Gundersen Palmer West Union Clinic

The doctor put a gun to my friends head in his office. My African friend worked for Mercyone as IT in Waterloo. He was called to this West Union office to fix the doctors computer. While troubleshooting at the doctors desk, wearing a suit and tie, the doctor entered the office and put a gun to this man’s head. The Fayette County sheriff let the doctor go without charges. Be careful! Do not go wearing dark skin!

Everyone there is sweet, kind, and always smiling. Im never worried about asking a stupid question. My kids always love being there to get check ups. The best Dr. (Clinic) office we have been to. Have NO plans on changing.

Receptionist told us it was inappropriate to ask to be seen for the issue. It ended up when we finelly DID get seen hubby had misdiagnoised himself. Had i not pushed it could of ended up life threatening. Doctor was nice tho. Never been told before hemroids were something INAPPROPRIATE to be looked at by a doctor! SMH. Someone needs a new job!

The wonderful staff nailed the vaccine clinic! Got me in early, were efficient, extremely friendly, and answered any questions I had.

When I had surgery done at Palmer hospital, everyone was friendly & very helpful with answering any questions that I had.

The staff is very friendly. I was really comfortable bringing my kid to the clinic.
