Extremely professional and pleasant staff. I was a walk in and was seen within 10 minutes. Treatment by the nurse practitioner was thorough and not rushed. The same was true for my follow up appointment. I highy recommend this clinic.

Not happy… I’ve had pretty good experiences with this place for the most part. Recently I somehow missed my companies open enrollment for insurance so I had to go there for a sinus/ear infection and pay out-of-pocket. I advised the lady that weaker antibiotic wouldn’t cut it for me as I have dealt with these my whole life. 10 days later, I’m still feeling the effects of the sinus/ear infection and when I call them I’m told I have to come back in and pay another $125 out-of-pocket just to get a better prescription that I also have to pay out of pocket for. I can’t wait until I get my insurance. I’ll never go back there again.

5+ Excellent! We had to make an emergency stop at Midwest Express Clinic on our way to the airport because of my sons asthma. We want to thank everyone at the clinic for their excellent service--particularly the lady in the X-ray lab ( sorry I dont know her name) and Tricia Mann--for their professionalism and compassionate service.

I’ve used this clinic several times now for minor issues that would’ve taken too long to get into my regular physicians office. Each time I’ve gone there, the staff have been extremely kind, accommodating, and have come through and done a great job for me getting me what I needed when I needed it. Kiko at the front desk is amazing! I had to reschedule a visit three times, and she was always smiling, always helpful… Thanks so much! And to all the staff encountered on my last visit, you were fabulous, keep up the great work! Like everyone else your probably stretched pretty thin these days… So I just want you to know how much I appreciate that you are there and able to help! So hang in there, and keep being great!

I was visiting from Florida and had an issue with my ear. I was thinking I would have a big process to get seen. I was greeted at the front desk with a nice smile and was handed a couple of short forms to fill out. Within 10 minutes I was seen by the doctor. The doctor was pleasant and professional. A very friendly and upbeat nurse completed a treatment, and I was out of there in less than a hour. I would recommend this office to my mother. Nice work everyone! Thank you.

We didnt hear about my sons broken arm until 4 days after he was x-rayed here. Every step of the way, this place displayed egregious incompetence and negligence. We were seen on a Thursday evening and had an x-ray done. We were told no news was good news meaning that if we didnt get a call, his arm was not broken. We never received a call, but since my son had previously broken this same arm, and was complaining of pain, we still wanted confirmation. I called Friday and, after being on hold for over 30 minutes, was told that because the doctor that saw him was not in, they could not tell us the x-ray results. I asked if there was anything else we could do and they said no. I was then the one coming up with ideas and suggested that we send the results to our pediatrician. They said I would have to come in to get a CD of his x-ray results and then take them to our pediatrician, but that wouldnt help us because our pediatrician is closed on the weekend. They said the doctor that saw him would be back on Monday and would call me first thing that Monday morning. I did not receive a call Monday morning so I followed up that afternoon. After being on hold for another 30+ minutes, the doctor that saw my son told me that they tried to call me yesterday, but I had no record of any incoming call or a voicemail. They then said that my son had a broken arm, which was again, FOUR DAYS after he was x-rayed. I asked if we could get a copy of the x-ray to share with a specialist. They said they would send this to my email. The attachment they sent was password protected and I was provided no password. I called to get the password, but no one knew what the password was. They said they would send me a copy of the results that were not password protected, but I never received this email.

One of the best experience I have ever had!! I had nurse Anna she was absolutely amazing very kind and knew exactly what she was doing. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much.

The check-in process was efficient and prompt. Dr. John demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in his medical assessment. Lisa exhibited great proficiency in capturing the necessary X-rays. Dr. Johns diagnostic evaluation was accurate and insightful. The medical reports were delivered in a timely manner. I express my gratitude to the entire team, including the front desk personnel, for their seamless collaboration and dedication to patient care.

My first time at this Clinic was fantastic! It’s a beautiful clinic, the online option to get a text when you’re up next is a fantastic feature! Also the nurse and the Nurse Practioner who saw me were both so incredible. It felt like there were no other patients. They really took their time with me, I didn’t feel rushed and they showed me compassion and kindness. I will definitely be back to this clinic and recommend it to others!!!

Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff were able to diagnose and prescribe meds expeditiously. Their follow up was great too! I would definitely recommend this place for any urgent care needs.

My husband brought our son here after I called ahead to make sure they took our insurance. I was told they try to get every patient in within an hour but would not give a wait time over the phone. My son and husband spent 1.5 hrs waiting to see the doctor for a potential broken arm. Then, the doctor said we will call you tonight if its urgent. We received no call. Today, my husband waited on the phone for an hour and when he eventually talked to a person after two people put him back on hold, he was told that since the doctor was not there, we could not find out the results of the X-ray until shes back on Monday. We have no way to find out if his arm is broken until Monday. And since this is America we will have to spend another day at an urgent care for X-rays to find out before then (potentially) and pay double because this is American healthcare.Update: they called us the following Monday afternoon to tell us he had a fractured arm... Unreal. I left a voicemail due to the response to my review asking for me to call. No call back yet.

This place become joke lately.They not even have real doctors anymore.Nurses are very rude without any experience slam you the door in front of your face.So you can imagine how much they care about patients.They just want to schedule appointments to get more money from you but you will wait forever and they let people in front of you .Avoid them if you care about your health.

MEC was a perfect option when visiting the area from out of state. With their quick, professional, friendly top notch service I would be sure to use again if I lived locally. Having a nursing background I was impressed with their thorough services. I have recommended to family and friends.

Nice clinic! The staff here is always caring and thorough. Very clean and unusually prompt for this type of clinic. My spouse and I moved out of the area a few years ago and still travel the extra distance to come back here when needed.

I have used Midwest Express in Willowbrook as my go to urgent care center. I have always been greeted by the staff in a warm welcoming way. They are professional and always provide me with excellent care. I was in recently due to a sinus infection and the Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and helpful in prescribing treatment.

We had a wonderful visit! I love how they did all the covid/flu/ Strep tests right away. So you didnt have to wait any longer for the results. I was happy I didnt need to visit ER on a Sunday when my doctors office was closed. Its a very clean facility! The staff is polite and friendly.

Sometimes waiting time is long, but doctors always listen patiently to all concerns, always go there when needed and take my kids there. RecommendUpdate: not gonna return here anymore, I came in huge pain to get urgent care, but they listed my visit as office visit, not urgent visit! and billed me, not my insurance.For some reason I was attended by doctor which is not taking my insurance ( all the rest doctors on the shift were taking it).

I was seen quickly and compassionately! Great staff and medical professionals. I was in and out, also my concerns were throughly addressed, in less than 45 minutes. The waiting room was full and people were seen quickly. Excellent job!

The Ladies at Midwest Express Clinic are awesome. They had a relaxing demeanor that helped me to relax, Im always anxious when I visit a doctors office. I also like that I can get same day service, which is better than having to wait 10 days to see my primary care doctor.

It was easy to schedule online, the staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner that provided care for my issues was kind and thorough. My only negative feedback is that whatever was being used to either clean or sent to the lobby was too fragrant.

Service was great and we were admitted pretty fast, however the diagnosis was wrong. They didnt have a doctor who could read the xrays and were referred to a different places that also didnt have a doctor on site 🤯 They told me my daughters ankle was fractured, but after we got a second option it was indeed a sprain! Thank God for that! But very frustrating situation to go through all day!

I was pleasantly surprised that the clinic was open on Easter. Registration was easy, the facility very clean, the staff attentive and professional. The examination of my issue was thorough and the doctor explained the results fully along with his recommendation. It is one day later and I am feeling improvement. Thank you.

Best urgent care experience I have ever had from check in to the doctor. Needed an xray and from start to finish took 45 minutes. Everyone was helpful, friendly and hard working!!

Excellent service, excellent care, excellent nurses and doctors. Nice and clean facility. They play nice music in the visitation room to ease the pain. When doing ultrasound sound, Cynthia makes it pleasant by projecting illuminating lights on the ceiling to make it fun for patient while she is doing an excellent job with the ultrasound. I highly recommend this place for anything you might need.

The clinical staff were great and the doctor but the policy to have a card on file I disagree with. They can charge you up to $150.00. The fact that they need a card on file to be seen will be the reason I don’t go back

I went there very sick with an infection which two days prior went to another doctor and she brushed me off, came here and they were nothing but thorough and polite. I received a shot and some medication felt better the next day.. I highly suggest this place .

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The people up front are rude and incompetent. The wait times are exorbitant. I have found the diagnoses to be incomplete. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There is another express clinic nearby.

Lisa works at this location and she is wonderful. She will accommodate patients before all and puts the patients first always.Thanks Lisa for making visits less stressful always!

This place is the worst!I made an appt. I arrived and the girl ignored me for five minutes. I told her I had an appt. She told me it wasnt a real appt and 8 people would be ahead of me. I said I was confused. I have an email that says appt. She said its not a real appt. Then she asked for my whole name and full date of birth in front of a whole waiting room. I said , do you need the whole thing. She said yes. Confidentially is out the window.

The team here is amazing but Sarah went above and beyond to help solve my issues. She was sooooo nice and caring.Great care from everyone.

I always had good experience here. In and out and my medication sent to my pharmacy. Front desk crew are very friendly and nice.

Experienced professionals who are so kind, This place is fast- small wait times, and they get lab results in 10 mins and get you a prescription to help you feel better . They have always helped me esp on weekends and evenings when a doctor visit is impossible!

Was sick all week and my PCP was on vacation so I tried Midwest. Ashley was AMAZING, So was the front desk staff and triage nurse. They took great care of me and Ill DEFINITELY use them again. Turned a horrible experience into a good outcome and now Im on my way to healing. So grateful.

Theyre pretty good. My only issue is that I have to call them for any test or x-ray results. They leave you wondering.

There are no words to describe one of the best experiences my mother has had in any urgent care. We had visited two different urgent clinics and we did not receive proper care. We decided to give Midwest Express Clinic a chance and I have to say they will forever have a loyal customer, patient, and friend. Lisa was very helpful and professional. Charlie was very compassionate and truly showed that she cared for my mother. She helped schedule an ultrasound the very next day. Working in healthcare I can I wouldnt hesitate to come here again. I recently visited a clinic that left a lasting impression with its excellent service and savvy staff. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the receptionist was not only friendly but also efficient. The medical staff demonstrated a high level of expertise, taking the time to explain procedures and answer any questions. Overall, the clinics commitment to outstanding service and knowledgeable staff made my experience exceptionally positive.

Quick and focused. They got the job done in record time. They seemed to have a goal to get patients in and out without any lapse in patient care. Will prioritize going here again. Overall great experience!

Fast considerate compassionate care. I didnt have to wait long although they had more people waiting when I left. I went in for severe respiratory illness and received the proper testing promptly then saw a wonderful physician who quickly worked out an outstanding care plan for me. I had an issue with a prescription when I reached the pharmacy that was resolved extremely quickly with one phone call back to the clinic. I was very pleased with my care and would not hesitate to return.

All the staff was very nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly excellent fast services.

Was in and out quickly. They took care of what I needed. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and seemed happy to be there even though it was towards the end of the day.

Visited from out of town and the doctor took great care of our young son. She was amazing!

I was so impressed with this clinic. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. The wait time was reasonable and more importantly, I felt my medical care was addressed thoroughly with kindness and urgency. What a wonderful staff!

Only place open on Labor Day (Sept 2023). I took an ill child in to get evaluated and prescription for medication sent to the pharmacy. The prescription wasnt sent -- I verified with the pharmacy. This clinic closed for the day and only had an answering service to take a message. I had to seek care elsewhere that day and get another provider to actually send the prescription. This cost me double and left my child feeling miserable for longer. Unacceptable.Follow up November 2023 -- After multiple conversations with the Patient Advocate where they assured me that they would void the charge, they are sending me bills as late notices.Follow Up May 2024: After promising me a refund of what we paid, we have never received a dime returned from the company. This is without any exception. the worst medical practice I have dealt with in my life.Follow Up June 2024: The customer relations/patient advocate person followed up with me and had a refund check sent.

Could not have been better. In and out in 20 minutes. Great service. Got meds scripted and back home door to door in less than 2 hrs.

The visit was good as always, but i put in a follow up call this morning and was left on hold for 37 minutes. I had to call the clinic back and the receptionist was everything but apologetic, if I wouldn’t have hung up and called back she would’ve left me there indefinitely. It doesn’t take anything to pick back up and tell the patient that they can’t accommodate them or their request. Do better because that wasnt neccesary .

I cannot put intowords the wonderful service I received at Midwest Express. Everyone was professional yet friendly and I was treated with respect and kindness. I was a walk in and had a very short wait. Would highly recommend to anyone! Great service especially at healthcare facilities is hard to find but you will find it at Midwest!!

Always pleased with Midwest clinic in Willowbrok. Doctors, nurse PA and nurses are exceptional, glad I visited last time so I catch infection and got remedy asap. Thank you all in Midwest Willowbrook

Amazing and friendly staff!! You could definitely tell they were busy yet not rushing with you inside the room and taking the time to hear out what was going on with you. Brittney was absolutely fabulous!!! Friendly, compassionate, funny, and was one of the best young nurses I’ve seen in a while!!

Unfortunately i paid for nothing!Realbad experience, i asked before i go if they have a doctors that are familiar with the situation i got, they said yes and when i went there sorry but the doctor didn’t know anything to tell me what do to or what can cause. Sorry for my 1 star, im so surprised and disappointed for my today’s visit!

Some of the employees are great. The male doctor here is very unprofessional, each time someone in my family is seen by him, he’s just flat out rude and dismissive. X-rays are barely ever able to be done here. Takes forever to check in as well. Most times I do the online check in and when I get there, there is no one at the front desk and we end up waiting 10+ minutes before someone comes out

I came in for a shot 3 weeks in a row, and each time that have been friendly, informative, professional and all the girls are so sweet. I have 2 locations that are closer to my home but I will drive further for great service.

Dont ho here, stay away, I dont know where their doctors got the diplomas, 0 knowledge, they dont care about you! When I was diagnosed with a serious disease, I got an ointment instead of antibiotics as treatment!

I had a wonderful experience here! I was visiting Chicago from Austin, TX and needed a quick appointment. I walked in without an appointment and was seen so quickly. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and pleasant, at the office was extremely clean. Overall, I was so impressed with how convenient it was and how nicely I was treated.

They were very pleasant right from the front desk. The doctor on call was very professional and experienced.

Mary was a pleasure to work with. All workers were nice.

We ALWAYS have a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. River Forest is our preferred location, but have been to other locations as well. They have the customer service experience down pat! Every s8ngle member of the staff is so pleasant and makes the trip to the doctor not so bad. Easy to get in and very affordable.Keep it up!

Setting up a place in line was easy through the website. Facility was clean, organized, pleasant. Ms. Suzanne at front desk was so nice. Ms. Lisa and Mr. Yousef were super energized and super nice to my little one. Very knowledgeable. Dr. Shawna was amazing and great bedside manner, professional, kind, knowledgeable. We hope not to need urgent care but this is where would go if needed. Awesome experience

My 18 year old daughter had food poisoning…took her in…she LOVED the nurse…AND even the receptionist! They were just great! My daughter said this is the only place she’s coming to if she ever needs to go to an Urgent Care..and I second that! The nurse couldn’t have been nicer and knowledgeable…assured my daughter she would feel better and made her feel cared about! Great place…GREAT PEOPLE! And thank you ❤️

We were very satisfied with our experience. My daughter decided to join a high school sport at the last minute & needed a sport’s physical. I pre-registered online for an appointment;. We arrived 5 minutes prior, checked in & waited for 5 minutes. We were amazed at the friendly, timely & professional service. This is our second visit to this location & we definitely recommended it.The highlight was the woman who checked us in. She was so accommodating & friendly. She is a great representative for this business.

When the pharmacist couldn’t find my daughter’s prescription, the doctor called me after hours from her personal phone to make sure we figured it out!Also, the wait wasn’t too long, and the rest of the staff is great!

The staff here is proficient, kind, and professional.. the atmosphere is modern, they play great music, and have kids movies going in the waiting room. They take you fairly quickly, depending on staffing, and the entire clinic is spotless. 👌😊I really like Dr. Heyer- his demeanor is wonderful- always warm and welcoming. Never rushes you, and listens attentively.******One thing I will say is they consistently ask for money after my insurance has covered the entire cost. Ive paid for things they told me my insurance doesnt cover, only to find that they do. This part I dont understand and feels suspect.

I stepped on a nail & went in for care & the receptionist took care of me right away on she looked up my job information & got me help in minutes get company & super fast!

This is my second time using Midwest Express, the first time was a stomach issue and had two appointments a number of tests and the care could not have been better. Recently I had a sinus infection and needed an appointment, I was seen quickly and professionally by the staff.Based on my experience they are a good place.

I fell and injured my arm when the pain and swelling got really bad I decided I needed X-rays. Very professional and caring for their patients, immaculate and got me in earlier than the appointment I scheduled online. I hopefully won’t need to go to urgent care again anytime soon but if I do Midwest is where I will go. I highly recommend them for urgent care needs.

My visit to the clinic was a mixed experience. While the front desk staffs rudeness was a letdown, the exceptional care provided by the doctor and nurse made up for it. I hope the management addresses the issue with the front desk staff to ensure a more pleasant experience for future patients.

Terrific staff. Checkin was quick and pleasant. Asyra (spelling?) saw us right away in an extremely busy environment. Took our information and vitals and readied us for exam. PA Shawna extremely efficient, capable and very very caring. Asked all the right questions, answered many more of our own and got us back on the road to health. She is wonderful. Total time for both of us less than 1 hour 15 minutes door in to door out. Great great clinic.

I recently saw Jennifer the NP with my concerns. She was dismissive, lacked empathy and was not thorough in my visit. She sent me away untreated, I waited four days for my lab results to come back only to confirm that my concerns were in fact valid. They refused to send in a prescription, despite abnormal results, without another visit to the clinic to which I would owe another copay. I do not recommend this clinic, I’ve been here several times before and each time have left disappointed.

Worst experience ever!! Went back 3 times after a lab test was ordered wrong and had to go back for a redraw only to be drawn into a wrong tube again, and called back once more. They charged me copay again, when I was only there due to someones negligence. They promised to reimburse but that never happened as well. Front desk will stress you out till you bleed out just to get your lab results back. I dont know who is managing this facility but they have a lot to cover

I’ve gone to this clinic multiple times. And each time has been quick and helpful. I’ve even gone in for one thing and asked the doctor about additional questions I had that were unrelated and they were extremely patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Would recommend this location.

My cold strengthened into a sinus infection while visiting from out of town. My son and daughter-in-law recommended Midwest Urgent Care. Super clean, friendly, professional and my PA was great! I highly recommend them!

Every time we come they take there time to actually listen to provide correct service to us. They truly are sincere when providing care to there patients.

The wait time was very minimal. The front desk staff was personable, and the nurse was kind and efficient. The doctor listened and took time with us and made sure we had everything we needed when we left, and at the pharmacy, when we they didnt have what we needed. I will go to Midwest express for future needs

At 10 oclock, we brought our child here from school, clearly expressing a possible finger fracture. We waited in the lobby for about 40 minutes, took X-rays in the examination room, and then waited. Surprisingly, we were forgotten; throughout the entire 3 hours, we received no treatment advice. Furthermore, by evening, we still hadnt received the X-ray images via email! While I understand there might be many people with colds lately, there should still be a sense of urgency based on the severity of the situation!

I had an excellent experience. Had to be seen for a sinus infection. Got in fast and they are ALL very professional and thorough and kind! Later that same day, had a surprise issue come up and had to go back. Instead of charging me for two visits, they added the service and took their time to address that issue. It was the end of the day and they had many people to juggle but was seen very quickly and with as much professionalism as the visit earlier in the day.

This was a great experience-we were very impressed. The facility is welcoming, clean, and has a positive vibe. The staff was super friendly and professional. I never thought I would have so much fun at an acute care center :-) I would definitely return there again for medical care.

First time using the clinic. They were so incredibly nice and helpful. The wait was short despite everyone being sick right now. Meds were called in quickly. If you can’t get in to see your regular doc I’d definitely use this clinic. I’ve already started feeling better.

My granddaughter was seen as a walk in patient. She was seem in a timely manner, no long wait time at all as if she had a appointment. Midwest staff and the physician was kind, courteous, and helpful.

As a first-time visitor to this location, I greatly appreciate my experience with the front desk lady; she was informative and patient, asked open questions, and sounded happy to help me. Additionally, I enjoyed the clean and bright atmosphere of the location, along with the polite and prompt service by the doctors who tended to me. At the end of my visit, Im glad to have spent my business here and don’t mind the costs for my services. I do recommend this location.

Visit went well for Sports physicals. Nurse practitioner was very nice and sweet and the girl that took over at the front desk was very nice and helpful . Only not so nice experience was the X-ray tech was helping out at the front desk. She definitely doesnt have much back ground with customer service a bit harsh and snippy for my taste. I have always worked in the customer to service field and you dont cut the customer off during mid cycle conversation because You dont want to hear what they have to say.

I brought my son in, because it was suspected that he had pink eye. I filled out the forms online, prior to visiting because I knew it would reduce our wait time. As any parent knows, children hate long waits. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my son, and sent over the necessary prescription immediately. Later when I called back because my son was struggling with the eye drops, the staff was again very helpful. The practitioner who saw my son earlier that afternoon, immediately called in an alternative prescription for my son. Thank you to all! Great work! Update! I went to the Midwest Express Clinic again. This time for myself. Again the entire staff did a great job even though they were extremely busy! I felt like they really listened to me, and started me on the necessary treatment. I needed to call the doctor back after my visit, because I had a question about my medication. The doctor called me back, she called my pharmacy all in a matter of about 15 minutes. She let me know what days she would be in the office next, if I needed to come back. I went in for my follow up today, and again the staff did a great job! They were knowledgeable and efficient. They had more information, as they had gotten my labs back, and quickly started me on a new treatment plan. I recommend this place to everybody. Just remember two things check in online before you go, and make sure your insurance plan is accepted. Doing that will lead to the best experience possible.

My experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the staff was really nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was all ACES! I was there to renew my DOT Medical card. Everyone smiled while talking with me and they all made eye contact. I was in and out in less than an Hour. I would recommend anyone to go to Midwest for any medical needs.

There’s nothing this amazing staff cannot do…even late after work or on the weekend! Their great location and hours help me take care of all my healthcare needs-from my urgent needs to my regular checkups-they help me with it all and with the most caring and experienced staff ever! Thanks to all!

Staff was efficient with intake, questions, and testing. Dr. Shauna was very knowledgeable and opinion was respected. Able to diagnose on site and prescribe needed meds right away for pick up.

My experience was great. Fastest walk-in I have ever had in a clinic. The visit was for my 12 year old and we agree all of the employees were top notch.

We had an appointment and waited exactly 1.5 hours before we saw the nurse practituoneer. Main patient compliant was cough. She quickly listened to the lungs through a sweater and shirt and stated that she didn’t hear anything. What a waste of time and money!

Everybody here was very friendly and professional, and they were able to take care of me in a short amount of time

Every time Ive taken my daughter here has been a positive experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, wait time is usually minimal, and making appts is easy to do online. Highly recommended if you or a family member needs to see someone right away.

The ladies at the front office were very accommodating and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to note that one of their coworkers (doctor or nurse with dirty blonde hair in a white coat) was very rude to the front office staff. I watched her talk down to them and talk to them like they were toddlers being scolded. She was very loud and others in the waiting room heard how she was talking down to them. Please do better on how you talk to your staff because that wasn’t right.

Great urgent care clinic, I’ve never had issues coming here and being seen. The wait isn’t very long unless they are busy. Definitely would recommend coming here for anything urgent if you can’t see your primary right away.

We had a good times here and they are very quick but they are rushing and because of that they missed strep test two times! I saw the nurse taking test on the palate instead throat and than older male Dr missed it too! He got nervous shaking while taking swab!The lady NP that was pregnant was going in details and doing everything in details.Very mad and highly disappointed especially because I saw they did not take and than trust them and did not go anywhere else to re check.

Dr.Heyer , was so kind and very helpful . He was patient in explaining my condition and informing me about new information concerning my condition .

I cannot thank this staff and location enough. We arrived at 1045am and was greeted with amazing souls who genuinely cared. Within 10 minutes we were being seen by the triage nurse and has some tests run. They estimated a 10-15 minute wait for the results, but within 5 minutes the PA was in the room and provided follow up care and provided the results. We will be coming to this location again when the next time arrises. Thank you again for your care and compassion.

I took my daughter in and they were amazing even when they had a lot of people they were very patient and friendly. The Doctors are amazing! They treat you like a human and really want to help out and they hear your concerns. The team work here is incredible! I love them!

Periodically I have wax buildup in my ears. I’ve had it removed on multiple occasions by a variety of specialists. Now I’ve had it done twice at Midwest Express and they do it best taking time to insure a clean ear canal. After initial irrigation they use a tool that pulls out stubborn bits of wax. Then they reexamine, irrigate more, pull out more wax and check for more wax until the canal is completely clean. Great work and care.

The staff was great. The nurses were phenomenal. Actually took the time to explain in detail what was going on with my diagnosis. Actually made me feel better before I left

This place has always been amazing I have been there only 4 times but the service is beyond and above. The last time I went I had cut my finger they put glue on it but my body rejected it later so I had to go back on Monday. They where very pleasant polite and had no problem on checking it and make sure I had antibiotics due to my body rejecting the glue I started bleeding thru the glue but after the second time that I went back my finger looks a little better. I am happy they understood and made sure they did everything they could to make sure I was good and happy

I was super sick and my doctor not available. I came to this clinic. Service was fast, and the people who work there are super friendly and happy. I then needed a letter for work, which I forgot to get and the Doctor who assisted me was off next day and still send me the letter right away anyway.I almost prefer to come there than to going to my own doctor 🫢Thank you awesome staff from Midwest Clinic!

They are lazy and very unprofessional. I took my daughter on 26th coz she wasn’t feeling well. My daughter (non-verbal autistic 9 year old) couldn’t tell what was wrong.We asked the doctors to check for uti and they checked for strep and flu too. They gave her antibiotics without the results and said start giving her that for 7 days and if she doesn’t have anything then we will call and tell so you stop.I called them today (1/10/24) to say why I never heard back and the lady was super unprofessional and rude. She said I’ll email you the results. I said did she has any thing and she said I am not a doctor so I don’t know. I said can u ask the doctor to tell me because you made me give my daughter antibiotics for 7 days and she was like you have to do a follow up to ask the doctor coz I will only send you the report.I only went there because it was next day to Christmas and most places were closed. They are so unprofessional that they don’t even give you a follow up call when they said they will. And the front desk was acting like I asked for her kidney. Unprofessional, rude and irresponsible.Do not go to them even if this is the last option you have. Go to emergency instead.

First of all the facility is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The clerical staff is courteous and efficient. I saw Dr. Heyer. He has a great ability to communicate productively, he quickly diagnosed the health issue, treated me and off I went. I am feeling great and I will achieve the full recovery forecast by Dr. Heyer. He is the best.

We came for a sick visit for me and my son and Shelby was amazing !! She was so patient with my son. She explained everything. Monica checked us in and was very friendly and quickly got us to a room. It was very quick and well run. Great place to go to and extremely great staff.

I came in to the Willowbrook location because I had a covid 19 exposure, the staff was friendly and professional. The NP saw me in ample time, was very pleasant and LISTENED to all of what I had to say. Thank you MW Express!

Waiting area could have been more welcoming and more private for patients. The receptionist asked why I was there and I had no privacy to state the purpose of my visit. Something to improve on for them! The doctor was easy to talk to, explained what was wrong with me and prescribed medicine to help it heal. I really liked him! I was 30 minutes from my pharmacy And the prescription had not been received when I got there. The pharmacist called there to get the prescription for me! Overall it was a good experience!

This urgent care is really good. It was actually recommended by my primary care office. The Front desk was fast and efficient. I only waited a couple minutes, and then i saw the doc. She listened to my problem, made a diagnosis, called in my rx’s, and got me on my way. I’ve been to bad urgent cares. But this one was excellent. I’m Glad I went there.

Everyone was very courteous and even went as far as telling me ‘Hope you feel better’ on my way out! The only suggestion I have is a second computer at the front desk. This location has been there for quite some time now and should be able to afford another computer. That would speed everything up for everyone involved, i.e., staff and patients.

I’ve been to express clinics like this before, and this one is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. I’m also a nurse, so I’m extremely judgmental of care I receive and it seems like these ladies truly care and enjoy their jobs. I needed a COVID PCR test for my employer on that day, and they were the only place open nearby that offered it. Unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance. The fees were going to be $120 to be seen by the NP and $200 for the PCR test. They waived the $120 because they knew I was self-pay which I thought was so kind and unnecessary. Definitely did not expect that! Overall, I would recommend coming here, it was fast and they are knowledgeable.

I have been in this clinic already couple of times through last few years and the service was always great. The doctors, nurses and technicians always very kind, listening and being helpful. The waiting time wasn’t also too long

I’ve been to the Willowbrook Clinic several times and always had great service. This time was different and I was quite sick. They took me in quickly and followed up with a phone call regarding my X-ray results. Highly recommend this clinic.

The worst front desk, I never seen so rude person like the person working in the front desk in this hospital. They treat you like a trash, your begging them for prescription to be send to pharmacy and the medicate for a month, just because there to lazy and don’t care for there patients . My mom was leaving out of the country for some period and I was going to the hospital couple of time just for the doctor to give us prescriptions for three months. There telling you everything it’s ok until you got to the pharmacy.There is always the same story, problem with the prescription. It looks like they don’t have idea what there doing.I called hundred time the front desk to fix the prescription and the lady there doesn’t wanna even to listen to you. She hang up the phone couple of times to me, she never give me the doctor on the phone, I asked to connect with me with some manager and she was laughing on the phone and telling me how she is a manager there. So unprofessional Even the one star it’s a lot for them.

Ashley in reception was a pleasure to talk to and the NP Patrice was a treat as well. I cant remember the young ladys name who first brought me back but we had a good time laughing back there 🤣 this place definitely gets my business!

Everyone was so nice and greeted us. We set up a time online to get in line to see the doctor and It actually was very quick and we didn’t have to wait long. The doctor was super nice and he didn’t rush us. We also liked that they played music in the hall so it wasn’t so quiet. We went there on a Saturday morning since we couldn’t get into our regular dr to have my daughter checked out for ear pain. We had our medicine within an hour of leaving, we will definitely go back when needed!

This was my first time here and II was extremely impressed. I got in right away (although I did make an appointment online and there were several patients in the waiting area). The person who took my blood pressure, info, and administered tests was very pleasant and didn’t make me feel rushed. The doctor (imagine—a real doctor—not a nurse practitioner or PA!) came in and took the time to actually show me and explain my test results and what he was prescribing. Again, I never felt like he was trying to hurry me out of there. I definitely recommend MEC!

I just needed an updated vaccination for school enrollment. I thought it would be a breeze... wrong.Even though I gave them my card information and insurance at the front desk, here I am months later getting texts for late payment. It was sent to collections for $94. Each time I called to clarify this, I was transferred to their billing department at some call center which sounds like its in another country. I asked them to email me an itemized breakdown on two separate occasions, three weeks apart to figure out where this charge was coming from. Each time, they told me it would take 7-10 days for the receipt to be emailed to me. Of course, I NEVER ended up receiving anything from them.The only thing I did end up receiving was more late payment reminders. This time, I received a message today that my missing payment went up to $130. I explained my situation again over the phone and the call representative couldnt even offer any clarification on the billing process or why I wasnt being sent my cost-breakdown. She was raising her voice at me and kept saying, Its what you owe! I literally laughed out loud at her in frustration and just paid it so that they would leave me alone.

I come here anytime my son or daughter get a high fever, strep throat or an ear infection. The nurses are so good with kids. My only complaint is the wait time. Sometimes we only wait 20 mins and other times its over an hour. Highly recommend.

Midwest Express Clinic definitely will get my business again! The whole staff was so courteous and attentive. I made an appointment online and there was no wait! I went in with ringing in my ears and an earache. They cleaned both of my ears and told me that I also had liquid behind the eardrum probably caused from allergy problems with my sinuses. They told me a good over the counter medication that would help. When I left, the ringing in my ears was much better. I immediately went to purchase the allergy medication and after 2 days I am back to 100%! Thank you Midwest for solving a problem that I have been living with for months! My own doctor didnt want to address the ear wax! I was referred to an ear specialist! I could not stand the whooshing sound in my ears any more so instead of waiting another month to be able to see the specialist, I went to Midwest. This was the best decision I have made. I would definitely go back! Thank you to all of the staff at Midwest.

I went to Midwest Express for a work physical/TB test. My primary care provider is over an hr away and Midwest is 15 minutes from my house. The staff was professional and courteous. The visit was covered by my insurance and I was seen promptly. And the best part of my experience was seeing the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist listened to me when I asked her to use a butterfly needle and in addition, she added a small heat pack to my arm to increase the blood circulation and make it easier to find my vein. No one has ever done that! There have been times in the past that I have been poked in the arm multiple times. By doing so, the phlebotomist helped me feel much more relaxed during the blood draw. 😌

Front desk staff professional and efficient. Good communication between staff and triage nurse.,Nurse Practitioner was a good communicator and addressed multiple issues ( pinkeye, sinus infection, severe cough and congestion) thoroughly. It was busy but seen and treated in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend.

The Nurse Practitioner Sharline was very nice and answered all my questions. I didn’t have to wait long to see her either. Everything was great.

This was my first visit as I wanted to get a strep test and it went by fairly quickly. I also asked to have a wellness checkup/physical since I was already there and got my blood work done. The nurses were great and Doctor George was very thorough with everything!

This is the third time I had to go to Midwest express clinic. Because I was there previously, I didnt have to redo paperwork.I had such a rough cough & low oxygen level that I needed oxygen & a chest x-ray. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Treated kindly by everyoneI give them 5 stars easily.

Came here after our regular urgent care closed 4 hrs early. Even with about 6 people in front of us we were in and out within an hr. NP Rita was extremely helpful in getting our daughter prescribed the right medication for her. Our insurance didnt cover the first one prescribed and she took the time to sit on the phone and help us talk to the pharmacist to find one that would treat her still and be covered. Very clean facility and over all great staff. Would definitely come back.

Sara was the rudest staff member I have ever encountered. I was appalled at her behavior and would have walked out if the rest of the staff wasn’t so pleasant. Sara yelled in my face, after I waited almost 2 hours. Sara was ranting and raving in the halls about me, in front of the staff and other patients. Sara’s behavior and lack of customer service was deplorable, at best. Sara should not be allowed to work with people!!! Unfortunately, I will not go back there again, solely because of Sara.

Truly caring people who take the time to assure I am heard and all of my concerns are addressed. From start to finish I felt like I was with family who actually care about my well being. Highly recommend!

I came in for a work physical with no appointment . I was immediately checked in and waited less than 10 minutes. The exam itself was very simple and the blood draw I needed was done right there and then. Very efficient and friendly staff. Everything went through my insurance and I was out in 25 minutes. Great experience!

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind and just overall fantastic. I’ve never been to a clinic where I felt so at ease. They were really professional but friendly at the same time and as someone who gets terrible anxiety and hates going to the doctors office they made me feel calm and comfortable. I’ll be definitely be coming back to this clinic for any future medical needs.

A good alternative to go when the pediatrician is not working ( after hours). I mostly use them for my kids. I always had good experiences at Midwest.Do not use your insurance, that is the trick, unless you know for sure you pay nothing. Ask upfront price for the visit and you will pay before going in.They have pretty knowledgeable staff and they do follow ups at discounted price ( about a quarter of the initial visit, this would help some patients).Other than that, stay healthy!!!

Clinic is perfect, doctors are good. Only one issues i had, Tiffany receptionist is really rude. And not even listening, interrupting, and trying to hurry finish a phone call. And didnt help me to make appointment over the phone, and day before lady made for me follow up appointment over the phone. I guess it always depends on person, or she want to help or not.

Midwest Express Clinic is always bright and clean, with friendly service. The wait times are usually hit or miss, but once you get in a room they take care of your concerns efficiently.

The wait time was like 5 mins.The doctor was a 10/10 & Very understanding,I tested positive for strep throat she sent my medicine over before I even was discharged. They also accept Medicaid what else can you want!

They assisted me very quickly I checked in online first, the NP Took a look at me and diagnosed me in no time sent my medicine to the pharmacy and I was done they were kind and compassionate woman I felt like they actually cared that I was sick and wanted to make me feel better as soon as they could. This place is great! I was basically in and out pretty quickly by checking in online which most immediate cares dont offer. The nurse practitioner was just wonderful. Friendly yet professional and efficient. Wish they had a location closer to me, but thrilled they were where we were when we needed my young daughter evaluated. The NP put my daughter(and me lol) at ease and gave her princess stickers. The only constructive criticism I have is that the waiting room could be more inviting and cleaner. But what is most important is the heart of the operation which was A++

When I entered, I asked if they use Quest Labs and was told that they do. I had to leave a stool specimen and the gal was very respectful as I was embarrassed about it. I have gone there before and always had great service.10/25/22I went in today for blood test to be done. The office was filled with about 25 people waiting to be seen, most people were with their child for a school exam. The office staff was very professional and just move people through the procedure. They were great

Nothing but good things to say about my experience at Midwest clinic. Went in on a weeknight shortly before closing to have a sliver removed that I could not get out. Receptionist and intake person were nice. Only waited about 5-10 minutes (including filing out needed paperwork). PA was professional and confident she could help, and she was able to remove the sliver with minimal pain. The best clinic experience to date and, if need again, would return.

The doctors and the rest of the staff here are great. They provide quick, efficient services at a relatively reasonable rate. I was completely satisfied with this place…until I got the bill. The bill I received on 07/22 had an itemized list of services from my first visit in June all the way through my visit in July. I paid the amount on the statement and thought I was done with it. Then I get a messaged that my payment is due soon. Completely confused and blindsided I call their billing department who tries to tell me the services in July were not included in the amount on the statement, even though all of the dates in July I went in were on the statement. I tried to explain this nicely to the person on the phone several times and they continued to tell me those dates weren’t part of the statement and I owed MORE money. So for a handful of visits, I will owe $300, which is way more than going to see my doctor twice the amount of times I went to see them. I understand Urgent Clinics are more expensive, but don’t put dates on the payment invoice that aren’t going to be included. You also can’t log into anything and see how much you owe total for anything and for these reasons, I wouldn’t give this place even 1 star if I could. It all seems pretty scam like to me and my last visit is the last time I will go to any MEC.

Both the doctor and staff were very efficient, accommodating, understanding and helpful going above and beyond helping us after the end of their day to make sure we had the appropriate paperwork for school sports. Even though the wait was long, they still treated everyone like it was their best patient. Highly recommend this clinic.

The doctors and nurses here are fantastic, however their billing practices are super shady. They require a credit card on file despite having insurance. Okay, no problem…until I received a bill. I wrote a check for the balance owed, which they cashed, and then they charged my credit card for the same amount. Two months later, this is still unresolved and I’m being forced to jump through hoops to get this resolved. Very disappointing.

This is the first clinic I’ve been to where I actually felt welcomed and not like a burden. Every single person was genuinely so nice! I went in for a Lip Flip (if you’re thinking of doing, DO IT.) Anna did my lip flip and she was extremely knowledgeable of the procedure and made me feel at ease. It was so fast and easy! This is the only express clinic I’ll be going to from now on!

Most convenient location, and the staff is first-class! Laura is a phenomenal person! I needed a rapid test for my son to get back to school on Monday, and they were quick and convenient to perform said test. Online check in process is a but lengthy, but well worth doing online beforehand so that you dont have to wait and fill out paperwork on-site. I go out of my way to visit this location because of their superiority to other establishments.

I highly recommend this place. I regularly get B12 shots here but they’ve also helped me with an infected foot and something that became an emergency. Staff is friendly and very professional. Lisa is one of the best!!

I was absolutely treated like a queen by each and every staff member. They all were so attentive to listening to all my symptoms and how I felt. I loved how The doctor took care of me. She listened to what I had to tell her about what was going on with me and gave me the right medicine for what was going on with me. She also had a lot of patience. I would keep going to her if I have too. The ladies in the office they are so kind and respectful love going in there. Best care in a while. Just went back today for sinus infection and of course my wonderful doctor Jenny was there. Once again she listened to me and of course she took care of me. I’ve been sending my husband and daughter in law to this place. They treat them so kind that my husband loves going there instead of his regular doctor just because they take forever to see him. But here is in and out with check in early of course.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Avoid it at all cost. The assistant who took us back was shouting over us across the hall to her coworker complaining while taking vitals. Then she sat us in a dirty room. There was an alcohol pad with blood on it on the counter and a cup with lipstick marks. While we waited for the doctor we could hear the assistants talking loudly and dropping f-bombs every other word. They were loudly complaining about working there. Then they started blasting Post Malone. It was the most unprofessional office I have ever been to, top to bottom.

The staff here is great. Registering for a time slot online is so easy. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor which is great! This is my go to place instead of having to book an appointment with my doctor 6 months in advance for a simple physical. Highly recommend.

My first time there. Everyone was extremely nice. The clinic was very clean. I was seen by the doctor very quickly. Will definitely go there again if I need any medical attention.

The doctor that I was seen by was a beautiful spirited lady. Who was so down-to-earth? I clicked with her right away. I wish every doctor was like her. This place is amazing.
