I recently had the pleasure of going through IVF treatment at Brown fertility in Winter Garden and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Theyre joy and love of their job is contagious.The nurses and administrative team made every visit comfortable and stress-free, always ready to answer our questions and provide reassurance. Shout out to Jessica Gonzalez and her endless efforts and supportive nature throughout our process.Dr. Gomez was fantastic! His knowledge and expertise in fertility treatments truly shone through. He took the time to explain every step of the process and tailored a plan that was perfect for us.Thanks to the wonderful care we received, we are thrilled to be welcoming next year TWINS! We couldn’t have done it without the dedicated team at Brown Fertility.If you’re considering fertility treatment, I highly , highly, highly recommend this clinic. You’ll be in great hands!

I had high hopes when I first visited this fertility clinic, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Fertility is such a sensitive issue, and it requires care, understanding, and clear communication—qualities I felt were lacking here.They don’t take the time to sit with you and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I often left feeling more confused than when I came in. When youre dealing with something as emotional and complex as fertility, empathy and proper communication are essential, and I didn’t feel like those were priorities at this clinic.While the staff were polite, the overall experience left me feeling unsupported and uncertain about my next steps. I hope they can improve their approach to patient care and communication in the future.

My initial appointment was amazing. Front desk staff greeted me with a smile. Daniela was attentive and friendly. Dr. Gomez took his time to educate and provide great insight on treatment options. Im pleased with the services received.

I have no words to thank Thayane for the care and attention I received at Brown Fertility. I am very grateful to have met Thayane in the middle of my journey. She is an exceptional professional, always available and willing to help no matter what, she does much more than anyone would expect. I am very happy with my choice and definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience with Brown Fertility. They are highly professional and organized, ensuring that every step of the process was smooth and efficient. Main issues:1. Lack of bedside manner. I went in for my HSG procedure, and the second it was done, while I was still lying there, I was told my tubes were blocked, and my only option was IVF. The delivery of the news was that short and simple. It was one quick casual sentence as if the Doctor was giving me a simple update about the weather that day. He could see how confused I was and finally realized he had to slow down and explain from the top. On my way out, he gave me a paper on my diagnosis and said I would get a call to schedule a Laparoscopy. I never heard back from him or his staff. Zero empathy.2. Terrible customer service. I felt like I was just another number to them. Instead of working with their front desk staff, I could only call the corporate number. Half the time, what I was calling for wasnt even taken care of so I would have to call again.3. Medical Records. In order to receive any of your records, you must fill out a form and email it back to them. Fair enough. It wasnt until 30+ days after my request that I finally heard back. I received the doctors notes but not the X-rays. I explained how I would need the X-rays to be seen by a specialist to have my tubes removed. I emailed, but there was no response. I called over ten times and was told every single time that they left a note for their supervisor and that I should get the images that night. This continued for months until I finally received one image of my X-rays last week. It took over four months to get one image emailed to me.I am so grateful I sought a second opinion with Shady Grove Fertility. I was able to see the bright contrast in care, and easily decide to switch to them before proceeding with my IVF cycle.

I’ve worked with Thayane as our nurse coordinator for over a year and she’s been so helpful! She’s very responsive via email and has helped this process run so smoothly. Whenever we have a question or concern, we have had no issues getting a resolution.

We would like to thank you Dr. Brown and his whole team very much for helped us went through IVF journals not once but twice. I am now 17 weeks pregnant with second baby. Wed like to give special thank to Thayane, my mantor, she so compassionate and organized. Shes very helpful and always responded right away every single question we had asked. Id love recommend Thayane to everyone.Wed highly recommend Brown Fertility to anyone who is seeking fertility because they are professional and knowledgeable will make you successful dream came true.

I just would like to express my gratitude to the whole team especially Llancy my nurse she has been so helpful during this process. I have gone to other offices but with my language barrier it was super hard since I came to brown fertility they have done their best placing my with a nurse that speaks my native language and that just makes this process easier and less stressful thank you brown fertility.

I have felt nothing but support and understanding since my first encounter with Brown Fertility. Thanks especially to Dr Brown and Dr Fouad for successful myomectomy and attention to detail. Thyane was super helpful as my coordinating. She was responsive to all my many questions and made feel at ease.

Thayana and Xiomara helped us with everything we needed, they are very attentive and do a great job. We would like in particular to thank Thayane who helped us with the translation from English to Portuguese and with appointments as was convenient for us.

This was one of the most traumatizing doctors appointments of my life. 2.5 hours and $150 later, all I left with was tears and insults regarding my situation and doctors advice led only by assumptions. I’m now $150 poorer, filled with heart ache and back to square one.

They’re so nice and communicative when it comes to the whole process. Thayane is the best literally made me feel so comfortable.

The customer service is awful. This office don’t care about people. My doctor referred me to this office, i went and scheduled an appointment the lady upfront is so unprofessional, she scheduled the appointment without telling me what to prepare. I showed up to the appointment without any preparation. I had to reschedule again. After three says, i came back and again, there was a problem. She told me this is not the office the appointment is at, however she did not mention that to me previously. Twice she made me waste my time.I am so disappointed!!! Will not go back to this office. I think you should hire people who know what they are doing.Here in America people don’t have time to waste.

Run in the other direction from Brown Fertility. The nurses are the only redeeming quality about this place. You will be treated like a number and a paycheck. You don’t matter, only your money. I’ve never been spoken so rudely to by a doctor as did Cabrera and was accused of going behind his back to have a procedure done when his partner Dr. Gomez said I needed it. You will be rushed through your appointments and questions will go unanswered. Save yourself headache and frustration - call Center for Reproductive Medicine for a much more personal experience.

We originally chose Brown Fertility because they accepted our insurance, but we ended up being so grateful for them.We knew we’d have to go straight to the IVF route, so I can only speak to that process. The nursing and support staff are incredible. They are like a well-oiled machine. The IVF process is really organized, and the staff is compassionate. If you go the IVF route, you get an email address that goes directly to the IVF nurses, they’ll get back to you the same day and many times within the hour. The IVF process brings out the neuroses in you, but the nursing staff was always so understanding.We worked with Dr. Gomez throughout the process. He was great the entire time. He had a calm and consistent bedside manner throughout and was incredibly professional. When we received our test results at our second meeting with Dr. Gomez, we felt as if he was honest with his assessment and our prognosis. We left feeling hopeful but realistic and not as if Dr. Gomez/ Brown Fertility were just trying to sell us something. The next week we had a consultation scheduled with another fertility clinic, but we were so impressed with Dr. Gomez and the Winter Garden facility that we cancelled the appointment with the other practice. We are so glad that we did.We just had our child and will be going back to Brown and Dr. Gomez in the future.

If you’re considering Brown Fertility, then I highly recommend. I go to the Orlando and Winter Garden office.The very first person I met on my first visit completely sold me. Her name is Llancy Peña-Philippe, her kindness, patience and understanding of my situation is why I have stayed on as a patient. While all of the staff are kind, to me she is the face of everything that is good in that office.I have requested her to be my POC nurse. Fertility journey’s can be physically and emotionally draining. Llancy is someone you would want in your corner.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent organization in my life. The whole process was awful, disorganized, and it is very apparent they dont care at all. I cant believe I went to this place.

MISLEADING PATIENTSI had a CONSULTATION appointment only for $100.00. They take a blood sample and they dont tell you is an additional $16.00 for it or provide you with the option to decline the blood sample because you only agreed is only a consultation under $100.00. Two Months later a bill for $16.00 for the testing and $3000.00 for third-party lab work for generic that they do not inform the patients that is an additional cost even if you dont proceed with them. The front desk lady had no customer service skills and did not talk at all. The nurse finish my form because she had to go over it anyways. They take your blood upfront and then you talk to the doctor. So, consultation is not $100 is $4000.00 because they are not responsible for the 3rd party lab work but they authorize the testing???? They mislead patients and the testing is something that needs to be done as part of the consultation. Now you know! I did not move forward with them due to the red flags that the clinic gave me but in the end, nobody wants to be responsible for their lack of training and lies.

How do I even get started with this place? We first found them because they had a teacher’s promotion on their website so we were excited they supported teachers and offered a discount. It took over 2.5 months to make an initial consultation with a doctor, Dr Gomez. This consultation was just common sense and I didn’t like how he would talk down to my wife saying that’s he’s “the professional” and “I’ve been doing this for years”. We mentioned the teachers discount and he said to be sure to take note of it, which you’ll see later he probably didn’t care or do. We went ahead and did an IUI to start. Ever visit they would have us wait in the clinic room alone for more than 30+ minutes. When it came down for any payment they have their own “finance department” that can only get ahold of by phone. They said they no longer offered the teacher discount because time had expired but we booked before it even expired. This was the main reason we chose Brown. The finance department was extremely rude and offered zero compromise. After our IUI we were billed many hidden fees. This company is an obvious “for profit” company and doesn’t care about the patient whatsoever. We were very lucky to find a clinic called CNY which their IVF was less than a 3rd the price of Brown’s so we did it with success. CNY fertility was day and night contrast to Brown. Do yourself a favor, look up CNY Fertility and stay far away from Brown. There is a reason CNY is so popular. Brown did nothing but insult us, waste our time, and steal our money. If I could leave zero stars I would.

LLANCY PEÑA IS GOOD PERSON WORKING AT BROWN FERTILITY. I REMEMBER, SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH AND MY WIFE. The way she spoke to us we were very happy. Because she explained to us in detail all the procedures to do an IVF treatment. I would like her to stay working in this institution for a long time. Thank you Llancy for helping us.

Today I had made a mistake, I supposed to go to the address Brown Fertility in winter Garden. But I have forgotten everything where I had make the appointment because I was followed the address included in my medical paper, I just rushed to Brown Fertility Orlando even that everyone on this Clinic was very helpful, very patient with us and they were very professional and care about your health, they were treating us very well me and my husband. Everyone was amazing in this clinic when it’s come to connected us to the doctor it was very kind of you guys. ❤️❤️I had saw everyone good looking in Brown scrubs, great place, very clean. Thanks 😇

So unfortunately I did not get the privilege to visit Brown Fertility. Each time I called to ask questions, in an attempt learn more, the attendant on the other end of the phone was too distracted to speak to or understand what I was requesting.I have called this clinic multiple times requesting information- and yet each time I have been told they required a new patient consult just to answer questions. So in a nutshell I was told I need to pay $$ to have questions answered. This is incredibly frustrating- as every other clinic I have called was able to answer the questions without having to have a new patient consult.

Llancy Peña is very courteous. She makes sure when she explains something, the person understands. I congratulate her for that. I would like her to stay at Brown Fertility to continue her career.

I am so impressed with the Winter Garden office at Brown Fertility. Everything time I have an appointment there I leave excited about my next step Ismara. Is so helpful in making sure. I have all the info and steps I need. I cant wait to see the the positive evidence in my arms in the future. Great office.

We have been trying for over 4 years to conceive, and Brown Fertility is making it happen! Im a disabled veteran, and Brown Fertility is working with the VA to provide care, and unlike other Fertility specialists we have been to, they take insurance for many services (labs, diagnostic procedures, imaging, etc.), which cuts down the cost of this expensive process. Even without insurance, their estimated cost was less than half (closer to a third) of the cost of a Sarasota doctor we saw last year! They got us in quickly, and we were able to get onto their soonest appointments, just 2-3 weeks out, and to have the embryo transfer just 1 month after that first appointment! Many locations available.TLDR: Price is great, works with insurance, easy and quick scheduling!

The attention has been very good. Llancy has been very kind and attentive. So far I have felt quite comfortable and accompanied.

I am going to tell you a little about my story because I know that I can help many women with my testimony just like it happened to me.Since January 2019, my husband and I wanted to have a baby and we couldnt, at the beginning of 2021 I started going to a gynecologist who put me in treatment and some interventions without any results.Then at the beginning of this year 2022 I started looking for information about fertility clinics, and I found Brown Fertility, I liked everything I read and researched, so I made my first appointment with Dr. Rafael Cabrera who was the Doctor I chose, he From then on, Dr. Rafael Cabrera and his fantastic and professional team of nurses accompanied me on my fertility journey.After three artificial inseminations without positive results, we moved on to the next step, which was IVF in-vitro fertilization on September 15, 2022.On September 27, 2022, they gave me the most anticipated news, I became pregnant, with the 1st IVF 🙏🏽🤰! Now I am waiting for my baby, Thank God first and the excellent team at Brown fertility 👏🏽🫶Today I am 15 weeks and 3 days, ahh and I also have two frozen embryos waiting for us to go for the next pregnancy! I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Brown Fertility, it has been a process of over a year and everyone has been wonderful, at first it was very confusing but Llancy was a star in the darkness, on the other hand Miss Cabrera (one of the nurses) She is an angel, she has assisted me in almost my entire process and her empathy is very great, now I work with Shelsy who is also very good at answering my questions and is wonderful, I have had an appointment with Dr Cabrera, Dr Gómez and Dr Brown, All professionals, at the beginning and in moments of frustration we presented a problem with Dr Cabrera due to poor communication, but it was resolved in a very professional manner, I would definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you all 🙏

I cannot rate the work of this clinic since Doctor Cabrera was never able to see us. But he does leave a lot to be desired regarding the attention from his secretary and his staff. We waited a month for a consultation and 30 minutes before the appointment they canceled us, we were already arriving at the clinic. I understand that we can all have emergencies, but my annoyance is the way the secretary spoke to my wife, if you dont have a vocation or you dont like your job, just dont do it, but dont treat a patient or client that way. He wasnt even diligent in giving us a new appointment. Less than a zero star for the terrible service.
