Dr. Booker is a God Send🙏😌. He saved my life. His staff are amazing and very kind. He did my complicated Hysterectomy & took away all the endometriosis and everything that needed to be removed to make me feel like me again. I suffered for 8 yrs before I got lucky with this Dr who knew what he was doing and took amazing care of me. I recommend him to every woman out there.

Everyone was wonderful and they made us feel like family. Dr Booker, Brooke, Julie, and all of the girls at the desk are so kind. From the moment you walk in they remember you…. Our experience with this clinic has been so different than any other clinic we have gone to before.

Dr. Booker and his staff are amazing! He performed my surgery 3 weeks ago at Winter Haven Hospital and my experience was great! He is caring, took his time to explain every part of the surgery and what to expect. He answered any and all of my questions and I never felt rushed. His staff is always, friendly and provides great customer service! I truly appreciate everything!

The office NEVER answers the phone. It takes multiple days, sometimes weeks to get them to return calls from multiple messages left. I have been trying to get on birth control for 2 months and the billing and scheduling departments are incapable of working together to to help me.

My experience prior to babys arrival was great until no one from the office came to check on me or baby at Winter Haven Womens Hospital. I was in labor for 12 hours and assigned a different doctor for my delivery. I didnt even get a phone call from the office during my stay. I was at the hospital for almost 72 hours and the office was made aware that I was admitted. I am very disappointed in the care I received. What is the point of having an established OBGYN if once you get to the hospital none of these providers are part of your care? As a healthcare provider myself, I know that this can not be standard practice and certainly is not good patient care. I even called and left a voicemail for the office manager once discharged and never received a response or apology. I hope this does not happen frequently to OB patients of this group. It is now my understanding that the Midwife does most of the deliveries. It makes me sad to think that I established a relationship with the physicians of this group and couldnt rely on them once at the hospital. Or perhaps this is all driven by financials as I was made aware my insurance company dropped this provider July 1 so they were no longer vested in my care? I am not one to leave bad reviews but I know I would never want a patient of mine to feel this way.-Lindsay Ellis

Dr. Booker is an amazing physician. I still remember my initial consult with him. Dr. Booker spent about 45 minutes speaking with me. He is kind and patient. He cares about his patients and he ensures that his patients have some sort of understanding about their condition. He loves to illustrate by drawing pictures on whatever random piece of paper that he can find! He is truly one of a kind and such a great doctor. If you are looking for an exceptional OBGYN, look no further. He is the best! His staff is also amazing, very professional and great follow through. They have a way of making you feel at home, very welcoming. Overall just an awesome practice with wonderful staff and providers!

Having constant issues since I was a teenager, I have always been to the gyno. I have had a lot of different doctors over the years and never have I felt so confident, heard, given options and felt like I had the proper care as I do now. Dr. Booker and his staff are everything!!! I love going to my appointments. The questions answered, options of what would work best for me (which I’ve never been given options of what I want). Dr Booker takes the time to really understand your needs, wants and provides excellent care with amazing bedside manor!

Ive been going to this place for years. Every time I went I felt like a stranger. Also, the African American lady (I think her name is Deborah) at the front desk was rude not once, but a few times, thing that I tried to ignore. When going to the back, I would see different people every time, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON knew any of my pregnancy history. Like I said, Ive been going there for a few years. I had a few losses and during my last pregnancy, I was being treated as if I had a normal pregnancy instead of high risk, but what do I even know? All was new to me since this was my first long pregnancy, and of course, I didnt go to college to be a doctor... I trusted. NOW, HEAR ME OUT: I was around 24 weeks and I tell Dr. Lopez that I wasnt feeling baby kicking the same when I told her I was already feeling her every day since week 17. She said that she wasnt worried about movement patterns until week 30th and of course, dismissed my concern and sent me home. If a baby stops moving the same, that must be treated as an emergency, or at minimum, an ultrasound must be performed. Well, she DID NOT and I regret so much trusting a person who should have known better. I said to myself well, if she said that, its because everything must be fine. The story is too long, and I could go on, but I ended up losing my precious baby about 3 weeks later. I went to another place a little bit after losing my baby, to start care with them, and they remembered me and my story IN MY SECOND VISIT. If you have a history of pregnancy losses, or just want to be treated by a caring team, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. The only professional I put aside from all of this mess is Julie.

Dr Booker and his staff genuinely strive to give the best care to their patients. Before seeking evaluation at his office, I truly was feeling like there was nothing “really” wrong with me. Like it was all “in my head” and I questioned myself on the possibility of being. hypochondriac. I really was doubting myself. But Dr Booker took time to listen to me and discuss my concerns and it turned out there was an actual issue. A pretty complicated issue requiring surgery. But he took the proper steps to eliminate the problem and I now feel better than I have felt in years. I no longer struggle to get out of bed, to complete daily tasks or simply be able to go to work, as I had in the past. People were telling me it was depression and I even talked to my doctor and was prescribed medication for depression and turns out I wasn’t depressed at all! I am almost ready to take on the world again....as soon as I heal from surgery. I highly recommend Dr Booker and his staff. They are AMAZING!!!!! The staff is very professional and friendly. I have never had to wait long but I have never felt rushed through an appointment and treated as if I am very important. Dr. Booker spends all the time that is needed to explain any concerns that I may have simply in a way that is easy to understand. He makes me feel as if I am the only patient he has that day.

Highly recommended! From the doctors, nurses and office staff everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr.Booker and Dr.Melbourne made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole prenatal care and during the delivery. After my delivery things got complicated but they were both there to help. They work very close with the Winter Haven Regency and the staff over there was excellent also.

Dr. Booker is the best gynecologist Ive had here in Florida. Him and his team did an amazing job on my surgery and they really make you feel like youre at home. I recommend him 100% let God continue to bless all of them.

Very pleased with my visit with Dr Booker. I usually feel very uncomfortable with male Doctors but he didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. He talked to me, asked me my goals and gave me advice that I have been working on. Also most doctors use certain words and terms that make me mad and not once did he. Overall, very pleased with Dr Booker and look forward to continuing to use his practice.

Dr. Booker and his staff are literally the best in the country, let alone Winter Haven. McKenzie and the front staff just can’t be beat. After dealing with years of gynecologists dismissing my symptoms, not only did everyone take them seriously, they agree with me. I swear I almost cried. Please come see them. They are the best!

I always have a wonderful experience each time I go in. I mainly see Ms. Jensen for my healthcare, but every staff member is wonderful! Very caring and comfortable place for your health care needs. The ladies are absolutely amazing at the front desk as well as the medical assistants! It took me years to find an office like this and recommend to everyone.

Dr Booker is very informative, I really appreciate all office staff for helping me through my process of surgery and sending me out to referrals..meaning to see other options and come back to him to make sure I was comfortable. Hands Down doctor...He also did an excellent job with my mom. He has been doctor over 20 years. He is very patient

I have been a patient at this office for 4+ years and have 0 complaints about Dr. Booker. However, I called to schedule my yearly check up and was told I had a $700 balance from my appt a year ago, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me to either pay the $700 or I wasn’t getting an appt. I called back a second time to get my policy number from my insurance as I no longer have the same insurance, and was told it was my problem I need to follow up with the insurance company. I called my insurance company and did a 3-way call with the Drs office to see where the payments were confused, as my insurance said I should only owe $300 (which I was happy to pay) the lady answered the phone I let her know my name, that I was on a 3-way with united healthcare and that we were wanting to straighten out a billing issue. Her response “I don’t have time to deal with this rite now I’ll take your name and number and call you back when I have time” it’s been over a week with no call back. Beyond frustrated as now I can’t schedule my yearly checkup with them, and there are no OBGYNS in the area accepting new patients, and a myrena that’s due out in a few months.

Both Dr booker and Becca are absolutely amazing! I had a high risk pregnancy, they both made sure I was comfortable with their decisions. They were both very open and honest with me. Took their time, answered all of my questions and treated me like a person not a number. I ended up going into labor a week before my scheduled c section, when Dr booker got their he looked at me and said well I guess she doesnt want to wait lets get her out! Becca came and did rounds and each visit was so wonderful! I went in today for my post op appointment to have my bandages removed. I was nursing the baby when Becca came in and her first comment was shes so stinking cute and shes nursing very well. And she thanked me for bringing her so that she would be able to see her! The entire office has been amazing! I dont think I would have made it through my pregnancy without Becca and Dr booker! Thank you for everything!

I have been going to the same Gynecologists for over 20 years so when I moved to Winter Haven, I have been hesitant to find a new doctor. Dr. Booker spent a lot of time listening to me and explaining things in detailed. I am so happy that I found Dr. Booker.

If you’re on Medicaid, you don’t matter. I called him a week before giving birth & told him I had a fever & left a message saying I couldn’t seem to warm up. Which, if he’d even acknowledged or paid attn to, would have prevented a lot of trauma. I ended up with strep b and it almost killed me. I was also given so much fluid through IV that my whole body blew up & I ended up back in the hospital again because I was going into heart failure. He wasn’t even the one to deliver the baby. It was some doctor from an entirely different practice I’d never met. It was a horrible experience & all could have been prevented with a little attention & caring. All of it…could have been prevented.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Booker. He is patient and explains all the possible alternatives, and I have always had a good experience with the staff.Marie Garcia

I have been a patient at this office for several years only go for my yearly and have always seen the ARPN who is great, however my last visit they did not send my labs to a facility my insurance participates in they sent them to LabCrop so I received a bill. I called the office to get this matter taken care of. I was told once this matter was fixed they would let me know, 3 months later I receive a past due bill from LabCorp called the office several times left several messages can not get a return phone call I have left voicemails for the manager no call back. guess Ill have to show up in person to straighten this matter out!

The doctor that I see (Hannah Montague) is amazing and i highly recommend her. The office staff seems to be very rude and has poor communication skills. Currently looking for a GYN that treats patients like people!!

Nothing like getting lied to. I had my records transferred to this office to see if he would take me as a high risk patient. Was informed my records were recieved on a Thursday afternoon, recieved a call from the nurse to schedule my appointment, and did so. Got a call from the nurse today that they would not be taking me as a patient, that they recieved my records today. Really, cause the girl just told me yesterday that they were recieved on Thursday afternoon. She then stutters and days, well, I just got the note to call you. Dont recommend this office to anyone. Get your heads out of your butts and dont lie to people.

Have used this office for my son and now my second pregnancy. I love the entire staff, esp Dr. Booker and Dr. Lopez. Highly recommend.

Dr. Booker is kind, compassionate and takes the time to sit and talk with you about your condition and any concerns. I have known him for years and trust him with my life.

My wife recently was diagnosed a fibroma. Dr James explained with details all the options even English wasnt our primary language ,he have a very nice Puerto Rican assistant that was very helpful emotional and with the medical terminology.

By far the best OB/GYN out there, hands down!!! They are so friendly and honestly like family! They make everything super easy. Non judgmental!!! Love this facility. Can’t say enough good things.

Dr Lopez doesn’t seem to care about her patients at all and is only in it for the money! Thanks for wasting my time and money! Definitely will not be back! I’m much happier not having to go there anymore!!!!

Horrible communication and office staff. This is now my 5th bad experience with the staff, went through a horrible pregnancy which didnt need to be horrible, tried them again 2 years later and they canceled my appointment when I pulled into the parking lot because of lack of communication skills on there end. Do not recommend this OBGYN.
