Northside Northpoint OB-GYN of Alpharetta

Today was my first visit with Ashleigh Clark, NP. I cannot say enough good things about her and the practice. Everyone was kind and so accommodating. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant, and she made me feel so relieved to have someone like her helping me on this journey. I have seen many NP’s and MD’s in the past and she is by far one of the best Ive encountered. She spent time with me explaining the big things, but also on small things such as helping me download an app to get in contact with her. She explains things well and makes you feel like she is a partner in this process, not just your provider. Highly recommend.

I love this practice so much. All of the doctors, nurses, front desk were great. I came to NSNP for my second pregnancy and had the best experience. Compared to my first experience with another hospital/practice, I truly felt like they cared and everyone went above and beyond. Dr. Conatser was so kind, funny and really took time to listen to me. Dr. Bret Lewis delivered my son c-section and was also awesome. I would highly highly recommend to anyone.

I have always had the best experience with Dr. Conatser and Andres Garland NP-C. They provide individualized care and actually listen to me every visit. I am a nurse practitioner myself, and can confidently vouch for both of these healthcare providers, as ones who will always provide the best care. I have recommended so many of my friends to both of them, and will continue to do so.

Dr. Cierny has, hands down, been the best doctor Ive ever had. She really listens to me and makes sure all my questions are answered. She explains everything in a clear way and makes the best possible recommendations for me. The office staff have also been wondering, always making sure I get a reply to questions ASAP, and always being so kind and courteous to me and other patients.Dr. Cierny has also been my surgeon and I felt zero anxiety going into my surgery because she was so thorough and clear with me about what to expect. She called me the day after and explained everything to me (this is in addition to explaining everything to my husband while I was in recovery). She could have just told him the outcome and left it at that, but her calling to speak to me and check in was above and beyond and, once again, made me feel like I was in the best hands.Regardless of what kind of care you need, I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Jill Cierny is an outstanding doctor, and I am so very grateful to have found her and her practice. She is completely knowledgeable and her treatment is research-based, but she also treats me like a valued and unique human being. She has helped me overcome the health challenges of menopause by listening well and brainstorming creative solutions that feel right to ME. If you are searching for a new OB-GYN, please give this practice a try. While I see Dr. Jill Cierny, I believe the entire staff at this practice is fantastic.

I see Dr. Conaster and have for about two years now. I was very hesitant to have a male OBGYN but he has been extremely attentive, helpful and supportive. He’s given me wonderful service and performed two surgeries on me. The entire staff at Northside Northpoint are amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’ve had.

Very swift check in and you get seen pretty quick. Dr.Conatser is amazing and really transparent. I feel comfortable. Seems like all of my other obgyn’s have just been lying to me but he is very honest and has solutions. Greatly appreciated. (It also doesn’t take forever to get an appointment)

I seriously cannot say enough about this office. I have been coming here for years and it takes me 2 hours to drive but love the staff and doctors. Today was not my annual visit so I saw Ashley wow she was so amazing. So compassionate and even though they were busy she took the time to listen and give 100% to try to help me. Dr. Jill Cierny and her whole team is outstanding. I am a brain tumour patient and due to that I couldnt think of giving birth as it could risk my life. But last July I gave birth to a beautiful little daughter. I am absolutely safe. I am grateful to them and will always be. Thanks to all her team members.

Id never recommend this practice. Its been nothing but issues. 1. Provider sent me for lab work. Its been a MONTH, and the provider nor anyone has given me the results... 2. I saw Dr. Lewis for surgery. She showed up late to surgery (like really). I was already prepped and had to wait an extra hour to be taken back. 3. They had the nerve to call me 40 minutes before they closed on a Friday to let me know they were moving my Monday post-op time. I called not even an hour after they called...and they were closed. I was in a meeting. They couldnt have called that morning? Now, they say I have to wait 2 weeks for another appt (which I need so I can be cleared), or I can drive over an hour to go to a different location. The office manager, Christy, doesnt answer her phone. They didnt do a preauthorization with my insurance either BEFORE. They did it after I questioned them!Id never recommend. So disorganized

Dr. Cierny is an amazing doctor! I had to have surgery unexpectedly and she did a wonderful job explaining the procedure and just calming my nerves. Cannot recommend her enough!It can be a pain dealing with the surgery scheduler and billing departments (they dont return your phone calls and they double charged me which was a mistake of $2K). It also took 8 weeks for the office manager to return my phone call after leaving multiple voicemails. Hoping they get the business side of things together so they dont lose incredible doctors like Dr. Cierny!

Hi, I have been visiting Dr. Constar for my second pregnancy. He is really cool doc, could guide me thoroughly during the entire pregnancy. His staff is awesome from reception to nursing station, they are well aware of the patients concerns and genuinely tries to resolve. Dr. Constar along with his team make the best ob/gyn in the city. Keep going !

Dr. Conatser is the best OBGYN Ive ever had. He delivered my second child and was also my surgeon when I needed a procedure months later. He has the best bed-side manner and explains things in a very clear and empathetic way. Northside Hospital was also AMAZING for labor, delivery, and mother-baby care, and I would recommend Dr. Conatser and Northside to anyone expecting.

Dr. Conatser is fantastic. He truly listens to his patients and cares about them. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of, including calling after hours to check up on you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I was very skeptical initially about coming to nsnp, I really wanted a physician that looked like me and could educate and identify culturally with my experiences during this pregnancy. Unfortunately they have no black doctors or Rns on staff but they excuted the mission none the less. Special thank you to Jada, Ashleigh, Garland, Jill, & Dr. Conatser. They were amazing in supporting and assisting me in whatever capacity I needed each and every time I came through the office. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. It is a group practice so you will rotate and see all the Drs (at least thats the goal) before the end of your pregnancy in the event that your DR isnt the one on call when it comes time for you to deliver (which happened to me) I felt confident in all but one Dr and wouldve been okay with any of them delivering my baby except 2. (Simply a matter of personal opinion and choice neither did anything wrong). I would choose the practice again and again and I have no complaints about my experience overall.

Ive been going to Dr. Conatser for a few years now, and he and his team are awesome. The office makes it a point to make a personal connection with their patients and they are very friendly and professional. Thanks Dr. Conatser for your care and kindness always!

Dr. Conaster is the best OB/GYN I have ever had. He has this unique way of making me feel prioritized and takes the time to ensure I understand everything I need to feel confident and calm each visit. Deservingly there’s lot of reviews about Dr. Conaster himself but I also want to give credit to his team. Shannon, one of his nurses, is so quick to get back to me if any clarification is needed and his MAs and assistants are always so kind and compassionate.

I feel very blessed to have Dr. Conatser as my OBGYN. Currently pregnant and feel safe going to him knowing he will take good care of me and my baby. His personality is also so awesome. His team is also so nice! Thank you Dr. Conatser and team for being so great to your patients.

I had my third c-section with Dr. Conatser in 2023. I was worried with this being my third c-section, there may be issues, but it went well! I felt completely comfortable going into this surgery knowing Dr. Conatser was the surgeon, as he has an abundance of experience. All the staff during pre-surgery checks were so kind and caring. Better than I have experienced in my previous hospitals. Dr. Conatser was so kind during all my monthly/weekly appointments and always answered my questions thoroughly. I always felt cared for and listened to when I left my appointments. This was a 10/10 experience for me and I would do it again without hesitation!

I was a client here over 4 years ago and let me tell you, Dr. Conaster really was amazing. He was my favorite. He was professionally upbeat, informative, comforting and a really all around great doctor. My son’s father was present at every appointment and Dr. Conaster was always inclusive and always made sure he was addressing both of us. He really was amazing. I wanted him to be my delivering doctor but it wasn’t his day when I delivered. I’ve mentioned his name numerous times when talking to expecting mothers since. You do visit w/ each doctor at least once so that you’re not strangers. My delivering doctor was Dr. Durairaj and she was amazing as well. She came through like superwoman, perfect timing and talked me through the process so assertively and calm-like. It was awesome. I was induced, no epi, natural vb w/ no rips and I enjoyed my birthing experience as I got to be fascinated opposed to fearful because of how well Dr. Durairaj lead me through the process. I loved how confident and calm she was. Absolutely awesome. And they’re both still there! I 100% recommend this practice to any expecting mothers. You’re in good hands!

Ive had great experience with this office since day one. Communication is always clear and great, anytime I have had questions I needed answered it was always easy for me to get in touch with the office. I am currently pregnant with my first child, and from day one I was informed with what to expect and ways to keep myself and baby healthy. I am a woman of color, and I have always felt heard and welcomed at this practice, and I absolutely love Dr.Conatser. I have never felt unsupported, or like I wasnt a priority. My significant other loves this office as well, and he looks forward to speaking to Dr.Conatser at my visits. I am happy to be on this journey, and have a great OBGYN office there to support me. Every provider at this practice is amazing. I started seeing Dr. Conatser when I became pregnant and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire pregnancy. The best OB-GYN in the country! I was very at peace during my entire pregnancy! I had health issues and Dr. Conatser made sure I have a smooth and healthy pregnancy! His nurse practitioner are very helpful and always on time with everything.

Dr. Cierny was such a pleasure. I dont look forward to my annual exam and pap, but she made the experience very tolerable with absolutely no pain and minimal discomfort. Also took her time to answer all the questions I had about my birth control implant. Very warm, compassionate doctor - absolutely would recommend!

Rude front desk when you call in and ask for help. She put me on hold without any warning, this made me look for a different location for a check up.

I see Dr Connatster, hes great! He didnt deliver my baby, so it helps to get familiar with all the practioners! My appointments were in the morning. If I ever had an afternoon appointment I noticed I had to wait longer to be seen so keep thay in mind if you go during lunch breaks.

Dr. Conatser is hands down the best physician I have come across. He has impeccable bedside manners and has always made me feel comfortable and prioritized. He is very personable and takes his time with his patients. I will hands down recommend him to my friends and family.

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. Dr. Cierny is absolutely incredible, her bedside manners are amazing. She is caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. She ensures to address any concerns/questions I may have, and provides honest suggestions/solutions that are beneficial to my overall health and well-being. I’ve met some of the other Northside OBGYN team too along the way, and they are also just as wonderful. It’s no exaggeration when I say that switching over to Northside has been the best life changing decision. I was hesitant to give a review in fear that their practice would get busier, but Dr. Cierny and the team deserve their flowers and recognition.

This place is absolutely exceptional! I switched over to this practice and was blown away by the service ranging from the front desk all the way through my exam with my NP - Garland. She made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in detail. I felt heard and cared for. I would highly recommend her and this practice for OB-GYN or GYN care.

As my primary physician, Dr. Conatser is absolutely everything you could hope for in an OBGYN and more. The entire staff at NSNP are wonderful to work with and I’ve always known I was in the best hands with my two pregnancies as well as any routine visits, and a PCOS diagnosis. Dr. Aspuru recently delivered my second baby and he was an absolute PROFESSIONAL when guiding me through a very fast labor and delivery. Dr. Conatser was heaven sent when I dealt with some intense post delivery issues and I couldn’t be more thankful that I was under both their care. 10/10 stars.

I truly dont know what Id do without Dr. Conatser and Dr. Aspuru!! Dr. C is my primary OB, and he is the best. Hes guided me through 2 previous pregnancies, and now currently with my third child. Hes empathetic, kind, light-hearted but professional and direct, and someone you can absolutely trust to have your best interests at the forefront of his mind during such a stressful time. Dr. Aspuru delivered both of my boys, as well, and he was amazing - encouraging and calming during delivery, and everything went very smoothly both times.Cant say enough positive words about my experience here!

All of my visits with any physician have been amazing! Dr. Aspuru is my primary, he is fantastic - unfortunately he was out of town when I delivered my baby! However, Dr. Cierney delivered my son, and she was so attentive and amazing! She came to check on my almost as much as the nurses and gave me great coaching points when it was time to push. I have also seen Garland the NP, took her breastfeeding class, which I highly recommend - and Ashley is great too! I saw Dr Conaster several times at the office and he came and did rounds on me after my delivery at the hospital - he is also fantastic! Everyone has amazing bedside manner and wants to answer all of your questions. I would recommend any of these physicians - my labor and delivery was truly a great experience!!

I live how friendly the staff is and how amazing my doctor was i saw Dr. Canaster and he was always really helpful and made sure to answer any question or concern I had. All while making sure I always felt comfortable. During the beginning of my pregnancy I was throwing up a lot and it was really hard on me and he was still really supportive as well as the nurses, any time I would call he would always recommend something and if that didn’t work he would always find a safe alternative he could prescribe during my pregnancy. Definitely glad I found a place that cared about my well-being as well as my sons! Everyone there was always so amazing including the receptionist’s who always welcomed me with a big smile and were willing to help me accommodate different time slots that worked best with me for my appts. Definitely would recommend for anyone who simply needs a OB-GYN or anyone who just found out there preganant and needs a doctor for the next couple of months!! Also definitely recommend Dr. Canaster!

I had the pleasure of being a patient here. Being new to georgia I was a little skeptical about where to go. I would like to recognize Dr. Aspuru and Dr Connaster. These two were the Docs I seen at the practice the most. They were very detail and Dr Aspiru was very straight forward and direct. They always had the best care in mind when it came to myself and my child. They listened and took any health complaints serious and acted proactively to ensure I would have the best pregnancy. If I had to do it all over Again. I would choose them without a thought! Also Dr Aspiru HAS ANGEL HANDS he took my old ugly raised C section scar and worked a miracle lol my New C section Scar looks amazing

Dr. Conatser was my pregnancy throughout my pregnancy and he delivered my healthy baby girl. I only have amazing things to say about him and the staff at Northside Obgyn! I had an unplanned c-section and he made sure to make the whole situation calm and comfortable. I am forever grateful!

I absolutely love Dr.Conatser! As a younger woman I am always very skeptical when it comes to male doctors but he’s literally heaven sent. He makes me feel as comfortable as he can, he’s very honest, and whenever I have any questions or concerns he triple checks everything! I feel like i’m in good hands always!

Dr. Conatser is AWESOME. You know when its that time of the year. I hate going for my annual but Dr. Conatser made me feel completely at ease. He was friendly. The nurses were wonderful and I even bought my partner with me and they welcomed him as if he was an old family friend.

Dr. Coaster is awesome. He makes sure youre always comfortable with whats happening with your lady parts and making sure you understand everything. He and Ty are an amazing team.

Dr.Cierny was very empathetic and attentive to my needs when I visited her. She could tell I was a bit nervous and was able to make me feel comfortable while evaluating my health needs and making recommendations.

Dr. Cierny is an incredible OBGYN. I’ve been seeing her since I was 19 and now 28 with a baby on the way! Nothing but amazing things to say and all fingers crossed she’s there to deliver our baby - and if not I know she works for a great team.

Dr. Jill Cierny is my primary gynac. By far the best gynac I have come across in Atlanta. She is very knowledgeable, gives you time to talk and listen to you so well, unlike the doctors I met so far, always in a rush. She would guide you appropriately and patiently advice the next steps and doenst rush into any conclusion. I would 100% recommend her. I am so much comfortable with her and trust her decisions blindly.

Dr. Conatser is my favorite doctor I have, hands down. Personable, helpful, intelligent, the list goes on and on. This is my second pregnancy using him and I’ve never been less than impressed each visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lori Marshall delivered all 3 of my boys, and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with such an important job!! For 3 c-sections, my incision is healing so well! And she even did my final c-section with an injured foot! She’s so dedicated to her patients and does her job to perfection! I’ve never kept a doctor this long, but I’ve seen her for 12 years now, and I hope she never retires! Thank you for everything Dr. Marshall!

Everyone was nice, and friendly. Dr Conatser was great! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Most of all, there was no wait: both to schedule the appointment, as well as once I arrived.I left my old practice due to a lack of Dr availability and no continuity of care. This place is great! So glad I found them.

Dr. Durairaj and Dr. Conaster are awesome! I am on baby #2 and being a geriatric mother, I have felt so comfortable each time, well informed, and assured that I will be well taken care of. I’ve had bad experiences with several OBGYNs but Dr. Conatser is absolutely amazing. It was my first time seeing a male obgyn for my first pregnancy and he made me feel incredibly comfortable. I had an extremely difficult first trimester and he always took me seriously and never dismissed my pain. His nurse, Lauren, is great and I’ve never seen someone as reliable as she is! Their NP is also great to work with as well as everyone at the front desk!!

Truly an incredible practice with caring doctors who take their patient’s best interest to heart. Dr. Cierny is so good, I travel across the country to see her for annual check ups! I loved this place, unfortunately I had to switch insurance and now I’m seeing another doctor but I 100% recommend this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, whenever you have an appointment you don’t have to wait for hrs at the lobby I will miss this place and specially doctor Connatser, great doctor very patient and friendly whenever I had a question he would always made sure I had an answer overall great experience

I see Dr. Conatser and CAN NOT say enough about him. Pregnancy is hard. It was difficult and scary as a first time mom in a global pandemic and it has been hard this time. He is personable, he listens and I never leave feeling worried or uncertain. I drive almost 2 hours to make sure I am seen by him. He was a phenomenal surgeon on my C-Section and my sons circumcision.

My experience started off rocky with Northside Obgyn. But overall I have had great MA’s and Doctor experiences with Dr.Connaster, Ashley, Lauren,cierny. Because of these team members I will come back after my delivery for regular Gyn care.

Very unprofessional service . They reject admission for pregnancy saying they are small hospital and have limited staff. They won’t share policy guidelines and won’t reply to emails. Their staff don’t know the process themselves and guide wrongly.

Dr. Conatser is the BEST. This is my first pregnancy & he’s made this process so smooth. He always reassures me & answers all of my questions without making me feel stupid.

Set up an appointment as a new patient in October. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to December, then cancelled again and I was told I couldnt be seen until January. I ultimately decided not to reschedule and to look for another practice - this isnt the level of responsiveness or availability that I want from a provider when I am family planning or pregnant.

Great office - Im always called back quickly and they have plenty of options for appointments that work with my schedule. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I have been going there for over 6 years and that will continue!
