Highly recommend this practice- never a long wait, the most friendly staff and they take the time to listen to all concerns. I prefer taking my kids here for sick visits over my pediatrician because concerns are quickly addressed and I never have an issue getting an appointment. My favorite urgent care in the area!

Received exceptional service immediately upon arrival. Tina and Tom were outstanding in helping diagnose, gave pros and cons, all testing done with results in a matter of minutes. They are to be commended for their efforts. Top shelf quality in a timely fashion.

They are great here. They take the time with you and you dont feel rushed. I like coming here more than going to my primary. They have always been spot on with their diagnosis and have given me the proper medication to treat any ailments I might have. Its been a wonderful experience coming here and I would recommend them to anyone. I especially like Linda and tom. The nurse is great also.

The best experience at an urgentcare Ive ever had. My regular doctor didnt care to get me in when I was very sick for days. I was diagnosed with sinusitis and Bronchitis and they took all necessary needs to make sure I was going to get the right medication. The staff was so nice! And even gave me a rose and chocolate for a belated mothers day! I wish they were my normal doctors office. Thank you for caring and taking good care of me💕

They took me in right away. Were very nice and understanding. I felt respected and cared for. My 1st time at an urgent care and It was better then the doctors office. Definitely made my unfortunate circumstance strep throat the most comfortable and smooth going experince. Thanks so much! Feeling so much better!

The nurses and staff were all so helpful and compassionate. I was in so much pain from my back and radiating down my leg I couldnt think straight. Dr. Chan wrote me some scripts, and explained everything and wrote me a referral for a spine specialist. Quick, knowledgeable, excellent care!

I had a very good experience at Keystone Medical Urgent Care. Id only been to one other urgent care and waited for well over an hour and there were still four people ahead of me so I ended up walking out.At Keystone, the nurse greeted me immediately - I got my paperwork, I probably sat in the waiting room for maybe 7 minutes and then she took me in the back.After she asked me numerous questions about my symptoms, the PA came in about 3 minutes later. She quickly diagnosed what my issue was prescribed a few meds. She gave me some stretches for my sore neck and I was out the door. I highly recommend this urgent care and I will be returning again.

They get one star because the system forces you but this clinic is pathetic. I called them 3 times within a 30 mins time frame, needed information on an exam and no one could seem to answer my question instead insisted on transferring me over to the next person only to disconnect our call!! I was on hold 3 different times and got absolutely no help from the individuals representing this medical clinic. Stay away. This is a sign of the horrible service they will provide.

This was when it was keystone urgent care and pain management. Which was bought out by the new name above. My son (24 years old) was seen by L. Bailey PA. He came in with pain to his ear. He left it go for a while and when he was seen he was told he had a ruptured ear drum. He was given medications and sent home. My son said the next day I quote what kind of witch craft does she do. She is a good witch because I feel 100% better. Thanks for all your help in taking care of my son.If you are hearing impaired I would like everyone to know that I do know the Old American Sign Language and will be available for you if needed to interpretation for you.

I am Kathleen I was in this urgent care today, The staff was wonderful the doctor was great I was in and out they gave me the medicine I needed for bronchitis, and I honestly couldn’t of had a better experience!! It shocked me to see this place has gotten a few bad reviews, they must be talking about another urgent care in Warminster not Chai they are the best!!

The dr seemed like she was yelling at me. Cause it was my allergies acting up. I didnt know what was going on with me. She wasnt pleasant at all I will not be returning back to this urgent care! Its a shame that when people come to a place because they feel like crap and just want to sleep and dont have a voice. You get treated like you have no clue what your talking about! Its not the first time this dr treated me that way. The first time I was there was because I felt like I had a sinus infection sh told me I didnt. Went back a week later saw her again and she pretty much old me if I was like this last time she would have given me something, I at this point I feel like they want to take your money and not treat you! SO OVER IT!

Never go here! I went just to waste my money! I had swollen gums and I could not eat at all because of how sore I was. The doctor kept on trying to tell me what symptoms I had instead of letting me tell her. She kept on insisting that my mouth burned even though it did not it just was tender. She prescribed me a mouth wash for what she described was a yeast infection in my mouth. She wrongfully diagnosed me. The problem actually was that my wisdom teeth are growing in and it caused inflammation and and infection. Do not waste your time!!

My mother cut her thumb on a pairing knife, and although this clinic wouldnt take our insurance they were kind enough to wrap it up, clean the cut, call another clinic to check our insurance, and then give us directions. Im sure the care she would have received here would have been excellent

I NEVER write reviews, so this says something about how negatively I feel about this urgent care (or how negatively I feel about the receptionist I should say) I found out I was exposed to COVID-19, made an appointment through Solv with Chai and showed up early to my appointment. (and yes, if youre reading this I am fully vaccinated as of May 15th, 2021) The receptionist at the front desk denied me a test-- told me I hadnt been exposed long enough (it has been 4 days) and to come back tomorrow or Saturday if I really wanted to be tested.To the extremely ignorant woman at the front desk, I went and got two home tests immediately after leaving and BOTH came back positive this evening. Who are you to deny someone a test in the world we live in these days? What if I took your word for it and continued to be out in the public affecting other people? You should be fired. I will be letting Solv Health know about your terrible customer service as well. I would not recommend anyone go here-- save your time and energy and go somewhere that people will listen to you when you say you need a test. This pandemic has made me lose hope in all humanity, bunch of ignorant self-entitled people walking around this country.

I went there for my son because he was weezing for a week and was not getting better even with his nebulizer and ended up with a fever. They did not take any vitals on him besides his temp. I did not like the bedside manor. Way to quick and did not seem to care to find out all of the information. Then when they prescribed him medicine they sent it to the wrong pharmacy after i had already written it on his chart AND told her the name and exact address when she asked me. I did not find out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy until I got the the pharmacy it should have been at and it was not there. It was extremely inconvenient and aggravating.

Keystone Medical Urgent Care is such a great place I always take my Son there and the people are so nice and the PAC that checks my Son out is excellent I have gone to him 3 times already i never have to wait long its really a great place its clean and to be honest I rather go there then my doctors. Definitely recommend

Today I had an accident falling and hitting my head on concrete...nose upper lip and lacerations in my upper inside lip, and as I fell forward on my face, that did quite a job on that lip and two front teeth; had a profuse blood bloody nose as well plus the aches, pains etc associated with a 79 + year old body from the trauma.I id not lose consciousness fortunately, but was somewhat lightheaded as I cleaned myself up. That done, I got in my car intent on driving to Doylestown Hospitals Emergency Room. With traffic, that is about 1/2 hour away. This Keystone Urgent Medical Care is only about 10 minutes away.This was my first time visit there. Wait time was substantially less that I would have experienced at Doylestown ER; the professional services provided were timely and spot on; in short, they get a 5 star rating fromme.

Much faster than ER. Tom diagnosed me almost immediately. He gave me an understandable explanation and made it very clear that I follow up with my PCP today; which I did. His diagnosis was confirmed. Would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I made an appointment to get a Covid PCR test and the receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative. She literally refused to give me the test saying it was a waste since I had already taken an at-home test. I drove all the way there and had to turn around and go home without a test. A complete waste of my time.

Really great experience with PAC Tom G.! I came in because my lower back was in tremendous pain. Tom explained to me the different between prescription medicine versus OTC meds, and why Naproxen from the dollar store was different than Aleve. He prescibed me a true anti-inflammatory, and Im excited to feel the difference. I havent been to a doctors office in years because I had such a bad experience at Rothman, but I realize there are bad doctors as well as there are good doctors.

Went to Urgent Care for sore throat, fever, congestion. I was seen promptly and the PAC listened to me with care and compassion. Great experience! Receptionist was pleasant too!

Have gone several times. All doctors are couterus and listen to what you tell them. Never had to long of a wait. Very caring. I have found they actually know more than some others I have seen. Definately would go back.

If you want a horrible health care experience please visit this place and ask for Edward Fahy PA-C directly. This guy cares more about his precious ego and fancy vocabulary than helping the community through a pandemic. As an ICU nurse I understand the burnout Covid has caused, but to publicly scream at a patient in the waiting room for “not understanding” and denying them a COVID PCR test is embarrassing and unprofessional. I will post Edward Fahy’s name all over the Internet until he stops practicing medicine, it’s for the best given he is refusing Covid tests to patients in bucks county. I’m sure he is responsible for the spread of Covid in this area!

The doctors are not good at all. I got sent there by my job for a hand injury. They xrayed it twice but showed no fracture. The doctor put me in a splint. I went back again because im still in pain. The dr didnt even look at my hand. Then work sent me back again and i waited 50 mins to be seen. Then when i saw the doctor i tried to explain wherw the pain is and he ignored me and once again did not even examine my injury. Just said come back monday. So ive been left with severe pain and no diagnosis. Would not recommend going. Dr has not examined my injury in over 2 weeks even though ive been back multiple times.

I went in because of pain in my arm, specifically my elbow. Everyone was very polite, caring and helpful. Dr. Giovinazzo examined my arm and advised that I had tennis elbow. He took the time to explain different things I can do to ease the pain and prescribed ibuprofen.

You need to change the info on your website related to insurance. You state that you accept all insurances and list them. I have Personal Choice which EVERYONE is in network in this area except your center. You should state that although you accept the insurance you may not be in network. the way it is worded is very misleading, I would have gone somewhere else had I known. Now Im stuck with a huge bill.

Took my 2 year old in for stitches and were in and out in an hour. The doctor was very personable and nice and made the experience as smooth as possible.

This place is not honest and dont tell u the whole story to be in PAİN MANGMENT insurance is offered but if insurance doest cover it then a cash or debit card payment should be allowed like before with keystone medical townhous md doesnt have that warm loving feeling as the previous owners dont list the insurances and peopıe have told me they take other form oof paymet if u dont have insurance. if u need pain managment they probably wont take u

Ive been coming here for a while now and wouldnt have it any other way one of the best doctors offices Ive ever been to extremely polite friendly and welcoming staff dr. Linda and dr. Aladin are excellent Dr I highly recommend this place for anyone if need be

Today is my last time coming. They be close often then a small paper that you can’t even see. Obviously is not open 7 days. And last time I was there they took forever I dont know if is because some of the staff has changed. Sitting in d car waiting for nothing is not pleasant

Very unprofessional no one answers the phone no receptionist and the doctor lied about the receptionist where abouts. I waited 20 minutes after talking to the doctor before the receptionist finally came back.

It took about an hour and half for me to be seen. Once I was seen it was by a nurse practitioner, who I could not understand. After being placed on antibiotics I still had not gotten better.
