Prognify Urgent Care Of Westland

Showed up for my appointment the place was closed. Called the desk, no answer, its past my apt time im sitting in the parking lot. their phone message said they are out for lunch 1:30-2 pm, its 2:20 and my apt was 5 minutes ago... no message no update no contact to let anyone with appointments know whats going on? discusting for an urgent care.Also your be right back sign says 6:05 for no reason, real helpful.

Provider NP Whitney was so kind & caring! Staff was so helpful & patient with us , as I had all my kiddos with me on a random wednesday AM. There’s some pretty indecent urgent cares in this area and I’ve always made the drive to Canton instead. It’s nice that I’ve found this gem of a place so close to home.

I wish I could leave no stars. Keep going don’t stop. This place is a joke the person taking my blood pressure get it over my sweater which made the cuff work harder and tighter leaving me feeling lightheaded I came in there because I believed I had a torn tendon in my knee. They had me walk over to their x-ray machine knowing that my bone wasn’t broken but still did an x-ray. You don’t have a CAT scan machine so they can’t tell me what’s really wrong. Bedside manner was off from start. Front desk was lovely the doctor came off as rude and nonchalant

This Urgent Care has been so great to me I burned my legs by accident with a hot cup of tea I dropped the tea on my lap but the drs n nurses were so wonderful to helping me this is a great Urgent Care they’ve helped me anytime I needed to come in and help me They are Just Wonderful I feel like I’ve known them for a long time

I came in on 01/05/25 for testing and Doctor Bonnie and her staff was very sweet, kind, informative and honest. If I could come back to this location I would.

I had an appointment but still sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Then I was a little bit upset because I needed a chest x-ray but their x-ray machine has been down for over a month. They swabbed me for Covid and the flu, but both were negative, so I was advised to go to the hospital... I had picked this UC because they advertised ​that they run labs and do X-rays, so I was a bit disappointed that all they did was the swab. I thought this place would save me a trip to the hospital. That being said, everyone from the front desk to the provider was very sweet and the provider did seem genuinely concerned about my condition... Going to try a different UC today 🤷🏼‍♀️

My visit at this clinic could not have went better! The staff is great! I did not wait long and was taken care of thoroughly. I highly recommend Prognify in Westland!

No compassion or care here. Only concern about payment. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Health care should be about helping people not about profit. This company is lower than low.

There was not anyone in the lobby which I noticed your express check in which I was about to continue when I overheard laughing so since your staff have time to laugh that lets me know unprofessional no compassion furthermore I take my urgent care to emergency where I know I will get better services as well my doctor will receive the update to what I was coming in.

All the staff there were absolutely wonderful very respectful and very intuitive. She helped me understand some of my findings of my MRI. The nurse practitioner definitely took her time to make sure I understood everything that she could explain and cared enough to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed through the visit.

It was great. The check in person was very nice and cheerful. The provider I saw listened to me and took in consideration I work in the medical field. I’m on an antibiotic now and my symptoms are resolving. Very good urgent care.

Really nice office and nice staff. Good with kids too. I have a baby under 2 and they were patient with him and very helpful.

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They were super quick to diagnose and treat my strep throat and had me out the door. Thanx to the three young women that made my experience there a great one!

They were fast, attentive, and caring. We had to rush to meet a flight and they quickly helped us. They even gave us medical advice for when we landed after the flight as well.

They’re friendly and helpful but I’ve gone for the first appointment twice now and they didn’t open on time and I’m not the only reviewer to say this so it seems like they don’t actually open at 9am

One of my kids had a nasty ear infection. Everyone was polite and we were seen quick.

Had to visit an urgent care while traveling. Took less than an hour for the entire visit. Promptly received lab and Xray diagnoses sent to my doc.
