The tech. that took care of me was very accommodating and helpful. The overall experience was non-stressful. The eye drops have provided me with immediate relief!!!!!! Thank You so,so, so much !! I have been waiting for so many years for this kind of relief from my dry eye pain. It feels like a miracle. I dont understand why this therapy is not covered by insurance !!!

This place spoiled my crops, yielding a terrible harvest. My family has resorted to a hunter-gatherer permanently placing us below the poverty line. My father hasnt spoken to me in 9 years because of this unfortunate circumstance. They did a great job getting my blood tho. Will come again.

When I checked in for my drug test and furnished my medical card she looked at it, scoffed at me and then said using marijuana as medicine isn’t real medicine. Disappointed to see the stigma of using marijuana as a medical purpose is real.

I was coming from Florida and needed a same day lab result. Rachel went above and beyond and even worked through her whole lunch break to assist me despite being extremely busy. Stephanie was also super helpful. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have found this place as I had already went to two other places but they wouldn’t accept me without an appointment. It was clean and professional. Highly highly recommend!

This is Phoenix LePage and I received excellent service at the lab. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions and the procedure was painless, even though I had to have 8 vials of blood removed! I totally recommend them and am looking forward to the results of my eyedrops.

They were quick, efficient, and professional. Needed a sibling DNA test for court. They were amazing with my 6 year old that is not the easiest to deal with and my 4 month old infant.We went in on a Monday afternoon. Only people there which was helpful and got my results 5 days. Thanks so much arcpoint labs!!! If I ever need anything I will go to them.

Phenomenal staff! Courteous, friendly, assuring. They were very patient with me given my terrible fear of needles used during the blood draw. They were very organized and calm when I was more than overwhelmed with the number of test kits I had brought in. Terrific people. Great experience.

I thought the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, diligent and worked efficiently. They were very professional and kind all in one. I was there for a pre-employment labs and they answered all my questions w/ regards To my medication and how to submit proof when the test come back.. They made me feel comfortable even when I was flustered because I couldn’t find the employer assigned number.

I needed to submit a kit of bloodwork to my doctor, and the warm helpful staff made it very easy. They took care of the whole process. The phlebotomist took special care to make sure I was comfortable with the blood draw. On the way out they made me smile with well wishes. A very positive experience.

Only one person was working there and they were still faster than the original lab I went to in Arlington.

It was alright, the lady was polite, but the waiting times were rather long. Also I went in at ~4:20PM and had drive all the way back home and go the next day instead because they stop doing the drug screenings at 4PM, yet they close at 5PM, I did not find that listed on their site at all.

When I was waiting for my test, there were several others waiting. Most were irritated at the wait and matters which were out of the staffs control. There was one person at first working the desk and taking customers back. The staff was polite and patient with people who were not so patient or polite to her. Some customers showed up unprepared, missing ID or paperwork for their individual tests. They used profanities and complained loudly about staff. I was appalled by the things I heard from customers, one of which was a professional nurse like myself. I was taken back as soon as they could take me (about 40 minutes after I had arrived), and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I wished her a good day and told her I appreciated her because I know they deal with some really impatient and rude people. Healthcare is tough right now and in a society were no one has patience, they did great. Would absolutely return for any future tests my employer may require.

I didnt expect to have to sit in the waiting room a whole hour. With only one person ahead of me who left maybe 15 minutes after I arrived. Only then to have the person who arrived after me get taken before me and their tests seem to take about 35 minutes. When it was finally my turn I was in and out in 5 minutes. So didnt expect to have to wait so long to have my test done.

Front desk girl was by herself. she made the best of it with a positive attitude , and was very quick and efficient..

This was my first time getting blood tests without my doctor ordering them. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.Test results came in one week later with a brief analysis of what the numbers mean.Id use this service again especially when you cant even get an appointment with a PCP to order some basic tests.

I was in a few weeks back for my gender reveal. Amanda drew my blood, she was great!!! Everyone was super professional, the entire office was very clean, she sanitized everything in the room we used before and after just as an extra precaution. I was overly pleased with the woman working on the day I went. She has been doing this for 20 years and that showed. It was an experience I wasnt looking forward to in ANY way, yet she made it the best possible experience one could have! She was very considerate on not butchering my hair and explained the process right from the beginning. Very very satisfied.

Came here for a DOT physical. The person at the front was the only one there besides the doctor doing physicals. She did a great job juggling the multiple people that were in the office and running the various drug tests, etc. The doctor was great well. Ill be returning the next time I need a physical.

When I arrived they where very helpful both secretaries and helped me the process of signing up for an appointment even though I was a walk in. The urine test was simple to do when I was told how to do it.

I did not feel safe in the clinic. None of the staff were wearing masks, including the person drawing my blood. The waiting area was small, poorly ventilated, with maskless customers and no way to socially distance.

I had a test for international travel. To be sure, I selected the quickest test as I was flying in less than 48 hrs. The staff were great, the lady who took my sample was fast and professional. I received the results in 4 hours. Cant ask for better than that.

The administrators were very nice and understanding!! I got my invite to register took about 90sec to fill out and I was in and out of there facility in 10min. Went in for COVID booster, they had Moderna, which was not available at most pharmacies at the time. It was a very good experience, quick and easy, and their nurse is great. I didnt feel a thing.

When I arrived the staff said they didnt have my appointment in the system even though I booked online, received a confirmation SMS, and filled out the questionnaire to generate the QR code. Also there is no social distancing in the waiting area. The test itself was fine and good turnaround time.

To whom it may concern, my name is Lazarus marmanidis I am a bus driver , I was sent to ARCpoint labs of of Woburn Mass for a random drug & alcohol testing, and I was truly amazed with the lady in the front desk and the lady that did the testing because they were professional polite and patient , I think the word that better describes them is they were diligent .

Arc point Lab and Occumed are awesome!! They are so easy to work with, get you right in and out. I have only had amazing service from Alex, Maria and their staff including Caroline in Canton. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is due to the staff member at the Woburn office who answers the phone as well as took blood for my antibody test. She was somewhat rude both on the phone as well as in person. She should be more respectful of her CLIENTS. We can choose to go elsewhere but don’t because of everyone else at Accumed. This place is always amazing!!

Worst experience with handling my results. I would like my a percentage on my money back. I obviously booked with this facility, 600 for booking and now your representative is telling me they have no control for the rest of my payment. Supposedly ddc collection has my results and I can’t make the rest of my payment in arc labs which doesn’t make sense. I been on the phone waiting 3 calls straight each of the calls are 30 min and still I haven’t spoke to a representative to make the rest of my payment. Not only is that my concern, arc labs representative told me I’ll get my results in 2-7 days it’s been two weeks full. Poor service id like a percentage on my money back or something needs to be done.

I came here for DNA testing and was almost scammed by a third party company (AccurateDNA) who used their phlebotomy services fraudulently without their knowledge. As soon as they realized what was happening, they quickly contacted me and saved me weeks of stress!! I am super grateful for how helpful the staff at ARCpoint was. Thank you to the manager who caught it before I could truly be scammed and thank you to Sarah who, in the midst of all the covid chaos, treated me with such compassion during a very stressful time. Came here for covid vax post bone marrow transplant. None of the staff have masks on and only 1 patient has a mask on. They do covid testing here and no one has a mask on! This is like a bad dream. Im standing in the hallway because the waiting room is full of unmasked people. My appointment was supposed to be at 10:10am. I got here on time. It is now 10:19..... this is a joke, right? I would go home if I didnt really need this 2nd dose. I will be calling the board of health when I get home.

Online says “walk-ins accepted” and the answering machine says walk-ins until 4:30. I called 3 times just in case to make an appointment, no reply. When I came in, two receptionists were all alone in the office and said only drug tests were walk-in which wasn’t stated anywhere online. I said I tried calling many times and they stated “we were busy”. I have all sympathy and respect for health care workers. Just frustrating.

Arcpoint labs saved me, literally, I had dirty tests from a court appointed lab, and they werent helping me get confirmation tests, I was about to lose visitation with my son. I went to Arcpoint, and in 4 days I had clean hair follicle results that I was able to give to my lawyer. I am grateful for the girl who took my sample, and grateful for the office manager. You guys saved me, sober for 2 years and now have the results to prove it!

Pricey but you get what you pay for. Same day RT-PCR results for traveling as opposed to the 24-72 hr time frame that most urgent cares give you. Well worth it

Great experience! I went for a screening for work 5 minutes before they closed and they stayed open the extra time in order for me to be screened. The lab tech who took my sample was extremely friendly and made the experience much less awkward than it had the potential to be!

After a terrible experience at the Southborough location, I went here for my second hair test. The staff (specifically Stephanie) was so professional and kind. Stephanie talked me through the whole process, and made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I need a Covid test to be taken 3 days before departing on an international flight. Arcpoint claims that results from samples taken at this facility are generally available within 48-72 hours. We had been assured twice (by phone and on our visit) that the results for samples taken on a Thursday would be sent by e-mail by the following Saturday. We visited the facility for samples to be taken on Thursday September 2nd at 9:30am. However, nothing showed up on Saturday, and still having heard nothing by Wednesday September 8 (6 days after) we called the office, and were told that the lab was still working on our samples. Slightly later, we received a phone call admitting that the samples had been lost in transit. We were not offered a refund, but a free test of the same day type. Our conclusions:Any service that promises PCR results within a 48-72 hour time frame is completely at the mercy of whatever postal service they use, and should not in fairness make this claim.They should actively track shipments so they know as early as possible when things have gone astray, and proactively contact customers. As it was, they left us forgotten except for endless requests for feedback.The story that the lab is still working on your samples was untrue, and a stalling manouvre while they attempted to trace the samples - they would have been more honest not to have bothered with this, but to have waited until they actually knew for certain what had happened.We were not offered a refund, but a different type of test. At a price of $200 per test, and not accepting insurance, this is at the high end of the price range for an unreliable serviceOur primary conclusion is that we cannot rely on their PCR service, and as it became apparent that we would not receive results in time for our flight, we made alternative arrangements

Matt and Chris are absolutely fantastic... astoundingly customer focused and so easy to work with... When a challenge arose, they didnt hesitate to have the lab create a customized panel in order to meet the demands of the state of Idaho (and didnt charge me extra). Chris was super friendly and accommodating - even with me showing up at 4:50pm. He didnt complain one bit about me taking forever to provide a sample (stage fright 😓) or my relentless jibber jabber.Most amazingly, when one chaotic Friday a family emergency caused me to miss testing during normal business hours, Matt stayed late and allowed me to test at 6:30pm (on a Friday night!?! 😲) These guys are hands down the GOAT (greatest of all time)!!!!

Fast service, just make sure you call them afterwards to find out the status of your test results just incase if you desperately need it. They send emails out with results right away but anything can happen so if you do not get the email in the time you expected just call them because it could be ready.They still deserve a 5 star from me

My experience at ARCpoint Labs of Woburn was excellent. But charging $129 for an Antigen test in my opinion is exploitation. The kits can be bought in Supermarkets in Ireland for €2.50 ($2.80). I would be surprised if ArcPoint Labs were buying for more than $2. Add on the time for administration and doing the swab, say 10 minutes, giving a generous total of $10. But other places charged $150, $200 and even $250. I had to get an Antigen test in Ireland to get entry to the USA. It cost €30 ($34). At Dublin airport it costs €35. So is $129 or $250 in the USA exploitation of tourists? Hence only 4 stars above.

Clean, organized, personable and professional; waited longer than expected (someone came in after me and was tested prior to me?).

I have been using ARCpoint Labs in Woburn, MA now for over a year. My first visit to this office was a very hard time in my life for multiple reasons Id rather not elaborate on. After my first hair follicle test results came back I had to return for another sample due to the first one not containing enough hair for the full 14 panel to be tested. They discounted the price from $395 to $80 to test for the rest of what still needed to be tested. Stephanie was, by far, extremely compassionate to my situation which I didnt really get into due to an enormous amount of shame and heart ache. Since May 2017 to current, July 2018, Ive been to ARCpoint, Woburn, MA 6 times. From my second visit forward Stephanie has been so encouraging and empathetic to my situation. I feel like shes true in every word she speaks wether its technically to the labs or about her lovely, empowering encouragement. This office has always treated me with a lot of respect and dignity. They understand some people are different for reasons unknown and really treat you with a high level of respect. Although Ive had quite a bit of hair cut from my head, only once was it not done so inconspicuously by Matt. He did say Stephanie was better at it. No worries, itllgrow back in time, but it will stick out a bit until it grows enough to bend flat again. I would highly recommend this location to anyone no matter what reason you need the services they offer. Stephanie, you will be missed by many. I wish you sincere true happiness in this next stage of your life. You will be a very awesome mommy, I know it! You truly are irreplaceable. They will find someone to work you position but finding another human being with your level of care and compassion for complete strangers will not be untouchable by my standards. Was quick, got PCR results back within 2 hours for travel but as you should when they are ripping you off by charging $225.00 a test. We took it to travel to Sint Maarten. Leaving Sint Maarten we needed to test to come back to the US but they don’t rip you off like places here. You get your results within 10-15 min and it’s $50 for antigen $75 for a PCR.

A mixed bag this one. I have increased my review by one star, because I got my results by email back, within 24 hours, but longer than the this afternoon or next morning promised in office. It still stands that there were several other parts of this interaction that were below average, so no 5-stars.I went here to get tested for Covid-19, so I could get myself out of travel quarantine. On Thursday, after struggling to get an appointment soon, I discovered Arcpoint. Got myself an appointment for 2pm the next day on Friday (though my guess is you speed things up and just show up... the office was empty)So where the trouble started was me figuring out which of the two Covid tests to opt for. Their web site was no help (they must have fixed that, because now its FULL of help... but too late for me.) I spent about 30 minutes casting about web-wise trying to find an answer. I looked on Mass D.P.H. site: no help there either. So I opt for the $125 rapid test (results in 24 hours). Why wouldnt I? Its cheaper and faster. Unlike most testing sites, Arcpoint will not take insurance, if my insurance covers this, Ive gotta do all the leg-work. fun! not....Well now I know better. Apparently according to Arcpoints updated website, the test I opted for is not the one recommended for travelers. I can not figure out who it really IS for. ...And no, the test I selected was not for antibodies, I already knew that one is only to tell you if you have already HAD covid.I show up in Cummings Park, expecting a tent, and a drive-thru. Nope! I call, and they tell me to come inside the office building, walk down two long hallways past several people, and take the stairs to the 3rd floor. So much for quarantine : -)...So up til now, I can forgive them, since everyone is making it up as we muddle through this pandemic.The technician seems under protected, with only scrubs and a cheesey surgical mask. Well thats not my problem, Im wearing a better mask than she is. (KN95)I ask when I will find out results (test was done 2:30pm Friday). The receptionist/lab tech says results will be emailed either that afternoon or next morning. I double-check, because I remember seeing that they were closed on Saturday. I said, if I dont get results, can I call in the after noon on Saturday. She said yes....Well technically she did not lie. Yes I was able to call on Saturday. That does not mean anybody was there to answer. They ARE closed on Saturday, if you do not get an email, you are up the creek until someone answers the phone on Monday.Now Arcpoint will probably get this covid stuff ironed out, but as far as I can tell, service to the people being tested is not their focus if their business model. After all, before this, most of their clients were being forced to come here for drug testing. I feel sorry for those folks, because they probably always get the same lackadaisical service I got.I will say this: a lab could make bank if they had a 24/7 testing area set up in the Logan Airport parking garage. You fly in. You get tested. Done. Wait 3 days, and youre free. I landed Wednesday evening, its Saturday, and I would know by today for the more accurate three day test.

While going through a very difficult time in my life, i found myself having to go to Arcpoint lab for some testing after some horrible accusations were made toward me. It took everything i had in me just to walk through that door as i was overwhelmed with humiliation.Finally getting up the courage to enter Arcpoint,i met Stephanie. When i had only known her for 2 minutes i felt like i had known her for 2 years.I was able to talk to her about what i was going through and why i was having a difficult time dealing with it. She listened to me, understood me and most importantly, she believed in me!Just knowing she believed in me gave me the strenght to get through this horrible experience!Stephanie is a very caring, compassionate, understanding and true person and that is why i would recommend anyone and everyone to Arcpoint lab in woburn ma if you want to be treated with kindness and respect!Stephanie, I wish you all the luck in the world and i thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and believing in me! Very nice staff. Wait was longer than expected with an appointment.

I went there to take a drug test. The female who collected the sample was very suspicious of me based on my appearance. As a result, she subjected me to a procedure that dont make sense by forcing me to remove the gum from my mouth before entering the bathroom.

Place was great. Everything went smoothly.

The “greeter”, barely looked up. No welcoming interaction. And staff should eat their lunches in a break room not the front desk. I have never had to get a screening before and I pray I never have to visit ARCpoint again.
