Efficient and Caring ExperienceThe staff was welcoming and efficient. I was seen promptly by a nurse practitioner who was attentive and thorough in assessing my condition. The treatment plan was explained clearly, and I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. The facility was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing quick and professional medical attention.

My waiting time was moderate. The nurse, registration desk staff and doctor were very professional. Dr. Robin Argyle was really good in her knowledge and her treatment that started in the office and continuing at home is definitely working!I got a new safe and trusted medical place for my future visits in Waco!

Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate about the care they provide to their patients. Both the provider and especially Willie the CMA took their time to ensure that my son was taken care of completely with his comfort being kept at the top of their priorities and for that I am grateful! The employees who worked at the clinic and the clinic nurse practitioner were awesome. But from the beginning to the end, it took over 3 1/2 hours. I’m grateful to be seen. I know that they were working as hard as they can. My nurse practitioner was pregnant. I say that because I think two things. Number one you don’t have enough providers. Number two obviously a six month plus provider deserves another person to help them with all the patients. I realize you have to make money. . I totally get that. But I’m gonna call before I come next time and if you only have one provider, I’m not gonna go to this urgent care. My case was not complicated. I had bronchitis and need some antibiotics. It was two hours before I got called out of the waiting room. Thank you very much for asking for my opinion. Kathleen.

Arrived shortly after opening as a walk in. I was processed quickly and had a very short wait before taking me back. I was diagnosed and was relocated to wait for the Doctor. He came in asked a few questions, wrote prescriptions, and explained everything. He answered my questions and concerns and I was on my way. The staff was great, and they seemed genuinely concerned with how sick I was feeling. I highly recommend!

I had planned on just walking in but checked their website and it showed 8-10 patients “in line”, so I decided to make an appointment for later in the day. When I arrived, they were packed. I was brought back to a room by the appointment time and after vitals were taken only had to wait about 15 minutes before the doctor came in. He apologized for me having to wait in which I said “it was a very short wait”. I’ve waited longer seeing my primary. He was very thorough with his assessment and prescribed several prescriptions. I was unable to see my primary due to it being a Saturday. I would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care Waco as all of the staff I had interactions with were very friendly and professional.

The entire staff was very professional! I watched the young lady at the front check in several people including one that didnt know english. She didnt miss a beat and she made it happen. I was back to see the doctor very quick, diagnosed and sent on my way. After taking the prescription that was given I feel much better today. Top shelf!

This clinic is very professionally run. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been seen twice by Kelsi. I really like her. She listens to what your problem is and asks questions, then prescribes a solution. I feel like she took extra time with me, even though I was the last patient of the day. It is also great that the clinic is open until 8 pm. It is almost impossible to get in with our family doctor for a next day appointment. I have booked and made an appointment for the same day at Next Care. I am so glad we have this clinic in our area. Thank you Next Care!

I was very  impressed with Dr. Al. He has had so much experience with a background in ER and primary care medicine, is very friendly, and knew right away the best options for my care. His staff were very helpful and nice as well. Highly recommended!

Came in after being very sick for 5 days with no improvement - Dr. Al and the nursing staff were all extremely kind, welcoming, and  helpful. The atmosphere is clean and professional while also maintaining a sense of warmth and real care for the individual patient. Dr. Al was very attentive and made me feel at ease - he listened to me and was communicative throughout the visit and treatment. He took his time to walk me through what he recommended and why for each treatment he administered/prescribed, which I greatly appreciated. I feel so much better already thanks to the lovely staff here and I would highly recommend this facility.

Mr. Al was amazing with my 7yo daughter who needed stitches in her knee from a fall. We were visiting Waco from out of town when it happened so we were hopeful to find a good place to take her for the help she needed. Mr. Al was calming, efficient and excellent at what he did. Very pleased with our visit and would highly recommend this urgent care to all locals or out-of-town visitors alike.

I was a walk in patient with an upper respiratory infection, including sinusitis and strep throat. It took just about an hour to get seen. That wasnt too bad. I should have taken the appt time they offered me the evening before, but thought I might be able to get there earlier than that, which I did by about only 10 mins. or so. The doctor listened very well and responded accordingly. The only thing I can say that he could have addressed with me was when I would stop being contagious with strep throat.

I had a car accident the previous day and was sore and feeling unwell. Whilst the nurse was gathering information another medical provider had overheard my symptoms. Straight away he informed me that my medical needs would be best be met at an ER where CT scan could be provided. I was told that I most likely had concussion given my neurological symptoms and because of the impact could have cervical  damage. It’s best to be safe and have a scan done. They provided me with information as to where I can go &  refunded my co-pay.All the time they were friendly and had my best interests to appropriate health care.I would recommend this provider.

Scheduled an appt online ahead of time, arrived 10 min ahead of appt and still didn’t get seen till 2hrs later. Price without insurance changed from $75 to $350. The person I saw did not even seem like a real dr. I had a rash and we could not figure it out so he prescribed me with two meds and told me to bathe with dish soap. No tests were run and he treated me like a child. My butt is very sore from the shot he gave me. And the shot & meds prescribed arent helping with the itchiness or inflammation. I feel horrible for the front desk lady Jasmine bc she was completely overworked & overloaded and she handled everything so calmly. This place was a waste of money & time.

The girl at the front desk and the doctor that treated me were awesome! Was able to make an appointment online. Only had to wait about 15 minutes once I checked.

The process with scheduling was very easy and convenient. My appointment was at 2:20pm, I arrived at 2:14pm, didn’t get to the back until 2:30pm and the NP didn’t come to the room until 3:10 and the appt last 5mins MAX. It was not busy at all by the way.

While I had an appointment, just like at the doctor’s office I had to wait until the doc could see me. The appointment helps, but it is no guarantee. Once in the staff was cordial, courteous, and customer centered. They are constantly so even though the professionals there change. Very good experience.

Started flu symptoms several days before but wasn’t able to feel better using over-the-counter meds. Stopped into this clinic and was able to be seen after a 55 min or so wait since there were 3 people ahead of me. The check-in staff was professional and friendly. I felt the medical assistant and nurse practitioner really cared and listened to all my concerns. I didn’t even feel the anti-biotic injection given into my hip that the MA gave, which is, a great sign of competence!! I left feeling quite confident that I was headed toward a full recovery soon. Thanks to all who helped me at Next Care!

I thought I just needed a steroid shot for my bad allergies. The doctor determined quickly I had an acute sinus infection and needed antibiotics and oral steroids. Ive had many sinus infections and knew I did but this time I had no clue because my focus has been on my severely painful shoulder I recently acquired... complete torn rotator cuff 😭 The moment he began with questions that were yes answers... Example: headache, sinus pressure, cough... It was only then I realized I had been ignoring the sinus problems because of my shoulder. This urgent care was absolutely the best one I have been to. Caring, compassionate, helpful staff. Five⭐ facility 👍

Great service great staff took about 2 and 1/2 hours moment I walked in and treatment room and out the door lot faster then going to emergency room and that was on a busy day with out an appointment yes I do recommend this place for sure .

The Dr. we saw was hands down one of the best I have seen at an urgent care. He was thorough and explained things to my son (who was a little nervous) so that he could understand and relate.

Severely injured my ankle on Sunday but had to work out of town. by Thursday it was every shade of purple and swollen even after ice and elevation every night. Came in to this office and got the best attention, was listened to and was sent for x ray.  I traveled back home two hours away and the NP called right as I pulled into my drive to let me know there was no fracture or break.  I have no insurance and use the healthcare plan through Next Care often using our local office as my PCP is an hour from me.  I LOVE Next Care no matter where I go!!! Professional, friendly and kind every single time

It sucked. The wait time was an hour after scheduling online from a different day. The doctor was snarky and unhelpful. The receptionist lied and told me they had equipment that the doctor said they didnt have. Waste of time and money

I had the best experience with this place. Very clean. Friendly. Nice. Great customer service. Did an awesome job with my child. I will be back.

This one is SUPER ridiculous and inconvenient! Im livid right now as Ive just drove 30 minutes to this appointment that was scheduled online to find locked doors and a closed sign on the door. The first time I tried to see a doctor here which was last week. I did a walk in and was told that sorry we dont take walks ins must book appointment and were all booked up for today . What in the hell has happened to Health care around here ?????? Ive NEVER had to make an appointment for an urgent care center and certainly have never been able to book an appointment with no one here to see me . Absolutely RIDICULOUS. For certain an injustice to people who are feeling not so great and needing medical care .

Jasmine checked me in quick and very clear about costs. She is very friendly and Israel was informative and polite. I will go back when I need an urgent care.

They were very friendly and super caring about how you feel. I got seen in a timely manner. Very nice and clean too.

Got here at 5:52 with one person in the lobby, and on the site it said two people ahead of me. 6:55 they finally called the first one back and then 5 minutes later the second one. Then called a walk in that came in about 6 people after me. 7:05, still in lobby. Their sign says less than an hour. Not true at all. They close in 50 minutes and have 8-10 patients out here. Don’t recommend.

Beth at the front desk went the extra mile and helped me double check to see if one of my insurances was still active. So grateful for hee help. After her calling someone, thankfully it was no cost. It was going to be almost $200.

Went for son’s physical to play sports. They were fast, friendly and very professional. Will definitely be back next year!

After being sick for a few days I finally made the trip in. They got me in within minutes and the doctor helped me feel at ease in a scary situation. I’m now on the mend and feeling much better. Couldn’t recommend them higher.

Went in shortness of breath, tired wanted to be checked out EKG run, check my blood pressure, etc. you know normal things and make sure that they didn’t see anything serious. After sitting there for over an hour. They wouldn’t do anything at all. They didn’t do my blood pressure they didn’t do EKG they didn’t do bloodwork nothing they said they don’t do anything like that anymore and even if they did do it, they would send me to the ER, so disappointed will not bother going to these people anymore. It’s a joke.

Had to get my daughter from school for possible pink eye. Was able to get an appointment on the app right away. We didnt have to wait long, all of the staff were very friendly, and they were great at explaining everything. Will definitely be back any time we have urgent care needs.

I came in and the staff was very professional,they were busy yet stayed upbeat ,polite,and professional,I saw Dr Lewis he listened to everything and knew right away what it was,he was extremely professional and even apologized for the wait,I was looking for a Healthcare provider here in the waco area,my provider which I love but is almost 45 minutes away and Dr Lewis knew them also !!which put me evenmore at ease,I will definitely return to them if I need medical attention againD. This was my first visit and I was highly impressed. Staff was friendly and the visit was quick. The provider was knowledgeable and made my daughter feel comfortable. Overall best experience I have had at an urgent care.

They told me xray machine doesnt work and would need to go to emergency care. I thought $50 copay was ridiculous since they did not inform me they did not have a working xray machine to begin with. They then sent a bill for additional payment. Waste of time and money.

It cost the same with insurance as it did without and I feel like I could have gotten better care at the ER. My toddler was the only patient there but they barely took the time to look into her symptoms.

I hated this place. I waited for 2 hours with my toddler. When we were finally seen they sent us to a different facility. They never gave me our test results either. I will never go back.

The wait was longer then expected because they were a bit backed up, but everyone I dealt with was SO kind that it made up for any inconvenience of a wait time

It was wonderful! Best, nicest doctor ever! Computers were down for awhile, & doctor came to the waiting room to talk to us about treatment options until they came back up. Did a great, painless job stitching him up.

Excellent and efficient service and care. Made an appointment was see immediately, in and out less than 30 min. Doctor, nurse and reception desk clerk were all very professional and pleasant to work with.

To be honest, they didn’t have a lab or x-ray and gave my child an antibiotic. Anyway, I took her to the doctor the next day and she actually has the flu. They were very nice but I just feel like urgent care is pretty useless to not do labs or x-rays. Every other clinic I go to with my kids because I just took my other child the day before pretty much with the symptoms we had routine Covid and flu swab. So basically, the anabiotic will not be needed for the flu. I kind of feel like I sort of wasted my time.

It isn’t always fun to go to an Urgent care but the staff here are always awesome. Beth is very sweet and helpful when getting checked in. Megan is also super sweet and patient with the kids. Ryan is thorough and great with the kids as well. When we can’t see our usual dr’s, our choice is always NextCare.

I was a walk in and they told me it was about an hour wait. It was a little less than an hour and they were very professional. Treated me kindly and took care a my excruciating pain. They even changed my prescription to a pharmacy that was open. So I would definitely give them 5 stars!!

Check in was flawless. I didnt have an appointment but before I finished the paperwork they were calling my name.

Staff was very friendly doctor was very patient with my son who came in sick and wasn’t the most corruptive. Thank you for helping him get better.Update: Had to go again for my other son completely different staff but the friendliness did not change at all. Not happy our appointment was 10:35 on the 4th it is now the 5th at 1:35 and still no medication has been put in.

Im really happy with the service I received. They treated me with dignity and respect. All my issues were resolved.

Even with the office being very busy staff was super friendly and took the appropriate time with us. They were so kind and explained everything and made us feel comfortable. The provider was so empathetic and took the time to ease our concerns. Honestly the best bedside manner we’ve ever received, from everyone involved. All in all we received excellent care, it really made a difference in a time of stress. We drove 35 minutes to be here and glad we did! We will definitely be returning for all our urgent care needs in the future. Thank you so much!

Dr. Allen Lewis he has a great bedside manner. He’s funny and just all-around. Absolutely wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I definitely would recommend anybody to go there and I think them very much for all the help so I had a phone call with my foot.

Top of the line service. The front desk, was helpful, polite and was all smiles. Easy to check in(even for a first timer). I didnt think there was a long wait but was checked on by the Dr., who not only apologized for the wait, but also gave us a couple bottles of water to drink while we waited to be next. The Dr. was very nice as well, professional, quick and had us done in no time . She apologized again for the wait, which honestly wasnt long to me and we were on our way. I was pleased with the experience just as much as the cost. I will visit again when needed. Thanks Next Care, great job

Very disappointed in my visit. I was seen at this location because I had injured my ankle. I was not told there was no in house x-ray available until I had already seen the provider. They had me drive 20 min away to the other location to get an xray (where I had to wait another 20 min to be seen). I was told a provider would call me in an hour or so. It has been 10 hours and I have not heard anything from them. Very disappointed. I went here cuz it was supposed to be faster than my PCP and it was not!

The staff was not only professional, but very friendly and kind. Each one made me feel welcomed and like they actually cared. This has not always been the case at this clinic, unfortunately, so I was a little hesitant about going there. Very glad I did!

Staff and medical team were friendly and efficient! Got me right in as a walk-in and out in less than 30-40 minutes with 7 stitches and an antibiotic shot. Ashley and Niki were fantastic and Dr. Shajjia was wonderful! Kudos to the entire team!

Made an appointment the night before and we got in an out quickly. We needed a test for travel and everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff and on were unbelievably kind and helpful. Out of all the facilities I’ve been to, this one is beyond in the terms of customer care and satisfaction!

Highly recommend this clinic!Emma, (the Front Desk) was very nice and pleasant during the check in process. She got me checked in very quickly. Joy, (the M.A.) was very sweet and thorough in the triage room. She definitely set a comforting tone for the visit. Heather (the FNP) was amazing! I came in for an ear infection, but upon further evaluation she tested me for a few other things just to be on the safe side. She explained everything to me where I would understand it, but did it quickly so I wasn’t waiting for a long time. These ladies were amazing!

Office staff is so nice! Doctor was very nice too! I have been here several times and every time a great experience! I don’t ever wait long either!!

Theres nothing like seeking medical attention and getting treated nice and with a smile. Everyone was friendly even at 630pm on a Thursday. From Megan at the front(who also made the x-rays fun and painless) to Ashley and Shajjia in the back who got me pain relive pretty quickly.

Next Care was excellent. My son’s primary care dr won’t see “sick” people anymore. How frustrating! So we went to Next Care and they got us in quickly. He was tested very quickly and we got the results. He was given a script and an inhaler. They were courteous, professional, timely and friendly.Megan up front was sweet. Rebecca was a doll with my son. Amanda was very kind. And the Provider, Shajjia, was amazing! We will go back!

I used the online check-in process and it was SO easy! I waited at home and then a few minutes in my car and was seen by a cheerful, knowledgeable MD in a clean room. The whole visit took 20 minutes and I left with a bunch of prescriptions to treat my cough and congestion. BEST urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

Usually Im in and out in 30 minutes when I have an appointment, walking in Ive had to wait about an hour to see Dr .

I went on Monday December 28. I called ahead and was set up with an appointment 30 minutes from the time I called. The receptionist ensured that is was good time for me.Once there I was seen almost as immediately after filling out the required paperwork.The staff from top to bottom were courteous and respectful.I was in and out inside of an hour with appropriate recommendations.I have no complaints about the quality of care or service I received.

Everybody was so nice and helpful from the time we walked in until we walked out. Went to ER couple of weeks before going here and they were very good in explaining what they saw in my X-rays. Would definitely say this is the place to go. Urgent care across from Bushes.

Dr took his time with my daughter and got us in and out.

We have been here twice since moving back to Waco. Both times it was for my son who has Autism and aggressive behavior. Each time the Dr. Was so nice and patient with amazing bedside manner. Did I also mention the wait was never long at all. The whole team here is really great not just the doctor. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area. Thank yall greatly for caring for my son. Blessings to the entire staff.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I am 100% satisfied with the care we received during our visit at the Woodway office: from the front office, intake workup and visit with the provider. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were in and out in no time. Highly recommend and we will be coming here for future instances when needed. Thank you SO much!

10/10 recommend the Nurse Practitioner & the other lady who took care of me. I wish I remembered their names, were the kindest most mindful people, very patient and understanding. Even allowed me to rest a while before leaving due to my migraine!

Very friendly staff, welcomed you in. First time there and felt very comfortable there, very clean, very professional. Dr. Roberts was awesome with my daughter in explaining and making her feel at ease. Very little paperwork and wait time was not very long at all.Will definitely choose them and recommend them for health needs.

This is probably the best urgent care I have ever been to. The staff and doctors are amazing! They get you in pretty quickly!

The staff was very nice, Ill give them that. Took my daughter who at the time was on day 8 of running a fever. Got her tested for covid and flu which she tested negative for both. They said she had a slight ear infection probably from allergies recommended we give her allergy medicine, and did not prescribe her anything. Today is day 12 of My daughter running a fever so we got her into an apt with her PCP. Turns out she now has pneumonia. This could have been prevented if she was diagnosed correctly or given some kind of antibiotics when we took her to this urgent care. I believe they didnt want to treat her as our insurance runs out at the end of the year, which likely means that wont get paid.

We had a great time with the staff in the clinic! We are a silly group & the staff played along with us. It was a healthy visit for my teenagers to get physicals and it was a great price ($25, no insurance) for school. Easy check in on my phone and you can see how many people are ahead of you. Quick & easy! In & out! And they are doing great still protecting people from covid exposure. Clean office. From Megan at the front desk to Isreal doing triage and Shajjia the medical provider we were very pleased with our appointment! Thank you Hewitt nextcare! Great team!!

I wasnt real sure what to expect. I havent seen a doctor in years, and only did this time to provide documentation for my employer. That said, the entire experience was pleasant. New patient sign up was easy, wait time was minimal, and the doctor was thorough and explained everything he was doing, step-by-step throughout the entire visit. No complaints from me.

I used the online check in feature to make an appointment and was welcomed in at my exact appointment time and saw the doctor within minutes. The doctor performed her examination and made recommendations while giving me additional information related to my diagnosis. All staff that I interacted with today were very pleasant and respectful. I was very pleased with my visit and would definitely return again.

Nice facility and staff but be prepared to wait for 1-2 hours to be seen. Even with an appointment! I’ve been here twice in 5 days due to my daughter being sick and now me. First visit we were there 3 hours as walk ins and today I had an appointment but was still there for 2 hours!

Let me just say Dr.Shajjja is AMAZING! 10/10 recommend seeing her if you can choose your doctor!! We came in yesterday because my son developed a bad rash ALL over, inside of his mouth, arms, feet, on his genitals, EVERYWHERE! We were quickly seen and she was able to pin point exactly what it was.**Today she called as soon as the clinic opened to see how the rash was, and if it was spreading. Ive never had a Doctor (especially at an urgent care) call to check in on my son. She went out of her way to make sure he was ok and was able to call in medication for his pain, and even check to see if the pharmacy took our insurance. My husband and I are beyond grateful for her help!Urgent care, you definitely have an amazing physician on your staff!

The staff here were all so nice and caring! I had a great experience, in and out in an hour. I like that I could make an appointment online and fill in paperwork ahead of time.

Took my son here and they were very kind and warm hearted with him. They made him laugh and feel comfortable as well. They were thorough with their examination to help him feel better. We were in and out very quickly and loved the warm vibes and smiles from everyone there. It was very welcoming. :)

It’s was a super quick visit, which I loved! I went for an abscess/cyst draining & Dr. Ahmed was very patient with me because I have severe anxiety & I was definitely freaking out. The medical assistant (I forgot her name, I’m sorry!) was very kind as well & helped calm my nerves. Definitely recommend going for minor emergencies!!

Ear infection. I originally went to be seen at another urgent care in the area, but they had a line out the door and one person working the desk, so I left. Drove to Central Texas Urgent Care, no line. Staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Got me seen and my needs met in a timely manner. Doctor was very kind and helpful. Facilities are very nice and clean, as well. Should I ever need an urgent care again, this will definitely be my first choice!

Besides the front desk lady being extremely rude and unwelcoming, I took my daughter there and the nurses and doctor in the back were so very pleasant with my 4yr old. We werent there too long, check in was online and easy. Thats my second time going there and its always been good, like I said besides the snobby stuck up lady at the front desk. She acts like its such a chore to be at work.

I was seen fairly quickly. The Dr. Was thorough and everyone there was very nice. I was sent home with literature to help me understand and treat my ailment. But the best thing is the pharmacy received my order quickly and I didnt have to wait too long. I have had dr.s take their time faxing the prescription to the pharmacy, but not these folks. They valued my time. I recommend them

I came for a COVID test and scheduled an appointment ahead of time through their online service. I appeared about 10 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting about an hour before I got seen. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed but consistently expressed his condolences for the wait and inconvenience! However, the nurse who took my vitals and did the swab was so nice and very professional! The doctor who saw me was polite, professional and very attentive to my case/concerns. I believe Dr. Heather was her name. I was so appreciative of their care overall!!

I was in immense pain and they gave me accurate waiting times. Always helpful and made sure I was doing well during my wait. Never made fun of me(on how I got my actions, very stupid decisions were made). Made me feel comfortable and at home.

Went to Next Care Urgent Care in Waco around 6:45 pm with a possible ankle fracture. The wait wasnt too bad, about an hour. Back office was great. I was diagnosed with a fracture and given a referral and was told the referral would be sent over. I waited until 10:00am the next day to call the Orthopedist. They did not receive the referral. Long story short, I called Next Care there times with a promise it would be sent over. The last call was at 3:00. Now, the Ortho says its too late for me to be seen today. Still no confirmation the referral was sent, so I am sending what I have to the Ortho hoping to be seen tomorrow. Also, Next Cares hold times are ridiculous, then you reach a call center. I wont go back there.

I went in to get tested for covid and Griselda, Jennifer D, Shajjia A, and Lana made sure the process was quick and sent me on my way faster than I anticipated. Professional staff and very exceptional customer service. Best urgent care Ive gone to.

A trip to an urgent care is never fun, it usually involves pain and/or sickness.At this location in Waco they made the process fast and easy. The nurse practitioner was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I can only recommend.

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Dr. Roberts knew exactly what to do to extract a piece of my hearing aid that was against my eardrum and too painful for my husband to remove. The experience was less than an hour from start to finish and much easier and faster than a trip to the ER!

Our son was having breathing issues amongst fever, coughing, ect. Considering its Saturday we couldnt take him to his regular practitioner so we scheduled an appointment here online and got in an hour later, with results and treatment given within the next hour. Thankful to have found them today!

They are always fast, convenient, and polite!!! We love coming here and always get taken care of! Plus it’s right by the house and I can make an appointment through their app. The staff is awesome! I would 100% recommend using them for all of your urgent care needs!

I went there with my baby. The staff there is excellent. They are very kind, helpful, and explained all of the procedures to me and made sure my questions were answered satisfactorily. There is nothing more stressful than a sick child, so I was grateful for the excellent care. I also really like the ability to call to see when a room might be available so that you arent waiting forever. If you need to go to an urgent care, this place is a great place to go.

Had an excellent experience at Central Texas Urgent Care. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. The intake nurse was friendly and responsive. The doctor was super at helping my 8 year old ( the patient in this visit) feel at ease. The doctors exceptional diagnostic​ skills quickly identified the malady.

The staff here is super great. Jennifer DeLeon is always chipper. Dr. Achmed has a great bedside manner. Explains everything very well. Would definitely recommend to others.

The did an awesome job taking care of my condition with expertise and treatment methods, but did an even better job of taking care of my anxiety and nerves heading into the procedure. They are a truly kind and caring staff. Highly recommend.

I was simply blown away by the service!!! Jennifer brought me back and took my vitals and X-ray. She is so personable and professional!!! Went into nextcare with problems being dizzy and lightheaded. The process of getting me in was very easy and they have great programs to help people like me with no insurance. The doctor I saw was very helpful, she ran some tests and we figured out what was going on. She explained everything very well in a way I could understand and gave me everything I needed to treat my issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a urgent care clinic. Thank you so much for helping me get on the right track to fixing my issue.

Receptionist is rude. The program that they where displaying in the waiting room was not the news but the View and it was bashing certain political views. I asked Receptionist if we could change it because of its biased content and she was not happy. She changed the station to a super dated station and asked if that was good and moved on without waiting a response. There where other people in the waiting room. It could have been a simple switch to something more palatable especially since there where children including mine. No thanks! Please keep things professional.Update: went from 1 star to 4. Doctor was real nice and represented the clinic very well.

Positives: I checked in online and I hardly had to wait at allNegatives: the doctor barely asked me any questions before deciding what to prescribe me. She used her stethoscope to “listen to my lungs” but just tapped it around my back. I didn’t even take a breath so she clearly didn’t listen for anything.The woman who did my intake pointed at scars on my arms and asked “I guess you’re here for all of that” when instead I came in for an allergic reaction and my face was puffy. It had nothing to do with my arms. She said “it’s probably wind or sunburn” when I said I wasn’t outside in the days before.The woman at the front desk was generally fine, but unpleasant. All 3 of the women I interacted with were miserable. I wasted $120 on something I should have just googled

Maybe this is because I’m from a larger city but I cannot get over how fast they are here!! I was in and out in under an hour. The last urgent care I went to in Dallas I swear it was 4 1/2 hours. The staff is so friendly and extremely thorough. I’ve seen two doctors here and both were efficient and they just want you better. 5/5 definitely recommend!!!

Hewitt Nextcare near Waco has the best medical staff ever. From front office to back office exceptional, caring and friendly! And you dont have to wait hours in the waiting room b4 your seen.Im a medical person as well and I know when your good or not.The Doctor or PA not sure on her title was outstanding that treated me! Perfection for sure, she surely knows her job and has a warm heart and she shows you compassion and she is very concerned with giving you excellent care. I live in Troy and BSW is were I have always went in a emergency but from now on it will be Hewitt Nextcare for sure hands down.I have been to several Nextcares in Georgetown, Tx well I will say they need to go train at the Hewitt office, bc what I seen from them especially the one on Austin Ave. They totally have know clue and the front office I would say gets a F.

Easy online appointment scheduling, then call to let them know when you get there. Would highly recommend Central Texas Urgent Care to anyone!!!!

There was not a long wait. In and out within 30-45 mins. Daughter got a shot of pain medicine and had some relief before we even left. Staff was super nice very friendly and helpful. Thank you for caring for my daughter

My brother, my mother, and I have all used this urgent care before, always happy with the care we get. Wait time is never long, staff is nice and the doctor is great. They also have a discount plan through nextcare that really helped me out when I started a new job and had to go without insurance for 90 days.

Very pleasant and caring work ethics from everyone.Dr.Roberts listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He went further to answer the questions I had and explain treatment so that I could understand completely. Very good experience.

Arrived 5 minutes before closing time and they turned me away. NO patients in the lobby. I explained that all I needed was a cortisone shot for my allergies. All she would do is schedule me an appointment for 8am the next morning (12 hours later). No excuse for this. They obviously dont care about their patients. Bad experience.UPDATE Next Morning: Told I had to wear a mask in their facility or not be seen, even though I have asthma and am not to be wearing masks. No exceptions. These people are mask nazis. Then they asked me if I had been vaccinated. Thats absolutely none of their business. They slip it into their line of questioning as if its somehow relevant to anything. Its not. I was wanting a cortisone shot, but after this experience I dont trust them to stick a needle in my body. I dont have confidence they wouldnt slip in a vaccination without my knowledge. Whole experience left me feeling like I had been violated. I will never go back again.

I was terribly ill one day, and they were packed! They go first come first served, yet I still didnt have to wait long. They were efficient, kind, respectful and professional. They accepted my insurance, I had to get a bag of IV fluids because I was so dehydrated, and the visit still only cost me $35. They even called in 2 days to follow up and make certain I was better! I highly recommend them!

The FNP was so very kind, she listened thoroughly and I could tell she truly cared about each of her patients. If you’re not feeling well this is the place to help you feel better

Went in for neck stiffness and pain. the doc was thoughtful, thorough, listened to my ailment, and quickly diagnosed the situation and provided me with a remedy that got me mobile and feeling better. I did have to wait for an hour after my scheduled appointment, but aside from that the staff was extremely friendly, personable and professional.

My son went into this office because he had a sore throat and couldn’t swallow. He waited almost 2 hours and said he could hear them talking amongst themselves the entire time and he was basically the only person there. This place is very expensive I would’ve rather had him go to a doctor and waited to be seen by a doctors office. They didn’t even check him to see if he had an ear infection or a sinus infection. They just gave him steroids. Will never go there again.

The worst Service ever! Called them to ask about covid test. Got automated response saying no appointment required and can call in anytime. I asked for a representative so I can make sure was on hold for 30 mins so decided to just go in person. Went in and receptionist didnt even acknowledge us. We had to start the conversation and she said appointments are required and when I told her about the automated message that is recorded on there phone she said thats not on them because she didnt record it. Just the worst. Its better to go somewhere else and not waste your time

Front desk receptionist was very rude. Short and moody with her answers to my questions. First time ever experiencing urgent care and she didn’t help and made me feel worse.Nurse and PA I saw after helped make everything better. Both very knowledgeable.

It’s always a great experience at this location. It’s out of the way for me, but worth the drive for friendly staff and proper care. I’ve gotten everything from testing to medication to stitches done here.

I took my son in on a Thursday night after he was sent home from school with a fever. He tested positive for Flu B. The PA that we saw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very upfront and honest about the risk:benefit ratio of Tamiflu for that particular strain and we, together, made the decision to not get the prescription. He was very good at explaining what to expect from the illness to my 13 year old and gave us some very helpful tips for home care. Overall everyone in the office was great.

After waiting an hour to be seen, the nursed checked a few things and escorted me to a small room to wait for the PA/Doctor. I waited in that room for an hour! During the hour I waited, I heard them clean the room next to me, they then had someone else go in there to wait, and then they saw that person before me. I finally popped out and asked when would I be seen and the nurse replied that I was next. They either forgot me or did it on purpose.I just relocated to this area and finally got insurance at my new job a few weeks ago, so I havent had time to find a primary care doctor, but needed a prescription for blood pressure since I had been out. When the PA/Doctor finally saw me, he didnt check anything. He started lecturing me about using his clinic as a primary care and that he wasnt equipped to manage my long term health. After hearing him be rude and not concerned about my health at all, I felt that he made me wait so long to deter me from coming back again. Job well done! Ill never be back.

During our visit in Central Texas from Arizona we unfortunately had to make a visit to The Urgent Care. It was the best Urgent Care visit I have ever had. We got there and everyone was super nice. They took good care of my baby with all the COVID precautions and was super fast. I would differently recommend them for all of your family’s urgent care needs

On the outside, they are very caring and compassionate. Limping in the door, I felt pleased by my treatment. However, poorly trained providers and inept managers have bungled not only my treatment but my insurance as well. I have been waiting for days to speak to a manager regarding my situation. Luckily, I was able to have my issues adequately addressed at another urgent care, but it’s still money and time wasted. Consumer beware if your company sends you here. They’re not looking out for you, but them.

I am knew to the area. The directions to the office were a bit confusing. I called the office that I thought I was going to, and the office staff asked for my location. (i was on the wrong side of town) They took the time to help me. They directed me to one of their offices that i was closest to. They even took the time to call that office and make me an appointment. When i walked in they were friendly and asked my name. when I told them my name they were already aware of my situation.Awesome place, The nurses were personable and genuinely showed that they were interested in my well-being. The Doc/PA, HE LISTENED TO ME, Gemini crickets, i was a person that they were interested in, I was not just another person with a problem.THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF.

So I came to NextCare Urgent Care here in Hewitt and I was completely amazed by the service I received! Megan at the front desk helped me sign up for a HSA Account, and in the process helped me save a lot of money. Greatly appreciate the care that I have received today at NextCare!!!

When my son broke his finger, they had us checked in, x-rayed, and splinted within an hour. Very kind staff! They were a blessing.

I made a call in for 12 noon on New Years Day. I was seen promptly. The physicians assistant on duty whats courteous thorough and got me out of there with the best possible speed. I would recommend this urgent care facility for anyone it is by far the best Ive ever been to

The urgent care in Hewitt is a joke. Took my son in 9:00 Sunday morning with upper respiratory issues due to allergies. He gets this several times a year and we know what works for him. Told the doctor that a steriod pack is what usually works for him. She wanted to give him a zpak antibiotic. Told her Zpaks dont work for him. He was negative for flu and step. He didnt need an antibiotic. He is worse today than he was on Sunday. I called them back to get different medicine and she said they wouldnt do that. She said we would have to make another appointment and pay another urgent care fee. This is a horrible provider and I will never go here again. I will now have to take my child to another urgent care and pay another $75 fee.The provider was extremely rude.

Every time I have come here, the wait time is relatively short, and the staff has been great! I came here a few years ago and was treated for pneumonia. The staff was amazing and caring with great personalities. I recently visited for several hornet stings, and the staff was fantastic again. Thank you guys for all youve done for me!

I have received care at this location and cant say enough good things about these doctors and their staff. Ive checked in from home, only waited a few minutes to be seen each time and the staff is kind, attentive and thorough. Highly recommended.

Scheduled an appointment for my ear ache because I was charged $400 last time at the ER. Upon arriving the receptionist is rude beyond belief and I’m informed without insurance it’ll be $350 starting and go up to be seen. No payment plan option available. What a joke

Normally wait is not long at all. But yesterday i think everyone in 3 counties was there with the flu. So I did have to wait 1 hour. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean and comfortable. Also they have great help for self pay patients.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The receptionist was very helpful and went out of her way . The nurse practitioner and nurse where very sweet . Would recommend anyone wanted someone nice when they feel bad to go there and be treated with care and respect.

Brandy Williams made me feel extremely comfortable and made my test easy! They were very quick, and had the gear to keep sanitary while doing curbside! I’d recommend especially if it’s your first time!👍🏼
