Dr. Gerber is absolutely amazing. Extremely passionate about her work and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and is there to help you with any and every question you would have. She is very compassionate. She puts your mind at ease. Her whole team has been the sweetest. We love the mount Kisco staff and the white plains. The sweetest ladies. My experience with RMA has been exemplary. Everyone Ive interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. The fertility journey is super stressful and unpredictable, but I always felt supported and had clarity along the way. And maybe most importantly, the results - I delivered a perfect baby girl in 2022 and am now pregnant with my second. Thank you to everyone at RMA for making this possible for us. Special shoutouts to Dr. Lederman and his team - Katie, Nicole, Jennifer, and the nurses who took my blood every two days!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Lederman and his team. He is knowledgeable and responsive. His care coordinator Jennifer is amazing and so are all the nurses. Going through ivf, taking a ton of hormones can make one a bit crazy unreasonable but these guys are compassionate and will guide you every step of the way. I Most definitely recommend them.

I dont have enough wonderful things to say about the staff at RMA, from the doctors to the nurses to the answering service. I felt like I had full access at all times to a doctor or a nurse. It really went a long way to helping me feel comfortable and confident with the entire process. I absolutely recommend RMA!

The nurses, especially Jordyn, were always there to answer our questions, provide reassurance, and offer encouragement. I highly recommend RMA of New York, specifically the White Plains and Mt. Kisco offices. After 3 long years of infertility, my husband and I scheduled our first appointment with Dr. Lederman in December of 2021 and by November of 2022 we had our little rainbow baby. In addition, I unexpectedly got pregnant naturally with my second baby shortly after having my first and Dr. Lederman took me in as a patient right away. He monitored my first 9 weeks of this pregnancy to make sure everything was ok. He is a great doctor! He is very knowledgeable, honest, and supportive and makes the IVF process a lot easier. Nurse Katie Silver was also an amazing support for me during both my pregnancies. She made me feel very comfortable and was always available for anything I needed during and after our IVF treatment. The faculty in both offices are very thorough and understanding. They are always available to answer any question and/or be there for support when needed.

Had the best experience at RMA. Dr. Klein is absolutely amazing, compassionate, patient and answers emails within minutes which is so comforting. Every staff member at RMA was wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough good things about RMA and Dr. Klein. I also worked with Dr. Rosen for a surgery and she was so great. Best experience with doctors that I have ever had. No one wants to be in the situation to need to come here, but if you need fertility support I highly recommend RMA in white plains.

Dr. Lederman is a knowledgeable, kind, and competent provider. I had success with my first round of IVF and now have my wonderful baby girl. Martha Fennessy, the nurse practitioner at RMA, is also very helpful and prompt in her response time, which is important when going through IVF. I would recommend Dr. Lederman at RMA to anyone experiencing fertility issues.

CHECK your bills and invoices!! I had an awful experience with their Finance dept from the beginning. They overcharged us for more than 3,600 and I felt it was wrong calculation and told them before the paying the bill. Finance dept insisted that I paid everything upfront, however, after my unsuccessful three IVF attempts they refused to recalculate the cost. I ended up calling my insurance company who put us on three way call with RMA and only after that the clinic agreed to reimburse the overcharged money.unfortunately it is not the end. A year later I got a message from RMA saying that I have a balance of 600 doll. I was surprised. It took few calls to find out that they billed me for embryo storage!! As a reminder my three IVF attempts didnt result in conceiving or embryos. I called the finance and after few conversations they simply said: ok, you can disregard the last invoice. No apologies, no sorry for giving more stress after all experience with the clinic and IVF procedure. So unethical and non considerate!! I am sure that during IVF moms are in stress and all emotional but please CHECK all the financial details.

I highly recommend RMA of NY for anyone with infertility issues, or LGBTQ people looking to have children. I am a single mother by choice. Dr. Lederman not only gave me my beautiful and perfect son (via IVF) in 2015, but now I am pregnant with my precious daughter. Dr. Lederman, Dr. Klein, their nurses, the front desk, and their entire staff are so loving, kind, and supportive through this really difficult, yet amazing, process. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Lederman, and RMA of NY, to anyone having difficulty getting pregnant. They answer prayers and make miracles on a daily basis. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Lederman and his team.

Dr. Klein is a wonderful doctor and we had a great experience at this clinic. The front desk staff are friendly and kind, and all the nursing staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend RMA and Dr. Klein for anyone in need of infertility treatments.

Dr. Lederman was referred by my OBGYN at CareMount to assist with Ashermans Syndrome. Dr. Lederman does not perform hysteroscopies and he sent me to Manhattan to Dr. Davis (RMA) The doctor that does the most surgery. This is NOT the place and/or these are NOT the doctors to help you with Ashermans Syndrome.

Due to COVID-19, the staff is no longer required to conduct themselves with respect or sincerity with patients. It seems to be their own interpretation of social distancing, but either way, the service industry has changed.What to expect:You will be yelled at to leave the room, but it’s for your safety.You will be ignored, but it’s for your safety.You will be left completely in the dark about all treatments and treatment times, but it’s for your own safety.You will be disrespected and talked to as if you are a burden or annoying, but it’s for your own safety.You will feel like you are on an assembly line, but it’s for your own safety.Still giving 5 stars because I imagine I would have had a much better experience if it wasn’t during a pandemic. Long story short, If you want to get pregnant using this facility. I highly suggest that you wait until Covid-19 pandemic is completely over. The fertility treatment process is stressful enough as it is.

Good staff and good service. Not so happy with their financial service. Some services recommend by doctor not cover under insurance. RMA dont provide any kind of payment plan. I ha fail IVF and
