Carolinas Fertility Institute - Wilmington

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an amazing experience here at the Wilmington location. Jess the NP and the nurse Amy were amazing. They were so sweet every time, answered all my questions, and did not rush my appointments. I felt valued, heard, and not pressured on decisions. The two front desk ladies were great too. Always smiled and greeted us. They were always on top of the billing which is always a hassle anywhere it seems but they helped us out and were great. I have graduated to an OB now that I am pregnant but I do miss our monthly appointments with them. They are all great! Highly recommend.

We loved our experience with Carolinas Fertility Institute! The entire staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They always answered all my questions and were very sensitive to our journey and past trauma/loss weve experienced. Weve been to both the Wilmington Office with Jessica Adams and the Winston Salem Surgical Center with Dr. Y - HIGHLY recommend this team!!

I had an AMAZING experience with Mrs. Adams and all of the wonderful staff at the Wilmington office. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Y during a procedure in Winston-Salem office and he was very supportive and considerate. My sister also had a good experience with treatment with them which was a reason why I chose them. We are happily expecting and Im looking forward to returning for our next bundle of joy 😊

There arent enough words to say how great Carolinas Fertility Institute was to us! Jessica and the rest of the staff there were so amazing and I cant thank them enough for all the help they gave us! Jessica made me feel so comfortable and helped me understand and set a plan for my next steps. I cannot recommend them enough!

I truly cannot say enough great things about Carolinas Fertility Institute - from the moment we stepped foot into the clinic Jessica, Amy and the rest of the CFI staffed welcomed us with open arms and remained so optimistic. I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible our care was. They are phenomenal and truly a dream team. We knew we were one of many patients, but I swear we always felt like we were their only patient. Jessica and Amy always provided us with reassurance when we needed it and guided us through each step. The care we received from absolutely incredible. We will never be able to thank CFI enough. We feel so lucky to be where we are because of them!🤍

I am beyond pleased with the care that Jessica and Dr. Tamer gave me at Carolina Fertility Inst. in Wilmington. When I walked in I had little confidence that I would become a mom. I met with other IVF clinics and just didn’t feel like they truly wanted to help me. I felt more like a number and was given a very nonchalant response.With Jessica, it just felt right. I had sooooo much confidence with her and trusted every word she said. She is very warm and PASSIONATE about helping other.Dr. Tamer was so calming and comforting during the retrieval and implant. I am not 16wks pregnant and baby Harper Ivy is growing everyday.

There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful the Carolinas Fertility Institute team is. From the moment I received my referral call to schedule my first appointment, I knew I was at the right place. Dr. Y is clearly the best of the best and made ample time in his schedule to meet with my husband and me to provide his expertise. I never felt rushed and truly felt like he would not give up until our fertility problems were solved. Not only was Dr. Y amazing, but the team at the Wilmington office are the best of the best! Nurse Practitioner Jessica Adams is the kindest, most thorough provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I met her, I felt a hope that I hadn’t felt in a long time. She was eager to provide the best service possible, whether it was an in-office procedure or nearly immediate responses to phone or e-mail questions. She and her medical assistant, Roxy, and nurse Amy, truly became like family during my time at CFI. They were so wonderful during my fertility journey and shared my heartaches and joys right alongside me. The hope they gave me became tangible when, after five years of infertility, I became pregnant with my precious daughter. I’ll never have the words to thank CFI and the wonderful people that work there, but I’ll always have all of the gratitude in the world for this amazing place.

We can’t thank the team enough for our blessing. We struggled for years and saw many doctors. They worked a miracle within a few months, and now we are soon to be first time parents. Thank you Jess, Amy, and everyone behind the scenes (including the amazing Dr. Y), for their unwavering positivity, confidence, and guidance through this difficult process. Baby loading 🥰🥰🥰

We loved the care and support that the whole team gave us from start to finish of this process. The moment you walk in the door you’re greeted warmly and kindly - and that continues through with everyone you interact with in the office. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start their fertility journey!

I can’t recommend Carolina’s fertility institute enough, especially the Wilmington location! First off I’m so glad that we have a fertility clinic here in Wilmington! Jessica the NP is outstanding with her professionalism, she has become more than a provider to me but the whole team has become my family. Roxy the MA/front desk , and Amy the RN are just as amazing. The team works so well together to provide the best personalized care for you to reach your fertility desires. We came from a “not so great” clinic, and the moment I walked into Carolina fertility I felt like I was at home. We jumped into IVF from having multiple failed rounds of iuis at our previous clinic. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby girl. I actually still visit the staff often because they have made that much of a positive impact on my life. I wish they would do OBGYN care too, because I’m telling you I have never met such caring medical staff in my life until I met these wonderful ladies. DR.Y in Winston Salem also works closely with these ladies and does preform the actual transfers in Winston Salem. He is the best Fertility doctor I have ever met & worked with, who also helped me reach my goals by personalizing my treatment to MY body versus just throwing me into a standard treatment. I can’t thank CFI enough for making my dreams come true!

I am disappointed with the lack of respect for veterans at this facility. Carolinas Fertility Institute requested a semen analysis but then they refused to accept my CHAMPVA health benefits. It is frustrating that the reimbursement rate through CHAMPVA is $323.28 for this analysis, which is significantly higher than the private pay amount of $180. This demonstrates a disregard for veterans and the benefits that we receive.

Everyone in both the Wilmington and Winston office was very empathetic and compassionate in my fertility journey. Quick response time to any questions or concerns. They were all amazing!

The staff at Carolinas Fertility Institute - Wilmington treats you like family! We absolutely loved coming and they were sensitive to our situation. They made us feel comfortable and always willing to answer our questions. Jessica, Amy, and Roxy - we cant thank you all enough for making this the best experience. We had a long road prior and it was relief finding this clinic that we could relate to and feel at home. We cant wait to share our continued journey with this great team. - Dr. Yalcinkaya and Dr. Mesen were also great with all procedures - we knew we were in great hands and had positive outcomes!

I believe one of the biggest differences with Carolina Fertility Institute is that all the staff care about you and are willing to help every step of the long fertility battle. Jessie and her team always had a positive attitude and were always prepared for what next steps need to be taken. They will not only spend a lot of time answering your questions in the office, but will readily give out cell phone numbers to answer any questions/issues after hours. I also appreciated that they had open and honest conversations with you in regards to what treatment options are best for your family goals. As I sit here with now a 6 week old baby, I can’t express enough gratitude towards this clinic for making my family dreams a reality. They really are a one of a kind team and we were so lucky to be referred to this clinic.

I loved everything about CFI. They are professional and dedicated to success. And they also make you feel as a part of the family at the same time. I had a two years journey with them and I wanted to give up a few times but somehow I always had a felling that everything will be alright because the CFI team knows and cares about what they do.

I had a wonderful experience at Carolina fertility institute. There is no place I would have rather gone with such an important part of life’s Journey. Jessie, Amy and Roxy truly make you feel so comfortable and confident with the whole experience. As an LGBT couple, my wife and I never felt out of place or uncomfortable one bit. Any concerns or questions were always met with understanding and answers. I can not recommend this place enough for anyone who is trying to start a family.

Amazing staff and professionalism! After our first time working with this clinic, we brought home our first child, a baby boy, a few months later. Dr. Y, Jessie, Amy, Roxie, and staff were exceptional every step of the way!

I cannot say enough good things about our at Carolinas Fertility Institute. Dr. Adams and her team went above and beyond to make my husband and I not only feel like valued patients, but like we were family. They were the most thoughtful and caring team we could have asked for after such a difficult year and a half in our infertility journey. Dr Jessica Adams is incredibly thoughtful and responsive to any and all questions we had and we are so thankful to her to be expecting our baby this July. We would recommend her practice to anyone dealing with infertility and we will most definitely be back when we want to expand our family.

Jess, Amy, and Roxy are exactly who you want on your team! We’ve been working with CFI Wilmington since Spring of 2022. After three miscarriages I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl! This office truly treats you like family and I’m already looking forward to my next transfer with them. The team in Wilmington is top notch and I couldn’t recommend them more.

We are so thankful that we landed with the amazing team at Carolina Fertility Institute. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the place we were meant to be. Dr. Mesen, Jessi, Amy, and all of the other team members were kind, patient during questions, and great at laying out all of the options. We cannot recommend them enough!

After being told by 2 other fertility clinics in NC & SC that I would never have another biological child, Carolinas Fertility Institute gave me hope! I am now almost 9 weeks pregnant and have 8 more high quality embryos on ice!! Ive been to the Winston Salem, Asheville & Wilmington offices & they are all amazing. 1000000% recommend Carolinas Fertility Institute!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Everyone was so kind, personable, and you can tell they all really cared about helping you achieving your pregnancy goals.I have PCOS and fibroids, my husband and I had been trying to conceive for over one year. Within 2 months of working with CFI, we got pregnant! Currently 11 weeks today :)Thanks again CFI! Y’all are amazing!

The billing Dept is horrible to deal with! They have not applied payments to my account that I have confirmations and proof of. Keep a detailed history of your payments if you plan to use this facility. I choose to end my fertility journey with them mostly because of the billing department. This is already stressful enough, having to argue about payments Ive made makes it even more stressful.Also the office staff is fun and nice but I would not say the most professional; hearing staff talk about weekend plans of getting drunk and another incident made me feel uneasy. I guess I just had higher expectations.

Carolinas Fertility Institute is hands down the best REI clinic we experienced! My husband and I struggled for nearly 6 years, we had consults with 6 total REIs and did some sort of treatment with 5 of them. CFI was our 6th and (thankfully) last clinic we worked with! We cant say enough GREAT things about Jessie, Amy and Roxy down in Wilm. They simply care and have the best hearts! You dont always encounter kind people when seeing REIs but its so refreshing to finally have people who actually care. You WILL be in great hands when going to CFI.Although our time with Dr. Y and Dr. Mesen was short, we also cant thank them enough for their expertise during our PRP, retrieval and transfer. THANK YOU, CFI!

Jessica, Roxy and Amy are compassionate, caring and truly made the experience worth it. Any questions or concerns that we had they answered them and made us feel like we weren’t alone on this journey. From the first visit we felt like not only a team but a family. Jessie, Roxie, & Amy.. These ladies are absolutely phenomenal! We have and will continue to recommend them. They made us feel at home as soon as we walked through the door, they listened to every concern and answered every question. We had a scare during our time with them and they got us in ASAP while keeping us calm and reassured.. Everything turned out to be ok thank goodness but we wouldn’t have gotten through that as calmly as we did without them. I’ve never had a doctors office care as much as these ladies do, they made us feel like family! Keep up the great work ladies and know y’all make a difference in people’s lives everyday ❤️

CFI is the Absolute Best & helped us conceive our little miracle ❤️ They were our 3rd Fertility practice & we are so Grateful for them. CFI was absolutely amazing every step of the way. I always felt heard and never like just a number. The Wilmington staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. It was amazing to see pictures of our little embabies from fertilization to blastocysts. We are now expecting our little miracle from our first FET after MANY MANY years of trying and so many losses with no explanations. I cannot thank CFI enough for this opportunity to complete my family.

I absolutely loved to Wilmington team and MD Y for helping my husband and I get pregnant finally using ivf. They treated us like family and I could trust in them to help us learn the process.

The staff here GENUINELY care about you. They laugh with you, cry with you, and are there when you are panicking even over the little things. I loved seeing these ladies and they understood our struggles. We are six months pregnant with our rainbow baby thanks to them. Thank you so much.

I just had my first consultation so I’m not sure what the outcome will be, but I think this is the first time in my life that I’ve felt like a doctor actually saw me as a person. And that meant a lot more than I can describe.
