I would give 0 stars if i could. No wait time in waiting area but doctor made you wait just to come in hardly say a word and rush through everything. Their communication skills are horrible. Ive left 2 calls and a message through their chart. Im going to another doctor.

Waiting period is so long, very unprofessional staff. My appointment time was 10.15 am its 10.53 still waiting. Was my mistake to came here for my pregnancy. The patients who have been scheduled after me they already gone with their checkups. If i would get chance i dont even want to give a single star.

I would not recommend this practice. Dr. Vinokur did not make any effort to get to know me, and she seemed distracted. She asked if I experienced any discomfort in my stomach during the exam... but she not even begun the exam. It was strange. I also overheard her asking the receptionist a medical question. This didnt inspire a lot of confidence.

Dr vinkover looks like a slob. she’s rough and hurt me and kept asking the same questions. i would never go back there again.

Initially, I had a frustrating experience because I was told they took my insurance only to be told they don’t at the door on the day of my appointment. I paid out of pocket which was fine but it would’ve been better if they took my insurance. After a few days of straightening things out, it turns out that they do take my insurance which made me happy because I actually like this place. The ladies up front are so nice and Dr. Vinokur was great as well. It started out as a bad day for me and a few rough patches but once everything was taken care of, it was great!

Dr. Vinokur professional manner is not great, but what choices do you have when this is the only doctor that takes your insurance. Ive noticed her entire staff has changed. The person at the front desk now is rude and incompetent. There is a lot of confusion going on, wait time is a ridiculously long time(1 1/2 HOUR). Ive decided to move to another GYN and pay out of pocket. I hope she gets the staff she needs before she looses another patient. I am only giving 1 star because you cant post with ZERO.

New to the area and needed to be seen quickly. I was beginning to get frustrated calling around and luckily I came across North Fulton. My experience from check in to check out was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to feel comfortable. They got me in quickly on short notice. Dr. Vinokur was easy to talk to and didnt treat me as if I was just another patient #. She actually took an interest in my history and took her time asking the right questions to make sure I was being taken care of. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. For someone who doesnt normally leave reviews, this one was a no brainer. Thank you for all your help today ladies! Shout out to the sweet lady at the front desk, your smile and sweet personality is exactly what is needed front and center. Blessings to you all!

Scheduling was easy, but their portal was not properly set up, and so all my documents had to be sent a couple of times via email. The office staff were not efficient in retrieving them and I wasn’t sure if they had received everything.As a new patient, my visit with Dr Lisa Vinokur was not good. I had to wait 45 minutes to be called in, and another 50 minutes in her office! (While she kept me waiting in her office, she attended another patient whose appointment was after mine!)I got the impression that the doctor had read only the last line of my MRI diagnosis. The doctor and her nurse gave me a pelvic exam and the doctor was rough! I went home in pain I never had before. Since my issue was beyond her scope, doctor Vinokur was not really interested. She gave me her final assessment, and referred me to another gynecologist. She kept tapping her nurse assistant and looking at the door. Very poor bedside manners. In my opinion, not a right Ob/gyn for Seniors.

Dr. Vinokur is so great! She is very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time was very minimal. Im very happy I switched! Its refreshing to feel like the patient again instead of just a number in a big lady doc factory! 🤣

I have been Dr Vinokur’s patient since 1995, she has delivered three of my babies , one c- section and two v- back deliveries in addition to some other procedures . I have found Dr Vinokur to be very friendly , very professional and above all a very compassionate person . She has catered to all my gynecological needs very professionally. I recommend her for all the ladies out there .

The office staff is friendly and professional. I was seen at my appointment time and didnt have to wait. Dr. Vinokur was very gentle and thorough during her examination. She understood my problem right away and took care of it.

Dr.Vinokur and her staff are great! She cares about her patients. Being a new patient she made me feel very comfortable and informative towards the end of my pregnancy. I’m pleased she is my doctor and helped me deliver a healthy baby boy.

Dr. Vinokur was very good!I was nervous about trying a new doctor since my move from NY. She was kind and welcoming.. She even shared that she was a former New Yorker.I was a bit worried about the reason for my visit and she was super reassuring and knowledgeable.

Dr.Vinokur is great! She is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is friendly as well. I would have given 5 stars but there is usually a long wait time. This last time I was the first appointment of the day and still waited 45 min in the exam room.

Dr. Vinokur answered my guestions, thoughtfully. She was informative and realistic with information. Had definitely reviewed my records and gave me her complete attention....did not start backing out the door after 10 minutes as many doctors are inclined to do. I will take advice about therapy recommended.She would not prescribe HRT request until after I meet with my cardiologist (wish she had stated this at time of appointment).Her front staff person was friendly, helpful. Her nurse was detached, tired, ready to be done (maybe she was experiencing personal problems). We all have bad days.

I personally love working with Dr. Lisa Vinokur. She has been more then helpful throughout my pregnancy and has an extremely nice staff. I feel very welcomed and accommodated to when I visit her office. I’ve a patient of hers since October 2018 and I am quite happy with my service thus far. I would recommend her.

I was transferred to Dr. Vinokur after my original Ob decided to retire. For each of my appointments I had to wait at least an hour or more past my appointment time to be seen. She was rushed and had to walk out of the room multiple times to tend to other patients and/or emergencies. Dr. Vinokur disregarded the wishes of my husband and I, did not answer any of our questions, constantly interrupted us and dismissed our concerns. I refused all optional genetic testing as I did with my previous two children. When I told her we did not want the genetic testing she insisted I see a geneticist even though she could not give us one reason why. When we refused to see a geneticist, we were asked to sign a waiver so she would not be held liable if anything happened during the delivery.The office staff is not much better. Even after having to wait past my appointment time, I had to remind the nurse to take my BP and obtain a urine sample. I had some basic blood work completed with no results posted on the portal. Kept calling the office with no response. Turns out my blood was drawn but never sent to the lab.All in all, if you are pregnant you want to avoid Dr. Vinokur at all costs! She does not care about her patients, asks you to go through unnecessary testing and procedures and does not take the time to listen to the wishes of her patients. My husband and I transferred my Ob care to a different office as we did not have any trust or confidence in her ability to deliver our child whatsoever.

Doctor Vinokur and her staff were excellent! She was very kind and personable. I came in with an issue. She took time to listen to my concerns and by the end of my visit, my problem had been resolved. I definitely recommend her.

I’ve seen Dr. Vinokur for over 20 years. She has delievered both my daughters and my nephews. She’s an amazing and caring doctor. If you’re looking for a very personalized private practice experience this is your doctor! Great staff that feels like family!

I am a new patient with Dr. Vinokur. I sought her out because of a very good recommendation. The two things I like best about her are that she established good rapport with me, which put me at ease; and that she spent a lot of time with me. I did NOT feel that I was rushed through my appointment.

My name is Ashley P. Dr. Vinokur and her staff are the most pleasant people. Its like a family there, they care about you like they are your family, great hospitality. I have been seeing Dr. Vinokur for 5 years and she is by far the best you can ask for. Absolutley love her and her staff.

I have been going to see Dr. Vinokur for many years and I think she offers excellent care. She takes the time to explain medical options and is very thorough in her care and treatment. In addition, the staff is always very helpful and it is always a good experience. I highly recommend this practice!

WARNING!!!!!If you can go to any other obgyn, PLEASE DO!!! This dorky brain Doctor is ALL OVER THE PLACE UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, shes no good for pregnant women with concerns, serious complications or anything of that nature. I was told shed been in office for 35 something years but either shes burnt out and has lost her touch or simply just doesnt care for certain patients that walk through her door.This Lady will be STOPPED!I was referred through my insurance. I saw 4.6 stars on the reviews. Please beware and do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews! Theyre absolutely true!!I saw vinokur the first time when I was 8 weeks pregnant, she acted as if she never seen a pregnant patient before, like she didnt know what to do next, anyway I received an ultrasound at my first visit and there was no documentation of the ultrasound, 3 weeks go by and I unfortunately have a miscarriage which I received word from the ER I then finally see the doctor a couple of days later and she walks in and instantly wants to give me a pelvic exam Im like ok well Ive never had a miscarriage before so of course Im listening to the dorky doctor! She then says oh I see a clot and begins to remove particles from my uterus including breaking my sac and removing fetus, WORST PAIN EVER! Like EVER!!!! mind you she never said she was going to do a procedure like this I had no idea what she was going to do next I was confused uncomfortable and in pain! She did ease the discomfort and most pain I appreciated that! But I personally was not aware that she would do that procedure She dosent feel the need to explain herself, she dosent like to read you your results and explain them to you if youre concerned, she forgets easily she even forgot ever giving me an ultrasound and that scared me and it should scare ANYONE!I had multiple rescheduled appointments she had to leave for multiple family emergencies and even multiple deliveries! I even waited for her 4 + hours to see her due to my heavy concerns.There was a 5cm cyst discovered on my ovaries that may have been there on my first ultrasound which she did not document!!! Im currently seeking a new obgyn after she literally asked me to leave her office because I refused a pelvic exam because she didnt read me the results from the ultrasound taken by another nurse that day first! The results explained more about the cyst I had no idea about.I was able to speak with someone in the administration office..apparently there is no corporate office. But she will be stopped!! Do not see Dr Vinokur EVER!!!!!Signed a concerned patient in distress!!

Worst obgyn ever. After having an emergency c section she refused to see me because she herself didn’t handle the delivery . She Never called. She didn’t check on me. When I called her She made me feel like a bother. If you want to be put on the back burner and feel like someone doesn’t care about your health or that of your child’s i would recommend this doctor. Worst experience ever. Also did I mention I was in the hospital for an emergency that she could have prevented. Wouldn’t share my records, wouldn’t talk to the hospital. If I could leave no stars I would that’s just not an option.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vinokur for 17 years. I thought I’d try Dr. Vinokur after an unfortunate incident at another practice, and I’ve stayed. She was exceedingly attentive during my pregnancy, unlike my previous experience elsewhere, and delivered my daughter without incident. Dr. Vinokur’s office is peaceful and pleasant and Dr. Vinokur is as attentive for routine exams as she was for my pregnancy. She’s a great doctor and a lovely person.

My patient experience with this office was very negative this year. First, the annual exam was not as comprehensive as during my prior visits. Moreover, it has been over a month, and no one contacted me with the results. When I called to follow up, I was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message. Still waiting to hear back.... But the worst part was that Dr. Vinokur made a mistake on my prescription which I discovered when I picked up my meds at the pharmacy. I called multiple times, spoke with the nurse a few times, the pharmacy contacted her office.... No reaction. It has been 5 weeks since my visit, and the error still has not been corrected. This week alone I contacted the office twice to no effect. This is an absolutely unacceptable conduct from a medical professional. Not going back, and do not recommend this particular doctor and her staff to anyone.

Dr. Vinokur and her staff were lovely. The office is clean and well organized. I was seen on time and Dr. Vinokur spent a lot of time with me. She explained all my options, listened to my concerns and calmed my fears.

After reading the reviews of other patients, I knew I owed it to myself to make an appointment to see for myself. Well not only was I satisfied but I referred other family members. When a women enters the next phase of her life after childbearing years entering into perimenopause there is a need to be heard, understood, and educated. You dont find that in all practices, till you visit Dr. Lisa Vinokur, there was no wait and she took her time with me. Even enough time to reminisce about the commonality that we share growing up in NY. She found common ground with me as we were able to bond as women. This cant be taught its just her as a natural. She has gained a new patient and put me to ease. My first introduction was with her front desk staff who made the appointment for me when I called in with concerns and her demeanor over the phone was extremely professional and caring. I knew I had to come to meet the staff and Dr. V. thank you all for the peace of mind and understanding the importance of humanity as well as Womenhood

I made an appt for my daughter to be seen here. She had the longest wait time and did not feel that her concerns were addressed properly at all besides being told something regarding weight control and they took blood to check to to make sure she was not diabetic! First time attending a GYN appt..... and last time at this office! Bad experience for her first visit.

I highly recommend this office by all means for any woman out there who is looking for professional and caring provider and team. From the moment I entered the office I was welcomed and felt comfortable. Everyone are so please thank and treat you like a human being not like a number. Dr. Vinokur is so knowledgable and informative. I cant say enough how I appreciate it.

By far the best gyn in Atlanta. Smart, caring and always takes the time to really talk about any concerns. Genuinely interested in my life and family, not just my physical health. She is my doctor, my sister and mother and daughters doctor. You may have to wait a bit, but you will never be rushed when she is with you.

For almost 11 years i have been a patient at Dr. Lisa Vinokur, North Fulton OB-GYN. Her knowledge & thorough analysis have helped me stay on point in all the important stages of my health, especially as i grow older. Her Staff is organized, respectful & Exceptional Physician & Staff.

I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone, the Dr could never remember who I was and after I called to end my relationship as a patient of theirs, they begin to harass my midwife; calling her repeatedly stating that its unethical for me to see 2 different healthcare providers. I dont see anything unethical about making sure my baby and I get the best care possible and testing out as many options as I want until I find what works best for me. I wanted to feel like my provider cared about my health and my pregnancy, I didnt feel that way at all with this Dr. Furthermore, their repeated calls to my midwife was embarrassing and felt like a jealous ex-boyfriend. My husband and I are happy with the choice we made in leaving their care.

Dr. Vinokur is the best! Family of 4 women ages from 17-54 all use her as our OBGYN. She caught mom’s breast cancer in early stages during an annual exam and was able to help with one of the daughters PCOS diagnosis and relieving the symptoms.

She was extremely condescending towards me and gave me unnecessary procedures, regardless of what I had told her about myself. Those procedures had nothing to do with what I had said and costed me hundreds of dollars when the visit should of been seen as a Wellness Exam (covered by insurance and free). She was rude and didnt provide good care for me or my sister. I would give 0 stars if I could. Honestly, dont see this woman because she is terrible and doesnt provide any kind of legitimate reasoning for any procedure she makes you do.Also, after having those unnecessary and expensive procedures done, there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. So theres that.

Dr. Vinokur has been my GYN for 20+ years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. She is full of knowledge & experience with a genuinely delightful personality.

Unprofessional, horrible experience and a waste of time. Upon booking my appointment I was asked for insurance info which was provided, I am in a PPO plan, Open network, which was verified at the time of my appointment scheduling. I show up after driving 55 min to be told I am now a cash pay patient as the biller isn’t familiar with my insurance. I then proceed to ask them to call my insurance and verify coverage or it can be pulled up online and they will easily see my coverage options. I am told they will not do that, so basically I’m assuming that they do not care about new patients and are unfamiliar with how am insurance billing department should work for the patients and the practice. To be told they refuse to call or look and verify my benefits is a complete joke and about as unprofessional as it gets for an “insurance department/biller”.

Dr. Lisa was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The nurse practitioner in training was very kind and helpful as well and made sure I was comfortable during my exam.

Have been a patient of Lisa Vinokur for 16 years now... when she moved offices I relocated with her!...She always makes you feel like you are the only patient she has, her caring nature and remembering family history is priceless and most comforting.

I love the time Dr. Vinokur takes with me and I never feel rushed. She is a very kind woman and I have been going to her for over 12 years and trust her completely.

Dr. Vinokur is the best highrisk ob. I know. She is caring, but she doesnt sugar coat anything. I believe that is why some people have given her a bad review. Sorry ladies if you want to be petted and coddle. Then go somewhere else but if you want the best she is it. I had my first pregnancy in 2004. I went to Dr. Vinokur because she delivered my niece and nephew and many of my friends babies. I am a very high risk pregnancy. She wasnt on call the Friday that i went to my parental specialist. Where he tells me that i needed to go to the hospital and be induced. I refused because I only wanted Dr. Vinokur to deliever my baby she was the one who brought me through this pregnancy. So Saturday, August 14th 2004 she had a orchestra concert. She was not on call. Dr. Bailey was going to deliever m baby. I was not happy. By 2:30 Dr. Bailey had came to me and said that my labor was not progressing that we shpuld do a c-section. I agreed. But didnt agree with the way she wantes to cut me. I was so scared and did not want her. Then my day was saved. Dr. Vinokur came the my room door in her orchestra uniform. I said Dr. Vinokur i dont want the vertical cit. She said no. I will do the bikini cut. What a relief. So 6yrs. Later when i got pregnant again i went right back to her and had a wonderful experience.

Easy parking and easy to find. Dr. Lisa is caring and has a listening ear. She is a mom herself so she understands womens health and wellbeing. Lisa delivered 2 of my children. She is the best .

My first visit was great the staff is friendly and the Dr is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I look forward to my prenatal journey at the office !

I was very happy with the speed in which I was able to get an appointment. I had found a lump, and of course thought cancer. It was such a relief to get to see Dr Vinokur right away.

If you don’t Have any patience I would not visit her there is also only one day a week that an ultrasound technician is there which is on Wednesdays which clearly means they won’t work around your schedule and if you do go on a Wednesday be prepared to sit a while

Wife went to her. She was given a rectal exam without warning or consent. That was twenty years and shes still paying the price for what this doctor did to her.
