Im a 42 year old Woman who is new by a year to this state and area in Delaware. I ran into some very difficult health decision and scare. I was looking for something with a moreprivate and personal feel for my experience for My mental and physical needs. I found this place through looking through the Internet. I am pleased to state that it delivered! The doctor and the medical staff were both professional and accommodating to all My needs. I had a follow-up call the following day. My questions and concerns if any were answered. Also, My follow up appointment went well and results went well. I would recommend if youre looking for something and somewhere that caters to your physical and mental needs for a female( Especially if youre new here and looking for somewhere reliable) try here. I found out that the place itself is new to the area by a y couple of years. I would say that you can tell it carries a feel for years of professional experience! Again, Id recommend it

Had high hopes and gave this office a few chances, but today proves that I need care elsewhere. My intake appt went well and that was about 7 months ago. I received some concerning news and needed follow-ups with outside providers, which were completed almost within the week. After that, Ive attempted to contact that office for the next steps by phone without callbacks and through the messaging portal. One month later, I received a follow-up month message telling me to make an appt to discuss concerns. Im 5 mths out from the original appt at this time. So here I go to schedule an appt. I went into the office for this and another issue and was told that I couldnt be helped because I needed a device that needed to be ordered and would cost $1000. I would be better off going to planned parenthood was the forwarded message from the Dr. Although the reason for the appt was outlined/documented when I made the appt to avoid wasted time and energy, this is what I ended up with. Disappointment doesnt accurately describe it.

Lovely, calm office. I have a ton of anxiety and Dr. Anderson treated me with patience and respect, which is most appreciated. Wonderful practice, I highly recommend.

Amazing experience today at Allgyn. Easy to find, super nice front desk staff and Dr Anderson was fantastic! So kind and patient and very thorough. When I called I got an emergency appointment for the next day. Finding a great gynecologist is very difficult today and getting seen in a reasonable amount of time is becoming a thing of the past. Not at Allgyn. I will be going back for sure. They do not take my insurance just yet but will be soon. I paid 150.00 flat rate and got a complete exam. Dr Anderson also has a wonderful bedside manner and did a very thorough intake appointment. Most of all I felt safe and heard. I highly recommend seeing Dr Anderson for any gynecological need.

Nice place but no follow up on patient. I had to pay out of pocket w/ insurance. I was told I would get my money back, but haven’t heard from them. I was prescribed a medication that was deadly mixed w/ my current medication & still no follow up.

Very pleasant and relax atmosphere. Dr. Anderson took time asking medicalquestion revelent to my visit today. I would see her again if needed.

I would have given them a 5 star but I still have yet to receive my $150 back the doctor is nice I just wish I would have gotten my money back

Placed appointment & came there to nobody answering the phone & it be closed . They had booked me for that day a 9am for nobody to be there .
