Main Line Perinatal Associates - West Chester

I have been here twice now and my biggest takeaway was that no one is particularly happy about what they do and the fact that they work there… I can see how working behind a desk or at an ultra sound station can get boring maybe after so many years but it doesn’t mean that you can’t exhibit some level of excitement or joy in helping people as they go through their pregnancy. Even the doctor that reviewed my results the first time was just miserable.. the second time I never even saw the doctor they shared nothing with me. The US Tech was the one that came in and said everything looks good and you’re all good to go. Felt like a DMV experience.. not a fun time at all.

Have loved this practice throughout my pregnancy. I always leave feeling like I was listened to and was supported.

I love coming here. The front office staff are friendly and efficient at their jobs. The ultrasound tech, Katie is so thorough and makes you feel at ease. And the Phlebotomist Lianne. (Spelling?) is amazing!! She’s so good at her job and you can tell she cares about her patients and will go above and beyond (like working later to accommodate a time that works for you)! Overall a great place to go!

I have gone out of my way for the last 3 years to take care of all of my perinatal care at Axia West Chester after a really bad experience elsewhere. The conversations there haven’t always been easy but their team is amazing and I think that speaks volumes.They do an incredible job of treating patients with the utmost respect. In addition, they are super accommodating, I am always able to get in at a time that is convenient for me with little notice. Highly recommend!!!

Our ultrasound technician, Katie, was so kind and easy to be with. She made the procedures enjoyable and went out of her way to make our experience great. We had her for ultrasounds with our first and second babies and both times were a delight.

My ultrasound tech was amazing and extremely thorough. I could tell she loved what she does and had a ton of knowledge in this Field. I felt so comfortable with her I wish I knew her name so I could request her for next time.

Very calm And clean environment. The staff and ultrasound technicians are sweet and friendly, they give you the quality time you deserve and make you feel at home! Can’t wait to go again!

Very professional team. Not always the most personable but they are a high risk testing center so I know it’s not their top priority. They aren’t going to spend time getting you the perfect ultrasound take home picture. Appointments are always taken on time and never take long.

Was my first time coming here. Front staff was amazing . Tech was nice and friendly , the only negative outcome was they really don’t explain to you exactly what’s wrong if they seem something concerning. I wish they did so I’m not here googling and trying to figure out things myself.

The office staff, nurses and doctor were all so patient and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me out the door. I felt very comfortable during all my visits.

Excellent place! The office was very quiet, I didnt have to wait even 15 minutes. Miss Nicole was the one who performed the sonogram on me and she was very professional and sweet at all times, you can tell that she enjoys her work. The doctor is also very kind. I always hope to be able to serve you in this place.
