Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

Went in to get a sports physical ($30) for my son it was great! Recommended by someone in the area. Typically I take my children to kids urgent care. They have a kid friendly waiting room, TV, table-set and books. Adorable kid packs to take home! I even came back for myself!

Needed a place for a quick ear issue. Convenient Cares had long wait. I was in and out here in 1 hr. Only thing is when I walked in there was no one at desk and no sign about what to do. I asked people waiting and they said someone would come. Perhaps have a sign in sheet? Then you can sit down and wait. Everything else was great from technician to nurse practitioner

Small wait, but overall not bad. In and out in just over 1 hour, with multiple tests run and with them being busy. Got my diagnosis and treatment plan in that time which Im happy about. Dr. Elizabeth is amazing! Great personality, joyful, and informative. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Waking up to your kiddo barking like a seal is not the way to start the weekend. I Googled urgent care centers near me and MW Express was the first result. The online appointment process was super fast and easy. We were able to check in before leaving our house. The entire staff was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. We were in & out in under an hour. One thing I would suggest is adding more seating in the waiting room; otherwise everything was great.

Very pleasantly surprised from the time I walked in the door. The facility was very clean, very well run, extremely professional. Everyone was incredibly kind, efficient and the doctor was very thorough. We were in and out quickly but did not feel rushed. We will absolutely use their services if needed in the future.

Came to the clinic at 8:00 am and was first one here. Check in took at least 25 minutes. Finally in a room at 8:40 and still waiting to be seen at 9:00. Would leave but have committed too much time. Definitely not “express”. Would not recommend and will go to Northwestern Medicine urgent care next time I need a simple non-emergency procedure. 9:05 and I left with no services completed. Do not recommend this facility.

My experience from scheduling online to being seen in person was easy. I don’t think I’ve ever been in an office where everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse to the doctor seemed happy about being at work on a Sunday, but they did. They all seemed concerned about listening and doing what they could to help get me back to feeling better.

I will most definitely be coming back here for any urgent care issues. The staff was so nice and warm. You can definitely tell they care for their patients. Not only was the staff pleasant, but the facility was clean and spotless.

This clinic is top-notch with excellent staff and a remarkable NP. Ms. Dellamorte, the nurse practitioner, is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful demeanor. The other staff were welcoming and very helpful as well.After a very unexpected visit to the ER, I chose to do my follow up with Ms. Dellamorte and I am extremely glad that I did. She took the time to go over every single test result (in detail) and was willing to answer any questions I had. I highly, highly recommend this clinic and I will absolutely be using them for any medical needs in the future.

Very quick and easy to be seen. Quel was very helpful when I had trouble making an appointment today. Sarah and Dr. Wilson were great as well with patient care . Good team there and made me feel comfortable.

The staff at this location are phenomenal! Starting with Quel who assisted me with registration to Jaylynn who did my intake and ending with the NP Agnes my visit was efficient, professional and a very pleasant experience. The location is spacious and very clean. Highly recommend! This team delivers great care.

Far better than what I expected.. the nurse and the doctor were so kind.Place is clean and service fast. I called somewhere else and they said 3 hr wait. So happy for finding this clinic.

Extremely kind staff!! Very sterile environment, the nurses there are so so gentle! I was in and out within an hour! HIGHLY recommend!!

It was very clean nice and quick, very friendly front desk and gentle nurses very good doctors we’ve been there twice and both times we only spend like 40 minutes there, which is nice!

Had a great experience at Midwest express Clinic. My wife fell and had a hard time walking, they didnt have a wheelchair so they used a desk chair with wheels to.get her in.Quel and Jalynn were both fantastic. They were very helpful.

Scheduled an appointment for some blood work. I was pleasantly surprised on how fast everything went. Clean place, new building, kind attentive staff. Very happy I went to Midwest Express Clinic, especially the Wheaton location.

First visit to Midwest Express Clinic - Wheaton and everyone there was great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names to publicly praise them on job well done but it’s now my go to urgent care location.

I havent been back to the doctors office in a while let alone get my blood drawn, but the clinics staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Shoutout to Quel, Jalynn, Agnes, Sarah, and Dr. Wilson! (Yes, I had to work with a lot of people because my wee veins refused to relinquish my blood haha). However, they eased my nerves and made the visit quite smooth overall. Facility was clean and well lit. I highly recommend visiting this clinic if the need arises!

My nurse and doctor were very helpful and listened to my concerns and symptoms! After being sick for a month, I was turned away from a previous clinic, which suggested I just had a virus and recommended I ride it out. After coming to Midwest for a second opinion, I was finally diagnosed and given treatment! I am so thankful for them and would highly recommend coming here!!

Midwest Express Clinic has clean facilities. The staff is kind and courteous and sees patients in a timely manner. They always have availability and have a variety of services they provide to avoid waiting around for availability at other practices. I saw Quel and Agnes today for my care and they were both so pleasant to interact with.

Everyone at this clinic is so kind and thorough! I felt taken care of and they did a great job exploring different ways they could help me with my symptoms. I recommend anyone to come here who’s not feeling well!

Very happy I found this place. Super clean, staff were friendly. I think from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was about 45 minutes. Next time someone in my family is sick, we’ll go here instead of trying to get an appointment with our regular doctor.

Minute Express Clinic in Wheaton was great! All of the staff from stepping in the door, to the tech doing the tests and the doctor following up. They were extremely thorough, caring, and friendly Thank you, Quel, Jalynn, and Agnes! I recommend them to everyone when they need an urgent care!

The whole experience was very pleasant . The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Which you want when you are not feeling well. She was very helpful. The nurse practitioner was excellent also.

Always have a great experience here. Never a long wait and always get the care we need.The staff and doctors are amazing. Quel & Dr. Wilson took great care of us today! Quel went above and beyond with her care and gave us home remedy advice! We will def be back ❤️ Highly recommend!!

I had a very good experience at midwest express clinic wheaton. The staff is super nice and helpful and the clinic is squeaky clean. Ms.Charlie and J-len made me feel calm and relaxed. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me with the procedure very efficiently.

I’ve been to a few Midwest express clinics and this one was definitely the most efficient. Sarah at the front desk was kind and welcoming. Quel was very helpful and quick when taking all necessary info and Maggie the provider was very informative and answered all questions! Loved this location

I was travelling out of state and found Midwest Express Wheaton on a Google search. Reviews were great and I can see why! The staff was courteous, I got in right away and back to having fun with family in no time. Thank you for your great care Midwest!

Went to MEC on a Friday night and was met with a clean facility, no wait and friendly staff. I was in and out in about 35 minutes and was very happy with the service I was provided. Thank you to all the ladies at the Wheaton location!

The staff at the Wheaton location were great. They explained everything, they made the environment pleasant for my kids. Quel and Jalynn should be named for their great service!

This location was very clean, the staff were all friendly and professional. The online check in was very quick and simple. My concerns were all addressed and testing done in a timely manner.

The space was clean smelled good. The staff was amazing. Everything in there was a top-tier environment to be in. I even returned with my son for his physical great great place. Superb.

Very clean office, one of the best Midwest Express branches I’ve been to. Service was fast and professional, staff is lovely and was happy to answer my questions and concerns. Coffee in the waiting lobby was a bonus!

Quel & Sarah were polite and attentive. However, Dr Wilson took me in and she was rude. She had a judgy tone and a mean attitude, almost disregarding what I was telling her. I dont understand why I was previously asked questions about medication and stuff if shes not gonna read it and ask again. She questioned HOW DID I KNOW that it was MY OVARIES that hurt? Like i dont know my body and I dont know how a period pain feels like. Totally out of place. Plus she wanted to do an ultrasound... when I came in for what was clearly a UTI. Trying to overcharge much? I dont know. Seemed really unprofessional to me. If youre having a bad day, dont take it out on me. How come this is how you treat patients? Lol. For sure will not be coming back or at least, if I do, will refuse to be treated by her.

Had to get my ear checked out, and this was the only place that did same day check up with walkins! Lorraine and Quel are the best :) ! Will definitely be coming back here in the future! 10/10 recommend you guys come here

10/10 with this clinic across the board, I don’t have a lot of good experiences with doctors personally, the staff here was awesome, though and super fast. In and out of there in an hour, X-rays included.

MEC in Wheaton took care of my cut hand on a Sunday with no wait and great staff. Our insurance is HMO so it was all out of pocket. I paid under $300 for stitch/glued cut, a tetanus shot and great care.

My family and I have been to this location a few times. The check in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The wait times have been reasonable and the care has been great.

I made an appt to go in for an urgent care appt at the Wheaton IL location. I should have known when there were no cars or a wait that this place probably wasn’t the best choice. I’ve had migraines since I was a small child. On the website it stated that they had migraine care at this site. I checked in and explained that I’d been having a terrible migraine for over 2 weeks. That I had been seeing my neurologist but I was feeling terrible and didn’t want to go to the ER with the wait time for a migraine cocktail. The person asked what I got. I told them. It’s pretty simple if you get regular migraines. The person came back in my room and told me that, that was too much for them to handle(we are talking about fluids, tordol, zofran and Benadryl). I needed to go to the ER. So just an FYI don’t go to this place if you have anything more than a scratch because it will be too much for them to handle. Don’t call yourself an urgent care if you aren’t one. Also you take an oath to help people in need but when I came in for help you told me to go somewhere else to get it. I was trying not to spend 6000.00 for a migraine iv.
