Dr. Jain and his team are caring, kind and pay great attention to every detail regarding your infertility care. I had a wonderfully positive experience throughout two very difficult rounds of IVF for each of my 2 children. I had to complete an entire second round of IVF for my second child and the compassion throughout the process could not have been more appreciated. I owe so much to RGI and their team! My two healthy babies would not exist without them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about RGI! We had the best experience with everyone we encountered in this office. We were received with open arms and showed more compassion and empathy than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Jain and his team made our dreams of becoming parents come true and for that we are forever grateful!

Our family cannot thank RGI Columbus and Dr.Jain enough, for the gifts they have given us. We have a 3 year old little boy and are currently pregnant with our second. It was not an easy road but I can’t imagine getting here without RGI. You have a nurse navigator that provides real time updates and that you can text anytime with questions, Kelsey was amazing. Dr. Jain never gave up on his optimism for us and would personally reach out after both good and bad results. We would recommend RGI over and over again if you ever find yourself needing fertility services. You will be in the best hands, with people who truly care, know you, remember you and are supporting you every step of the way!

Love everyone at RGI! From the sweetest front desk girls, to the nurses, to Dr Jain, everyone there gives the best care. Sydney was a wonderful care coordinator assigned to us and was always incredibly responsive and kind. Could not have asked for better 1:1 care. Also the phlebotomist, Stacey— was the absolute BEST!! I never once bruised or felt ANY pain and you have to get your blood drawn a LOT for IVF. Not only is she awesome at her job but she’s SO sweet too. I literally looked forward to blood draws! Everyone there is top tier!!! Would never go anywhere else! Currently 18 weeks pregnant w baby girl :) thank you RGI and Dr Jain for being the best of the best.

This place is the most unprofessional medical office my wife and I have ever dealt with. The techs are rude and abrasive, and Dr. Jain is completely void of any emotion or empathy. The billing department is not competent at their job, and you will not receive a bill for at least one year after your treatment. At this time, they will tell you that your insurance has denied the claims, and you are responsible for the full amount on your account that you have been completely unaware of. We called the office after receiving texts from them that were misspelled and looked to be spam asking for payment. The lady said that we had a zero balance on our account and we left it at that. Another seven months later, we are getting two bills in the mail for $650. We showed them proof that they never notified us of the payment and said if we did not pay, we would be put in collections. This is all two years after the first treatment, and after we have already switch to Ohio reproductive medicine, and was successful having our first child there. We will pay our bill to avoid being put into collections, but this review is the best I can do to fight back. This place is a scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Watch out because Dr. Jain does practice at other offices too. The lady name, Kendra in the billing department well swear that you did not provide information and once you show her proof you did, she will lie and say they have contacted you multiple times for payment.

We can’t say enough about our experience with RGI. We were given a very small chance of having children naturally due to chromosomal abnormalities and knew IVF was our true chance at having our own children. We researched the success rates at all the clinics in Ohio and chose RGI based off of their SART rates. Dr. Jain and Sydney (along with the rest of the staff) were truly incredible to work with. We had clear timelines and instructions for medication and appointments. We were able to text Sydney at any time with questions and she would reply promptly with clear and reassuring answers. We were blessed to become pregnant with our first frozen embryo transfer in November and just welcomed our little girl into the world a few weeks ago. I truly can’t thank the staff at RGI enough for bringing our miracle into the world. We are so grateful. Thank you Dr. Jain, Sydney, and all of RGI!

We had a great experience with RGI. After 4 natural ectopics and the loss of a tube, we decided IVF was our best option. We went to another clinic first, but didn’t create any embryos with them. We decided to switch to RGI with Dr. Jain. He retrieved more eggs, had more fertilize, and created more embryos than the other clinic. We now have a precious baby boy. I loved my experience and my navigator. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had a great experience at RGI! I saw Dr.Warwar and loved her, she was very informative, supportive and easy to talk to. I felt like I was talking to a friend. The nurses are very sweet and would always follow up via their text line with details and to answer any questions I had. I was always able to get in at a time that worked for me as well. It’s a time-sensitive, tedious process and I always felt like they had their ducks in a row with what stage I was in. Currently expecting my first baby in December!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain and RGI since late 2019/early 2020. I 100% recommend Dr. Jain and the RGI team. While the infertility journey is absolutely no fun, I always felt I was receiving the best care at RGI. We have one happy, wild toddler and fingers crossed, one more on the way thanks to RGI.If you are reading this review, you are likely comparing the two fertility clinics in Columbus, Ohio and I hope this review will help assist you in the decision. I have been through an IVF cycle(s) at both practices and I unequivocally recommend RGI for a number of reasons:1. I always saw Dr. Jain. You are not passed to other physicians for scans, retrievals, transfers, etc.. This can make a huge difference in how your scans are interpreted and overall results (or lack there of) in an IVF cycle.2. Bloodwork, scans, and all appointments are at scheduled times. You do not arrive in a mass group with other patients and the scheduling was always organized. Even on days where RGI may have ran a little behind due to an emergency, I always felt my schedule/time was respected. This was huge for me as a working professional trying to balance work with treatment.3. My opinions were respected. If I wanted to tweak my protocol in any way, my thoughts were heard and adjusted in any way they reasonably could. This included modifying a transfer schedule to adhere to my professional needs and running extra labs when I asked.4. The lab team is incredible. If you are concerned about quality and success of your embryos, this team has you. You may rarely see them (except at transfers and retrievals), but they are a HUGE part of this process and their statistics (available online) speak for themselves.5. The entire team truly cares and is invested in your success! The front desk team knows my name. Dr. Jain reached out to me personally on numerous occasions throughout my treatment to just check in. If I ever needed him for a specific question or concern, he was always available. The nurses promptly responded to any texts, questions, or schedule changes.Ill never be able to thank Dr. Jain and the RGI team adequately, but I hope this review shows a small amount of our familys gratitude and helps anyone else facing the tough road of infertility. I will miss Dr. Jains sarcasm, quick whit, and candidness...but, I will certainly not miss the IM injections! With (unending) thanks,Katie & family

We began our journey with RGI in May 2023. After years of struggling with unexplained infertility, we recently welcomed our first child via IVF at RGI. Everyone at the clinic helped guide us through the whole process, from financial questions, to medication questions, to procedural questions. They are very good at what they do and we have been able to complete our family because of their help.

We are so grateful for our experience with Dr. Jain. I am elated to have recently welcomed my daughter to the world after years of trying on our own, multiple failed IUI rounds with my OB/GYN, and misguided and invasive treatments with a different fertility clinic in town prior to switching to RGI. My new baby would not have been possible without Dr. Jain’s expertise and perseverance. He is very professional, compassionate, and responsive. Even with so many patients, he always took time to answer my questions, and even called/texted me directly to discuss at times—it is rare to actually reach a doctor directly these days. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, and he genuinely cared about us growing our family… Knowing this helped me trust his opinion and follow his guidance.I believe this office takes pride in their high success rates, and I respected the fact that their goals were aligned with mine: a healthy baby was the ultimate goal. By contrast, I felt like other fertility clinics were more financially motivated and therefore pushed multiple costly and ineffective treatments before discussing IVF.With our IVF at Dr. Jain’s practice, we were lucky enough to get pregnant after our first embryo transfer. We did have several “canceled” cycles prior to crossing the finish line, so all in all, I received treatment here for about 15 months. I know other couples who were in and out in just a few months; every case is different. I would advise any new patients to not be shy about advocating for yourself, and have some patience with the process.I would definitely recommend Dr. Jain at RGI for your fertility needs!

Dr. Jain and his team are incredible. I was extremely nervous walking into an infertility office years ago, but was immediately greeted by warm front desk staff, nurses and Dr. Jain. After several failed IUIs, he encouraged more testing and we ultimately decided on IVF - which ended up working for us the first time and we now have a beautiful baby girl!Infertility is exhausting and emotional and Dr. Jain made my experience much better than it could have been. He contacted me off hours just to check in and make sure I was doing OK and would go out of his way to say hello in the waiting room. The nurses were always available via their app with questions, concerns, etc.I felt extremely comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I definitely recommend Dr. Jain and his team!

Do not recommend using this facility. My experience started out with the financial coordinator lying about what costs my insurance would cover. I wish I would have backed out when this happened, but I naively continued with this office thinking that would have been the only issue. I was given incorrect information from the Dr about the requirements during treatment, the office is so disorganized that 90% of my appointments were scheduled same day, which as an adult that is difficult to accommodate for 15+ appointments. The staff have incredibly poor communication, and because of it my transfer has been pushed back more than a month. The office will also fight you if you request anything outside of their normal procedure, even if its something for your physical comfort.

Dr Jain is nothing short of a miracle worker – at least that’s how we refer to him in our house. After five years of infertility treatments (spanning IUI to IVF) at a clinic near home, we were nearing the conclusion that children likely weren’t in our future. Deciding to give it one last go, we opted for multiple 4-hour round trip drives to have Dr. Jain take our “case.” Dr. Jain believed a natural cycle would work for me – something my previous clinic had never tried – and I’m happy to report that my newborn son is here in the room with me now. Long story short, ~5 years at another clinic = no success for us versus LESS THAN A YEAR under Dr, Jain’s care = not only did I get pregnant and STAY pregnant, but I now have a healthy, perfect 7-week-old. We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Jain, the one person to help us successfully complete our journey.

I knew I was one of many patients at the clinic, but always felt that the details of my case were paid attention to and considered in changing my treatment plan. I have recommended Dr. Jain and his office to others and will continue to do so for anyone struggling with fertility. I especially appreciate the straight-forwardness of Dr. Jain and his staff. I always knew the details of the various procedures and my particular case, even when the news wasn’t always good news. I was always able to follow up with any and all questions I had with staff, the genetic testing company, and Dr. Jain, with some of those answers coming via email, phone call or app, if not in person during an appointment.

My husband and I became patients at RGI in 2017. We have MFI so we saw the clinic urologist as well as the fertility doctor, both of whom told us definitively that our only hope at pregnancy was IVF with ICSI, and that our chance of conceiving naturally was less than 1%. We did 4 different transfers, one of which thankfully resulted in our 5 year old son. Now, almost 10 years later, we found out from a urologist outside of RGI that my husband has a very common and treatable cause of infertility. He will be having surgery next month to correct it. To know that the financial, emotional, and physical toll that fertility treatments have taken could have been avoided altogether is incredibly frustrating, and I can’t help but feel that we were lied to or manipulated in order to get us signed up for the most expensive fertility treatment available. In addition to this obvious and inexcusable error, the communication during our time at RGI got progressively worse, the front desk and nursing staff were consistently rude, and we got the feeling on multiple occasions that we were being subtly pressured by the specialist into doing more cycles and spending more and more money. We traveled to a different clinic out of state for our last transfer, and it was a drastic improvement in every way. With all of that said, despite my gratitude for helping us bring my precious son into the world, I cannot recommend RGI.

I’ve been a patient since 2018, with multiple IVFs. I was a patient at ORM before that and we did multiple IVFs as well. We chose RGI over Spring Creek because their doctor didn’t review anything that ORM did and went straight to detoxify methods and recommended to buy a very expensive folate vitamin. The reason we chose Dr. Jain was because he was very straightforward about what ORM didn’t do about meditation and timing and what he will do to improve the chance of pregnancy. He was very realistic, but also hopeful and that gave us a strong belief that we can do this right. He also does great job doing and reading ultrasounds. Some reviews say he doesn’t remember things about patients. I think that sometimes when you see a lot of patients things like that can happen, but I’d rather him look at the info in the file and ultrasound instead of relying on memory to make a decision. He’s also good at adjusting medication strategies quickly based on how your body reacts.English is my second language and Dr. Jain has been patient with me. He made sure I fully understood the results of my appointment and answered all my questions.Stacia is a great physician assistant as well, she’s good at ultrasounds and answering questions without giving patients a feeling like they can’t ask more questions. Teri helped us go through the tough times and communicate very well. She’s very knowledgeable and she has great empathy which is very important in the infertility office. Kaela also does a great job with communicating thru messages professionally. They also have great lab people and anesthesiologist for IVF procedures. The front office and billing department has gone downhill since we started.I recommend going here. Dr. Jain is the best!I think the key of success is to be healthy (so you live long and have healthy baby & take care of the baby) and don’t give up until trying more than one time. Keep the hope realistic (remember that they are here to improve chances of pregnancy not to guarantee your baby, because that’s up to you or partner’s health, your financial situation, patients and decisions). Don’t loose hope (life must go on not matter if you are hormonal or painful from shots), ask your doctor questions.

The billing department does not respond or ever call back, I have text, called, and left several messages over a span of 2 months and I get crickets. To top it off I get denied my Dr office visit bc Im told my nurse never submitted the correct documents to my insurance to cover my visit the day of my visit unless I pay out of pocket. Mind you I have 2 insurances and scheduled the appointment a month in advance for a time sensitive medical appointment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office like the plague.

I started seeing Dr.Jain in December in 2021 didn’t start out bad but my experience ended bad. We ran the initial tests then decided to try for a year to see nothing happened so we decided to go back in November of 2022 and I had a hysteroscopy which that was a horrible experience. I was on the table ready to go in the stirrups already nervous for the test and the doctor comes in and proceeds to ask me why we were doing this test? So I had to explain to him why. Then during the test he got frustrated and I started bleeding so he gave up on that and walked out and said I’ll call you later which surprisingly he did, that was one of the worst experiences thus far in my life I left so humiliated and confused. I came back in December 2022 for the hysterosalpingogram which was another failure. The next step was going to be clomid but I just didn’t feel comfortable so I left and did not go back. Come August 2023 I started with a new fertility specialist and in the last month I have received more answers than in two years here. Don’t be afraid to advocate for the healthcare you deserve. I will end by saying the nurses and front desk staff for were wonderful especially my RN navigator Kailea I believe was her name. Overall I would not recommend this practice if your looking for the answers your need regarding fertility.

There very disorganized and unprofessional. I have seen so much staff turn over. Every time l go in there’s somebody new and that’s very concerning. We were scheduled for an embryo transfer using donor eggs and spent $27,000 and the day we were scheduled our doctor was out sick and nobody bothered to tell us. They were 2 hours late to do our transfer doctor Jain ended up doing it and his assistant that was in the room dropped our catheter on the floor and they were unprepared and we had a healthy embryo and l think it sat out to long. When Dr. Jain did the transfer l felt like he was rushing and didn’t take his time. When he was finished his response was well this is my last transfer for the day lm out. That really made me feel horrible like he was rushing to leave. The nurse kept telling him l was ready and he took his good old time. I call every time to talk and they never answer there phone up front it’s very frustrating. I wouldn’t trust Dr. Jain as far as l could spit. I had Dr. Zolton and she was a good doctor honestly l think we would of had a successful pregnancy if she would of been the one that did it.

I am writing this review to help anyone who is considering this clinic make their decision, especially since this clinic is now self-pay only. I was under the care of Dr. Jain for a few months. Every time I came to see him, he had no idea who I was or what my appointment was for when he would come into the room. This is a busy place but he seems to always be scrambling and unsure of what is happening with his patients. The appointments are very fast and he does not allow any time to ask questions or have explanations to the treatment plan. Every time I have gone for a visit, I had to call or do an online message to ask about what happened during my visit and what to expect next because he would quickly leave the room. There were also times where prescriptions would be placed for me and I was instructed to start taking them with no explanation as to why I needed them. Also, the clinic switched to self pay days before I was scheduled to have an IUI done so my insurance would no longer be allowed to cover this care. This change was made with no prior communication to the patients. I just received a message one day stating that they would only be accepting self-pay. Since then, I have had many issues with incorrect billing from RGI.I will say that the front desk staff were the best part of going to RGI. They were always friendly and willing to help me if they could. This is a very emotionally challenging and expensive experience so please consider other options first.

I dont typically write reviews, but infertility is such a daunting thing to tackle and I want to share my experience with other women to help them as they go through their journey! We started going to RGI in March and worked with Dr. Jain. We did 2 IUIs and 1 round of IVF. Toward the beginning of the experience, it felt very rushed and that nothing was ever fully explained to us. We didnt feel that a thorough history was taken and that we didnt get detailed answers to our issues. When we got to the IVF process, there was a lack of support as we navigated how to mix medications, do injections, and use the correct needles/items. The videos they sent to reference werent even from RGI-they are random YouTube videos. It was very frustrating trying to figure it out on our own. Ultrasound appts were very rushed and I learned to basically wait until the dr left and ask the nurses what was going on.I will say that the longer I worked with Dr.Jain, i could feel that he had empathy for our situation and really wanted us to succeed. He was always available by text message and responded in a timley manner. He is a very nice man and did whatever he could to help us. But appointments were so rushed, and he would end up having to ask me if he had already put me on supplements, and what our plan was from last time that we discussed. It never sat well with me that he didnt seem to remember our case details when he walked into an exam room.It just overall felt like there were too many patients being seen at this practice to get fully individualized attention. For round 2 we decided to go to another clinic who had different testing options and a more current and updated IVF plan for us to follow. RGI didnt plan to change anything from our first round, so it didnt make sense to stay.I know a lot of women have success here and overall the staff is very friendly, its a very clean and nice facility, and they really want to help. It just felt too busy, and we wanted some updated testing and methods of IVF for our next round.

I am writing this review to hopefully help guide another woman who is looking for answers like I was and unfortunately still am. I have been going to this practice for almost 1 year. The raving reviews from women having success with pregnancy is what brought me to this place. Each encounter I have had with Dr.Nash has felt rushed and he never explains things. There has never been open discussion between my husband, myself and Dr.Nash regarding our plan. This is our journey and I thought we would be included in our plan. I can honestly say at this point I regret choosing RGI. Families who experience infertility already have enough frustrations and once they choose to start the path of infertility treatment they should be treated with empathy and honesty. I am a RN and know that Dr.Nash should be providing better care to his patients. He should treat each and every patient with respect and give them each his undivided attention. I feel like all I am is a number and money to them.

This recommendation is long, but I can’t tell you in a few sentences why I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jain or RGI.This process is both emotionally and financially exhausting at times, so do your research too!I met Dr. Jain in 2016 after multiple losses; some random and some genetically contributing that was not related with one another. My husband and I had been through genetic blood testing as well with no concrete results of where our problems were coming from. Our MFM Dr. at Mount Carmel suggested that we see RGI and Dr. Jain specifically. We had nothing to lose...At this point I was just getting information but not sure that IVF was a route that we would go. I had no issues getting pregnant but I was learning that due to low ovarian reserve I was getting pregnant with not-so-good eggs.I understood the benefit of IVF for the genetic testing capability of the eggs, but ended up deciding to take some time off. For lack of a better word I was exhausted. Sure, having a baby was ideal but in all honesty I loved my husband, family, job, dogs, nephews, etc. and wasn’t sure how much more I had in me to pursue this.I am including these thoughts because Dr. Jain, his nurses and staff were always wonderful, super informative and never once pushy. I appreciated that. When we eventually sat down (a few years later) to talk about my problems, Dr. Jain was honest and did not sugar coat the likeliness that this would be easy. He said around a 15% chance, as my AMH was low and getting lower. (I am 38) Statistics like that can be discouraging but we made our minds up to give it a try anyways. I didn’t want to look back and have any ‘what ifs’.This was our first and only round. After weeks of injections and some mood swings, I had 3 eggs at the retrieval. 2 fertilized and 1 made it through the week to be genetically tested and frozen. It had nothing wrong with it. At my transfer we knew the odds of it attaching and the reality that there were no back ups.Today I am 27 weeks pregnant with a very active little girl in my tummy. The one and only egg that we even had make it through the process.I 100% would not be here without Dr. Jain.I have never met a Dr. so supportive, honest, and truly dedicated to the job that he does. He has become a friend to my husband and I and I will be forever grateful to him and RGI for what they have done for us.*I think that it is important to say that I would feel the exact same way had this process not worked out the way it had. I know that not every story ends on a happy note. But what I can guarantee you if you are considering an appointment with Dr. Jain that he will do anything and everything that he can to help you reach your goal. He will not tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you the truth. ...And my biggest advice from that point on is to TRUST him. He is a fantastic Dr. and an even better human.Last but certainly not least I want to include everyone else at RGI. The girls at the front desk, his nurses, the embryologist lab, Kaitlyn who drew so much blood and never once hurt me...they are all sincere and wonderful.

READ BEFORE SCHEDULING HEREIf you are looking for support due to infertility reasons and great care this is not the place to go.This practice and physician we recommended by my OB (as well as friends) so I was hopeful they could support my diagnosis and wish to have a child.I was asked the same questions by both the staff and doctor of what the plan of action was, which the doctor told me at my consultation. They DO NOT read each patients chart before going into that appointment hence why they are asking questions they already have the answers to.You can tell the office is extremely busy because basic bedside manners are lacking as well as staff running from one room to the next (coming from one Healthcare professional to another).MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. If you have an abnormal cycle, you will waste time and money going here.Hoping this helps future parents be selective on where they are spending time and money.8/4 Follow UpI reached out to the individual who responded to my initial review (above) and gave feedback. She was receptive and my hope is that this is used to drive improvements at the Columbus Office for future patients. For the women still researching to find the correct doctor for them, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Laura Londra at Ohio Reproductive Medicine. She took the time to understand my medical history, asked clarifying questions, and was empathetic to what my previous experience had been. She immediately had an action plan (which could have been executed at RGI) and I am already seeing positive results. Also important to note, THEY ARE OPEN 364 DAYS IN THE YEAR (the only day they are closed is Christmas Day). The office staff are absolutely AMAZING! They are kind, genuinely happy, and introduce themselves upon meeting them or starting an exam. They do not rush from room to room trying to get to the next patient.I could not be happier with the care that Ohio Reproductive Medicine has been provided and recommend for anyone seeking a provider for their needs.

I got multiple tests done with Dr. Zolton, and all I got from her was “well everything seems normal.” I’m only 24 years old and have had four consecutive miscarries. We were told after testing we’d have an appointment to go over all of the results and see what her recommendation is. After my bubble test (she left me sitting in the room waiting for the test to begin for 45 minutes before even beginning) never heard from her again, and now I call to try to get in with any other doctor, and now they don’t accept my insurance. A huge waste of time and a false sense of hope. She never explained what was being tested and why, so trying to find a new clinic I have no clue what I’ve had done. Fingers crossed I can easily get my records.

Dr. Jain and his staff are amazing. We started our journey through infertility at the other clinic in Columbus. Obviously our experience there was not good, but what made it even more obvious how bad they were is the stark contrast between the two. At RGI Dr. Jain and his staff treat you with dignity and respect. He understands how difficult and emotional the process of infertility treatment is, and helps you through every step. At the other office we never received a diagnosis. We were just told to do certain treatments (wasting literally thousands of dollars) without success. When we came to RGI Dr. Jain ran lots of tests and finally gave us our diagnosis. He explained why IVF was required in our case. Now IVF is no cake walk, but now that my wife is pregnant the whole journey was well worth it. I would highly recommend this office if you value personal care, kindness and a staff that is caring and helpful. If you want to be treated like livestock (literally one time when we were at the other office the doctor said these days are crazy, sometimes it feels like were herding livestock.) Then go to the other place.

Dr. Jain and the RGI Team were incredible to work with. Dr. Jain was very attentive to our situation, kept us empowered and informed to make our own decisions, and worked with us through our journey. With the help of Dr. Jain and the RGI Staff, we welcomed a healthy baby boy in June of 2022 and couldnt be more thrilled!

100% recommended. Dr. Jain is very down to earth, straightforward, and has the patients best interest in mind. My good friend referred him to me after her and her husband had a successful IVF. Youre not just another number here. After my first failed IVF, he recommended a myomectomy with another physician, Dr. Mini. It was very successful and I feel Ive been in great hands throughout this entire process. My second transfer is forthcoming and I am very optimistic.

Waited nearly 4 months for an appointment and was very disappointed today when the doctor never showed up for the telehealth appointment. We waited for over 30 mins with no updates. We called the office after 15 mins and the front desk person Crystal stated she didnt know when the doctor would be available because he is busy with other in office patients. Not something you would like to hear on your first appointment. We waited for another 15 minutes and called Crystal again who was very unapologetic and unsympathetic to our frustration. Going through the fertility process is very emotional and to be treated this way on the very first appointment was disheartening. They cared more about the copay than they did about us.If I could give 0 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend this office at all!!

If youre set on doing IVF, this seems like as good a place as any to do it. Its cool that they have a money back guarantee. If youre looking for a doctor who will dig deeper to solve your fertility issue before pushing you towards IVF (their big moneymaker), this is not the place for you. After a year of unexplained infertility, my doctor (Dr. Nash) looked at my numbers (AMH readings between 1.1-2.1 and FSH readings between 7-11) and told me I had premature ovarian insufficiency. Now that I know more, I know that these numbers arent even in the ballpark of POI, and I had totally regular cycles. It very much felt like he wanted to push me toward IVF when I had already explained that this option was off the table for me and my husband. There was zero attempt to figure out why my ovaries might not be functioning like they should in my early 30s.I ended up seeking another opinion at Cleveland Clinic. The doctor there only needed a few minutes to conclude that my issue was hypothalamic (my brain not sending correct signals to ovaries, not anything wrong with ovaries) from being underweight (BMI 17ish). I had asked Dr. Nash about my weight and this was dismissed as a non-factor.Not too long after that, I gained 10 pounds and conceived without assistance. Im now 6 months pregnant in spite of RGI, not because of RGI. So grateful that I kept digging for actual answers. If IVF is right for you, then go for it with RGI. But if you have concerns about moving in that direction without exploring other options, go elsewhere.

I started my fertility journey at Ohio Reproductive, which was a HUGE mistake. I had a horrible experience, 3 IUI’s and 1 failed IVF attempt, taking my last dollar and being heartless all the way. After taking a break to recover financially and emotionally, I was referred to Dr. Jain. The experience with Dr. Jain and the rest of the RGI staff was amazing. From our very first visit I trusted him, and he delivered! He was able to do what no other doctors could for my husband and I. My daughters are now 15 weeks old and I am happier than ever! I even have more healthy embryos frozen if I decide to have more children in the future. I even gave one of my twins the middle name of Jain as a little thank you to him. Can’t possiby recommend him enough!

If I could give them less than one star I would. If you ever want to make a family this clinic is not the right place. I was following up with Dr. Jain for long time, every time I went there I was leaving with disappointments. I had an IVF that resulted in far more complications, and the doctor keep saying he doesn’t know why that happen. Patient there are just a number, do yourself a favor and search about them before you go.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Jain at RGI. He was recommended to me by one of my co-workers. It was truly the best decision I could have made. Four years later, I have a beautiful and healthy daughter and another one on the way. Dr Jain always took time to explain things and answer my numerous questions. He’s honest and straight forward, while still being empathetic, which I appreciate. He’s incredibly knowledgeable. I work in the healthcare field and respect him as a healthcare professional. I have recommended him to a few friends who have all had positive outcomes, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Jain for all you have done to help my beautiful family grow!

Aside from the nurses and the front desk admins everything else was awful. At First Dr. Jain seemed very optimistic and excited to get things going for me but once the appointments started it’s like I was a new patient every time I had an appointment. When he would walk in the room he would ask me “what are we doing today” every single appointment he would said say something like “why are we doing this test today” or “Am I seeing you because you had two failed transfers” when I didn’t even have one yet! I’m not asking you to hold my hand because I get you have several patients but at least look at my chart before you enter to the room and pretend to know why I’m there. I had DOR I had one chance at getting pregnant, it had taken a lot longer for to have that transfer and when I finally did, the baby didn’t even implant, his timing was off and I feel like when I finally spoke up about having the transfer “ my body was somehow ready”. Just like that all the money we had put towards this one shot it was gone, and the doctor couldn’t even call me to tell me I wasn’t pregnant it was a nurse and once she did I never heard from them again until I finally requested my records. My advice don’t go here.

Dr. Jain is simply the best! He really does care about you and your success to get pregnant. He takes his job seriously and is extremely talented and knowledgeable at his craft. My husband and I appreciated his to the point candor, at times it was hard to hear, but it kept things in perspective and gave no false hope. With my situation, he thought worst case scenario I would have to use donor eggs, but we did have IVF with PGS testing (highly recommend) & FET and I am 13 weeks pregnant on the first try with my own eggs. We tried two rounds of IUI, but with my age of 37 at the time decided to go for IVF after that with the thoughts of having a second child later so doing IVF to ensure that made the most sense. I also went to other clinic in town before finding RGI, and it was night and day. I had a horrible experience with one of the nurses there being so rude to me my first cycle time, I was almost in tears. With all that said, RGI is very busy, so you will be waiting at times for awhile, and the nurse staff is extremely busy, but they were all very nice and sweet and really take the time with you. In the end, it is all worth it! I will be back for my second child in few years.

I was warned about this office before I went but there are so few fertility options in the area. My first negative interaction was the front office audibly sighed when I called requesting to be a monitoring patient, which I had been warned about by another patient but it still took me aback.I will say that Caitlin, who draws blood is sweet and great at her job! When I had my first ultrasound with Dr. Jain he seemed nice but was asking me why I’m not going to them, how much my other doctor was charging, how much my meds were... all while he had the ultra sound wand inside me. It was uncomfortable and in poor taste. It’s an inappropriate time for a sales pitch. It was awkward and I kind of laughed and said it was too late at this point to switch and he suggested I ship my eggs here. Which I wouldn’t consider for a few reasons, one of which is being uncomfortable in the office. I totally felt like just a number, get in and get out.My next ultrasound, he started asking me all the same questions clearly not remembering me. When I reminded him I was her a few days earlier he said oh yea, how much are you paying for these visits? When I said my insurance covers it he replied “oh, I told them not to accept insurance for monitoring patience” (again while he had the ultra sound wand was inside me). Why would he say that out loud to me?! It’s one thing to think it in his head but so rude to say it to me while I’m in that position. He’s getting paid either way, if it’s out of my pocket or insurance it seems spiteful just to want to stick it to monitoring patience.I’m a 30 years old freezing my eggs just for insurance, if I want to have a family later. I can’t imagine if I was coming here desperate for a family and getting this type of treatment. I’m still of a child baring age and of course I’ll tell other people about my negative experience here. It doesn’t serve him well to treat ANY of his patience this way, monitoring or regular. It’s tragic that columbus has so few options. I wanted to say something in the moment but because of the lack of options it’s like you’re at their mercy.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jain. I’m a complicated patient (and a nurse), and he never made me feel hopeless. He takes time with his patients (hard to come by these days) and really listens. His bedside manner is second to none. During such an emotional, important, exciting, and terrifying season of life, it’s important to have a practitioner you trust. I trust Dr. Jain wholeheartedly and would refer my friends and family to him, no question.

Front staff are fairly friendly. I started going to RGI in Sept 2018 and saw Dr. Nash. At first things were going good, gathering information and getting blood work. Then I received some abnormal blood results and came in for a visit to discuss in Oct. I had many questions in regards to the blood results and possible IVF treatments. I was made to feel as if I was asking to many questions, and the physician became defensive. I was escorted to the nurse for check-out, and Dr. Nash told his nurse Lynn that I would be doing soul searching and then let them know if or when I was ready to proceed with IVF. I was in the office for a total of 10min. I left with unanswered questions, rushed, and very upset.I then found out I was pregnant in Dec 2018 (got pregnant naturally). Called the office shortly after the first of the year. At 7 weeks there was a strong heartbeat unfortunately at 9 weeks the heartbeat was gone. This was my 4th miscarriage. Dr. Nash said that he wanted to perform a D&C and send the tissue to pathology for genetic testing. I got dressed and then was rushed into a conference room and given a pamphlet for the surgery center that the D&C would be performed at. The nurse Lynn said she would call later with details. She said Dr Nash is at the surgery center Wednesdays and Thursdays. I said I can not do Thursday because of a mandatory work meeting. After about 4 days without a call I called the office and she said that Dr Nash would not be free on Wednesday therefore I would have to push out the D&C another week. She also informed me that if I would pass the fetus naturally I could try and save it, to bring it for genetic testing. I was beyond shocked!!!!! I am a Nurse Practitioner in a General Surgery office and I could not believe what I was hearing. I was undergoing enough emotional stress of a 4th miscarriage and they wanted me to go another week before having a D&C. And exactly did they except me to do with the fetus once I passed it?!?! Put it in the fridge next to the milk to stay at the appreciate temperature?!?!In the meantime of my pregnancy and news of my miscarriage I ended up making my own referral for the blood results from back in Oct 2018. It took weeks for the office to fax my chart over to the referrals office, in addition to me calling checking on it. Found out I need to be on Lovenox as soon as I get a positive pregnancy test.I ended up going to a GYN physician, and after hearing my story she performed the D&C in the office and sent the tissue for testing. The GYN physician was amazing, compassionate, and professional. I called RGI to let Dr Nashs nurse Lynn know that I had the procedure done somewhere else and that I would not be coming back. Lynns response was Oh ok then. Take care. Bye. and hung up. RGI does not care about the patient or the emotional stress that the patient is under. I had so many visits and ultrasounds, when some of the visits could have been handled over the phone and the reasons for the ultrasounds should have grouped together. Every visit means a bill which creates a financial stress!!!! I have an appointment with Ohio Reproductive Medicine in a few days. As a healthcare provider I am disappointed and disgusted by the way I was treated.

Office is very nice. But, we were being treated by Dr. Priya.. What a waste of our time.Shortly after all the lab came back she gave us the option to try IUI with oral meds and injectables. We tried twice and both time it failed. When we were getting ready to do IVF , I had to relocate and we needed to continue treatment in a different State. We asked for our records to be transfer to the new clinic. As soon as the Doctor saw the lab results he asked us why were doing IUI since my wife would never get pregnant base on the lab results. He said your only choice is IVF. We were glad to find a Doctor that was honest and to the point.. I will never recommend this fertility office to anybody. Dr Priya only care about the money and billing our insurance for a fertility treatment that she knew it would not work. In this medical field, honesty is key to be successful and avoid wasting money on unnecessary fertility treatments.

I highly recommend RGI. I was a patient being treated for infertility (PCOS) and recurrent miscarriages- Staff has always been very friendly and REs are up to date on current treatments. I was able to ask questions and get information, and decide for myself which course of action to follow. I first was a patient of Dr. James, but after she left the clinic I transferred to Dr. Maseelall. Before I went here I went to another clinic and switching was the best thing I could have done. I conceived my son and carried past the first trimester with their help, and when we were ready to try for a second we came back to see them again- our family is now complete.

After having tried another local clinic and a failed IVF attempt, the experience at RGI was significantly better on all accounts.1. We saw our doctor, Dr. Jain, at every single appt and he spent all the time we needed with him.2.RGI offers emails and direct lines for communication vs portals which don’t allow you to make direct connect with your healthcare providers.3. RGI gets results. First attempt at another clinic left us with 1 embryo which couldn’t be used. RGI led us to having 16 embryos.4. Medication formulary was significantly better. I wasnt overstimulated and from start to finish medication preparation took nearly half the time. I felt great and got back to work the day after my retrieval.I cant recommend this clinic and Dr. Jain enough!!! They were first class and we learned through our experience that not all clinics are created equal. I hope this helps others looking for their right doctor.

BEWARE!I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone! It’s a long review but for good reason.I was referred by my OBGYN, had my first appt with Dr. Jain last July, and he had me come back in August to take out my uterine septum in the office (this requires a hysteroscopy and cutting the septum out). I had called the office twice before the procedure and expressed my fear that I was not going to be given pain meds or anesthesia. He insisted I try and if it hurt too bad he would stop the procedure. On the day of the procedure, he came in and told me that the only way to truly diagnose a uterine septum was through MRI or a laporoscopy and said that if he was wrong in thinking that it was a septum vs bicornuate (only way he saw was through ultrasound) he would puncture my uterus (again, no pain medicine or anesthesia) During the procedure he was running late, during the procedure he acted rushed and annoyed, I started shaking and crying from the pain, and he decided to stop because the “SCISSORS WERE DULL” and he stated they had been dull for the patient before me as well but they run about $900 a piece so he didn’t want to buy new ones. He then asked me why I was there, who had referred me, and immediately started trying to push IVF on me due to my endometriosis (he never once offered a laparoscopy to diagnose or treat it) and my uterine septum. I was told his office would call to reschedule the procedure to try again when he had sharp scissors, they never called, and I left and refused to come back. I now go to Ohio Reproductive Medicine- had surgery to remove endo and my uterine septum within a month of going there- under anesthesia.Within minutes of putting my request in to have my records sent to ORM, a member of his staff called me to ask why and he TEXTED ME. Mind you, he didn’t even know who I was or why I was there for my procedure. My complete file never showed up to ORM and he sent me a bill for the botched hysteroscopy that wasn’t completed because his scissors were dull.My advice- go elsewhere
