Wow. Such a great acupuncture treatment. Krystal created a beautiful welcoming space that I could relax luxuriously into. Her musical playlist was the most calming Ive ever heard. Shes attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. And her needling is some of the gentlest Ive ever experienced. Its a wonderful place to get support and healing.

I tried acupuncture for the first time 4 weeks ago. To my surprise, it is really working for me! I was a sceptic; after all, Im 49 years old. I never in a million years would have thought it would help me, but every time I have a treatment, I feel noticeably better for a full couple days. I am more energized, feel a bit more motivated, and I think its even helping with some aches and pains Ive been dealing with. I plan on continuing with it as part of my gameplan for a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Krystal is a great person to try this out with. She sets a calm and meditative atmosphere and seems to truly care about her patients. I have been impressed with the results!

9 months ago I started having irregular periods, so visited an OBGYN and he recommended that I take birth control, the second doctor (opinion) told me that I should have surgery because they were symptoms of endometriosis 😕, but until I did the surgery it was not possible to know clearly... Desperate, I went to the emergency room and the doctor told me that I should check my hormones more thoroughly, because she did not find anything strange, my uterus and ovaries looks healthy and she doesnt understand the reason for my bleeding.It was when I met Dr. Krystal and we started the three-month treatment with acupuncture and VOALA the bleeding stopped, my period was regulated again, my mood improved, my life is much better ❤️ I highly recommend Krystal , she is professional and kind.

I’ve been seeing Krystal for almost two years now to get support during perimenopause. I could not have done it without her. She is professional, attentive, sensitive, personable, sweet, and kind. I began working with Krystal in October of 2020 while preparing my body for the arrival of my daughter in January 2021! For years I’ve struggled with different forms of back pain that exacerbated tremendously towards the end of my pregnancy. I first came to Asheville Integrative Acupuncture because I was trying to conceive and heard that acupuncture could be helpful. I was also struggling with general feelings of fatigue and low energy. This is my first and only experience with acupuncture, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Krystal has a calming presence and while the whole process of acupuncture feels a bit mysterious in the way that it works, I trust her recommendations. She recommended supplements for me to take, which helped with my energy levels, and after just a few appointments, I discovered that I was pregnant! I am now a week away from my due date for my first child, and I am currently receiving treatments to help me prepare for delivery. I appreciate having a more natural and relaxed way to prepare for the journey. Overall, I highly recommend Krystal for fertility / pregnancy-related acupuncture.

I started seeing Krystal when I was 5 months pregnant. Throughout the rest of my pregnancy she helped with different issues as they came up like heartburn, edema, aches and pain, etc. She offered a calm healing space to go and center and connect with my baby. During the last few weeks of my pregnancy she helped to induce labor and I avoided having to be induced at the hospital. Krystal is a calm, caring and genuine healer. I am so thankful I saw her during my pregnancy and would highly recommend her to any pregnant mommas!

I can absolutely tell you that without a doubt that acupuncture works!! I have been under the care of Krystal to help me conceive. I can totally tell a difference in my stress levels and noticed a difference almost immediately in how my body reacts to stress, which is very important when trying to conceive. In addition, the Chinese herbs she prescribed helped me to balance my hormones and cycle. After several months, we were able to conceive naturally at 44!! I absolutely recommend this practice. It’s totally worth the money.

I went to Krystal because some shoulder pain had been bothering me for some weeks. It had been pretty debilitating, to the point where I couldnt really do much with my whole arm. She was able to find what seemed to be the root of the pain, which was actually in my neck. As soon as she put a needle there, there was a huge release. Just a day after the first treatment, the shoulder pain has all but disappeared and Im happy to say I got to do some exercise for the first time since I hurt my shoulder. Thanks, Krystal! Highly recommended.

Disappointed with this place all around. It was my first acupuncture treatment and I thought I had picked the right place reading all of the reviews and Krystal’s website. After registering for the first time patient visit ($195) and filling out a very lengthy paperwork questionnaire well ahead of time, I wanted to make sure I answered all the questions and could’t get a hold of the place - so much for the free phone consultation - they did not have a working answering machine. Sent an e-mail - no response either. On the day of appointment my maps showed wrong hours of operation indicating the place was closed on that day ( I am a 2 hour drive away and was getting nervous and keeping my fingers crossed they would be open - phone rang but no answer and no ability to leave a voicemail)…Upon arrival receptionist was apologetic and said if you can’t get through the phone, leave a text message - who knew?During an intake interview Krystal looked like she was scrolling down through my medical history for the first time right there and then. I did most of the talking and finally when she got on with the procedure, she inserted a number of needles in various areas without explaining anything but 1 needle (for better sleep). Again it was me who had to ask how many years of experience she had (10 years), etc…and I felt pain in several areas right away but was not sure if that was normal for the first time.After taking off needles Krystal suggested I make another appointment and left. I noticed small bleeding spot on my ankle which was very painful. I went to her desk wondering if that was normal. Only then she said it might bruise. She recommended chicken broth for overall health. I did not rebook because I wanted to see how I would feel the next day.I was limping for good 3 days afterwards, unable to wear anything but sneakers, a bruise formed - the picture is 1 week post treatment, still green and blue but finally fading away.There was absolutely no follow up afterwards. Most places like spas and clinics I’ve been to send at least an e-mail or ask for feedback after your first visit. Not the case here. Zero communication neither before, nor after, and very minimal during. If I decide to revisit acupuncture treatments in the future, I will go with someone else.

This was such a great experience as my first acupuncture appointment. I had heard acupuncture can help with taste and smell after having covid and it was true! One session and my taste and smell had improved! I love how caring and nurturing Krystal was during my appointment. Would absolutely recommend!

As someone with anxiety and panic disorder I was apprehensive to try acupuncture as I did not know what would happen. Krystal is amazing to work with. She listens to me and works with me. Even when I had a panic attack on the table she was able to calm me and I even fell asleep by the end of the treatment. That is something rare for me to get out of an anxiety episode so quickly especially while lying still. She gave me tricks to help throughout the week when I feel anxious, and she makes me feel loved in a warm and inviting environment. She is amazing with a calm spirit, intuition and wisdom. I trust her and with all the things I have tried in the past - she is a great medicine. I highly recommended her and I have now fallen in love with acupuncture!

I had a health concern earlier this year. I was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. My Dr. prescribe a pill that they treat for Parkinson Disease patients. This scared me. I wasn’t sure if I had the first stages of Parkinson and I didn’t want to take a pill. My restless leg became very active at night and was very concerning to me. I reached out to Krystal. She recommended certain vitamins along with adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet. By the second treatment of Acupuncture my restless leg was minimum. By the third treatment there is practically no activity. Thank you Krystal for all that you have done for me.

I visited Asheville Integrative Acupuncture after fighting a sinus infection for 6 weeks. The office is lovely. Dr K listened to me intently and checked several times to be sure that I was warm and comfortable. I felt a significant shift in my health in the days following.

I had an excellent experience with Asheville Integrative Acupuncture after my ACL surgery. It was my first time using acupuncture, and I believe that it reduced my pain during the first 30 days after surgery. The pain reduction helped me access PT more quickly. I highly recommend adding acupuncture to your post-op care.

I have struggled with severe migraines for almost a decade, and tried just about everything for relief. Most avenues have only given temporary relief. I tried acupuncture for the first time due to a recommendation from a friend. I have now been migraine free since my first appointment, the most relief I have ever had. I could not recommend acupuncture enough, and this will be a lifelong treatment of mine.
