Bosque Womens Care

Today I had my first appointment. I am totally disappointed by the attention I received. I have never felt so uncomfortable at any medical appointment before. To start, I went to talk about birth control and irregular periods. Nichole only told me superficially about the methods available due to my medical history . She did not respond a question that I had about one method. And about my periods She said that it was due stress without any scientific basis or proof how can it be possible? Affirm something just from personal perception!!! Also, when I wanted to ask a question she refused to answer for time!!! Really? when I was in the room for half hour waiting for her and She only was there for less than 10 minutes. I know Im wasting my time making this comment because she has several comments about her rude and not empathy attitude and she keeps doing it. In short, I do not recommend her I don’t know if other person has better attitude, but my experience was with her. The student that was there with me was more empathy and was kind.

I saw Maia Poling and she was FANTASTIC. Cannot stress how wonderful she is. She listened attentively to my concerns, was very personable, went through my options with me, and did a thorough exam. Office itself is also set up very nicely, peaceful atmosphere, and as a plant lover I was dying over the huge monstera in the reception area:)

I was a patient back in 2019 and 2020 when I first moved to NM. It was a a transfer care so I already knew my issues. I only met Dr. one time when she did my procedure and she appeared nice. However, I felt being overcharged and didn’t like the collection protocol. It’s weird after every single tests i was ordered to do (had a lot that time), a phone call to tell me a result good or bad and what this meant to my health, they charged me as a “call appointment” with copay like an office visit. I never got charged like that in any Dr. Offices, unless they call to tell me I need a following up visit after a an abnormal test, I am ok to be charged as it’s a real office visit. When I called them to have prescription question (even though I was there just last week), the front desk never connected me to my NP, she took message and set up “call appointment” with the NP, and yes, they charged me as a Dr. visit for that call. Extremely OVERCHARGED. Also, every time I came for a visit, I was asked to pay full balance regardless I just made a partial payment two days ago. The 3rd party company they used to do patient portal never got me set up. I signed up as instruction but never received the next email to confirm my new account. I called the office and she blamed on the 3rd party, I contacted that 3rd party and they blamed on her (healthcare provider). No one fixed it, I ended up requesting the front desk to print my health record every time of my visit (like protocol of 50 years ago) since I couldn’t get on the patient portal. They tried to make me use their facility, so everything got delayed. When I told them my abdominal pain was too bad, they ordered me a pelvic ultrasound but in 2 weeks. That resulted me end up in ER room while waiting for ultrasound because my pain was unbearable. I was naive and didn’t ask if I could get ultrasound elsewhere. Generally, the care/treatment may be ok but the administrative and billing process weren’t good at all. I do not recommend this place

Had my first visit today !! The front desk girls were amazing. Cheyenne got me in very quickly and was very accommodating to my urgent needs. I very much appreciated that. The Medical Assistant Alex was also super nice . She made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. The dr that saw me Maia was also super nice . She made my insecurities vanish! I felt very awkward and embarrassed going in to the appointment but so much relief after ! Thank you to all of you that helped me today ! I will be switching from UNM to you guys for all my womanly needs !

I have been a customer for many years. Bethany Ford PA is FANTASTIC!The front receptionist staff is extremely unprofessional! Shayanne and manager Ashley are the worst! They are not well rehearsed on HIPAA. The front desk staff screams not speaks at you and they blurt out all of your sensitive information medical and financial in front of everyone. When I asked why I had a balance from my last visit (never received a bill in the mail), the front receptionist did not know why and never provided detailed information of what I was paying for. She was able to yell out to everyone what it could have been about. The waiting room is right next to the receptionist counter. When I asked for them to lower their voice, they took it personally and were even more rude; including the front desk manager. They did not have my consent to blurt out all of my sensitive information to all and then wait to give me my receipt. No instructions on what to do or where to go were given after this. No greetings were given and no farewell. The most unprofessional business staff I have ever encountered. The staff will not connect you to the owner when you call. They all cover for one another. The owner is always out of town. No 5 stars here.

I had a visit in March that, as I recall, was pleasant and efficient. But now in September I discover that extra tests were run with my sample without my knowledge, that I didnt request, and I didnt find out until the lab contacted me saying an overdue balance was about to be sent to collections. I received no communication about this. I paid my copay day of and didnt recieve any indication that Id be expected to pay more for the labs at a later date or that i was ever going to pay more than the copay. Its reminiscent of someone ordering extra or unnecessary tests for financial incentive. While trying to resolve this I made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, the email address on their website leads nowhere. The only option was facebook which I dont have so who knows if that would work. The whole situation stinks and makes me uncomfortable recieving care from here in the future.

So to begin with I will say the providers themselves have been great. I will tell my experiences. So my first appointment went well and we spoke of birthcontrol options and had a pap. A week later 10 mins before closing Easter weekend someone left me a message saying I needed to contact them about my test results. I was nerve wracked all weekend. When I called at opening Monday morning I was told in all medical terminology what was wrong and set up for a test. I wasnt given any expectations to prep mentally or physically for this test except to take Ibuprofen. I didnt even know what was going to happen. I showed up for the test the next week and while reading through the paperwork I started to realize this procedure could be very painful. I was not expecting anything like this. I had the procedure alone because I didnt even know anyone could be with me. Needless to say it was highly traumatic for me. I waited 2 weeks for the results which was expected but I had to call the practice to even get the results which could include a cancer possibilities. I was sick for 2 weeks and just a wreck not knowing. When I called I was told I had to speak to the provider which really sent me into a panic. No one ever called that day. So I called back the next day and finally the assistant told me it was not cancer and just needed to be retested next year. I decided after the trauma of the procedure I went through I didnt want my IUD procedure right now and asked to be prescribed the progesterone birth control pill instead as I had discussed with provider. They stated provider was out that week and they would set up another phone visit (which would charge me) to discuss what was already discussed. Im done. I will never go back and would never send any family or friends here till they clean up their act.

This place is not for me anymore. If you care about your reproductive health dont go here. Stay clear from Nicole she will send you out the door if you have really bad pelvic pain I ended up at the E.R. I wanted to give them another chance so I did what the ER doctor told me and that I should get a ultrasound by my obgyn. So I didint want to see Nicole again and went to a diff practioner named Lisa she was very aloof and cold to me. I think she was holding a grudge with me because I had got very upset with Nicole sending me out the door in such pain with no ultrasound ordered until I had seen the ER Doc . If you speak up and get upset at 1 doc on why they didnt do their job you get the rath of all of them!!! A bunch of emotional unstable ladies here.I seen Drs come and go from this place and now I know . Dr . Swartz is the owner of this place and shes doing a terrible job . Im a native from Nm and I will let my family and friends know not to come here!

Bad business...I just received two bills from February appointment and they never told me about these tests. When I called regarding these bills they just said You sign those papers regarding these tests Very disappointed. Also they got wrong my address they finally send me a text regarding this... I own them a huge amount for these tests. Be aware ladies.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this gynecologist, after some realization i can confidently say that the ladies at the front desk are totally rude and made me and others feel unwelcome. The gynecologist is already an uncomfortable situation so being disrespected by the first faces you see is unfortunate. On the other hand my doctor Nichole is very friendly and made me feel safe, as far as the ladies at the desk go, i think they need to go take a training on customer service!

I highly recommend Bosque Womens Care for all women. All staff are extremely professional and kind. The reason I feel they are the best womens care practice in the city is due to each provider practicing trauma informed care, which I have found is rare at other practices, unfortunately. I appreciate their compassion and consideration that past traumatic experiences that can make gynecological exams triggering. Thank you for caring!!

Waste of time and money. Went in for cramping and possible ovarian cysts, was not examined but was offered and then didn’t receive requested birth control. They didn’t send lab work to tricore, and never sent request for ultrasound.

The office is clean and easy to get to. The staff is professional, welcoming and efficient. Stephania and Nicole really took care of me. This location is a 2 hour drive away, but I dont care, theyre now my womens health care center.

Called for a consult being I am from out of town, the front desk girl was not willing to be helpful when I asked about how pricing worked and what it looked like for someone without insurance. She was not knowledgeable of how to speak to customers which was apparent by her lack of tone and her inability to help someone get scheduled to see pricing for the doctors there. I asked for a doctor recommended and she flatly said “she’s not here anymore” but definitely did not offer any others to me. I can guarantee she would not want the same treatment at an establishment. It’s a shame because this place came recommended to me but based off my first impression, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where the receptionist doesn’t act like me trying to give them business & money is inconvenient to her.

I had a good experience. I’d say wonderful but being I went in for a pap! Lol. Beautiful building inside and out. I was treated kindly, quickly, and efficiently. I went in nervous before because annual physicals are one of those things most women hate and the office staff made it bearable, so thank you. 😊 I would recommend this business to my friends and family knowing they would be treated with kind and sincere care.

As a former employee of Bosque Womens Care My daughter is seen by Nicole Badillo, NP. who is absolutely amazing!!! She took the time to listen to her symptoms, explain the treatment plan along with ordering additional lab testing to find what could be the cause for her symptoms. This did result in my daughter needing to see a hematologist. Nicole appointed her to see an amazing provider for her to also receive the treatment she need with them. My daughter is very comfortable and confident with her provider and I could not be happier or more thankful for the providers and staff of this practice on the patient side of things.

PCP referred me for a biopsy. I wouldve had to wait a couple months to see an M.D. so I was scheduled with PAC (Nicole). I was told past medical history was irrelevant (wrong!). Biopsy was done with nothing for pain! She was whispering to chaperone during procedure, which made me very uncomfortable. She was cold, arrogant and aloof. She contradicted herself several times. I will not be returning to this practice! I wouldve given a zero star review had it been an option.

Been coming for years and their answer to everything is birth control and medication. Front desk staff is not helpful or welcoming, and talk so loud you hear every conversation, no decency or respect.

I am teetering between a three-star and a four-star review. I want to start off by saying all of the front office staff ladies have been and are so incredibly nice. The gal who took me back for my patient intake was incredibly nice as well. At the time of my visit there, I was asked if the doctors shadow/student could be present during my exam--I consented. I cant remember the name of the student but she was very nice and I really enjoyed having her present. She was very attentive and a great listener. The gynecologist I had for my appointment, on the other hand was also nice, just took a more forward approach.My hesitancy with giving a great review is that this office sources a laboratory for their testing. Completely fine. My issue is I simply dont know where the issue for billing my insurance (for the lab work) began. Either this office did not forward my insurance information correctly to their lab or the lab they go through did not take in my information correctly. My lab work was billed separately and was done incorrectly. They billed my secondary insurance as my primary and didnt bother to bill my secondary at all. I called to have billing help me adjust these errors and was given the number to pathology and had to call myself. Dealing with insurances is a nightmare and I personally dont have the patience to make sure I settle this dispute. I hope Bosque Womens Care office wasnt the cause in this headache and battle of an error.

I saw Lisa and she was genuinely concerned and compassionate. She was one of the best providers Ive seen in Albuquerque

My experience with Bosque Women’s Cate has been wonderful. After getting off to a rocky start regarding my appointment I have been thoroughly impressed. The staff is kind and caring. They are knowledgeable and helpful with finding solutions to whatever you may be going through. I am so happy I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new women’s health professional.

Have never had a worse experience with a provider. They asked if a student/ intern can observe and then she proceeds with IUD procedure without my consent causing me with tremendous pain.Nicole Badillo not only violated my right as a patient she didn’t have the decency of a human being to empathize with me with my recent grief.This practice has no respect for a patient’s feelings and emotions.

Went in for my women’s annual and had a really great experience with staff as well as the PA that saw me. She felt very genuine and gave me the time of day. I often feel like doctos are rushing through and don’t take the time for your needs, especially as women can be sensitive with hormonal issues. She heard my concerns and issues with birth control and had some really great recommendations as to other birth control to consider. In the past, I have often felt pressured about birth control but I felt really comfortable here to take my time on a decision. I am often picky with women’s doctors but this is a place I will definitely continue going to as I felt heard and comfortable. The only reason I did 4 starts is because it’s been a little over a week and haven’t heard results but I am hoping those are coming soon.

It was my first appointment at this clinic, and I definitely plan to return for my annual exams. The office staff was friendly, the environment was clean and relaxing, and the clinic is centrally located in ABQ, near I-25. Dr. Lisa Carlson is knowledgeable, friendly and seems to genuinely care for her patients. You can tell she enjoys her job and helping others stay healthy.

Drove 45 minutes to my appointment and was late due to an accident on the freeway. i called to check if theyd even take me and they said yes and when i got there told me i was too late. they have a 10 minute window and i got there 5 minutes after that. then when i called back to cancel my appointment because of how angry i was with how rude they were they hung up on me. disgusting professionals.

Im trying to be fair as I know not everyone goes in with the same history as I did but, if you have endometriosis, diagnosed & extensive history as I did, this is not the specialist youre seeking. Office environment is peaceful, spa like in fact. Front desk staff was helpful & expeditious. In fact, everyone there was rather pleasant. I do have a sordid history with endo & was looking for a 2nd opinion, rather than the open me up & remove what we find approach Im accustomed to. Ive been satisfied with both surgeons previously & was earnestly looking for another approach. Not to dig into my personal business but endometriosis has been less than kind to me with both sepsis & near renal failure prior to hysto. My provider informed me today that the symptoms I currently have, similar to my flare before last surgery, were not cause by endometriosis. Endometriosis was the cause of pressure, pain, discomfort but really nothing else. Unfortunately, Ive been dealt this deck so many times I know thats not necessarily the cade. Her student had a better response than my provider which was to eliminate the other possibilities prior to assuming it was endometriosis causing symptoms. Provider recommended hormone replacement & progesterone blockers without any tests to determine current hormones levels. Earnestly, someone without a prior medical history, not seeking depth of care, this clinic could be appropriate. Cautionary tale is that if you have a complicated case of endometriosis, this clinic is likely not able to provide the level of care youre seeking.

Maia is absolutely wonderful!!! Im so glad to have made an appointment with her. She was professional, warm and really invested in my health concerns. It’s been a long time since I have felt this way about a doctor/PA. She seemed very educated in all her responses to my questions. The front desk staff is exceptionally kind too. Nothing but praise to share with my experience at Bosque Womens Care!

Just had my first appointment with Maia Polinger. She was so amazing. She listened to all my concerns and made a plan to address each of them. I have had issues finding someone I like ever since I came to Albuquerque. Ive had doctors not listening to all my concerns and rushing me out the door and not actually preforming the exam i asked for. All because the person who scheduled me didn’t schedule me for right appointment. Eventhough, I repeated asked for my annual exam. I also had one place tell me I had to reschedule, after waiting 3 months for an appointment, all because I was 12 mins late. Like they wouldnt have had sitting there for 30+ minutes anyway. So, to find place that has a welcoming environment, friendly staff, and a doctor that listens, feels like I hit the jackpot. I cant thank everyone at Bosque Womens care enough. I highly recommend this clinic, especially Maia Polinger.

I have never been treated with the such a high level of care and respect by anyone in NM! All of the staff here is incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I feel fortunate to have found them. I have been seeing Dr. Brawley for a few years now. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She always takes the time to listen to me, answer my questions, give me all of my options, and she always lets me know everything she is doing beforehand. I feel completely comfortable talking to her. There is rarely ever a short wait time, the office is clean and welcoming, and I always leave feeling really good about the entire experience from start to finish. Thank you, I really appreciate you all!

The receptionist who took my call was wonderful and helpful . Doc was kind knowledgeable and amazing. They saw me same day which I was so thankful for. Very nice location. Lobby welcoming. Person who did my follow up appointment was lovely.Nurse who I saw was extremely rude. But. Can’t blame an entire place for one terrible woman. she also very rudely threw a mask towards me stating I needed to wear it which in this day and age and finally KNOWING what we know about the ineffectiveness of the mask….thought was funny and unnecessary but…..overall, great experience!! I would absolutely recommend!!

This is the best OBGYN practice. I love the new office space. it is even better then the previous location, which I didnt think was possible, because the previous location was awesome. My provider was Michelle Williams and she was great! she explained everything thoroughly and was very calm and patient whenever I asked questions. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, because Im sure they will easily meet even the highest standards or expectations one can have.

I am a new patient at Bosque Womens Care and my first visit was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit was almost three weeks ago and although I received a phone call a few days later regarding a test result from my visit, I have yet to receive results from lab testing that was performed four days after my visit (two weeks ago). I am accustomed to receiving bloodwork results within 48 hours and have called the office twice to speak to a medical assistant regarding the delay. The medical assistants have told me the test results are there but my medical provider has not reviewed them so I cannot receive them over the phone. I have reached out to TriCore to have them send me the results directly as I am at a loss for how updating a medical record can take this long. Maybe this experience is an anomaly, but it has been very frustrating.

Thank you to Lisa, she is absolutely amazing, attentive, & listens to my concerns & makes plans to solve them. All of the ladies in the front are welcoming & helpful. Love the professionaism of this office & I will definitely be a long lasting patient. Also, I had to have a surgery last September where Dr. Schwartz did an amazing job & everything went amazingly. Thank you Bosque Womens.

I never even made it into the office so I can’t speak on the doctors. But I did have to deal with the front desk staff and they were awful. I filled out new patient paperwork the day before my appointment. I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled so I called and they said that if the paperwork isn’t filled out, the system will automatically cancel your appointment. Amanda told me I had to reschedule because they already gave my appointment away. I asked how they were going to rectify this situation because I already waited 1 month for the appointment I had and I had lost it due to an error that their system made since I DID fill out the paperwork and all she said was “Our system doesn’t make errors.”I’m sure this would be a great place without Amanda or the other front desk staff I spoke to that was unhelpful. I would advise avoiding this place just to avoid them.

Wonderful experience for annual pap & exam. The whole staff was excellent. Maia was very thorough and so personable. I highly recommend.

I had my new patient appointment a week ago. The employees here are all amazingly friendly! I felt very welcomed and cared for. Very quick appointments and had all my questions answered thoroughly.

Bosque Womens Care has done an excellent job on figuring out what is going on with my body. It was easy to get an appointment and i was seen in a relatively short time (12 days after scheduling). I got an ultrasound and results within a day. The staff is very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable talking with them about specific needs and have never felt shamed or judged like some doctors have made me feel in the past. Thank you!

I absolutely love the providers and staff at Bosque Women’s. I have received excellent care and feel that all my medical needs continue to be met. The facility very clean and the location is easy to find. I recommend this amazing clinic, staff and providers to anyone who wants to receive excellent care.

I had a very pleasant experience at this facility. It was nice to have a conversation with a woman doc and feel validated about the symptoms Ive been experiencing. Its been along time but I was actually excited for the appt so I could start getting some kind of relief or treatment. After waiting 5 days for RX to be filled I call pharmacy on day 6 to inquire delay to be told my INSURANCE doesnt cover the RX...I was very upset to learn this cuz 6 days I waited for RX. NO ONE from Bosque clinic called me to inform me that my RX was not covered until I started to call them telling me I could pay out of pocket?, or look into Good RX cost?, which left me with more questions than answers.With this being said Im right back where I started.. I really didnt accomplish anything!!! I paid for a Dr visit that Im going to have to basically repeat because the one treatment we both agreed to try insurance wont cover. Ive been left hanging to deal with symptoms and still being given the option to PAY-OUT-OF-POCKET for an uncovered RX which is NOT an option for me.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND INSURANCE COMPANIES REASONS TO COVER CERTAIN MEDICATIONS OVER ZERO TO NONE ON OTHERS. Makes no sense!!!!

My wife had an appointment today and called this morning to confirm. We arrive 40ish minutes before the appointment to find out that the scheduler messed up and the appointment us actually scheduled for later in the week. If we cancel an appointment with 14 days we owe $100. If they screw up, nothing. Now weve both taken off work for an appointment that didnt happen and well have to take additional time off for the (hopefully) correctly scheduled appointment.

Great experience overall. I havent been able to find a provider that I can really trust and with NP Ashley it was instant. She is so knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Even if she did not know the answer she was sure to find it. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does and the way she delivered her care. Most providers seem rushed and disheveled but Ashley came in and was ready and focused on my care. She puts her heart into this job. Thank you, Ashley. I am a long term patient!!!Changing my review because my provider is no longer at this facility. Just found out.

I have been a patient here since 2020 and have seen quality of care decline over the last year. The front desk staff is rude (seemingly overworked) and have set up appointments for me that had nothing to do with my care/need. Their policies seem to have changed to milk as many visits so they can bill you and your insurance as much as possible.The provider turnover is a big problem too -- I have had three different providers at this place in the span of about two years. I have to keep going back to establish care with a provider before I can get anything done.The way that this place is being run now seems to be more focused on profit and far less on patient care.

Every single aspect regarding my visit was outstanding. From making an appointment with the Front Desk (super friendly, super efficient) to my visit with Lisa Carlson (never felt rushed, she was very thorough, warm demeanor and knowledgeable) -- all the way through checkout. Highly recommend!

All the receptionists were wonderful. Timing was pretty spot on and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Lisa Carlson is also the best, so easy to talk to and personable, making a less than comfortable situation (think Pap smear) easy and as calm/pleasant as possible.

Excellent care provided by CNM Williams and the entire staff of Bosque. CNM Williams was very scientific yet approachable. The nurses, office staff, and team are lovey. The waiting area is also eclectic and the art is groovy. Thank you so much Ms. Williams!

My Women’s Wellness visit at Bosque Women’s Care was exceptional. The staff was prompt, courteous & very polite. Alicia that works at the front desk and scheduled my appointment was absolutely wonderful. Elizabeth Carlson, NP, was a good listener and exuded kindness, empathy, and care. I felt very comfortable with her right away & felt that she had my best interests in mind. I feel very fortunate to have found Elizabeth and this Women’s Wellness Group.

I saw Nicole at ABQ Health Partners, and followed her to this practice. At Bosque Womens, Ive seen her and Michelle. Both are personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. I am also very appreciative of the office staff, as they are very accommodating as far as appointments go - same day, even! Great practice.

I usually go to another nurse practitioner for my female issues, but she’s expensive and booked until March 2022. I used to go to Bosque but couldn’t remember why I stopped going; after my appointment today, I remember why.Front staff - too busy or uninterested in making any eye contact with me at all. Getting an annual exam is so personal and uncomfortable. They weren’t welcoming at all. They seemed bothered that they had to stop what they were doing to merely check me in or provide me with my mammogram order.Ashley, the NP who did my exam seemed too busy or rushed to pay attention to my concerns. I had to repeat everything to her that I had just told the tech who hurriedly took my vitals.I left feeling ashamed and upset. I won’t go back.

Expert staff. Friendly, helpful, and professional. They put the interests of the patient first. Mom had a great first experience with WHNP, Nicole Badillo. She listened, explained options clearly, and made sure everyone was comfortable. Well done.

I was nervous about going in. I have always been blown off by doctors instead of being given help to treat things. Today I was treated with respect, given options, and a plan. Everyone was so nice. The office is comforting, not over stimulating. I’m looking forward to being a patient with Bosque Women’s Care for a long time. :)

I don’t think anyone is overly excited to see a gynecologist, but I have to say this was the easiest visit ever. Not the normal doctors office vibes with the gross waiting rooms. Quiet and calming. Doctor was awesome.

The ease of booking an appointment was surprising. The booking agent Eriol was fun and informative and sent the office link for medical info completion which was quick and easy to complete. Check in was a breeze and reception staff very nice. Lisa Carlson was very kind and knowledgeable. My experience at Bosque was great.

I loved Tracy, the FNP, who worked there. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. However, I was not too impressed by the front desk at all. I walked in for my appointment and nobody looked up at me or spoke to me or communicated with me. I had to walk up to the front desk myself and say that I had an appointment and what needed to be done. Even when I did this, I still received a cold shoulder. I felt the front desk could have communicated better with a better attitude. I work at a clinic myself and our front desk has better communication so I expect the same here. Once I was pulled back, the MA was very kind and Tracy was as well so that made up for it. Tracy refilled my medication and ordered blood work for me which I appreciated since I do not have a primary care physician yet as I just moved here. I would recommend seeing Tracy for sure!

I saw Kate at Bosque Womens for a consult, and was so pleased by the kind and compassionate care I received. The desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Kate took extra time to listen to my concerns, and make sure I understood my options for treatment. Ive had some really horrible medical experiences in the past, and it was such a relief to be treated by women who truly seem to care about their patients.

I have always been anxious and nervous about going to a new provider, ESPECIALLY a new gynecologist! As a recent transplant to New Mexico, I needed to find a new gynecologist and was referred here by my doctor who understood my anxiety. Everyone here is professional, kind and knowledgeable! They anticipate the comfort and needs of their patients. I highly recommend this group. Michelle Williams is very thorough and highly professional!

Very disappointed! I have been a patient for a couple of years and I did have good experiences, my daughter has been a pt as well for about a year but everytime she goes they never examine her or anything only prescribe she missed only one appt and got charged I called and asked about that they said she had 2 missed appt and that they would waive it but then they would dismiss her if it happened again even after I told her we have never missed appointments before or had that appt scheduled that she mentioned she just kept saying they were going to dismiss her from the clininc : Story behind that phrase of dismissing her after another missed appt is that patients with medicaid are threatened with that and will be mistreated.I work with medicaid patients and I have heard and seen how they are treated and talked to.Dr. Swartz and Tracy were and have been great although Tracy is no longer there which was a bummer and still went ahead and scheduled but to be treated like that by staff members is just unacceptable.

This was my first visit at the center. I was very pleased with the staff. Lisa Carlson was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had some concerns and she took her time and explained everything I wanted to know. I highly recommend Bosque Womens Center.

I got an appointment to see Elizabeth Carlson. The front desk and nurse were very helpful and friendly. I did have a mountain of paperwork to complete and was still asked the same questions by the by the nurse and the attending physician afterwards.Elizabeth Carlson came into the room and had the wrong chart pulled up. She addressed me by another name and when I told her my name she asked me how I got that nickname from the other name she called me. I told her, no Bess is my name. She then realized that she had the chart for someone else that she was looking at.However I do feel that it was an honest mistake and from that point on she gave her best to help me and to give me the best care.After my appointment I realized that a medication that she advised me to remain on was close to being out and that I had no refills available.I called the nurse the same day as my visit and she put in a note to Elizabeth Carlson.Later she called and said that they would send a prescription over but had no Pharmacy on file. I did fill out a massage amount of paper work that included my pharmacy information.I gave her the info and received no notice from my pharmacy.I called back today to speak with the nurse and she said she saw the prescription but would have to talk to the nurse I spoke with before to find out what’s going on. As of yet, I have not received a call back nor have I received notice that my pharmacy has received the prescription, which is not a controlled substance but a hormone. I don’t understand what the trouble or hold up could be. Elizabeth Carlson advised me to continue this medication, and double up if needed, to help protect me as they schedule me for tests to look for more serious issues.The jury is still out on whether or not Bosque Women’s Care is capable or not of women’s care.I certainly don’t feel the care at this point.

Everyone was friendly enough at the Juan Tabo Pl. office. My first visit with Bosque Women’s was three years ago at the office west of I25 and Jefferson. I can’t remember the nurse practitioner whom I visited. She was thorough, a good listener, took her time, and outstanding. She is no longer with the practice, and so I opted to try someone new down at Juan Tabo, which is closer to my home. However, I felt that my annual woman’s check up was less than adequate and thorough. I’ve had outstanding gynecologists and nurse practitioners In my 64 years of life, and so I have a good frame of reference. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my care.

The front desk ladies were so helpful, I got my IUD switched and they had me sit down, got me water and pain pills. The nurse and Doctor that switched it were fast and it everything right. No matter what getting that done hurts alot, but all the ladies made me feel comfortable, safe and very taken care of. I absolutely love going here and appreciate all of them

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to based on my experience with Dr Swartz. I found her to be very unknowledgeable about any complex women’s healthcare issues. She may be fine for a pap smear or birth control rx - but thats about all. When I tried to ask questions about hormonal changes during perimenopause and its effects, she became increasingly arrogant and dismissive. Staying engaged in scientific literature is very important, and she could benefit from that. But the worst part of my visit was her bedside manner. I dont expect a doctor to know everything but compassion is important. I am currently trying to work through both gynecological issues and a chronic health condition. Rather than showing concern for my well being, she behaved as though I had some terrible illness (when she has no knowledge of that specialty). She said I looked at at your labs and “yikes” I dont know what to make of those! But then when I pressed her, she admitted she didnt remember the significance/meaning of that diagnostic test from medical school. She should really consider her behavior and flippant comments and how they effect patients. Especially when patients do come in anxious about health concerns, either gynecological or not.

Leaving this review because a friend of mine had a terrible experience and thought I’d share mine as well. Providers here are dismissive. I went in a couple years ago with concerns around severe PMDD symptoms. The first NP simply replaced my Mirena. Said my current IUD was “too old” despite them lasting several years. My symptoms worsened after a few weeks. Was advised I didn’t have it in long enough and needed to allow my body more time to adjust. Made sense. Second provider months later at a different location also denied my request to remove the IUD and dismissed my complaints of it being hormone-related, commenting it was “just mental health issues” and to seek therapy rather than remove it. I’m a mental health counselor myself and did not appreciate her patronizing attitude when I knew it was something more. Sure therapy helps with the premenstrual mood swings and regulating emotions, but that’s NOT comprehensive care. What about the joint aches, chills, stabbing ovarian and uterine pains, fatigue, acute pain in my left breast and lower back, irregular periods, hemiplegic migraines? If she was familiar with PMDD, she would have known it’s a combination of both physical and psychological symptoms. If these providers had been current on research, they’d acknowledge that contraceptives are not the only solution and can actually exacerbate the problem for some patients.They covered their bases in ordering tests for me, however the condition is not a hormonal imbalance. It’s the body’s abnormal response to the hormonal fluctuations…more like a sensitivity. After a year of suffering and hoping they were right, I finally found a new provider at Women’s Specialists of NM who removed the IUD promptly without question, noticeably improving my symptoms within a week or two. I’ve been able to manage my condition effectively since then, and have worked alongside a specialist to target the physical symptoms. Two stars because other staff were welcoming and friendly. To the women considering this place, you may have a positive experience. You know your body better than anyone else…so if you know something isn’t right and your provider doesn’t seem to listen, please go elsewhere. That’s with any clinic or provider, not just this place. I was very thankful that they got me in same day I called. Addressed my concerns and listened to everything I had to say. Felt comfortable and treated with kindness. Office and staff; clean, safe and friendly. Ensured that I have access to patient portal if I had any questions. Very thorough and informative. Glad they also have two locations to choose from.

Ive now had 4 different nurse practitioners in the last 3 years. Why are so many NP leaving? Is managment so bad they cant keep good staff? Last 2 times Ive come theres been different check in staff and medical assistants too! Like can you keep no one??!Each time I come in I have reiterate my basic medical background toeveryone because The last person you saw didnt note this information. 2 out of 3 of the old providers Ive seen are still in the area working elsewhere due to this place too!

I only gave 2 stars due to front office and the tech who took my vitals who were great! This was my first visit with NP Ashley and it felt rushed. She never addressed my concerns and just kept saying “this is a lot” when giving her my history. She refilled my previous prescriptions but told me she needed to see my previous records cause my med was prescribed wrong. But then still reorder it. When I brought up any concerns she would just say it was normal and we could address it when she has my records. I don’t understand why a healthcare provider needs to see previous records to answer my concerns. Instead of examining a patient and make a diagnosis based on the current exam. Needless to say, this was the quickest exam I ever had and left me feeling no confidence in NP Ashley. I hope this isn’t where Womens healthcare is going!!!!

I came here with my fiancé for moral support since she has been having issues. She was afraid of going on her own. The front desk was wonderful and we got checked in then waited for someone to come in (doctor, CNP?) Then we had Ashley Quintana come in and was welcoming at first but then my fiancé expressed the issues she has been having and what has been going on the past year. My fiancé didn’t get through half of her sentences without being interrupted and gave instant solutions by telling us to visit with her psychiatrist since it’s because of her medications. We understood some of the issues she may have could be caused by meds but what’s going on with her is not normal and all we got out of this was we are never coming back and we supposedly have to get her birth control switched out (not even fixing the issue we went in for) and to talk to another doctor about her problems. Ashley was in the office with us for 5 minutes before she deemed us good to go. My fiancé left crying because it was rushed, she was interrupted multiple times and the whole reason she was afraid of going was because she thought they were going to look at her down there but not once was it brought up. Even though the issue she was having should’ve required her to be looked at. Only 2 stars since front desk was nice but never again. Thanks.

Although the wait time seemed a bit long, it really felt like they really care about your well being. I felt listened to, comfortable, and am happy with my choice in womens care. I had Tracy OShea and she was wonderful.

First impressions say a lot... When I first walked in I was greater by two smiles with a warm welcome. The facilities were very clean and the decor made me feel like I was back home in Cali near the beach. I did not have to wait long to be seen. I was having my annual womans exam, and the staff as well as the Doctor made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She was very thoro and answered all my questions. I have been twice now and I would recomenened any of my family or friends.

Dr. OShea by far is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took the time to hear my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. The waiting room is cozy and the staff is friendly.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would. If at all possible, don’t become a patient at this practice. If you do, steer clear of Ashley Quintana as a provider. She will feed you false statistics about your preferred choice for birth control and effectively bully you out of your own right to choose your birth control method. When I reached out to the practice manager about Ashley they ignored my concerns. I’ve told women in my family, my friends and my colleagues all to stay away from Bosque Women’s Care.

I have been a very happy client of Dr. Swartz and her band of incredible caregivers for several years. So much so, that I have family who will travel three hours to receive the same care. These women see the whole picture, and treat you like your needs are as unique as the individual who theyre seeing. I will remain a loyal client as long as theyre available.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences all around. From phones always being answered to the Dr. always replying and answering any and all of my questions and concerns. I’ve have been treated by Dr. Carrie Swartz and she has been so helpful and kind throughout all my procedures. Highly recommend.

I just recently was seen there and it was such a great comfortable relaxing environment. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean. Actually the entire office is clean. I came in for an appointment, the appointment was done within 5 minutes. The lady who checked my in and got my weight etc spent more time with me and was nicer than the actual provider. None of my questions were answered. I’m still as lost as confused as I was to begin with. All they cared about was scheduling my annuals. She didn’t answer any of my questions about my symptoms, she simply said “it’s not concerning”. It’s really upsetting to see a healthcare facility be so blind and uncaring to womens care, considering it’s a womens care facility. Periods aren’t supposed to be this way, bodies aren’t supposed to bleed this way. I may be young but I know when something isn’t right. Thanks.

I absolutely live this place. They are so organized and good at what they do. Not to mention their very caring and concerned attitudes. Just great people and exceptional professionals. I have recommended 4 people aready. Definitely worth a 4 to 5 hour trip. Quality care! If you are tired of the run arounds and poor quality make the trip go and see them. Everyone from receptionist to physicians to ultrasound technicians are amazing.

Beautiful new office space. I have a wonderful doctor Lisa. Her treatment is warm and friendly. Professional, but kind. Time is spent with you answering questions and concerns. I wouldnt think to go anywhere else for my care.

I have been going to Bosque Womans Care for years now and I am never disappointed. Ive been to both locations and both are great. This is the only place a care to go to for all my woman care needs. They are always timely, they always remind me of my appointments and every interaction I have is so friendly.

After moving here this year I was desperately looking for a good Gyno. None of the Drs in Santa Fe could fit me in till next year so I looked to Albuquerque. SO glad I did. NP Lauren was amazing- (its never fun) but it was the best experience Ive had at a gynecologist. She was very solicitous and sensitive to making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Or as comfortable as one can be while naked under a hospital gown with your feet in stirrups.

I’ve been dealing with endometriosis for over 10 years now and have tried almost every pill in the book. I’ve been to so many doctors and none of them care or listen. Bosque women’s care has been absolutely amazing. They listen to every concern and are very knowledgeable when answering questions. They actually care for their patients. Highly recommend

Dr. Swartz and her care team are incredible. Visits give me reassurance and support I need to navigate through my medical issues. Appointments are easy to schedule and I’m always seen timely. Great bedside manner and she takes the time to get to know patients for more than their medical issues, which I appreciate.

I relocated last year from Tucson to Albuquerque trying to find a new provider. I decided to go with Bosque Womens Care due to the good ratings, however after my visit in May I knew I made the wrong decision. Not only was the visit painful I do not feel the doctor sat to understand all my ends. Now I am here in January trying to get my Rx filled, however I am being informed I was only provided a Rx for (9) months. My insurance only covers annual visits and I am now being informed the office will not be able to refill my Rx for the reminder of the year. Horrible bed side manner and horrible customer service. I am glad to be back in Tucson with my pervious dr not having to deal with such issues.

What can I say other than this is a fantastic place for womens medical care. Very friendly and professional, they got us in quickly and were very thorough. Truly appreciated the step by step explanations and the time they took to answer questions. Michelle was so easy to talk to and didnt leave us wondering what all the medical terms meant, kept things simple.

Great staff! The office operation was smooth and I was seen right away. There’s nothing like starting off an appointment sitting in the lobby for 30-45 minutes when you have an appointment… that didn’t happen at this office. I was seen at my appointment time and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I just spent time, money + energy for them to deny me the entire reason I went there in the first place. I was transparent about it from my first visit! Why would I be strung along, only to be told I don’t qualify for the surgery I specifically told her on my first appointment?! I feel discriminated against even though my health as a woman is as important as everyone else!

Easy to get appointments, everyone in the office is very friendly. I needed to have an ultrasound done and they can do them right there in the office. Kate was wonderful. She took her time answering all my questions and explaining the procedure I needed to have. I highly recommend them.

After frustration over the poor care I received with a different provider in town I went searching for a second opinion and turned my care over to Dr. Swartz. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE! Her office staff are friendly and professional and they were able to get me scheduled quickly to be seen. From the receptionists at the front to the medical assistants and all staff members affiliated with Bosque Womens Care and Dr. Swartz herself. . I received the best treatment and care!!! They are attentive and listened to my medical complaints and concerns and got me scheduled quickly for diagnostic testing that was needed. They were quickly able to diagnose my medical problem and then took the time to sit down with me and go over ALL treatment options. Surgery was the best overall option for me as my uterus had many fibroids and I had suffered with a multitude of symptoms that had gradually worsened for 2 years. They got me scheduled for surgery timely and I am now 3 weeks post op. Dr. Swartz did a great job and I have been healing super fast with no complications. I am feeling better than I have in several years! Being that I have been a licensed nurse myself for the past 25 years I can honestly say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I had a terrible experience here. This is actually the first review I’ve ever left. But I had to let others know.The doctor here continue to tell me that my symptoms were because I needed to be on birth control. She didn’t take any tests or examinations at all for an appointment I waited weeks for. Then proceeded to tell me “good luck” before I left.I went to another doctor and I did have an infection. Don’t go here

All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful from the staff who answered the phone to the check in/out staff. Ashley Quintana CNP was very thorough and was able to identify an issue Ive been dealing with for many years that no one else has been able to help with. I finally feel hope that medical issue can be treated.

I went here nearly a ago and I mentioned my concerns. Specifically pain in my lower right abdomen. I just left a gynecologist appointment with a different dr who told me the exact opposite of what information I was given by an NP at this office. They also confirmed what I had originally thought. I feel like I trusted the dr’s here to help me on a journey and they didn’t have an interest in providing me the care I felt I needed. In retrospect I should’ve gotten a second opinion but instead I got a bill for a service I couldn’t afford. I don’t recommend this office at all.

Dont go here if you expect to see an MD or need any kind of urgency. They only care about getting as many patients in as possible, without providing the actual needed care to the patients. The front desk is absolutely clueless and provide no help, even with basic billing and appointment questions. I needed an emergency ultrasound follow up after being seen in the ER, communicated this with literally everyone I spoke to in this office. After going in for my ultrasound I had to ask when I would get my results. Since it was an emergency, it shouldve been immediate, as even 1 day could have drastically affected what we were monitoring for. Instead, I was told it would be 7-10 days. At that point, the ultrasound didnt mean anything as things were rapidly changing. I called two more times requesting it be viewed as an emergency (and per the ER doctors requests too). Nearly a week later I called the office and was told the doctor had called and left me multiple voicemails. This was not the case. I never recieved one voicemail or result from them. I immediately found another doctor that was able to get me an ultrasound and results within an hour - as it should be under these circumstances. So disappointed with Bosque Womens Care and wouldnt wish my experiences on anyone. Find a different doctor.

Ive never had the opportunity to see Dr. Swartz however I have been seen by Whitney, shes AMAZING, she takes her time with you and makes you feel comfortable, she she shows great concern for my well being.The staff up front is very friendly no matter if its on the phone or in person they always try to meet your needs

As a woman of soon to be 50, I was finally heard when I discussed my health concerns with Ashley and these concerns were not swept under the rug. She made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel a fool when discussing womanly issues with her. It was a breath of fresh air!

Wow. This was my first stop after emergency care, ultrasounds etc. where I was referred to this clinic for an obgyn. However, I was told I should to see their CNP first. Should I have gone straight to the ObGyn? Because despite having to repeat in detail the nature of my pain episodes, it seems the CNP made up her mind before even seeing me. Is this the modus operandi of BWC? The CNP did not look at the actual ultrasounds, and reviewed nothing with me. She said she was reading what was written, told me that my pain had nothing to do with what she assumed were ovarian cysts & fibroids, and ushered me out the door to make ANOTHER ultrasound appointment in 3 months. Why? So she can tell me the same thing again? Unbelievable. I drove 2 hours round trip in terrible wind for a 15 minute appointment where I was told my pain and symptoms have nothing to do with cysts or fibroids. Amazing, considering the innumerable women suffering out there with symptoms from fibroids & ovarian cysts, the research proving otherwise must all be--wrong?? Imagine yourself in my shoes to receive care like this. Clearly, she didnt care. When someone comes to you for help because they are scared and in pain and youre told to go away and come back in three months, what does that say about Bosque Womens Care?? You dont care. I wasnt listened to and feel like I should apologize for taking up 15 minutes of her time, eh?Upside? The ladies at the front desk were friendly and seem to care more than the actual NP. Im flabbergasted.

Super sweet staff, comfortable environment and waiting room. I waited one minute after checking in. NP was friendly and professional. I am so happy to have found a great women’s clinic.

I was a patient of Whitnys a while back and just recently found out where shes practicing. Im so glad to continue getting care from her as she is professional, personable, and thorough. She creates an environment that is safe and comfortable, and the fact that shes amenable to different approaches for health care and wellness which is huge for me. Wherever she goes, I will follow. My daughters feel the same way.

Dr. Michelle walked me through each step of the check up verbally and prefaced all of it by reminding me that I could stop the check up at any point if I wasn’t feeling comfortable. I have been going here for a couple years and unfortunately I have decided I wont be returning. I found my care to be subpar. I was told I had fibroids and the np said she could feel my fibroids and was referred to get a fibroid embolization but upon review of a CT scan after a recent visit to the ER for pelvic issues, found out I had none. There were cysts....what kind of gynecologist clinic doesnt know the difference between the two? I believed I spent too much delayed time trying to figure out what was causing my pain in the wrong clinic and almost reached out to have this procedure done believing it was the cause. Glad I waited.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a women’s care clinic in several years. I really appreciated Ashley Quintana’s depth of knowledge and her simple explanations to me. Office is well run!

Let me start by saying, I love Dr Carrie Swartz, but I will never be returning as a patient to her office. I have been a loyal patient to the Bosque Womens Care for over three years now. I have moved with them to each new location and change of staff. I am a resident of Socorro New Mexico, this means for each visit there is atleast 2 hours of driving involved.Despite all of this I continued to see Dr. Swartz because I think she is an excellent physician. However her adminstrators that sit behind the desk have terrible service skills. I am a person with medical issues that I want to discuss with my doctor yet over the course of two months I was rescheduled THREE times. I was headed to my latest scheduled appointment and I had a hard time finding the NEWEST location of the office. I showed up to my appointment ten minutes late because I got lost. In the office, I was told by the women behind the front desk that I would need to be rescheduled again. This is the fourth time I have been rescheduled. I am a person and a patient. My appointments had been bumped multiple times over the last three years yet they could not make an exception for me once. My health problems should be treated with the same care as any other patient. I needed to see Dr Swartz to discuss complications I have been having, now I have the task of finding a new doctor. I would like to be treated like a person not a number by the staff. This was an incredibly upsetting experience for me. I am not an angry person and I have never before this written a bad review. This experience was awful. Beware to any new patients, the office is so busy they will not have time to fit you into their busy day.

I have been going to Bosque for years. Every staff member is caring and they offer comprehensive care. If you want to be treated as a person and not just another patient, this is the place.

I received terrible customer service on the day of my appointment (waited over an hour for my appointment, rude staff, etc.) and left the appointment without services. One year later, I received a bill for over $1400 for services I never received that day. The accounts payable staff is insistent that the services were performed, saying that Dr. Swartz documented that she did remove and replace my IUD. This is absolutely false and my credit is at stake. I am still trying to get the billing rectified a year later. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!

Everyone is professional and friendly. Lisa Carlson is amazing. She explains things thoroughly and addresses all concerns while being patient for those of us who are on edge. I highly recommend Bosque.

The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make me feel like I’m actually wanted there and I’ve only had a few appointments here so far every single time I’ve had one even if it’s on the phone it has been great! I am definitely happy that I found them.

The medical providers at this location are great but unfortunately the front desk is not so great :/ they messed up my appointment twice and one i had even called the day before to confirm when it was only for me to take time off of work show up and then still say it was for a different day .

Whitney sits and talks with you. She is fully engaged during your appointment. I feel like she is more my Primary Care person than my normal doctor. All the staff is always caring

If i could give zero stars, I would. I was really hoping for more but unfortunately fear of COVID has taken the humanity away from Alicia and the other office managers at this location. As a fellow essential worker, like them, I am exempt from travel restrictions as my work takes me out of state and out of the country. I unfortunately fell ill while away and upon return the Lovelace ER provided me care and diagnosed my abdominal pain to be a gynecological issue that required immediate care. My appointment was Wednesday 10/21 and my fever (the ONLY COVID symptom I showed) broke 10/16, 5 days prior. I provided proof that I was exempt from the travel restriction as well as negative COVID and flu tests from Lovelace the day prior on 10/20. They simply didnt care. As care providers there was absolutely no ETHICAL reason they should have denied someone in pain the care they needed. Fear has clouded the better judgement of this practice and aside the young lady at the front desk who was very sweet, no one here cares about your well being.

Highly recommend. Jocelyn fit me in on Christmas Eve 🙌 which worked perfectly with my busy holiday schedule. She was kind, thorough, and compassionate. Look forward to my ongoing care with her and the clinic.

Continually disappointed by the front office staff. They are rude, give incorrect information, and treat you like an idiot for asking questions. I like Dr. Swartz but she needs to hire better people. They never prepare you for your appointment or what is expected and they always seem annoyed at having to help you. Ill be searching for a new Obgyn soon - Its just gotten to be too much.

I love going to Bosque Womens Care, I always see Whitney and feel that she really understands the point of life Im in and recommends appropriate products, birth control and treatments that I can manage without being judged! She is always so personable, kind & considerate, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was attempting to get help for Menopause symptoms. I was put on a Mini pill by Lisa. It made me feel horrible. I called the office after a week on the new medication. I was having severe symptoms and was hoping to get some answers and maybe other options. I was called by the office twice on Friday to ask my symptoms. I never got a call back. Monday I got another call from the office girls asking my symptoms once again. Im discouraged at the concern not given.I was called by a provider that didnt see me and had no idea what I wanted. I will not be returning and will be telling my clients about their bad service.

Whitny took the time to listen to me and get to know me. She was also training a NP student and her interaction with her was great. I appreciated her calm and caring demeanor, and her ability to articulate the what and why of our next steps of care.

Because of the good reviews I decided to go with Bosque Womens care. Only to find out is was the worst decision of my life.. I was prescribed a medication that made me very sick.. Called the office to tell them what happened, They didnt even bother returning call,its like they didnt even care.. Terrible care for their patients.. Before you decided to go here, I would see other options, only for your personal safety!

Providers are nice. Bill well over allowed insurance rates with in-network. Even if you have good insurance, you will pay $100 per visit.

Gave 4 stars because this was a first visit and I want to have more interactions before going to 5 stars. Appreciated Dr. Swartz listening well and being willing to hear my needs. Also very much appreciated the practice having an onsite ultrasound facility. I was lucky to get a cancellation slot and got very fast feedback on my issue. Dr. Swartz was there to see the ultrasound in person which was a real bonus. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Swartz in the future and so far am very satisfied with the visit.

I had an appointment this afternoon with Ashley who was awesome. She was kind and not rushed. I even got her card on the way out to schedule my next appointment in a year.

I have had amazing experience with Bosque Womens Care and Dr Swartz-went in for anemia from heavy periods initially to discuss options, ended up have a hysterectomy. Everything went absolutely perfect-the staff responded immediately on the one post op concern I had, and I was in the next morning just for a check and reassurance that everything was healing normally. Dr Swartz is wonderful, so obviously caring and compassionate about helping women, and I have always had good experiences with the office staff as well. I would highly recommend Dr Swartrz to anyone

No one likes going to the gynecologist but this place is awesome. Everyone was very nice and made the experience very pleasant. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a great place to get all your girly parts checked out.

My provider closed her practice and all patient charts were transferred to Dr. Swartz. Mine was hand delivered to her in June, 2014. I have an extensive history, and my chart is 2-3 thick. I saw Dr. Swartz one time and that visit was fine. However when my sister was diagnosed with stage 3a breast cancer in September (after having a clear mammo in January), I called for an order for a mammo for myself (current treatment/prevention guidelines), the receptionist told me Dr. Swartz wouldnt order it and stated that unless my sister had the BRCA gene, it was just something bad that happened to her and I didnt need to worry about it. I decided then and there that I would NEVER see her again. I have been trying now for over 2 months to obtain my old chart from my other provider. I have made the request in writing and have made numerous phone calls. Every time I speak to anyone on the phone, Im told they will call me back, and they never have. One of the times I called, I was given the phone number for someone who has access to a storage facility where my chart might be and was told to call her. I have spoken with her twice, and she has never returned my calls either. This past Monday was the VERY FIRST TIME the office has ever called me, and it was to tell me that my record is lost, that theyre looking in other patients charts and if anything comes up they will call me back, but to QUIT CALLING to ask for my record. At that point I reminded the person who called that under HIPAA rules, they have 30 days to respond to my request, either by providing the record or putting into writing why they cant, and that has not been done. In addition, since my chart cannot be located by them and may be goodness knows where in goodness knows whose possession, that ALSO constitutes a HIPAA privacy breach. So I asked if they were going to report it to the Office for Civil Rights as such, and the person said oh I dont know about that. Ill have to talk to my manager and call you back. Not surprisingly, I have not received a call back from them.My recommendations are these: if you or anyone in your family has cancer and you have concerns, see another provider. If you are concerned about protecting your health and personal information, SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER.(I fully expect my review to be deleted, so Ive saved it and will post it in other forums.)

Very welcoming environment, professional and compassionate staff, and I cant say enough how much I recommend this marvelous staff. There are no words. It can be hard to find a good Gynecologist, and I am filled with gratitude that my search is completed!

Whitney Schluter is the first woman’s doctor who has made me feel compfortable after one bad experience that made me avoid the gynocologist for years. She listened to me and went out of her way to help me with my general health. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who really cares.

Dr. Swartz was the first to *really* listen to me. Ive had pelvic & intercourse pain for over 8 yrs. Most docs just wanted me to take birth control and not truely discover the cause of my pain. A few had ridiculous solutions. I think its been about 7 months seeing her. Ive had a laproscopy, vein ct and a follow up vein procedure. My pain is still a work in progress but I am happy that shes been actually trying! I gave four stars because a few quirky things have occured that have been minorly annoying. I still would highly recommend - for me, the benefits have outweighed the few imperfections.

This clinic will insist you make an appointment for EVERYTHING in order to charge you for office visits. Test results- gotta make an appt AND pay another copay. The front staff cant seem to figure out billing and the office manager is completey nuts when complaints are made. Stay away.

I went there because of the reviews and was beyond disappointed. Not only was I my appointment an hour later but then they spent 15 minutes to ask basic questions and then said we needed to reschedule for another day without addressing my concerns. I had to come for the follow up and honestly didn’t want to then I received a huge bill for the 2 appointments and they didn’t even run it through my insurance first. Beyond unprofessional and the lack of response when I brought up my concerns to them means I will never recommend or go back.

Whitny is simply the best of the best. She makes me feel comfortable in all situations. The entire team from Carrie, Whitny, and entire staff have my loyalty, as the care I receive is simply unparalleled.

My positive experiences with the team at Bosque Womens Care have been with Nurse Practioner W. Schluter, CNP, the other members of the nursing team, and the office support staff. All demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and patient-centered service. Schluter competently performed my annual routine pap and related exams. Also, she suggested exploring a specific set of medical/surgical treatments to be performed by the practices gynecologist, for the purpose of alleviating symptoms of my particular medical condition. Schluter was thorough and informative; she listened well; provided accurate advice on the process and procedures (I verified afterwards with a family member who practices gynecological medicine in another state) that I may require; and answered every one of my questions in an unhurried, clear, and well-communicated manner. I have yet to meet the gynecologist and neither have I yet undergone the desired outpatient procedure, on account of delays set by the doctors work /surgical schedule limitations.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with kindness and smiles. Nicole is the best! I felt so comfortable there. Highly recommend :)

The most horrible patient doctor service you will ever experience, was waiting for my ultrasound for almost 2 months, you can call them 20 times a month and they don’t careI was there once, hit up with the huge bill, and never got my results backToday I got to the lady at 4:30 and she said that she will call me back with my result never called me , at five now there are closed and no one called me back

If you want a quick in and out, then this place is for you. If you want to have a discussion with your practitioner or even just general information about the body and body processes, look elsewhere.
