Called to make an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude! She asked if I had insurance and I said yes let me grab my wallet she said oh youll have to call back if it isnt with you. When I proceeded to tell her I had my insurance card she was extremely short and unprofessional. I simply said Ill call another office and to have a great day. DO BETTER!!

Unprofessional. Multiple receptions or whoever answers their phones have talked down to me and have actually laughed at me more than once. Never had an issue with them until recently don’t know if it’s new staff or the eclipse effecting them mentally.

I called to schedule a apt asked if excepting new patients the lady asked me what insurance I said united healthcare she then ask if it’s a community plan (caught me off guard) I said umm and paused she then says yeah we don’t except that plan very rude I said mame you didn’t even give me a chance to respond she says oh I thought you said .. again you didn’t give me a chance to respond she hangs up . Very very rude . This won’t be the last of my complaint. I never do reviews if I had a bad experience rather it’s from a store restaurant etc but this one right here was beyond the most rude one Oh an this literally happened 10mins ago

Love Dr. Melinda Smith. She takes her time with you. So easy to talk to. She genuinely cares, and explains everything. She has been my Doctor for over 20 years a

This office is more worried about making money than the well being of their patients. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Eucker three times, over a very simple diagnosis. This caused me to have to return to the office and be charged extra visits for no reason. When trying to switch to Dr. Smith I was told I was late to an appointment that they had incorrectly marked. I will not return to this office and will recommend others to go elsewhere.

Dr. Melinda is FANTASTIC! And I dont like or trust Drs. At all.!!! She is thorough, down to Earth, and direct. She will address any problem your having with professionalism, not to mention a caring human empathy. Shes wonderful!

Saw the nurse practitioner and was very pleased with the office and all working. They took their time, we’re kind and listened to concerns with any making me feel rushed through. I found my new doctor!

Dr. Eucker and Elizabeth-Nurse Practitioner are amazing. They makes sure you are heard and part of your plan

The staff and Dr.Smith always make me feel comfortable and answer all of my questions in a way that I can understand. They are very kind and always willing to help!

Google search listed this provider as providing obstetrics. They do not. I was told they are strictly gynecology.
