining from the glory days remain, but they cannot make this place worth coming to anymore. Do not recommend at all. Avoid this clinic as much as you can.

Jesus was a rock star with our kids and everyone there made the experience amazing. Cannot recommend this team highly enough. I made an appointment for a general check up and explained to the doctor that I had vertigo symptoms, after 10 days that I had them and when the doctor asked me if I had the covid shot and said no he wanted to vaccinate and I said no then he got mad and ordered a covid test and said that he shuould not be there in the same room because of protocals.I just left after that, Im just frustrated with this type of doctors that dont want to do anything else but to push vaccines and dont care about anything else that you may be needing help on.this is a terrible place to go for your health check ups.

Dont trust what they claim. This is NOT real walk-in!! It is WAIT-LIST.They only provided VERY limited number to walk-ins AFTER all reservations get shot first.Details:On first day:I phoned and the voice says they dont do reservation and only do walk-in. So I, as normal people would think too, naturally think the walk-in is the only way and availability is sufficiently ensured.On second day:I went to SeaMar right after lunch. I was told that no more walk-in today and that I should come back before they open at 8am. They again DIDNT INFORM me that there is reservation or I can make a reservation. They didnt say how many availability there is either.On third day:We arrived at 7:45am, and we are the 6th in the queue. By 8am there are about 40 people waiting in the queue outside at below 40F.Then we found out the clinic do accept reservations and these reservations show up at the door. And whats surprise me is that the receptionist ONLY process reservations first. So one and one reservation show up and get checked in, while the 40 walk-ins are waiting there. How can you call this walk-in?? This is WAIT-LIST or LEFT-OVER.We waited 1.5 hours and I dont see any chance we will get to it in next hour, so we left in extreme anger.My conclusion:They intentionally hold back information about how their reservation and walk-in work.They only offer WAIT-LIST if people are lucky enough to get what are left over by non-show reservations.They intentionally dont provide any management of the queues and let people wait outside. They dont care if they tell people after waiting 2-3 hours sorry we run out.

Good handling of the Covid vaccine demand, and a huge thanks to all the tireless frontline workers who do this!!But please, next time, put the bandage on the place where the vaccine was administered, not just adjacent to it. Not really friendly either.Update:Second dose : didnt sterilize, just poked with needle and put bandage in wrong spot. I said thank you, and left after some time.I wonder if they were angry about the review, or just exhausted.

I have been going to Seamar for many years because they have catered to low-income folks. It has been hit or miss as far as care and service. Some years it has been terrible service, long wait times, etc. I remember waiting in the wait room 2 HOURS past my appt time once. Then it got better for a while, with some great patient services. But recently its gotten bad again, with very long wait times to get through on the phone, and bad communication between staff and patients. I dont know why sometimes it has good service, and other times it doesnt. Maybe new managers? But its a good place, with a sliding scale fee, if you are un or underinsured.

I know a lot people complain but what do spect when everyone now wants to get the vaccine at the same time. This healthcare workers are working so hard all the pandemic season. Doin Covid testing, vaccines for adults and now kids please try to understand. I wish you can be in the other side. Every hospital, clinic around this areas and other states are short stat. And if you don’t like the place just read the comments and go somewhere us, but guess what some of the clinics or pharmacies don’t even have appointments available.

Terrible customer service on the phone. If you ever call them, youll hold for 40 minutes minimum and the representative hangs up on you after saying hello. it happens every single time so it is not due to a bad connection or anything. they are simply lazy and do not care about patients. I requested my prescription to be send to another pharmacy and they keep sending it to my old pharmacy, truly incompetent. The lady picked up the phone the third time I called, laughing with others and hung up, so I think this their game; who hangs up on more patients while laughing at you when you waited over an hour on the phone to get their help. Really professional!

Sea Mar needs to be sued and shut down for discriminatory and unsafe practices, ESPECIALLY against non white non latino patients. I watched dentists wait on whites/latinos hand and foot, and treat everyone else like garbage; Ive been not given enough numbing agents, I got drilled and could feel EVERYTHING. They will destroy your teeth, gums and mouth, without remorse and leave you bloody. In general they are all extremely disrespectful. I regret ever coming here as its lead to not only ruining my dental health but its caused me to be severely traumatized. Im getting legal counsel over this.

Came in with 2kids 5year old at 8am. Was told at 9:30am that there was no pediatric vaccine for that day anymore. Very disappointed why the clinic didnt ask us to leave rather than ask us to wait for 1.5 hours in a raining cold morning for nothing, especially with 2 little kids. Total disrespect!

I called to have appointments for my kids vaccine and the hotline said I can walk in. I took vacation to get my kids vaccinated and there was no walk in. The stuff and the manager were so helpful and gave us the same day appointments for the afternoon. My vacation want wasted and my kids were very happy to get the vaccine.

I took my 3yr old son to get his Moderna Covid Vaccine at the Bellevue location. The nurse used her bare finger to cover the injection site after administrating the shot. She didnt have any gauze in her hand. I also do not believe she sanitized her hands before the procedure.

This is solely about one receptionist behavior I have doubts about. She might be new to the place and asked me 3 times about my phone number. I have been to this place several times and I do not remember that any other receptionist asked for phone number that many times. This time right after my visit, I got multiple spam calls.

Would give it a 0 if I could! Horrible service, this is my 3rd time here. Called on the number provided on google map and save if they take walk in and they just come by and I drive 25 mins to get here and the administrator comes out and say oh we are at full capacity for walk in with no one waiting for walk in. I ask where is the line and he just kept repeating himself and told him I just called and they told me to come for walk in and he replies, I don’t answers those call but we are at full walk in capacity. What a joke here, wasted 3 hours back and from this horribly run clinic.

Really good clinic! Was in an out in less than an hour and I got lost of stuff done. Blood tests, flue shot, docs appointment, etc and it took less than an hour to be all done and on my way home! Really good place!

They were very courteous and made me fell relaxed. They took me seriously and ran some tests, they were negative thank God, but the Dr was very thorough and knowledgeable. Being able to hook an appt by phone or web then they text you when you are 1 patien away from the top The whole experience was wonderful

I’m a disabled veteran, and have had an incredibly difficult time finding good mental health services over the years. Sea Mar was the diamond in the rough for me. I’ve had positive and comfortable experiences with all of their employees and specialists. I wish more of my fellow veterans could receive such quality treatment

I came to get tested for Covid because one of the employees in my building got tested positive they told me they are booked till next weeks , so I have to wait a week before I can get tested !!!! What if I have it and they refuse to get me tested !!!! Ridiculous service!!!! That’s why Washington have so many cases of Covid because of people like them who make people wait a week !!!!

If I could give a -000 I would, If you have a compliant call the attorney generals office or fill out an online complaint form with the attorney general, overbilling for unnecessary appointments and non treatment of medical and mental health issues. The medicaid fraud control unit would like to hear from you. Complaining to the patient advocate at this location will get you no where.

45min+ wait times, communication between staff is terrible, affecting service. Phone app is useless for sending correspondence to physician- instead I was put in contact with an incompetent or misinformed physician’s assistant, who required me to repeat my questions and re-inform her of the information in my chart. (She didn’t even know what BRCA testing was- I had to give her the google definition by phone).

Lied about FREE Covid testing. Only sprung the cost after the complete intake process which was scheduling, screening calls, and right up to the day of testing. Shocked that I spoke with four different people regarding costs and each one claimed the testing was free. What a waste of time. Avoid this treatment center like the plague.

I have been going to Seamar for years. For the most part I have liked the customer service. Recently though, they have a misdiagnostic of a serious disease, and the empathy was 0. When asking questions that were necessary to understand what the disease was, the response was, You can Google it. Although Google is great at providing answers, when it comes to health, a doctor should know best. At least make an effort to follow-up or give a pamphlet. A disease that kills people needs a better answer than Google it.

Apparently they do not hire trained medical personnel because yesterday, Friday, I called to ask if they could treat my 9-year-old daughter for severe ear pain and they told me to come early today at 8 am because it is the day they attend to emergencies. The person who treated me told me that the doctors on duty today did not review those types of emergencies so I had to go somewhere else and obviously if I had known that on Saturdays only medical personnel attend for other matters I would not have waited so long with the doctor. risk of my daughters ears bursting. I was taking my children to this clinic for four years and it turns out that my daughter does not appear in their system, they removed her from the system without any explanation, my other two children do appear and only she does not, also in these four years they changed doctors four times, so if your children have insurance, I recommend that you take them to another, more professional clinic.
