Boston IVF

Me and my husband have been trying for baby #4 for 6+ years. Learning I needed my tubes removed and we would have to go through IVF was so heart breaking. Doctor Thorton and her team made it possible for us to successfully conceive our precious baby boy with only 2 embryos to use. I just gave birth to him via c-section and he is beyond perfect. My family is complete and I couldnt of done it without boston ivf!!!

Only ever had a pleasant experience with the folks at the Worcester office. The nurses, technicians, and phlebotomists are kind and helpful.

Miguelina (the phlebotomist) is so sweet & quick ! It makes going, so often, a lot easier !

The nurses at IVF are awesome but from an administrative standpoint, this place is a joke. They are in desperate need of new management. No one ever answers the phone and it takes far longer to get a response than it should.

Tried calling several times leaving messages and have gotten little to no response. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. Trying to be patient but certainly hard.

Arrived here with my family member, I would say avoid if you want friendly oriented office. You are never greeted by the front desk receptionist MARLAIANA. The phlebotomy MELODY is not friendly, she is rude and angry. She comes out does not greet you, does not verify who you are, just says come back. She has a scowl on her face that is not inviting. This is a place where women are coming to make their dreams come true. I would never recommend this office. Patient care is horrible. I work in Healthcare and my doctors would frown upon this type of behavior in this type of setting. Are managers aware of the kind of patient practices are happening here? Do they check or even care? Do the physicians know how staff are treating patients? This place has a lawsuit coming. This is not a first time experience this just needs to be said now since nothing has improved. So Boston ivf Worcester you need customer service training. Patients avoid this location.

Someone called me to schedule an appt for the Dr to call with my results & discuss options, so I left work early on a friday for that appointment/call. The doctor did not call on friday & on monday I called them for the results. Finally the Dr called me & apologized, but kind of as if it wasnt important that I was waiting all weekend & she is a Dr & literally forgot about her appointment with a patient....They also said it would all be covered by insurance, but I received bills totaling over $1,800.

Boston IVF Worcester office has been so amazing. The ultrasound techs and phlebotomist have been so kind and helpful throughout the wretched infertility journey. They always greet you with a warm and welcoming smile (under the mask.)

Worse experience with the tech who draws blood Melody, Im not sure why she treats people that way, but Boston IVF should be represented better, I have been refused service twice and left devested mid cycle, it take a special kind of person to work with when suffering with infertility, its so disappointing that any women would be not be greeted and cared for here, the ultrasound techs have been fantastic, I will not ever come back.
