I had quick and pleasant experience here. From the front desk staff to the assistant and the nurse practitioner they all seemed compassionate and caring.I highly recommend this Urgent Care place to anyone for a quick solution to their sudden emergencies!

Friendly, professional staff. Environment and patient area/ rooms are comfortable and clean. Check in and wait time are fast. Made a saved space appt. ahead online. All my health info/ medications history is easily accessible to the Dr. as part of MyChart of INOVA so that they have the most updated health history to provide the best treatment needed. Love the close distance from my home and open every day.

Great facility. Clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are very knowledgeable. The prescriptions were only out of necessity and helped me feel better. Glad to have access to a high quality urgent care like this in Lakeridge.

Very friendly staff! My little boy was having an emergency and vomited in the lobby. The nice front desk staff quickly cleaned it up and even went to my Jeep and got his backpack so I could change his clothes and socks. They did it with a smile. I truly appreciate that. The NP listened and was very knowledgeable and patient with my 3yr old. I am so thankful that Urgent care is 1 close and 2 has such great staff!

The provider ( Aklilu A Guluma ) kept touching me without my consent. I had asked for a female provider and he there was not one available but called for the secretary to come into the room. I told him 3 times not to touch my private region and he kept doing so, inflicting more pain onto the region. Later I had asked the secretary how I could file a complaint and she pretended not to have witnessed what just happened. Aklilu A Guluma ( the PA on staff ) also kept pressuring me to get a produce I was not comfortable with and overall left me with a bad experience. Very frustrating and horrible experience. Will definitely be taking further legal action.

Staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Check in was seemless and easy. I felt my issues were thoroughly addressed and appropriately diagnosed. Best urgent care service Ive ever received! Cant praise this location enough.

When I arrived at the urgent care, I was warmly greeted. The triage was done in a friendly, warm, and professional manner. Dr Gebre is the absolute best - a true gem. Her bedside manner is wonderful. I felt cared for, seen, and heard. And did I mention no wait! The only urgent care that will ever get my business.

The nurses were very nice and to think the doctor was as well. But when I called an hour after my appointment explaining that the medication dr. Antonio Usman prescribed, made me throw up not even 30 minutes after taking it he went to send a new medication to the pharmacy I was at. Be mindful I’m only 20 years old, I’m just now starting to deal with adult things and he was very rude and dismissive when I started to ask questions about my insurance. Since the new medication he sent in was 300 dollars, I kindly just asked him is there any alternatives. He bluntly said “well that’s how America works” after me just asking a couple questions . It’s a Sunday so the insurance company is closed, I’m very ill so me trying to just get a better understanding of this whole confusing process I had to deal with his ignorant comment. Stop hiring people especially in the health field that doesn’t know how to do the bare minimum of customer service and have some respect when it comes to the new generation trying to learn about stuff like this. Will not be coming here again.

The best care Ive received has been from INova, and the urgent care was no different. They were great! Efficient and quick and beginning to end a wonderful experience.

Fast, clean, professional, and thorough. Their option to check in online for a specific time is so convenient. Ive been here twice now using the online checkin and I was in and out in a breeze. Test results were super fast. Everyone is very friendly.

Everyone was polite and professional. I was in and out in no time and I’m feeling MUCH better. The place was spotless, too! Three days later, we returned and this time my husband was the patient. We were received and treated quickly and efficiently. Will definitely recommend this facility.

When I needed care on Christmas Day it was open and ready to take me immediately. The staff were friendly and courteous. The Physician/PA was super empathetic. Two day latter my adult daughter woke up with a very sore throat . I immediately told her to go there. She and I are already recovering from our Christmas blues and will be well enough to enjoy our New year. Thank you

The experience was amazing and it was Christmas Eve. The staff was professional and caring at the same time. It was especially helpful for me to already have all my medical info in the Inova system so no time was wasted with paperwork. The NP on duty made sure I understood everything, asked if I had any questions. Also my husband obviously has dementia and the staff made sure he was with me the whole time. An experience that could not have gone any better.

Appointment was prompt and easy to set up. They were courteous, efficient, effective, expedient and helpful. Would go again.

The help we received here was outstanding. My wife had a kidney stone and, although there was little they could actually do for her, they went above and beyond and set her up with a urologist. (Most places will simply tell you to go find one on your own.) Setting us up this way was particularly nice because we had already tried to do that ourselves and gotten nowhere. Every office we called either refused our insurance or wasnt taking new patients. We even called our insurance provider and asked them to find someone. That didnt work. But the doctor here at Inova-GoHealth not only found someone who would take our insurance, she got them to take us on as patients.Really, this would be a five-star review but for one single thing. Signing in was horrible. They make you register on an app and if you have trouble with the app, you might as well just turn around and go home because the girl at the front counter is not interested in offering any assistance.Overall, it was a good experience. Started out badly but got better. We got what we needed. We left with smiles.

From the check-in to the check-out the staff was caring, invested and knowledgeable. I felt important and individualized.

Amazing staff. I have never been to this location (though Ive been to other Inova Urgent Cares many times). This is my new favorite one. They were kind, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of my daughter.

I have used this urgent care several times. The staff are very helpful and attentive. They take the time to ensure quality care and the wait times are very reasonable.

I was incredibly sick and everyone was so gentle and kind. I was treated quickly, the problem explained clearly, my meds called into my pharmacy and ready when i got there. Ive already told at least a dozen friends about this place.

Okay place for urgent care, Nurse Practitioner herself was very kind. Front desk lady was a bit inattentive for the lack of people in the facility. Didn’t remember give me back my ID , gave me an incomplete email to send my ID to. She also swabbed my throat with lack of care. For sure wouldn’t come here for primary care but it surely is giving urgent care center.

I was very happy with the NP that saw my daughter. She was kind, warm, and thorough and followed up with me very quickly once the X-ray results came in. Excellent experience!!
