My husband and I have had nothing but a positive experience at Gold Coast. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and always found time for me to come in before work. They know you by name and make the experience positive. We did IVF in April of 2024 and I am currently 8 months pregnant with my miracle baby! This journey was not an easy one, but Gold Coast made it as positive of an experience as it could be! I highly recommend them to anyone going through infertility!

I highly recommend Gold Coast IVF. The staff is always welcoming and make you feel super comfortable! From the front desk staff, to where you draw your blood, to the nurses, sonographers, and every single person in between, the staff truly makes the experience so much better! Dr. Paulter is knowledgeable and experienced and we highly recommend scheduling a consultation with this practice! We are really happy with the results as well and can happily say it was a successful IVF treatment and we now have our beautiful baby in our arms!

I cannot say enough good and amazing things about Dr. Palter and Gold Coast IVF. As someone traveling from New Jersey to New York for individualized treatment, everyone there exceeded my expectations. I had several failed infertility treatments at RMA of New Jersey and as soon as I had a 2nd opinion with Dr. Palter, he already had 3 individualized plans he wanted to try with me and my specific case of infertility, which was very different from RMA, where I felt like just another case and following a “one size fits all protocol.” Not only that, Every time I needed someone, it was very easy to contact the nurses. Dominique and Jessica were very quick to call back if I left a message or needed a medication. Being that I was traveling from New Jersey, they were always quick to give me the earliest appointments so I could get back to work in Jersey. The PA Lisa was always so knowledgeable and it was like I was with Dr. Palter all along. Dr. Palter changed/found so many things that my old clinic missed that lead to our first successful embryo transfer after 3 failed IUI’s and 3 failed embryo transfers elsewhere. If you are looking for individualized, personal care plans tailored to you specifically, I would recommend Dr. Palter and Gold Coast IVF a thousand times over! Choosing a reproductive endocrinologist and IVF facility takes patience and diligence. After consulting and starting with another clinic that felt like a fertility mill, I am blessed to have found & decided to work with Dr. Palter and his team.Dr. Palters skill, knowledge, perseverance and compassion is outstanding. We continued to run diagnostics and change interventions as needed, never feeling as if Im just a number. Everyone from the NPs, RNs, embryologists, sonographer, medical techs/assistants, reception, billing, the whole team treated me with dignity and respect during this intimate and trying time. The office has someone to reach out and to and just talk/get support. I know everyones situation is different but we all want to be treated with grace and to feel comfortable with the medical decisions and recommendations from our provider. Thank you.

I LOVE Dr Palter and absolutely every staff member at GCIVF. Dr. Palter really treated my case like it was the only one he had. He’s super honest about your odds and what you should expect, and I really appreciated this. The news wasn’t good for me at points and he never sugarcoated anything and just told me point-blank what was going to happen. Other doctors I saw didn’t do this and kept me guessing which was infinitely more difficult in an already very emotional time. I don’t wanna be told everything may be fine in a week when it’s clear it won’t be. Dr Palter broke tough news to me personally in a warm and understanding way.He took the time out of his day to call me to tell me my transfer was successful. And the couple times I needed to call the after hours number, Dr. Palter himself called me back within five minutes after 9 PM on a weekend! He truly cares about his patients and their success. I was never once treated like my questions were silly. (though looking back a few were lol) This practice is run in an extremely organized and professional manner and info about my visits including instructions was always available within a few hours on my portal.One thing that was clear was that Dr Palter and his team were very thorough. Where other doctors tend to work on hunches and gut feelings, Dr Palter relies on fact and test results. What ended up being my issue was against the odds and I actually had a couple other bigwigs in this field tell me there was no way I had this condition. Thankfully I saw Dr Palter and he diagnosed my condition quickly and I feel so grateful that I went with my gut and trusted him to be the one I went on the IVF journey with. After he found my condition he continued to test for everything else under the sun to give me the best chances possible. I spent HOURS researching success rates and all other types of statistics and let me tell you this practice is solid. He is DEFINITELY the best in Long Island and from my research the state and probably beyond. He’s the one with the perspective, knowledge and know-how to find the answers other doctors simply miss!He works quickly and I feel like this place just has the recipe. I literally cannot say a bad thing about any experience that I had here! His protocol worked great for me and I was taking a very low dose of meds for the type of results that I received. Dr Palter himself would check on my progress daily thru the stim phase. I felt great with little recovery after all of the surgical procedures he performed on me. And the results were incredible!! I was so stressed about this whole thing beyond belief and he just got me amazing results thru the whole process! After so much disappointment and a rough road anyone who arrives at the decision to do IVF faces Dr Palter and his staff were just able to make everything okay! I had a beautiful baby thru my first IVF and transfer here and I will literally always be indebted to this office and forever grateful! Annemarie is also so amazing (everyone is I could write pages) she was such a rock for me thru this process and I always looked forward to seeing her. Look no further call now for IVF or any other fertility treatment you need Dr Palter will find your answer if there is anyone that can help it is him!

TDLR: Poor service and rude staffI came here as part of my monitoring for my egg retrieval cycle. As this is a sensitive time , I expected more care and consideration from staff.So I was checked in fast and the receptionist was very nice. Then I did my bloodwork. From there my experience went down hill. They put me in an ultrasound room and did not explain anything. I waited for 5 minutes and a tech came in telling me to take everything off from the waist down. They did not even say hello or introduce themselves. When I explained I’m on my period. She was brusque and said I guess I’ll put something down.Then I was left half naked for 15 minutes with no communication.When the tech came back they were rude and quick when doing the ultrasound.There was warmed up gel but they chose to use the cold gel. No explanation of what was happening, just silence.They I was just told you’re done now leave. Not even directions given to the exit.I had to return a second time four days later and the poor service was the same. It felt like it was a hassle for the tech to do the ultrasound and I was not welcome in the clinic.When I had my second ultrasound, I asked questions that were ignored and then once again had an uncomfortable experience.I expected better from a place that’s supposed to help people make their families. From how they seem to be pushing people to follow them on social media maybe they’re more focused on making money.

Dr. Palter and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. They are like fertility detectives who will do all they can to help you meet your goal of having a child. Everyone on the Gold Coast team is friendly and they put in effort to know your story. Even after disappointing outcomes, I never once felt unsure of the next step because I knew they had my best interest on their radar. Any information I received was straightforward and any questions I had were promptly answered. Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Palter and his expert team!

The absolute Best Fertility Doctor EVER!!!!!! I’ve recommended three of my friends who also had fertility issues and all three of them were able to get pregnant and sustain their pregnancies. He is a miracle worker. Thanks to Dr. Palter, my husband and I have three beautiful children. I would 1000% recommend him again and again!!

We switched fertility doctors about 2 years ago and it was the best move we ever made. Dr. Palter identified the issue right away and it led us to our beautiful baby girl who is 13 months old and perfect 🤍 We continue to go to Gold Coast IVF in hopes of expanding our little family. This was truly an incredible experience. From the staff to Dr. Palter himself, I felt the care and attention put into helping to complete my family. Edit: This response from the owner is incorrect. The MRI CD case had instructions on what application to download. At this point, this office had my MRIs for awhile and weren’t getting back to me after multiple calls so I was not going to request another MRI copy. Also, NYU advised me that this is the only way to download it and his office should be able to. Also, I only had a follow up meeting with Dr. Palter because I wasn’t getting any response from him so I suggested it. I was tired of the back and forth and no answers.I have not received any call or communication from the owner apologizing for their delay, lack of communication, nor their unprofessional staff so I’m leaving this review as it is.Giving one star only because Dr. Palter seems pretty knowledgeable. Other than that I wouldn’t speak positively about anything else. I called so many times and I’d either never get a call back or no update. It took emails, calls and 2 months before he finally reviewed my MRI. I expressed my disappointment many times so I’m sure he knew and yet offered no apology when we spoke. Imagine no one calling you back to the point where you have to leave a comment on his instagram page and he calls right away.I also suffer from ptsd from past trauma. Due to that I begged to be put to sleep for a procedure and they refused. They are an office that performs procedures with anesthesia so it seemed like they didn’t really care that it would retraumatize me.Seems like he needs to spend less time on social media and more time educating his office staff on how to provide care for those like myself with infertility. The last call I had with someone she kept saying, “I’m being professional “ and “I don’t want to argue,” while I’m explaining that anti anxiety meds don’t really seem to help me and I’d need to be to sleep. I got off the phone and cried hysterically. There’s no compassion for patients with ptsd and anxiety.

I met with 3 different IVF clinics before we met with Dr. Palter at Gold Coast IVF. After each appointment my dream of having a baby seemed impossible. Then we walked into Gold Coast IVF! The second you walk in that door the staff looks up and greets you, by name, with a smile. The waiting room is filled with comfy chairs and couches and signs of encouragement from successful patients. The staff at Gold Coast IVF is exceptional. I dont think I would have been able to navigate this journey with out them. They talk with you, laugh with you, and even cry with you during some difficult times. You really feel them rooting for you on this journey. The staff truly makes you feel like your their number 1 patient. Then theres Dr Palter himself. The man is a genius. Hes not a 1 size fits all doctor. He will study your chart and your labs. He finds things most other places over look. He is always up to date on the latest research. Ive done several rounds of IVF and no 2 rounds were the same. He was always finding something new that we could try. I am so incredibly thankful to Dr Palter and the staff at Gold Coast IVF. I wouldnt have my family with out them.

Dr Palter is a miracle worker ! After struggling to get pregnant with a second baby we went to Gold Coast IVF at the recommendation of my OB and they were absolutely wonderful ! From the minute we started with the clinic I knew we were in the best hands. Dr Palter and his staff truly make you feel like they care about you getting pregnant as much as you do and he will do everything he can to make it happen for you and help you complete your family ! After a long time of trying to get pregnant, miscarriage and tube removal my husband And I finally accepted the fact that we needed ivf if we ever wanted to have kids. Two of my friends went to Dr. Palter and both conceived, I did my proper research and decided to give this clinic a try. Boy, am I happy I did!! These beautiful people did so much for me.. always answered my questions, picked up the phone every-time no matter when. I remember after my transfer I was a bit nervous about a few minor things and it was around 11pm at night. I gave the clinic a call, the machine asked me to leave my number and that I would get a call back, no less than two minutes later Dr. Palter was calling me to ask me what was my concern, he addressed it and quickly made me feel safe and I will never forget his one to one attention, bedside manner and understanding.. he’s truly an angel! The ladies at the office were all so wonderful too, I often miss them and my visits but fortunately this wonderful team of angels all helped me achieve my goal! I got pregnant on the first try.. I always listened to all of Palters recommendations, and let him decide what was best for me. Meditations and keeping busy helped me remain patient during the process because I knew that they knew what was best for me so I listened and did what was asked of me. There were lots of ups and downs, set backs, and challenges along the way but none of us gave up! They always greeted me with a warm smile and guided me the whole way. I am currently 6 months pregnant with baby # 1 and I sure will be back! I am so very grateful to Dr. Palter and his team, they all work together and truly love what they’re doing. I am so happy I came here and you will be too! Keep believing and let them do their job because they know exactly what they need to do to get you to your goal! Be patient and don’t stop trying.. When we first came here to Gold Coast IVF we had no idea what to expect because this was a first time experience. We can say that this might be a little uncomfortable for some people, but they are all very PROFESSIONAL and truly love to create happiness for everyone. Was so scared as it was our first time doing ivf , but Dr Palter answered every question very calmly. His team was so supportive through every step , answered every concerns of ours . I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have received at Gold Coast IVF. When I started here I was transferring from another fertility center and was highly impressed by the welcoming and kind nature of the staff. I never felt like just another patient, the team knew me by name and always made me comfortable. Dr Palter runs a busy practice but I never felt rushed. Dr Plater takes time to listen to your concerns, explain procedures, plans and best options based your unique needs. Dr Palter is personable, soft spoken, very patient and always made me feel comfortable. Fertility can be a challenging and difficult process and you need a caring team and that’s what Gold Coast IVF provides. I was also impressed that on staff is a peer success specialist who reaches out to see how you are doing and gives you encouraging words or just offer a listening ear. I am happy to be a successful graduate and cannot wait to meet my sweet bundle in the next few months!

The nurses are a godsend and take the time to explain everything since the process can be overwhelming. I started my journey as a (very) single woman who froze her eggs years ago and today I left Gold Coast with my husband as a pregnant lady!! On top of that I can almost always get hold of a nurse to ask any questions and wait times at the clinic are minimal. The support, professionalism, and guidance that my husband and I received from Dr. Palter and his staff are second to none. This was our third experience working with an IVF facility and I can say with all confidence that our experience here was hands down the best. The nurses are extremely supportive and are there to answer any and all questions you may have. We received access to our testing information the same day and everything was just so clearly explained and executed. Where do I start? I have so many great things to say about Gold Coast IVF. Dr. Palter and his team are all amazing people. When I started my IVF journey I was worried and scared, but I can definitely say with Gold Coast everything went so much easier than I expected. Dr. Palter knows exactly what he is doing and he does it with so much passion. The office is very much organized and everything is always made clear. Nurses are also very supportive and do well at communicating with the patients. They make sure that all questions are answered and there is no confusion. Gold Coast also provides you with a portal where nurses leave messages on what to do on a day to day basis which I really like. I am so glad we chose Gold Coast for our Journey and I can definitely say I have no regrets with our decision.

After trying to conceive for over a year and finding out that I had a blocked fallopian tube, my OBGYN referred me to Dr. Palter at Gold Coast IVF- the beginning of a wonderful journey. From the first moment speaking with receptionists, I knew we were in the right place. They were always sweet and accommodating. Their smiling (through masks) faces were the first I always saw and were warm and welcoming. Our initial meeting with Dr. Palter put my husband and I at such ease. He was confident that we would get pregnant and his energy and knowledge confirmed that we were home. Through countless blood draws and sonograms, the staff made it not only easy but enjoyable. No matter who I got for a blood draw, it was always quick and painless and always accompanied by a great little conversation. Merle, the amazing sonographer, and I became fast friends and I looked forward to seeing her each time. She is so great at what she does and talks you through it all. Barbara and AnnMarie never got tired of answering my questions and calming my fears. I saw Barbara most and it was always comforting to see a familiar face who truly cares. At Gold Coast IVF, I had two egg retrievals and two embryo transfers, both of which went seamlessly and were successful. I’ll never forget how nice and calming the anesthesiologist was. The entire office and staff runs like a well-oiled machine and is truly a family. Everyone knows your name and they make you feel like you’re in the absolute best hands. I will sing their praises forever and will always refer anyone with fertility issues to them. I am currently pregnant with our rainbow baby and it is all because of Gold Coast IVF and their resilience, knowledge, and confidence. There really is no better place to be and no greater doctor than Dr. Palter!

Dr.Palter and his team deserve more than a 5 star rating. I came into this office confused and overwhelmed because I felt like my previous office did not help me or educate me, then leaving Gold Coast ivf i wasn’t crying ( which was unusual) I felt like my questions and concerns were answered and if though I just met Dr.Palter and the nurses I felt comfortable and trusting. Everyone at this office makes you feel like family from the front end staff to the clinical staff to the coordinators that handle billing and insurance, the surgical booking staff . We all know this journey can be very tough but being at an office like Gold Coast IVF with Dr.Palter makes you feel relaxed in a way because knowing I have the best doctor and best team behind me advocating to insurance for me dealing with pharmacy all so I did not have added stress. Most importantly they never make you feel like your doing this alone there’s someone for you to speak with that’s not clinical almost like a friend, educational facebook lives during the pandemic. I was not once confused during my entire journey at Gold Coast IVF.

.After 5 months I am still waiting to hear back on next steps and my lab order and have messaged the office several times and last I heard they were going to check and still have not heard back.They are very busy doing TikTok videos that patient care has fallen through the cracks.During appointments Dr. Palter is very distracted and will make you think he has your issue figured out but he does not. Spends time reading through your notes during your appointment instead of being prepared.It is not worth for me to do Ivf with a clinic that easily forgets about their patients and is busy making TikTok videos to get views and make money that way.Unless you have huge following on social medial and will talk about him, you are just number to them.It is very hard to get in touch with the office so I would definitely not recommend.

When I think of “my doctor “ that help me through pregnancy , the only person I say is Dr Palter.He made me feel so comfortable since day 1.... his office treated me as I was part of their family . Dr Palter and his Team truly worked miracles. My husband and i struggled for 4 years to conceive our first child. And Dr. Palter went above and beyond not only to determine a diagnosis for our infertility. but also took every measure him and his team could to help us conceive. i am now pregnant with a healthy baby boy! and could not be more grateful.

Dr.Palter and staff are amazing.After I had two miscarriages, my obgyn sent me to an endocrinologist who did nothing for me. My friend worked with Dr.Palter and said to just make an appointment to see what he would say.Well he figured out what was going on with me,diagnosed with pcos.Dr Palter put me on a meds to help regulate my periods. Then got pregnant and now I have two beautiful kids, my rainbow baby and golden baby.

I hate to even write this, but I feel like people need to know. I felt comfortable with quite a few people, my main girl Monique was amazing. The fact, that my husband and I were never sat down before the process and went through everything was crazy. This process is extremely hard emotionally, and the fact that after weeks of being in the office, I didnt receive one call from Doctor Palter. Also, I felt talked down to by Ann Marie... I left the office crying...

I remember when I prayed for all I have now and it would never have been possible without the knowledge and expertise of Gold Coast IVF. The staff there is what makes it standout. Before visiting Dr Palter, I was seeing a different endocrinologist at a different IVF center where I was treated like just a number and misdiagnosed. Dr Palter was able to correctly diagnose me with Ashermans Syndrome and endometriosis, which was contributing to my infertility. He performed laparoscopic surgeries to remove the adhesions and he was always optimistic for our case. Dr Palter was hopeful for me even when it seemed like the odds were stacked against us and that was a huge help. As long as I knew that there was an ounce of hope left, we would keep trying and Im so glad we did. Now I am a mother of not just one, but two beautiful children. Being a mother has far exceeded any and all expectations I ever had and I still cant believe it finally happened sometimes. We get so wrapped up in our everyday lives that its easy to forget all the tears shed, obstacles and different surgeries I had just to be able to carry a baby but sometimes I just stop and stare at our children in awe. Dr Palter and his staff create miracles and we are so blessed that he was our doctor. I am not sure we would have had the same outcome had he not been our doctor.

As a resident of NYC I found it preposterous that we really had to travel to LI to see a doctor, but Dr. Palter and the team at Gold Coast are absolutely worth the trip. Not only is he an A-Lister doctor with a tremendous amount of expertise in this area, hes also got a wonderfully warm, comforting bedside manner. He took time to answer my partners and my questions, and really made sure we understood the full picture–not just the what, but the why. Theres nothing worse than feeling like a doctor sees you as just a medical record number and a chart; Dr. Palter connected with us on a human level, which was so reassuring. And its not just Dr. Palter–the entire team is excellent at their work, from Beth Ann and Sue on the admin team who always make time for me when I call/email and take my questions seriously, to the efficient and professional yet kind and compassionate nurses. I believe that a doctor is only as good as their practice, and this is a tight ship! I was feeling really hopeless before I found Gold Coast, a big part of which was exhaustion from having to advocate for myself. Now, not only do I feel like Im receiving excellent treatment, but I actually feel cared for. I am just beginning what will be a long road with Dr. Palter, and will update this review as we journey onward, but honestly I would travel to LI on foot to receive the level of care weve experienced thus far. I dont write a lot of reviews, but I know firsthand that infertility issues can be so painful, and I hope my review helps another woman in my shoes to find their way to this wonderful practice.

Dr. Palter and his staff are true miracle workers. I was never made to feel like just a number. They treated me like family. I will be forever grateful for my miracle son. Dr. Palter is a true medical genius.

There arent enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful Dr. Palter and GCIVF are!! Compassionate, caring, empathetic, professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and just plain fabulous!!!! Dr. Steven Palter at Gold Coast IVF is one of the best fertility doctors EVER!!!!. When I went to his office five years ago I had stage four endometriosis, eleven large fibroids, and scar tissue from previous surgeries. My reproductive system was a mess. Prier to going to Gold Coast IVF, I went to four other fertility doctors and they all told me I had a less then 2% change of ever becoming pregnant. I was really depressed and discouraged. After three years of dealing with other horrible doctors I finally went to Dr. Palter! Making the decision to go to Gold Coast IVF was the best decision I have ever made! He went above and beyond for me. After the first IVF cycle with Dr. Palter I finally became pregnant! Two years later I went back to him and did anther IVF cycle again and became pregnant with twins!!! So now I have three beautiful children all conceived with IVF from Dr. Steven Palter! He is by far the best fertility doctor in the ENTIRE world! I’ve recommended three of my friends to him and two of them are pregnant because they went to him! I highly recommend him because He is the best and he was the only doctor that could help me!

Gold Cost is the gold standard when it comes to fertility treatment. My husband and I are able to say we’re parents-to-be because of them. The staff is friendly and caring. The care is individualized and compassionate. We can’t say enough good things about this facility.

Dr. Palter and his staff are nothing short of a godsend! They are attentive, caring and beyond knowledgeable. They are always available if their is an emergency and make the process as comforting as possible.I recommend with Dr. Palter, Gold Coast and their team with the highest regard!

The team at Gold Coast are caring and organized. Even on a busy day you don’t feel like you are being rushed, they would take their time explaining things for you. I felt like an individual there and the team members knew me and genuinely wished the best for me.

WORST CLINIC EVER - they only care to make money off you. Absolutely no patient etiquette or sympathy regarding the situation at hand. After my initial consultation, I was immediately hounded by a former patient trying to convince me to use their services. When people are at their lowest, they should be given the respect to make their own decision based on their own comfort with the physician, not be “cold called” then charged a $50 copay.

The admin staff is a mess here. The Doctor is/was just one doctor in the whole place with many clients and completely overwhelmed. You will not get individual attention here, and if you are not an assertive person who constantly checks everything they tell you, likely something will be messed up. They are overwhelmed and a bit neglectful but I can and am only speaking to my own personal experience!!!!

Dr Palter and staff were incredible! They made such a difficult experience the best it could be. I highly recommend Dr Palter.

I have never been to this place but the staff here is very rude. I called so many times to schedule an appointment and was left on hold for a long time and each time different person would pick up an answer and then I would have to explain myself all over again. Not once did they care to give me a call back when the call got disconnected. They are supposedly open from 7am to 7pm and me calling at 3:30pm, they told me they couldnt scheduling me the same day and to call next morning or nurse will call you. Its an amazing first time service, NOT. This was the first time calling this doctor and their service explains how everything ahead with me like. Maybe the staff doesn’t realize timing is everything when people call an office like this, and you can’t leave them hanging on appointment for another day or leave them hanging on phones very unorganized practice.

Dr Palmer and staff is the best I had my IVF 13 year ago I am very great full. I love my baby girl endlessly.
