I started coming here for a Worker’s comp case that I knew was going to be difficult. A family member of mine recommended I see Dolly Barter and I am glad that I did! This concussion was greatly affecting my ability to work efficiently. Dolly heard all my concerns and knew the best next steps to take with every visit.I also wanted to mention other members of the staff. Mindy and Rilee were phenomenal as well. Very courteous and kind every time that I came in. And the clinic manager, Diana is amazing as well.Long story short, I would gladly choose this team of professionals to get the job done and make me feel comfortable during the entire process. Y’all are awesome, and thank you again!!!
Very courteous and professional health care establishment. No long wait times and a very positive experience from the receptionist the moment I walked into the office. Healthcare nurses and physicians assistant were friendly and aware of how valuable my time is to me. I would highly recommend over many other care providers in my area.
The whole process was so easy and such a smooth process from scheduling to having the services rendered. The doctor/LPN was so amazing! Didnt make me feel bad for my situation and made sure I was comfortable.
My son went in for just a sports physical and there was only 2 people in front of him but it took them over 2 and a half hours to get him done. In waiting room for an hour and a half and in a room for over an hour. Only 10 min for the physical. Glad he wasnt there for an emergency. They were very courteous and friendly tho.
I had an extremely short wait time in the lobby while signing in online. Within minutes they escorted me to the exam room and was seen quicking. It turned out I had Covid which explained all my symptoms. The entire staff there was exceptionally good. Highest recommendation.
I went in and was seen quickly using the online check in. As soon as I arrived they were helpful and were very considerate to my condition. Did all they could to help me be comfortable as I waited to be seen. Over very pleasant staff.
Im always unsure and a little nervous to go to knew places but the staff here was kind, knowledgeable, timely, and super helpful! I feel a lot better after my visit! Check in was super easy and I came in to a very very short wait time. I would definitely recommend!!
Physician, Elizabeth, Young and nurse Riley.B treated my daughter with so much care! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in our visit.
Glad Next Care/ Dr. Js was able to see me that day. I called at 8:15 and got a 1pm appointment. Was in a waiting line for my PCP. AT Dr. Js. I was able to be examined, treated, and observed within 30 minutes. Getting appointment and waiting on Rx filling took longer. Glad Dr. Js was so efficient with their treatment. I will go back again.
Lady at front check in desk was niceThe nurse who triaged me was great. The Doc who came to examine my foot was great as well. This is the 4th time here in 60 days n it’s always been great.
May God bless these wonderful doctors and nurses! They really care about their patients! I will continue to use this location for my family. I highly recommend going here if you cant get in to your pcp.
The receptionist and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Dr Elizabeth was so kind and supportive!
My sisters baby hurt her leg. She went in to get it x-rayed here today and had to wait an hour after her appt to even be seen. They told her in was broken and sent her to the ER. The ER said this place had it wrong. Said this place saw a growth plate and mistakened it for a break! She spent all day in waiting rooms for no reason. Nothing was wrong. The ER is way faster than this place and more knowledgable.
I had a Really good experience at the NextCare facility. From the check in till the health care professional examined me everyone was courteous, caring & professional. Great Job Thank You!
I would never recommend this ER to anybody. I waited for 2 hours on my first visit, and was then told that there was no more room and to come back the next day. I did that, they got me in, and then told me that I had broken a bone in my wrist. When I went to get an orthopedic look at it, they said it was just a sprain and that there was no indication of any broken bones. I had to cover the costs of the X-ray, even after insurance, for an incorrect diagnosis. This place will not help you—go somewhere else.
We were in transit to view the 2024 in Texas when I came down with an ear infection while passing through Abilene TX. Without a previous appointment I dropped into NextCare Urgent Care. The staff there was courteous and helpful in getting me registered and after being checked over for my vitals, I was seen by Elizabeth Young FPN. I explained my symptoms she checked both ears and diagnosed fluid in my right middle ear along with checking for any other possible problems. The exam was through and complete and I was discharged with medication to treat my symptom and a treatment plan to follow should my symptoms not improve. I would highly recommend this facility to others in need of urgent care services
Few days ago on Friday the 13th I had a appointment with urgent for weeping eczema a skin infection the nurse assistant who took my vitals weighed me and treated my infection was so nice she made it more relaxing and calm. I wish I knew her name?
I went to Next Care, feeling frustrated and hoping that I would be able to get some medication or shot, not being able to be seen by my primary care doctor. I was so tired of a terrible cough and feeling bad. The staff was great and very kind. The nurse practitioner was great and personable and made me feel much better, she took care of the problem!Thank you so much!
Dolly Barter and Rita were awesome!! Dolly is always so kind and compassionate. Rita is the best I’ve ever had to give me injections!!
Made a same day appointment for what I needed I showed up did most of my paperwork on my phone before I got there finished it once I was there for my appointment. They called my name after a while and did my vitals then I waited in. A room for the doctor. She came in we talked about what I was wanting done or needing done we spoke a she explained some things to me then I was done and I was off out of there just like that .
Made appointment quickly. Wait time 20 minutes. Good history & Quick exam. Nurse great at giving injections.
I was traveling through from KS to AZ and was very pleasantly assisted by Mindy at the front desk. I was seen by PA Dolly Barter. She rendered by far the best medical attention I have received in an urgent care and on top of excellent treatment medically, she was a kind and thoughtful human being. Kudos to Nextcare for great personnel.
Very Friendly Ladies. New patient check-in was through a QR code. Our visit was so quick yet Our nurse and NP Were thorough and attentive. Everything was clean and patient rooms were big.
After trying to go to other places in the past and being turned away for no legitimate reasons, I cant help but highly recommend NextCare for workmans comp or any other minor emergencies. The staff are very friendly and professional!
Our visit was fast and courteous. Everyone was caring and thorough. We received X-rays and phone call with results as promised.
Was very quick to get in. I waited maybe ten minutes. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and seemed genuinely care about my illness. I will recommend this location to my family and friends.
My baby has been admitted to the hospital for the past 5 days. My husband stayed with the baby so I could go get treatment for respiratory issues. The practitioner was thorough, understanding, & knowledgeable. She was very mindful of what treatment would be best for me in that I am breastfeeding. She was also very encouraging and informative on how to keep my milk supply up while dealing with illness & stress of a sick hospitalized baby. I am very appreciative of this clinics care & would definitely recommend this provider!
The level of care was excellent, however the wait time was ridiculous especially considering we were the only people there. Over an hour for strep and flu results.
Very fast and efficient service. I was helped with what I needed and received what I needed. I appreciate the staff on being so kind.
My son had lip infection, the doctor didnt even give antibiotics she prescribed him some steroids. We had to wait an hour and half in a lobby. Next day we call the pharmacy they never receive any info.
Took a while to be called back, but they seemed to be short staffed. The Nurse and NP were both very sweet! Would recommend!Update: My appointment was at 5pm and on e I was released they said they sent my prescription over to the pharmacy. Well here it is 9:30pm and the pharmacy has no prescription on file. So now Ive gotta call in the morning and explain the situation when I have little to no voice to communicate with 🙄😒
Awesome service, was in and out in no time and my concerns were addressed.
After 10-15 minutes of completing a LONG info form on my little bitty phone the visit went well. If I had been very sick instead of just itchy it would Have been awful. I wish they had offered to do the photo of my ID, insurance card, supplemental insurance. That would be very helpful to sick people. I completed the form, correcting the insurance company names it auto corrected on me, which took me back through the entire form. But once that was completed, the visit went very well. I was treated properly and got the medications I needed and was on my way in about 20 minutes.
Great and easy appointment scheduling, got us within 10 minutes of appointment time. Staff was very professional and listened to my issues. Got x-ray and results during around 45 min visit. Highly recommend!!!!
Quick thorough and precise! Out of there in 45 minutes with a cure! Everyone was nice, respectful, and professional. Best place to go!
PA Dolly was so amazing with my autistic daughter that made my heart warm. She was so caring with each step with her. Thanks for a great job well done.
Awesome. I went new year day. Made an appointment at 11 for 230pm. They took great care of me. I told them I usually always have to come back because the meds the give me are never enough. The Dr or nurse listened to me and gave the biggest shots the could along with pills. And told me I could come in and get a 2nd shot of antibiotics at my convenience in next 5 days so this strep and sinus/upper respiratory problem goes away. Awesome service and they listen to you.UPDATE!Returned for my second shot to make sure i get over this crud. Mindy was so helpful getting me signed in and very kind and helpful to all the people who had questions. Samuel you are awesome sir. And your attention to detail while taking my vitals and the administration of my first round of shots showed me you are a professional. Rilee you are so awesome too. You answered all my questions with a smile and administered my second round of shots. I promise I will bring a banana next time. Rilee loves bananas yall. And Dolly, better than any doctor I have ever had, you have an awesome work family up there. You are leading those there with you and it shows. You are awesome kind and passionate at what you do. You are all my favorite. Finding one carrying and compassionate person anywhere now days can be challenging, but I hit the mother load with you all at urgent care on highway 351 Abilene Texas. Thank you all. Mindy, Samuel, Rilee(E-E) and Dolly you guys all deserve a raise and some more PAID time off for sure. I could tell you were all tired but you made me your priority. THANK YOU!
I came for a simple TB skin test. I had to wait for at least an hour in a hot room while people who came after me were seen first. Then they put a whole mL instead of the 0.5mL normal dose into a small bubble in my skin and made me start bleeding a lot which had never happen before. Then when I told her it was too much she denied it and got defensive claiming she only put 0.5 mL because that’s what she always does in her 3 years experience after admitting to the busy day. Then she proceeded to waste more of my time by going and talking about her vacation with another staff member while I was waiting for her to give me the paperwork.
Would definitely recommend this place. The staff are very friendly & the doctors explain everything to you about what they are doing & the procedure that they are recommending to treat you. The nurse that I received the shots from is amazing!! Never felt the needle from either shot she gave me. They give you the information on paper so you know everything & what you need to do to recover. Definitely 5 stars for this group.
My experience today at NextCare Urgent Care went great! The nurses and doctor help me out alot!
We have been to the 351 NextCare several times and usually receive the same level of service, which is a good thing. I dont think we have ever seen the same staff twice, so for there to be some consistency despite the staff turning over regularly says they are doing something right. The staff is polite and professional and tries to make the process as comfortable as possible. There wasnt a long wait and we were out pretty quickly. The prices for cash pay patients is OUTRAGEOUS, but thats how it is everywhere. Companies need to cater more to this group, because you dont have to submit to insurance to get paid.
I made an appointment and filled out my paperwork online with ease. I checked in once I got to the parking lot. The young lady at the front desk told me about a program to help with the cost since I dont have insurance. She took care if signing me up while I waited to be called in. PA Zapata was professional, attentive, and didnt rush. He gave me options and left it up to me to decide what was best. I highly recommend going there. Its clean, the staff is courteous, and I was out in an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of me!
This review is for the Catclaw Next care. As a veteran, I will no longer use these clinics. I have been using Dr.J/Nexcare for years giving second chances since it became Nexcare. My visit today was the final straw. The wait time was about 15 minutes with an appointment and no one in the lobby. I spoke to the girl at the window and made sure she was aware I was a veteran using mission act benefits. I also called the nex care phone line and VA prior to arrival to be sure there wouldnt be any trouble. Things seemed to be looking up. However, after my vitals were taken by a young man chaos ensued. I gave him the phone number the VA repeatedly stressed the clinic needed to call when he asked about pharmacy. Outside the room, where patients can easily hear the bulk of whats said through the very thin doors, an argument ensued between the young man and the girl. I dont know her name because I only saw her once as she abruptly yanked the door open and stuck her head in when the young man was relaying highlights of what shed said, to essentially tell me she did not think they needed to call. I repeated to her what the VA had said before my arrival and confirmed the phone number when she demanded it with the exact extension. She stared blankly when I said Id already given it before storming out of the room saying go ahead waste your time and call them. Have fun. Youll learn to the confused young man who was simply following the directions given to him, by me, from the VA. I said, she seems real friendly. He laughed, apologized for her behavior, put the phone on a loud speaker outside the room, and was asked about ten questions regarding the visit. It took less than two minutes and no extension was needed (hotline). After this, the girl again argued that hed wasted his time because she somehow thought benefits were already activated through other means (according to the VA the only means is a call BY THE CLINIC). She yammered on about how her husband is a veteran and she lives this life as though her husbands status somehow qualified her to speak on the matter more so than a veteran in the next room and the VA staff with whom theyd just spoken. She also incorrectly told him it takes 24 to 48 hours for the pharmacy benefit to activate and assured him he was learning but really should already know that. The young man was obviously very confused yet seemed to go away from the conversation with the domineering young woman (dark wavy or curly hair with an acne problem) believing what shed said and likely will begin to protest as she did when veterans come in and relay what the VA tells them.I came in very sick and had no patience for this girls highly unprofessional attitude. The VA s processes can be slightly unorthodox, but starting trouble with the clinic staff and patients only complicates things further. Quickly getting an attitude and protesting such a simple request was altogeher unnecessary. Far more time was spent arguing than making the call. The phone number provided was quite literally a VA urgent care benefit help line so Im sure they wouldve been more than happy to answer any questions and also confirm that the CLINIC STAFF must call to activate. The veteran cannot do that and at no point did the VA speak as though the call the young man made was unnecessary. They simply asked for information including their address and clinic number. My understanding is its confirmation the veteran did go to a facility and where plus a benefit activation. We will not be able to use our benefits without the activation call. It would be much easier for all involved if everyone were on the same page and because the young man made the brief phone call as requested I was able to fill my prescriptions without issue just a few hours later. Perhaps the reason Ive had trouble in the past is because the staff was secretly refusing to call. Arguing like a child with patients over what the VA directly requests they tell the staff is preposterous. This feedback was submitted to Nextcare and no response was provided.
Reception is quick and efficient, and the practitioners are always helpful. Unfortunately, the wait time is pretty unreasonable, even when you schedule an appointment. Bring a book or Sudoku along, plan to be there for an hour or two.
Visited here several times. Most of the visits were allergy-related along with sinus infections. Each time, the staff was able to correctly identify and treat the source of the problems I was experiencing. The staff provided good explanations for treatments as well as billing.
I was seen fast the treatment worked within hours. The nurses were kind and patient.
The waiting time was very miniscule and the provider was attentive to my concerns. Great experience.
I was a walk-in and from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctor, everyone was exceptionally cordial, compassionate, and professional. The doctor showed a professional manner and I trusted her expertise, and training. I have always had the same kind of experience in my past and yesterday’s appointments. I respect NextCare’s abilities to treat people and usually have had my issue)s) resolved.I recommend this care facility.
Easy, fast check-in. The nurse and nurse practitioner were super nice and helpful
Courtney and Dolly were exceptionally good at their jobs! We set an appointment for 5pm and had to reset it once we got there. Courtney was so good and very quick to get our info typed in and resent us a link logging us in at 5:02. Were there till 7:30 but when it was our turn we had really good, kind, friendly, professional care! They listened and were very attentive and caring to our specific needs. I will be going back to see them!
Service was quick, friendly and I got exactly the help I needed.
The people here were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you all at the front desk for your good energy.
The nurse practitioner only looked at my urine, then asked me if I was a diabetic, but did not test me for diabetes gave me a script for a yeast infection without even knowing if it is or is not a yeast infection, I still feel sick even though it is the next day Might as well diagnosed myself
Wait was a bit long but once called back things went smooth
We took our son in to be seen, and the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and professional. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Great place!
Don’t expect to be in and out within an hour (even after making an appointment online). It’s been almost 2 hours and I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. Rating it a 2 star instead of 1 because they’re open on Sunday’s.
I went to NextCare yesterday first time. From the first call to set up an appointment to the last step walking out the door I was happy with my experience. The receptionist and the nurse and the PA were all extremely pleasant. They were efficient kind caring concerned. They diagnose my illness and prescribe after that I was free to go. No waiting for hours like at Hendrix health. It took total maybe an hour. I cannot have asked for a better experience. How they managed to hire such a good group of people is a gift to Abilene. I will go back if I have problems in the future
Very fast and professional. Definately will go back
Amazing service. Was quick and extremely helpful
The wait was a bit longer than usual, but considering the times, that is to be expected. Once inside, staff was great. Thorough, caring, took interest in my concerns and took great care to find a remedy for my symptoms. Have used several times before and I will not hesitate to use again. A big thank you to the entire staff for all the work they put in.
It was a quick visit. There were several patients before me, but it didnt take a long time to get seen. The Dr. was a very nice man and great at his profession.
Everyone was so nice and friendly, Iwent in to get tested for covid/flu and strip throat. I have gone there many times and have always been treated with respect, in a timely manner, and they listened to all my sickness symptoms. Its a great place for everyone to come to, especially on weekends or when you cant get in with your primary Dr. I especially liked the PA that attended me, she knew exactly what to test for, gave me breathing treatment, shots and meds that I needed . This time when I went in, the Dr wasnt there yet, I had no problem with it. P A was great! I will forever go to Next Care and will always refer my family and friends. Thank you everyone at Next Care for your professional services! I feel so much better (the next Day) I can resume to my daily life!
The nurse practitioner was very polite a positive very helpful quick response from her to get my medication for a sever ear infection due to shingles.
Loved the office. The chairs were spaced out and walls in-between making it less likely to come in contact with others. Checking in was fast and efficient. Nurse was very quick and direct but she had a ton of patients to see so she had to be. Dr. Zapata was amazing made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns symptoms. He came in to talk to me a little before my test results were done to make sure that I was fully taken care of and knew each thing that I was waiting on.
I had an appointment at 430pm. I got to the clinic and there was only two patients in front of me. I was called in to the room in 15 minutes but the wait for the doctor was over an hour and half. The entire time the doctor was sitting talking to the nurse by the computers. I mean Seriously. It was over two hours before he got to me. Very bad service. This used to be a very fast and friendly place. If he had to update record why do it while he has ONE patient waiting in the room.
Very friendly and professional, good experience with a knowledgeable staff
My experience this evening with Dr. Richard Zapata and team was fantastic. He was thorough, a great listener, engaged throughout the visit. I feel like I received the best care I have experienced in years.
No waiting, no long ridiculous question forms to fill out and got right to the problem and I was feeling better by the time I went to bed that night after my appointment. Everyone was friendly and didn’t come across as if you were a bother. A little expensive if you are self pay but well worth it if you are feeling bad. Would highly recommend to anyone who is unable to see their regular physician but needs medical attention ASAP.
My husband is never sick and doesnt like to go to urgent or hospitals. He really liked this place. The Dr talked to him and didnt rush us out. He got the medications he needs to get well. Thank you for excellent care and service from your whole staff that was there. Gary & Tina Neagles
First of all when you go to a walk in clinic its not supposed to take all day, that was upsetting. The doctor when he finally came in, he was surprisingly very nice and could relate to me. I think we need more caring doctors like him in this town.
Very Patient. Took a little while but I was a walk-in.. quickly got me through the process for being seen and x-rays for my injury.. although they said they send prescriptions to my pharmacy, 2 days later nothing yet
They were very kind and courteous!
I was very impressed with the quality of service. I was seen in a timely fashion. Everyone is very professional and super friendly and nice. And they seem sincerely to care. I would recommend to anyone!
It was quick. The doctor listened to my concerns and made sure she addressed each concern. The staff was helpful and nice. I feel better already and I just left. Great experience.
The PA was so nice and very thorough! She made sure we knew our options on treatment and didn’t leave anything for chance. Would definitely go back!
Wait time was too long… I was there at least 3 hours.. it was a Saturday and I believe there was only one doctor… but the doctor was fantastic.. so I will go back if I need to..
Newest Experience: My daughter cut her finger badly yesterday and I had to take her in for what I thought might be stitches. Everyone there was fantastic, from the sweet lady up front to the nurse (I cant remember her name, but was thinking something like Roxanne) to Dr. Jackson. They all had her smiling and laughing despite her pain and nerves. They used glue to seal the wound and made her feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office and each time weve had to go there has only reinforced that recommendation. We have gone to this location a handful of times now. Each visit, we have found everyone to be kind and friendly. From the person taking my information at the front to the doctors, Ive been pleased with the care shown myself or my children. I also have taken advantage of the online check-in and that has been a huge help. No waiting at the location for my appointment. I can wait at home and then show up just before, making the whole thing a lot easier. I highly recommend Dr. J Express Care on TX-351!
Excellent and very professional. They made our testing experience as comfortable as possible. Gave us great recommendations to help us on keeping healthy. We knew our results quickly...if they were closer I would se them more often. Will definitely keep them in mind when after hour situations occur! Recomend them to anyone!
The nurses and doctor Zapata are amazingly personable and have OUTSTANDING bedside manner. He calmed me and was able to treat my 2 year old sons illness without upsetting him! Will definitely make the drive out to highway 151 urgent care of needed for their amazing care and service!
Had a great experience took my daughter in because she was sick and they helped right away staff is very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend to family and friends.
My original appointment time was 3:30 pm. I happened to be very close to NextCare so I checked in. My appointment changed to 12:15. I went in to drop off my paperwork around 11:00 and they called me back around 11:30. The entire appointment ONLY took about and hour and a lot of that time was waiting for lab results to come back. All the staff members I encountered were very nice and very professional. I was so thankful that I didnt have to wait until 3:30 because my throat was killing me. I will recommend NextCare to everyone I know
Dolly very competentFront office not so muchOne week after blood test still noResults Called resolutionPromised callback today no call by 7:22 P.M.
Extremely long wait for the doctor. They test you very quickly but then getting a doctor yo come in takes over an hour. Not great when your sick and your kids are waiting in the car also sick. Weve been here 3 hours almost now.
This place is amazing very fast, very sweet staff the front desk lady was so wonderfully nice im definitely coming back next time I dont feel good
It was great it was quick accurate just wonderful
The staff and medical staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I walked into the clinic and was seen quickly for a walk in. The doctor was very friendly, explained what was going on with me and I could see she truly cared about me and wanted to do everything she could to make me feel better. The only negative issue is the cleanliness of the facility. The bathroom door does not lock and they had a sign stating knock before entering. The floors in the examine room were dirty and need a cleaning and waxing. There were grime and some fluid that had run down the wall. You would think that they would keep the rooms clean and germ free as possible.
I showed up at 8am when they opened because my throat was in so much pain. The receptionist told me that their opening staff called in. She didn’t give me a time on when someone would be there, but I decided to wait. I’m so glad I did. 20 minutes later Dr. Randy called my name to be seen. He apologized for the wait and continued to take my vitals. Normally the MA or nurses do this part... I’ve been at doctors offices where doctors do not care and will wait for the MA to do all the patients vitals, and leave patients waiting hours. Well not Dr. Randy. His work ethic was amazing and he was able to prescribe exactly what I needed to be back at work the next day. He was patient and caring and never let me feel like a burden. That’s what I call exceptional customer service. I love that he took initiative and really cared for me. Thank you so much.
Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and competent. I appreciate the quick care for my son and the patience you all had with us. Thanks a bunch, Shelly and Tanner
Such a smooth process, from setting up my appointment to being seen. I was able to wait in my car comfortably. The nurses make you feel at home an did not mind running different tests on me to make sure I was okay.
The dr was nice, but when my appt was at 1030 and the dr didnt come in until 12. We didnt leave until 1220, theres a problem.
The m.a. Riley had exceptional customer service.
I called late in the day and the lady on the phone scheduled me an appt same day. So easy. Completed forms in my truck and was called back within 2 minutes of the appointment. Nurse doctor and check-in staff were super nice.
I went in for severe eye pain in my right eye. The doctor couldnt find anything with the tools she had, so she told me I needed to see an eye doctor. Im on medicaid so I didnt think any would accept my insurance, but she went and searched for a good half hour to find one that would accept me, called them to tell them I was coming, and sent me on my way there. Then later she called me to check on me and make sure I was okay, that Id been seen, and that the other doctor paid attention and was good. I have never had quite that experience and short of my family, no one has ever cared that much to out in that kind of work for me, especially not a doctor. I am eternally grateful for her and her advice that most likely saved my vision.
It was quiet busy here today so just a few minutes behind but overall it was a good experience. The nurse, Dr and receptionist were all very caring and courteous. I would definitely recommend Next Care in Abiliene!
We got in within 30 minutes as a walk in for my 7 year old and the prescription was being electronically sent within the next 30. The provider was friendly and thorough and answered my additional questions. He even took the time to show me what he was seeing and made sure I understood what to look for in the future.
Reception and check in very easy and FNP was great, quick and informative, nurse acted irritated that I was there. Hope her day gets better, people don’t typically feel good if they are there so kindness goes along way.
Every person I came in contact with was friendly. My wait time was reasonable. I felt the PAC listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam. She explained everything in detail. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.
This place was amazing. They were very thorough and so friendly. They did all the testing needed and I was in and out in about in hour. I dont have insurance, but they have a fabulous program. I highly recommend this place. Love Kim and she really listens. The MA was so profesional and sweet, love her too. Thank you Becky S.
My son was having fevers and congestion and needed a covid test for school. We had an appointment for another clinic after driving 20 minutes to find out they don’t take our insurance. We walked in here, did the paperwork and check in via an app. Got a text they were ready for us and walked in and straight away called back to see the doctor. Doctor had a great bed side manner and listened to my concerns. He was very patient with my son, him being special needs and all. He even showed compassion and concern about him having to have a covid test. I assured him this is not his first covid test and it may be a bit uncomfortable but he will be able to get through it. We saw Dr Jody Manuel.Over all I would recommend this clinic and I have it saved as our go to urgent care.
Bailey at the front desk got me in really fast and she was very friendly. MEGAN and CRYSTAL helped me gather my information needed. Patricia Trueblood was my provider which took the time to look through all my info and was very careful in caring for me. I just want to thank this team for doing such a great job! Made me feel really comfortable!
I have been here more than once and they are always so friendly. Everyone there go out their way to make sure you feel welcome and are very helpful with the process. I have been to the catclaw recently as well and the experience there is also great! Thank you, nextcare, for getting me and my granddaughter the treatment we need to get better soon!
I want to say thank you to the staff at Dr. Js Express Care. I did expect some wait time, since its Flu season, and I was a new patient, but it was not a bad wait. Once inside, the Doc there, she came she addressed my issues, and she handled them professionally. I had 3 prescriptions to fill, then out the door. $ 40.00 bucks, with BCBS insurance and about an hours wait and I was on my way to getting better. Again, thank you for getting me in and out, and for being professional and sweet, and not so hard on the pocket book. I will be using you again for anything that comes up. B. Oliver
The Dr didnt even say what was wrong with him
My experience was great ! I battled a severe allergent reaction for 6 days. I walked in and within the hour I walked out. 5 hours later Im seeing great results and feeling normal again. Everybody from the front desk , the nurse and the Doctor. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to treat me.
The staff are friendly and helpful! I did have to wait for 30 min but that’s okay cause it wasn’t an emergency and they play nice music in the waiting area. The nurse was efficient with the way she did my covid test and it was only uncomfortable for like 5 secs. I would go there again and definitely recommend it.
Got us in and out in a reasonable time and saw us even though they were closing in 40 min. The staff were patient with my 4 year old and helpful. When the first medication they prescribed didnt work for my daughter they quickly got her a substitute. Thank you!
Friendly staff and clean office and rooms. The wait was long but there were quite a few people being seen in the back. The doctor explained everything to me and asked if I had questions.Enjoyed my visit with doctor and nurse and receptionist but not the wait. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
I had a very good experience. The doctor and nurses were all very nice and helpful. I did have to wait a little while, but that’s to be expected. Would definitely recommend Nextcare!
Very fast very good and got me taken care of
No one there when I arrived, been here before just had to fill out basic paper work but all online. So do it before you arrive. Quick visit and everyone very nice.
Short wait time. Easy polite check-in. Efficient and knowledgeable nurse on triage. Doctor was very personable and took time to listen and work on remedies. Received referrals for specialist. So glad that I went to the clinic.
Jody Manuel was wonderful. He was extremely educated on COVID and was just overall very professional. He took his time answering all of my questions. I would absolutely go back to him in the future. (Hopefully I will stay healthy and wont need to!)10/10 recommend.
I have nothing but good comments about NextCare and the professional team there. I received some good and personalized care from the staff there. I walked around in pain for six days after receiving treatment from a seemingly inexperienced provider from another clinic, but I received the proper diagnosis and treatment at NextCare and my pain is gone and I can get back in the game! Thanks to the professional team at NextCare!!!!
Ive been here 2 twice so far and its been awesome in and out quickly the whole staff is suoer nice I have tricare select so its hard to find a doctor for me I have copd so I need a regular GP but next care on 351 has been a life saver for me and has not made me feel bad for coming in like the er has I highly recommend them
Got inside and all checked in. The receptionist questioned me about how I was going to pay. I told her I was paying. She then told me the cost of the visit. I responded that my health doesnt have a price tag. And I told her just because I was sick doesnt mean I dont have money to pay.Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She made me want to walk out but I understand some people still judge you on looks
They were great wonderful very nice friendly caring place all the works were excellent and caring.I Definitely well go back to them thank you so much for caring The doctor was excellent great personality very ❤ Caring again thank you so much.
Everyone there working was polite. Dr was prompt to test and diagnose my grandson.
Small wait time, staff was pleasant. Clean area and rooms. The medical aid was so kind to my child. He was a bit emotional from not feeling well. He was swabbed for Strep and given medanand we were out quickly.
My appointment was at 9am and didn’t leave 1130. I didn’t even get the care that I needed
Brought my wife in from out of town Friday night. We were treated so rudely by the lady behind the desk. I asked about my insurance and sure said I had to pay it all up front. My wifes insurance cover herself. Done in from out of town Sunday before I had to be at work too pick up prescription and they had not even called it in. Do I had to drive me wife back to Dr Js to get they to do that. They did, still waiting on prescription and u have 5 minutes to get to work. My work is one hour away from here. Terrible service.
It was a great experience throughout the entire process. I waited a very short time. Lisa and the entire staff were very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care to my friends and family!
Brought my son in this morning and waited 45 mins then finally got called back, took his vitals and put us in a room and here we are 40 mins later still waiting on the dr to come in. They were not busy at all by the way. This is radiculous. My son could have got seen alot faster if i took him to the ER. So we have been here an hr and a half just about and have not seen the dr. SMH
My grandson had an ear ache and cough.. he couldnt get seen at his doctors office that day, so I looked up urgent care near me...So glad I found Nextcare! Quick and thorough. Prescription was called in to my pharmacy and ready as soon as I arrived!! Highly recommend Abilene Next Care! Thank you
Had appointment waited for over and hour it was not busy at all. Definitely not urgent. The staff however is friendly but super slow to get to you.
Great customer service at front desk and overall.
Dr Jody Manuel was absolutely who I needed to see today. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I will always consider this my best interaction with this facility. Kayla at the receptionist desk was extremely helpful and kind.
The receptionist was a delight. Thanks Abbey for helping me get checked in. The nurse kind and efficient. The PA-C listened to my concerns and offered me options and information so I could make an informed decision.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Was NOT surprised at several ppl being inside waiting area once through the door upon arrival. Nor was I surprised when told there was about an hour delay due to running a bit behind! Having a realization towards the lack of staff-_-_- for whatever the reason(S) mightve been* I personally have been unexpectedly treated with the utmost outstanding kindness from any medical staff & am highly greatfull for this type of establishment & the professional individuals who were working at the time in which I had to come in⚡with ONLY ONE EXCEPTION ILL COMMENT IN CLOSING (only one provider [Doctor], only one Nurse, & only one front office personnel) Im horrible with names, plz forgive me but the prodigiously gifted front office young lady that not only took my call yesterday morning making my appt.for me, also took my call several mins. later when I asked her to take me off the schedule to open up that time slot -I was going to be given a ride into to Abilene early Id just get dropped off to do a walk in- -which later turned into ❌ride & me calling back into the main phone # to this location & the same young woman answering the phone AGAIN (bless her heart) to inform me that she had gone above & beyond superseding my expectations by not CX my appt. that I had originally called in at the beginning of the morning to schedule for! Unexpectedly, she was also still there to greet me when I arrived to the appt. yesterday afternoon & due to the # of ppl in waiting area I was allowed to stay seated in my vehicle until my turn {arrival time was @3:23 pm to my scheduled appt. for 3:30pm on Thurs. 12/16/21} My reason for being seen is a personal private matter I choose NOT to disclose to the public. I will state that I have been seen three times in this particular location since Nov. 1st, 2021 for the same issue! Each time I have had a different provider as well as a different nurse attending during my visit. Each time I have booked ahead for my visit. Yesterday was the first time I have actually called ahead to that locations main phone # [Not the HUB - NOT BOOKED ON LINE for my appointment] - All 3 times I have been seen the providers + the nurses have been exceedingly extraordinarily phenomenal not just in the way that they spoke to me but in the way they treated me educated me discreetly handled my concerns and the reason for my visit, forbye, addressing my mental & emotional concerns in addition too. 💥My chief complaint about yesterdays visit is that even though I had a set scheduled appointment, there were not just ONE but 3 walk-ins allowed to be seen ahead of me. It was almost 7pm when I departed the clinic for my visit that began at 3:23pm yesterday! The provider did not take the time to look at my previous record to see what had been prescribed / thus sending in an order to pharmacy for a medication that is not covered by my insurance. In turn causing me to leave town without meds last night at 9pm & now possibly going to have to make another trip into Abilene this morning to get it corrected. The nurse at the clinic last night was not proficiently capable to be giving injections as she injected my rocephin inoculation into a vein in my hip also not requiring me to wait 15 minutes before releasing me. [Hence major malpractice suit if I was a hateful /ungreatful individual] ultimately as humiliating as this situation has been for me, the kindness I have been shown by these people will not soon be forgotten & I pray abundant blessings over each & every one of them & their families!
Excellent experience! I was seen quickly and felt that they did a very thorough exam/review of my symptoms. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
Everyone was very kind and professional ty for your medical services
Very efficient and professional! The staff and Doctors made me feel very comfortable and that I counted, not just a number. Thank you.
Because I had a headache going on the third day & felt a little unwell, we decided I should get a COVID test. So we made an appointment the night before & I went in @8:15 a. m. Did not have to wait long. The test was quick & I was told it would be about a week before we have the results. All was done rather quickly. Now I just have to self-quarantine until I have the results. At least I have plenty to keep me busy @home.
The staff is the one thing that separates this from any other urgent care facility. I left wishing this was a family practice instead of an urgent care. Truly felt like the staff actually care how you are doing. Jody Manuel answered all my questions HONESTLY! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you for renewing my faith in health care providers. Please open a family practice!
I was met by a compassionate receptionist, medically checked in by a skilled nurse, treated and diagnosed by a wonderful lady who made me feel taken care of. Very pleased
Usually quick. Much easier than getting in and out of the pediatrician. Easy for ear infections and strep! Doctors and nurses are always very nice.
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced! My husband I walked in for help and the receptionist could not have been more rude. We have just moved and have new insurance and our new cards have not come in yet. He got sick while we were out of town. Usually when you are in a walk-in clinic youre not feeling well. It would have been nice to be treated with some kindness and respect. W will not be going back.
Considering most of Abilene is sick... the wait was a little long but the service was great. The nurse and Randy where very nice. The front desk lady wasn’t friendly. But over all I recommend and will use them again. The rest of the service was great
I would highly recommend Dr JExpress on Highway 351! I had to go in on 12-28-2020, 12-31-2020 and 1-9-2021. Evertime everyone has been so nice.I went yesterday, 7-28-2022, and as always was treated with kindness.Ive taken my husband and sister there and they had the same experience. Thank yall for being so nice and God bless yall!Rachel
They send you a text with an appointment time and tell you to come in 15 min prior to that. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour sick as a dog. slow slow slow! After two and a half hours of cold sweats in uncomfortable chairs and still not seeing a doc, I asked for my discharge papers and walked out. A comfortable bed and sweating the fever out was better than waiting on this incompetent worthless staff to fix me. Worst doctor office experience ever! If you need something quick go somewhere else.
Lisa was great we are so grateful for her thoughtfulness and care towards my grandma.Everyone there took their time and treated my granny as a human not just a patient.
Very good and nice and understanding people
Slowest service ever. Had to sit and wait for over two hours to be seen. They give you the option of online check in which should be faster but I sat in the waiting room while walk-ins were called back in no time. It seems like new people are always training because it takes at least 2 people any time something needs to get done.
Everyone from start to finish were absolutely wonderful!! They even had a play area for the kiddos which is an absolute blessing. Enjoyed this visit more than our PCPs office. The location is perfect for us, I’ll definitely be returning.
This place is incompetent and amazingly slow at doing anything. I’ve never choosen to go here. Been sent twice by two different institutions. The first time they had no knowledge of my arrival for the appointment. Secondly I contacted the institution that sent me and put the secretary there on the phone with her so that they could hash this out.Their front desk lady is no picnic either. The second I was set an appointment for 1pm 5 days in advance. I arrived early at 12:40, checked in and began my waiting in the packed waiting area. It’s now going into hour number two of me sitting here. The government should stop contracting with this place and only if you have the smallest ailment should you patronize this business.
When my husband and I were diagnosed and treated in your clinic for Covid, we received excellent care that probably kept us out of the hospital! Many thanks! We are doing well now!
Long wait which was expected because I was a walk in. Once I was called back, though, it was quick without being rushed. They were extremely professional and friendly.
The staff and FNP were friendly and caring. I did have to wait for awhile but they were having computer issues. I think it would have been much quicker if not for that.
It would have been 5 stars but it took a long time. However, the staff was very pleasant.P.S. please clean the floors.
Staff were very professional and caring. They took care of our needs quickly. The facility needs a good cleaning. Floors, chairs, hard services needed a good cleaning. It was not as clean as a medical facility should be. Facility needs overall remodel.
Everything was fine , they know how to care and give to their patients time to explain them self, doctor is amazing 👏 ❤ had attention on his patients and did all test without hesitation I recommend this clinic
I walk in receptionist ask me if she could help me I said yes she asked for my insurance card which I did not have I had Medicaid and Aetna but at this time I could not find them in my wallet she helped me get the policy numbers through the website then was seen by a nurse and the main nurse which both were extreme nice and polite
Would give them no stars if I could. My son who’s 10 probably has strep so hopped online to find somewhere to take him. Website says they are open till 8 and only 2 inline so I load up my sick kid and take him. When we get there we are told they are at capacity and can’t see anymore patients, wasted the time I could have used to find someone to see him. None of this was on the website and I consider this unethical representation of the clinic. The fact that they were at capacity is not a problem just be honest about it so those who need care can move onto another clinic without wasting time and effort,
Have been here a few times and always pleased with the experience. A bit of a wait this last time but understandable. The whole staff was very pleasant. PA Hester-Miller was a gem, very nice and informative.
I’ve been here a few times and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the NP there (last name Rocha I believe) is so nice and efficient and does an amazing job. On the other hand, the wait time is absurd. I waited close to an hour and a half just to have a tb test done. Also, back in January, my father was in the middle of having a heart attack. He drove over to this location from his work across the street because he didn’t think he could make it to the hospital on his own and the ladies at the front desk told him to have a seat in the waiting room to fill out paper work...yknow...while he’s literally dying of a literal heart attack. So yeah, if you just need a shot or have a cold, it’s fine. But if it’s anything more than that, stay away.
Great staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctor... Dr Garrison was great when he examined them ... Crystal and Meghan were so good with my kids...Gina was so kind to look up my kids ins. Great experience. Thank you all.
Our family has always had great experiences with Dr. Js. Obviously being ill isnt fun but the staff & physicians are always professional & wonderful. You may have to wait at times depending on how busy the clinic is, its best to make an appointment or check-in online if possible.
The wait was long but the care was Great. Jamie L. PA. didnt just ask questions but actually examined the issue I had. She did some further research and printed me out some material to read. Over all, they provide quality care.
Very good urgent care but did not get my granddaughters medicine called into HEB pharmacy before they closed or before the urgent care closed so now we have to wait until tomorrow to call the urgent care clinic again to see whats going on.Editing review: the next day, things were made correct and both meds were called in. Thank you.
The service was good. However we waited over almost an hour to be seen and we were one of two people in the clinic.
All of the staff here are great! It’s hard to find clinics that you actually feel like a priority at and feel as if you were getting their full attention.Got in and out within an hour highly recommend
The provider was wonderful, fast check in. Only thing is I needed an X-ray and there was no X-ray tech available and this could not be done in office. Jasmine the provider called around and got me in with a local X-ray facility. Awesome service!!
The staff was a friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor had an excellent bedside manner and was very thorough and took care of my medical needs I was extremely pleased the place was clean and spotless
The front receptionist is very rude. I’m in a customer service job and I get it not every day is your day. But when you chose to ignore someone while they’re on the phone and get off and choose to knowledge the person behind them and then give a stank attitude about it, you’re the issue. She could’ve just handed me the paperwork and not only did I tell her I was an established patient she gave me paperwork to fill out for a new patient. Rude just rude.
The staff was courteous and kind. My doctor and nurse not only addressed my concerns but put me at ease while doing it! Highly recommend!
Came in for a covid test said it wont take but 30minutes been here almost 3 hrs an still waiting. This place is a joke they really should shut it down for good been sitting in the rm rm an still nobody has even come in to check on there patients. Just the worst Dr office Ive ever been to
Very helpful and nice! First place in a long time I’ve been to where the doctors really listen to you and consider possible medication interactions when prescribing meds. Sometimes treating one thing can lead to another and if you have to go back for a new issue you are treated with dignity and respect. Most doctors and nurses in town have treated me differently because I have a psychiatric diagnosis often acting as if my illness and symptoms are in my head because I struggle with communicating what’s going on but not here at Dr. J. All the doctors I have met there three so far have been patient with me and very knowledgeable. I have a hard time going to a doctor cause of my anxiety. They treated me with two shots for the sinus infection cough and the unexpected tooth abscess and I feel better than I have in a very long. It’s sad when you put off going because it’s hard to be heard. Thank you Dr. J. For seeing past the diagnosis and seeing how physically sick I was. We need more doctors that don’t just read the screen when our insurance info comes up but ones that see that coming to the doctor is not always an easy thing to do when your struggling with anxiety.
Bonnie and the young black male nurse were so good.i love it since Baylor Scott and White owns it
Went for basic wellness check..the initial assistant took my BP with smaller cuff (my arms are muscular) and squeezed so tight til I said something...then she grabs cuff for my forearms and it was also extremely tight seemingly. Then when I met with the Dr for the rest if the check she was alarmed my BP was so high 172/78....so when I asked about the sleeve too tight she got proper cuff and BP was 130/90.....🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Cut myself pretty good today. When to Dr. J Express care in North Abilene. Checked in a little after 9 am to be seen. Didn’t get seen until 1130. It took an hour to get 4 stitches on my finger. I had to clean the wound after the PA numbed the wound. I spent almost 4 1/2 hours there. Then I come to find out they only had 1 PA working today.
So the receptionist who checks you in gives off a terrible vibe. Makes everyone there feel unwelcome and gives terrible attitude when you are trying to educate yourself on the process of getting Covid-19 testing. But once the door opens and the young lady calls you to the back her kindness made the experience better. But why should anyone have to experience an initial first impression of an establishment such as this, that is beyond me. Going back to our offices and recommending a completely different location. I cannot believe our employees are subjected to being treated as Covid Criminals.
I’m currently in the waiting room to be tested for covid. They kept calling a lady’s name and she wasn’t here so they skipped her. I was next. Before they got to me she came storming in from the parking lot. Claimed she’d been here the whole time (she hadn’t) and demanded that her daughter be seen immediately. Caused a whole commotion in the waiting area. They bumped me back to take care of her. Then I was next again. They called twice for a guy who wasn’t here. Just before they called me back he shows up too. So now I’ve been bumped back again.I’m not sure what the point of checking in and waiting is if I can just drive up whenever and demand to be seen because “I’ve been here the whole time.”I checked in at 10:37. It’s 12:17. It will probably be another hour now because of continually being pushed back to accommodate people who left, missed their turn, and then came back.My advice? Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Jasmine Salas is a good doctor she is thorough with her examination and takes her time to answer all questions... I recommend going online to set an appointment to get seen faster 😊 💊 🏥
I will definitely not be returning to Dr Js. Long waits, rude employees, not thorough. Both the nurse who took my vitals and provider (or something like that...I guess he wasnt even a doctor?) interrupted me while I was listing my symptoms and wouldnt let me finish or get a word in edgewise. The provider listened to my lungs for about half a second before moving on, apparently not even long enough to tell that I had serious wheezing, because later on he asked if I had any issues with wheezing. He said he was sure I had either the strep or flu, then when the results came back negative for both he didnt even bother trying to diagnose me, he just shoved some prescriptions my way. I didnt catch the nurses name, but I think the providers was Robert. The two good things about the visit were the receptionist, and the second nurse who did the tests. Both were friendly and I didnt even feel it when she tested me.
No stars if possible.Do NOT recommend using this place. (Was not busy in there!!) Was sitting in my room waiting on a doctor for over and hour after I waited in the waiting room for about 45 mins. Just wasted 2 hours of my life and not to mention still very much so in pain.
When i told the receptionist i was paying with cash she acted like i was there for a handout. When i was seen (for a staff infection) the Dr just wrote me a rx. No real examination to speak of. She literally did not even touch me. I paid $300.00! I dont really see the value in the service they provided me. Now about 24 hours later im on my to the er to get it lanced(thats what i expected from dr js) I really needed this taken care of when i went in. Now im out $300.00 bucks and ill have a hospital bill. I will not be going back to dr js nor would i recommend it to my friends.I see the owner responds to comments. How about refunding $250.00 to my card? I honestly feel that for the service i was provided $50.00 is a fair value.3 years later... The owner never responded to my post. Even tho they respond frequently to others. I still recommend waiting to see if you get better before you go to Dr Js. It will save you money.
Needed some labs drawn for paperwork. Initially, I was told to go to the south side NextCare because there was no one in the office that felt comfortable drawing labs at the north location. 2 weeks later, NextCare called me and communicated that some of the labs were lost. They ended up allowing another lab to be drawn with no cost to me and I also did eventually get everything that I needed. Pricing was also great.Quality of care was lacking due to labs being lost and not having staff present who could provide a service that NextCare advertises. If you need simple things done, NextCare can likely help you get what you need.
Avoid going here if you have any other options. The doctor here is informed (or willfully ignorant) about COVID-19. He downplayed masks, distancing and even vaccines during my visit with him today. Huge red flags! You should absolutely not trust this physician with any medical advice.
Dr. Js Express Care walk-in Clinic has taken care of my general medical needs since I had to go on Medicare this year. I have only been 3 times but each time the addressed the problem I have quickly, thoroughly, and competently. I also want to add that they are also friendly.
This place was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute Covid test for travel. Was able to be seen right away. Overall a really good experience! Would totally recommend!
Always stuck waiting for at least an hour when no other patients are waiting. One doctor working on a Saturday that has zero sense on how to move fast and efficient. Business should not be done like this. Complete fail.
Mr Randy is soft spoken and have seen before. His medical knowledge is excellent! The new nurse today is awesome didnt even feel those shorts! When my family comes on from the East coast and becomes Ill that is where they go ,thankyou for your care, judith
It really need 0. Ive been here all of 2 times and the second time not by choice. It doesnt matter if you 10,15,25 minutes early doesnt matter if you have an appointment or if its literally nobody in the waiting room it always take so long even after you go to the back. My experience is based on before COVID and during COVID, by choice Ill never come back.
Terrible customer service. The staff was rude, and ignorant of services they provided. The young girl at the front desk was texting and ignoring people walking through the door. I waited 30 min to be seen for a TB reading (which took 10 sec to do once back). They office staff got annoyed they had to do anything out of their immediate reach. Disgusting place to go I would not recommend to ANYONE
Other than the staff who are always so nice and professional, the wait is ridiculous! I called and the calling center asked if I wanted to make an appointment through him. Of course I said yes. He told me to be there at 1. When I got there, I checked in and was put at the bottom of the list! Not too sure what is the difference between calling and making an appointment and doing it online?!
Was great got treated fast the whole staff very friendly. Meds had me feeling better the next day great experience.
I set up an appointment by phone, I showed up 5 minutes early, was seen on time. Everyone was extremely helpful and caring. I will definitely use them in the future, if the need arises. 👍👍
From the moment you walk in you are treated with care and professionalism. The rate of processing for the intake as well as being seen by the Doctor was quick. Once the Doctor saw me she was empathetic, kind, and thorough.
I went to Dr.J Express Care today and the whole crew was awesome. The nurse was super nice and Dr.Jody Manuel is AWESOME!! He makes you feel comfortable and he gets it done in a timely manner. And this clinic is affordable.Highly recommended👍👍.
They always do a good job of efficiently diagnosing the problem. I particularly like the staff here. They are very experienced and good at their jobs, from the front desk people, to nurses, to doctors.
I took my child to get tested for COVID19 the receptionist was very rude, then the nurse didnt notify my child she was doing the swab, then she used the same swab in both nostrils. She also wasnt wearing gloves. When the Doctor came in to tell us the results he was not wearing gloves or a mask. Poor facility in general. Very unprofessional.
My daughter cut her hand on a broken jar.. this staff, namely Gena on the front desk, Brittany Powell on the back desk and Kim Houghton, our medical provider; were all extremely kind, helpful, caring, sweet and professional!!! We will definitely return for medical assistance and tell everyone we know this is the best place EVER!!!Debra L in Abilene
No ear drops for pain and I have an ear infection
Wonderful place, I highly recommend. I was visiting my daughter from out of town and became ill. The front staff was sweet and efficient and the back staff was welcoming. Liz and Dr. Jackson were my dynamic duo and I appreciate yall greatly!!!!
Wonderful treatment and they were very thorough! So glad I went there and will make this one to go to even it’s across town!
I could excuse the rudeness of the front desk staff, but I cannot excuse the complete violation of protected health information and HIPAA. While waiting for my daughter to be seen, I (along with the others in the waiting room) witnessed a worker’s compensation case manager interview a client...in the middle of the waiting room....in full view and earshot of all front desk staff. Said case manager even confirmed with front desk that she could “interview” there. Everyone in the waiting room heard this poor woman’s ENTIRE medical history including what doctors she sees, past/current medications, current recommendations on medications, recent lab results..it was insane.
I was pleasantly PLEASED with FNP James Lantrip. He thanked me for visiting his office and just made me feel so comfortable. I’d HIGHLY recommend this urgent care.
Not a long waiting time at all. Staff was very knowledgeable and personable. The nurse and doctor were very nice.
Lovely staff all respectful. Will come back for my regular check up...this time was DOT
