I could not be with my parents when I sent them over for a lab draw ordered by my father’s out of state doctor. They had nothing but great things to say, so I thought I would share here. They were so impressed with their experience with Any Lab Test Now. They felt well taken care of and confident that the lab knew what they were doing. They also appreciated that they were advised how long the wait for the blood draw would be. (Short wait btw) And the doctor received the test results with no issues. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Rebecca and Juan are truly God sent! They remember me when I walk through the door, always make me feel comfortable and take their time with me always. Their customer service is ALWAYS superb! They are always courteous, considerate and just overall amazing human beings! This is one of the best places of business in the Wilmington area! I will always support them. I had to have some blood drawn for specialty labs, and it was quite an ordeal… They did an unbelievable job with helping me process it, freeze it, ship it, and they will always have my lab business in the future! The whole staff is super nice, but more importantly, extremely helpful.

No waiting and ease of access to B injections. They were out once for a week and have had some staff turnover but overall a great place for B injections.

This was very easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My doctor is 90 miles away so to do telehealth we called my blood work order in here and saved me a huge trip.

This was my first time getting blood work done and it was a great experience. Fast, easy, affordable and no pain. Also decided to try a b12 shot while I was in there. I will definitely be back next time I need testing. Thanks!

Went in for the rapid test before traveling out of the state Quick in and out. Staff was very professional. Have to pay yourself; they don’t take insurance. Very reasonable prices.

From the moment I entered, I knew I was in a place where special people worked. I walk with a cane, and as I went to open the door, it was held open for me by Beverly, the woman that does the blood draws. She saw me coming and came to help me. I was there to see about getting a test for an unusual situation that I was having difficulty resolving through my doctor. I explained the issue to Rebecca, at the front desk, and, without further question, she began researching if, and how, she could order the needed test for me. It was complicated, but she was not deterred. I had to leave, as it was late afternoon at this point, but she said she would keep researching it and speak to the owner, Juan Vasquez, when he returned the next day. True to her word, Rebecca called me at 8:30 am the next day, and she had the answer: the test name, the cost, and the time to get the result. I could not be more appreciative of her kindness and determination to help me. I found more health CARE here than I have at some doctors offices. If this is a service that you need, then this is the place you want to go to get it. I know that, if I need to again in the future, I definitely will.

No wait time for the draw, will have results in 48 hours or less, Owner very personable and knows what he is doing. Will recommend this Lab in the future

Juan was awesome. Kind, efficient, and obviously a pro. Blood draw was quick and he was sure to assess to see if I was going to be a fainter lol. Will definitely go back for future lab tests.

Clean, positive atmosphere, and best blood draw I’ve ever had. I’m a hard stick and they got it first shot which has never happened. Highly recommended on services and knowledge.

This place is affordable and so helpful if you are uninsured. You don’t have to schedule an appointment, but I did the day before and it was very easy to pick a time that’s good for your schedule. It was so fast I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. The staff was so friendly and sweet and made sure I was feeling okay before I left. Highly recommend!!

I like this place.I discovered Any Lab Test Now while visiting a neighboring health-food store, and Im glad I did, for ALTN has become my go-to for vitamin B12 injections (not only are the injections high-quality and reasonably priced, but they are administered in the easiest, most convenient fashion imaginable). Whats more, the staff Ive interacted with there have consistently been friendly, professional, and attentive (and able to deliver painless injections, as it were). Ive had zero problems over the course of my visits, and I plan to keep them up.So, a big thank-you to all the good folks of this business. I am grateful for your service, and do not take it for granted.

If you can get them to actually tell you the right price for the service you are looking and not three different prices than great. If they actually tell you on the phone or advertise information that you need to be aware of before your visit even better. If, in any way they act professional, that would be the way a reputable business should. Sadly none of these things were in any way present in my experience. I will take my business to a place that actually shows the above attributes.

The receptionist was very nice and sweet

A total waste of time and money. I was there in February for a covid test required for travel. The employee, while friendly, had to place a call to be reminded how to conduct the requisite test. Then I had to repeat and correct all of my information as he had incorrectly recorded my data to send to the actual lab performing the analysis. I never received the results from the lab so I paid a lot of money for literally nothing.

Quick, easy, and painless! i went for the one test and staff made it very easy for the whole process.

They have the best staff here so friendly! I come here to get the vitamin B mix shot. It has been life changing for me my mood and energy levels have been way better since taking the shot! I also lost 15 pounds from taking the shot!! I highly recommend!

Professional and fast. You can come in with no appointment and get your tests done right away. Susan is wonderful. She helped me and my son many times. And it is usually less expensive than the same tests done somewhere else. Those of us with high deductibles appreciate that.

I have never experienced more understanding, kind, and wonderful people than the ones that work at Anylab. They truly are amazing, and the way the treat their patients should be a model of how all others in their profession should conduct themselves. I am truly grateful for their support

I’ve been going here for years and have always loved the small business store atmosphere. It was always an easy process, in and out quickly, with professional employees. Respect for my privacy and keeping my personal experience at a minimum.However, the last couple of times I’ve been in, an employee kept loudly asking me why I was there. I had the information on my phone to give her, but she wanted to know why right then. It got to the point she was guessing why I was having a certain test done, she was completely wrong on all levels.Just a tip, don’t speak loudly and say why you think the customer is there, especially in a room full of people. This is a medical testing facility, you are there to perform a service. You don’t know the circumstances of why someone is having a test or is it any of your concern. It’s the results that matter and they are between the patient and their doctor. Privacy is key, keep this in mind with any customer.

I recently had 15 rounds of radiation. In the middle of the treatments I became exhausted. I went to any lab test had a their upgraded b12 shot. Not only did my energy level come back fully but have also lost about 10 lbs. can’t thank you enough! Susan and her gals in Wilmington NC do a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for B12 shots and everything else they offer!!!

This has been the worse and most unprofessional experience ever with a business. My husband and his sister walked in for a sibling DNA test and was charged almost 300.00 and told the results would be in by that Wednesday. We tried to call Wednesday but apparently they had fired all their management and the office was closed until Monday. I have now been put on hold for over 15 minutes this morning and it seems no one has an answer! Where is the SWABS? Is this test even legit? It sure wasn’t cheap! I feel ROBBED

This place is kinda weird for a medical office. The front desk lady was very nice. The phlebotomist was very curt and not talkative, I think she was having a bad day.. she got me first stick though and it didn’t hurt so she was very good at drawing blood. All in all I hope I never have to come back here againEdit: they called me an let me know that they are remodeling

Went to get a rapid COVID test for school. The woman who came out was INCREDIBLY rude & impatient with us. She was sarcastic and no help at all. If you need a COVID test, I do NOT recommend this place. Also, they do not take insurance and don’t specify that detail until you arrive. I refused to get tested there and left. TERRIBLE experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Went on a Tuesday to get tested for a Latex allergy. The phlebotomist was great she said it should take 2 to 3 business days to find my results it is now Monday and they said they have my results when I called but the service was super rude. Not professional at all when talking to customers.

If I could give Any Lab Test Now a 0 rating, I would. I scheduled an appointment online and drove 1.5 hours to the lab site since I do not have one in my locale. Nowhere in the online information or in the reminder messages sent to me (email and text) was anything prominently (if at all) displayed about required documentation. When I arrived, I was greeted with, Did you bring your documentation? We require proof of citizenship, either a passport or drivers license and birth certificate. Seriously, proof of citizenship? I can vote in this country without proof of citizenship. And if I presented my insurance card, would that not be proof enough? I wasted 3 hours of my time and will never be back. Neither will I recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone else. The lab should be renamed, Any Lab Test Now if You Happen to Carry Your Passport or Birth Certificate with You.

My husband needed a pre-employment drug screening, so took time off work to go to this business. There was a sign on the door that said that, due to a family emergency, they were closed. It was annoying and inconvenient (and cost us some money), but okay..stuff happens. Just bad timing.Not wanting to take more time off and needing the test done ASAP, he decided to return on Saturday morning, delaying our departure on a trip. We arrived at the posted opening time (10am) only to be greeted by another sign, stating that , due to marathon traffic, they would open at 11. So, despite being pretty annoyed, we waited.By 11:15, the business still wasnt open, and we were among a small group waiting. We left, so have no idea when or if the owner/employee showed up, but after losing hours of both pay and our weekend vacation, my husband will be finding a more professional place to go for his test.

This was a great find. I get B12 shots. No wait, very clean and well managed facility. People are nice and knowledgeable. Prices are pretty reasonable. I give 5 stars.
