The doctor that took care of my husbands issue had no bedside manner. Meaning, my husband was verbally informing the doctor he was in pain and needed a moment and this doctor was just cut happy. Also, weve had to come back every day following for follow up care. We are placed in the same room every time. Room number 7. What you see in the photos have been sitting on the floor for 3 days. This is your sanitation procedures??

I just recently lost my insurance but felt absolutely horrible on a Sunday and needed to be seen. I scheduled a time, filled out paperwork and checked in all online from my phone. When I got there, the receptionist told me my payment options and helped me get set up with their own insurance type policy and it was so fast and affordable. I am so thankful for the fast and quality care they provide and am never disappointed at NextCare!

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The lady at the desk was so nice. She made the environment so comforting. The nurse that we had was also sweet. She was so down to earth! What a great place those great people make it there!

I went on 8/22/24 noticing my son had several rashes on him that weren’t previously on him during the morning. I scheduled an appointment for 6pm online and wasn’t seen until 7pm. There was only one family in lobby when arriving. When going to the back the nurse was good, she listened and very helpful ( we both knew what my son had). When going to the room, noticed the physician in the area which he had his feet kicked back and on his phone. We waited another 10 minutes for him to come in. Soon as he came in, he was very dismissive and rude (unsure if he didn’t care for women, people with melanin, or people speaking up). He insisted that it was my son’s eczema and after suggesting that it was something else, he stated that he was “POSITIVE IT WAS ONLY ECZEMA”. They provided a note saying it was an unexplained rash, was unable to provide explanation or clear documentation to ensure that it was not contiguous. He spent a maximum of two minutes speaking with us. I left the facility at 7:10pm, went directly to Ascension in Woodway, my son was seen at 7:30pm and was diagnosed with Impetigo. A medication was prescribed and I was home by 8:30pm after getting my prescription.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING HERE!

It was a wonderful experience..I went in and it was stated that the time had ended for the day. But a wonderful receptionist said its been busy today and can you return in the morning. I said yes..then God stepped in ..and the receptionist said do you have to go now or do you need some water. I said right now with legs and ankles crossed. She said ok we can take you, give me your license and in a few minutes my name was called to come to the back. What wonderful blessed day to meet this awesome team and caring. They were willing to get me in and out so I didnt have to come back the next day. Thank you all for going the extra mile and taking the patient time all smiles to the end. Great Team work and a pleasure to meet you all.

Brought my daughter in for fever, cough, raspy voice and congestion. They hardly even checked her over and ran zero test. He just said she had a cold and would pass on its own. Ended up having to go to ER the next morning and she tested positive for strep. This place seemed like they didn’t want to do anything that involved work for them. We will never be coming back. Do not waste your time.

Rip-roaring poison ivy, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nurse and NP took care of medical needs promptly. In and out in 30 minutes. They took my medicare and advantage plan. No cash outlay. Much improved by next day. Sweet relief.

Everything about this visit was amazing. Reception was very helpful and went above and beyond. Medical Assistant was very friendly. My treating FNP listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and I really felt like he cared about me, and wanted to do everything possible to help me get better.I didn’t have to wait long, scheduling my appointment was simple, and I truly felt like I got the best care possible.

I did an appointment online and was seen quickly no waiting time front desk did the check-in fast the nurse was fast didn’t take long to get vitals and was patient with my kid and the dr. Was amazing with him she made him feel safe and so he was co-operative with her I will definitely go back if I need to take him to an urgent care and will recommend it for any one who needs to get the kids seen and can’t take them to their dr.office

Great place to go when you’re sick and not feeling well, they got me in and out in a timely matter. They listened to my concerns and got me on the road to recovery. I have been there one time before, and will definitely come back, Nurse Practitioner Thomas Temple is very understanding and sympathetic to your concerns.

I went in because my doctor wasn’t going to have any availability until a month later and my doctors office is the one that recommended this place. I went in checked in and sat in the waiting room. The nurse out loud with out bringing me to the counter nor coming up to me let me know I could not come in for multiple things and had to choose between being seen for my bladder issues or my fever and cough. Never have I experienced this type of humility or lack of privacy. It was very unprofessional from the nurses there. The doctor that treated me was great and kind and did discuss my other issues. Never again will I come here. I would rather go pay more money to a clinic that will be discreet and take care of me than be disrespected and humiliated.

My son woke up vomiting this morning, so I took him in. We didnt have an appointment but we were still in and out within 2 hours with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Flu 1 and 2. The staff is very professional, efficient and thorough. I always feel safe bringing my children here

If you have the option to go anywhere else, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place has rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff with attitude. We arrived with there only being one other person besides ourselves and our baby, the front desk lady had us check in on our phone, and we sat down in the waiting area. We waited more than a normal amount of time, about 40+ min for there being only TWO people. And at some point you’d figure the front desk would give you a heads up or go check and see how long the wait would be before we were seen, but the only time she got up was to walk out and go to KFC to get food? After we finally got called in, the nurse that called us into the room and already had an attitude after my husband asked if our baby and I could come into the room, made a weird facial expression as if it was such a rude thing to ask. After we were directed to go into the room and wait for the doctor, we were then again made to wait even longer though we were the only ones now. Another 25-30 min wait, we decided to go ask a nurse how much longer and she interrupted halfway with a sassy “Can I help you?”, the doctor that was going to see us ALSO being in the room, snapped “I’m reviewing your chart I’ll be in there in a second”. Waiting back in the room, another 5-7 min wait, doctor finally comes in aggressively and asks my husband, “—alright so what seems to be the problem?” After we describe the problem and how painful it is, we just get slapped with a “it’s nothing serious, we can send you to get an xray but it’s nothing”, then walks out of the room laughing. We get up and gather our things to leave and as we are searching for the way out we ask out loud to the other nurses “ how did we get out of here?”, just for us to turn around and see them not even paying attention, faces glued to their computers. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I received excellent service. It actually took longer to fill the RX than it took to get the RX. After speaking with a nurse practitioner. And her diagnosis. I held off on using the RX. After receiving a shot and began using over the counter benadryl. Its been 24 hrs and with steroid shot and the benadryl the rash I was dealing with has subsided substantially. Hopefully it continues to heal. But as previously stated, service was exceptional. And whenever I have a medical need outside the hours of my doctor, this would be my first choice.

Brought my son in yesterday ring for high fever runny nose & diarrhea. Was told it’s because he is teething I knew that wasn’t true so I took him to the ER today & he has an ear infection/bronchitis needless to say if they can’t see the physical problem I don’t think they know what is truly wrong sadly.

Love the fast service and interactions! Beth was amazing at getting us checked in. Brittany is always so friend, fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend them and their services time and time again!

Next care was absolutely great and handled everything in a timely manner.. We were seen very quickly! In and out under 40 mins. Will definitely go back when I need to. Very impressed!

I do not recommend this urgent care. My husband took our son on Thursday for an ear issue. I understand the doctor isn’t an ENT specialist, however I would think they could detect an ear infection. The doctor informed my kid did not have an ear infection, we made an appointment with his primary care physician. This morning his primary care physician did confirm he in fact has an ear infection. The doctor at the urgent care cleaned his ear out and said to follow up with an ENT doctor, which at this time isn’t the case. One star because I had to!

Waited outside for them to open, which isnt a big deal. However, thr whole time I waited, I saw thr employees sit inaide. When the clinic opened, the nurse immediately told me they could not help me because the system is down, and that I would have to fo someplace else. Some compassion could have made this a lot better by just letting the patient outside know, so they dont have to wait.

I would highly recommend this Urgent Care. The staff is very professional and friendly from the receptionist Beth to the LVN, to the doctor. The wait time from start to finish was all of 30 minutes. Liz the LVN was very concerned about my health and how long I had been feeling bad. She was very professional and understanding. The PA Ryan came in minutes later and explain to me what was going on and the treatment he recommend and why. My overall experience was excellent.

I like how I was able to schedule an appointment and complete my paperwork online. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Lastly, the service was great and wait time very short. 😊

Everyone was really nice front desk service was fast and friendly.My daughters nurse was good with kids very nice as well.Doctor was right to the point getting the care we needed.

I was there at 8am they opened the doors I was owenkened at 3am with eye pain I rinsed my left eye several times what ever was in it seemed to scratch my eye I was in severe pain I couldnt see very well the lady at the desk was SO HELPFULL TO ME. She helped me with my paper work and I was the first one back, the Dr. Was SO helpful got the pain medication in right away and seen if my eye had anything it it? Got my medication called in right away. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE NEEDING AN URGENT CARE FACILITY

There were no signs posted that their xray machine was down. The only sign visible was their $20 sports physicals. I paid $100 just to be told it was down and to be referred elsewhere. Not once was I told ohhhh our machine is down before making my payment. Right before I left they were putting the sign up. Really!!! Its enough I can barely stand but to be put in that situation knowing that you had this issue is unacceptable.

I was very amazing and professional through the whole building..... The front office clerk was exceptional and very professional and very nice and pleasant to speak with she put my mind and stress and easy all my fears as soon as I entered the door of the clinic......and the nurse was very professional and caring and easy to talk to and she also claimed my fears and the nurse practitioner was very professional and easy to speak with and she made me feel stress free as soon she came in to speak with me very professional and very nice and pleasant....... I gave this 3 stars ONLY because I love the front desk staff and all of the nurses (especially the male nurse with long dark hair!) I had an amazing experience with the female Dr that seen us yesterday, and she finally gave me answers and meds for my 11 month who had been sick for a week with no answers. The male Dr that we seen the last 2 times before that rushed us out of the office and didn’t listen to anything I had to say and told me my sons ears looked “fine” after he had chronic ear infections for the last month or so, only to find out his ears were severely infected and he needed antibiotics. I let my son suffer for 5 days after that under the impression that it was just teething or a virus that would subside after a couple days because that’s what this Dr led me to believe. I knew he was wrong and that my baby’s ears were infected, I just wish I had listened to my mommy instincts and taken him straight to the ER. Thank you to the rest of the staff who listened and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy. And thank you to the female dr who treated him accurately! (Sorry to only use gender identifications, I just don’t know their names)

Fast and convenient was able to book a same day physical for my daughter! Staff was great!

I love that I was able to make my appointment on line and fill out my paperwork ahead of time and when it was time to check in all I did was went to the front desk gave them my name and they called me to the back after five minutes

I took my grandson here for an issue he was having. it was a very pleasant visit and everyone was extremely nice a helpful.They diagnosed my grandsons condition as quickly as possible and we were on our way. My appreciation to everyone for taking care of his concern!

Went on a Saturday took my son for a sore throat they ran some test and came back positive for strep throat told the nurse if they could change the medicine to liquid instead of pills she looked at me like it was a problem said she was gonna tell the doctor went to go pick up the medicine from the pharmacy and they said they canceled the prescription and didn’t send anything else the next day was a holiday so everything was closed had to wait until Monday to call urgent care to see why it was canceled and didn’t send the liquid anabiotic. My son had to go 2days without medication. As a mother, I was hurt and upset.

Very supportive - paperwork and consultation both. PA really listened and put together tests and symptoms to get me the right treatment.

I took my 8 month old here and waited almost an hour, no one else was there, went out to see the doctor on his cell phone. Pretty cool. Won’t be back

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly. The lady at the front desk not so much! Went to the back to find out that they didnt have X-rays! (After waiting almost 45 minutes). The receptionist couldve at least said that but no she looked like she was in a hurry to go home! My first and LAST time going there!

Really great place to go. My friend fell and had to have LOTS of stitches. They fixed him up right away. Staff is VERY nice and VERY competent. And caring. I will ALWAYS go there before trying the ER.

Every time we come to this establishment, Elizabeth the Medical Assistant is bluntly rude. I absolutely hate coming to this urgent care. The only reason I came to this one is because the NextCare Urgent care In Hewitt was short staff and sent us over here. Do Not Come to this urgent care!

Wow! Clean, comfortable and uncrowded staffed with extremely friendly professionals. Wait was very reasonable.

Friendly and efficient. In and out a a few minutes with an appt.I was a little disappointed to wait at counter awhile before anyone came up from back. Unfortunately I could hear their conversation, complaining about work hours and OT, etc. once using an expletive. Just very unprofessional to hear at a doctors office.

Its official these guys are my kiddos Drs, nurses and friendly staff! After Covid it just became too difficult to get my kids in with their doctor for anything but shots period! Absolute ridiculousness! So with that being said and the fact that staff here and all the Drs are fantastic every single time Im choosing to come here every time from here on out! Beth is at the front desk and shes a great help with everything by the way! Even cleaning purses! Haha! Solv is a quick easy app for appointments and everything is fast. They care here and are all very welcoming. They you all for what you do! :)

Went there in late 2021 to early 2022. I felt horrible enough without dealing with unsupervised children running around, screaming , and literally banging a chair against the wall. There were 4 children, under the age of 5. The mother was engrossed in her phone. At no time did she attempt to settle her children down, so I approached the front desk and asked if they could post some rules about unruly children. The wonan at the front desk was rude. She told me, “No, I will NOT!!” I explained how miserable I felt when the mother chimed in and said, “ Are you talking about my children?!!!! She then denied their behavior so I told her, “ Get off the phone and watch your children!!!” Any other place of business; restaurants, stores, etc. have rules about screaming children, but Urgent Care couldn’t care less that people are there because they are sick and screaming, unruly children make the experience even more miserable. Don’t even apologize to me, Urgent Care!!! It will just be damage control and not sincere remorse for my terrible experience.

Set up appointment with ease. Saw the NP immediately and diagnosed the problem and gave me immediate attention. Very friendly, efficient, and professional!

Went in for a last minute school sports physical. We were able to get an apt scheduled online same day and the apt was very quick and easy. Beth, Morgan, and Ryan were friendly, professional, and fast.

Front office staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly so I could clean up my sick baby. The nurse that took vitals was very kind and listened to my mostly nonverbal child talk and his dog. The Dr was down to earth and gave us advice as a professional and as a father to a child with the complex state of my child. BEST staff!!! Thankful for all parts of the medical team!!

Fantastic!!!! Words just dont describe or express the level of happiness and gratitude I had for this group!!! All around amazing!!!!

We preregistered lastnight online and made the appt through Solv. Upon arrival at 8:04AM we are the only patients in the clinic. The front desk lady greeted me and thanked me for completing paperwork in advance. She then later expressed loudly how she rather be home in bed to the back office MA who was in the back. They both sat there and waited over 15min to finally call us. The pulse ox was placed on his thumb (mind you my son is 16), the BP cuff was not secured properly and she swabbed for strep and flu but instead of placing the swabs back INSIDE the package because she still had to triage and take us to a room she walked through the clinic with the swab in the air. A flu test takes 15min and strep 5min. Again we waited and I finally stepped out and asked was the tests complete. The provider continued to sit at his desk with the music up and said he will be in a little bit. We waited around another 5-10min when ABSOLUTELY NO ONE else is here being seen. Temple’s attitude is poor, his bedside manner was not very kind and had another UC been open I would’ve sought treatment elsewhere. I don’t normally make these reviews but healthcare should be better.

It was closing time but they still took their time and were so kind.

They were very quick & professional when I had to bring my son in. I did not have to end up waiting for a long period of time like I would have had to if i went to the ER. Elizabeth C & the other lady at the front desk were very sweet & friendly the moment we walked in. Definitely recommend this place!!

The Lacy-Lakeview clinic is the best! The nicest people ever. We love Britney! They remember my kids names and they actually care and listen. The Hewitt location is awful. The man doctor that is there now is rude and disrespectful. I will not go back to that location.

Front staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, Megan helped get me all checked in and squared away. It wasnt too long of a wait, especially since I did the online check in before I got there. Elizabeth was very friendly and funny, kept me at ease through the whole process. Brandie was one of the best NPs, listened to my concerns and made me feel super comfortable. Great office staff!

The online appointment scheduling and check-in process made this such a smooth and seamless experience. I was called back right at my appointment time and was seen and treated quickly. From the check-in staff, to the nurse practitioner and doctor, everything was done with care and efficiency.

Ladies were very professional, took all considerations and any concerns we had as a top priority. Facility was very clean and well kept and if you asked me with the way they took care of us I would give them more than five stars plus a raise. From Megan receptionist to back staff Rebecca and Ashley to provider Brander and also clinical manager Jennifer. Thank you ladies for making our visit top priority..

One of the very few places that still provides great medical care. Its really too bad we cant see these doctors for our primary care at this clinic. I always have had a good experience here and got what I needed in regards to diagnosis and treatment. Please keep up the good work

Fast, friendly and convenient. Ladies at the front desk were welcoming and made my checkin easy. The back office Ashley and Liz were great with my 2 year old son. The provider Shajjia Ahmed was passionate and checked my son thoroughly. My overall experience was amazing.

They are a good service when you need help thats not an emergency. Not too long wait times. My only issue is if you have a billing problem, you arent able to speak to a person about it. Youre left on hold so long that they force you to hang up and try over and over again. I recommend them, just make sure you have no billing issues.

My grandson was well taken care of and we were in and out.

First time patients and just wanna say they had so much patience with us due to my kiddos being rowdy and help everyway they could to help keep them occupied once we got to the back they were quick and fast very helpful will definitely recommend them to family and friends -THANKS NEXTCARE EMPLOYEES

Daughter had 103 temp. It was very fast. So glad we didn’t go to emergency room. Nurses and nurse practitioner were all amazing. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding kids so well. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I waited in the waiting room for 1.5 hours. I waited in my room for 30 minutes. The doctor was with and then between one and five minutes. Prescribed me a prescription and advise me if it didnt work to call back. Ill call back for 3 days trying to speak with the doctor. After asking for a supervisor I finally talked to the front office and was advised I had to make another appointment

My son is terribly scared of hospitals and clinics. As we left, he stated, Mommy, doctor is nice... Thank you for seeing my baby boy and making him feel comfortable in his care. Not only was the staff kind and respectful. The clinic was clean and very well sanitized better then BSW Urgent Care Center at the Market place. They kept the place limited to keep you safe and comfortable as the numbers rise with Covid, Flu, RSV... Especially as a mother with a child under three with a weak immune system and on oxygen. Thank you so much...

They were understanding when I was running a few minutes behind and still got me seen in a timely manner. The nurse practitioner was easy to talk to and had a good bedside manner. She listened and quickly created a plan, so I’m not full of sinus pressure on vacation.Facility was clean.

I have visited this urgent care facility a few times and I love it. They are so professional, they make you feel well cared for.Today when I visited the facility, the receptionist, the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner greeted me with a smile, asked me questions, made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns.They were busy but the whole visit didn’t take too long.I appreciate all they did! Went to NextCare yesterday in LacyLakeview for my husband he cracked 2 ribs. Beth the front staff is excellent. Also Megan & Ryan

When I went they told me I wouldn’t owe anything and now they are constantly billing me and saying I owe almost $200 and will send me to a collection agency if I don’t pay even though I was told everything was covered. This place is a scam, stay away from it. They have no idea how to take care of their patients either.

Kind of a long wait BUT, it was worth it. Very lovely staff! Made sure I got everything I needed! Brooklyn made sure and helped with my insurance even tho my card was the out of date one. Brandie listened to all my issues, and Megan didnt leave a bruise while drawing my blood. Over all, good experience.

I’ve been here a few times and loved it, but my most recent visit they were very understanding about my situation and made me feel so comfortable!! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment at 1 pm 3/22/23 and at 1:30 I was still not checked in and was told the Dr was doing a procedure and I left at 2:10 still not being seen. I went back 3/24/23 at my appt 10:40 no provider that day only telehealth visits but the system was messing up and employees were unaware on how to fix it. People where leaving that had been there a hour+ before me without being seen. I asked to be transferred to the hewitt location. It’s a shortage of providers and there needs to be a quick alternative. Two days of this and it’s ridiculous!

The moment I went into the front door. I was greeted by the receptionist Sophia. Whom was very attentive with my 1st time visit. When I was called into the back office, these ladies also were very sensitive with my injury. Assuring me that I was in good hands. (I felt like I was in an Allstate commercials)Can’t wait until my return, (the follow up visit)Keep up the excellent service.

The medication the doctor gave did not do any good went back to see the doctor. He was not there he will be back Monday

When you have an unexpected medical need NextCare Urgent Care is a great choice. They got us in quickly and the attention we needed to have us on our way fast. Put us at ease and with only a few stitches we were done.

The clinic was busy when we got there. The young woman at the front desk had total control over the situation. For as busy as they were, I was taken into a care office quickly.Brandy, the Nurse Practitioner was friendly, listened to my story and responsive to my needs. It did take a bit longer than usual but in these times we are in, Im happy to be seen at all.Brittany was very caring, taking x-rays she was meticulous. She was kind and caring!Ive used Central Texas Urgent care several times. They have never failed me. Kudos to the entire team. I highly recommend them to your urgent care.

With the proper care and attention given to the precautions regarding COVID-19, my son was well taken care of. The staff is friendly, professional and put my son, who has special needs, right at ease. I was highly impressed. Had to return and add my review of my visit to NextCare Urgent Care today. (9/8/21)The staff is still welcoming and friendly—hasn’t changed from the superb service before. I was treated with such caring and professionalism. I felt as if I was the only patient there, which I most certainly was not! Lol—I mean I was treated with the personal touch, and it made me feel that I was in good hands. Thanks NextCare!

The only reason Im giving it the rating is the employees were friendly. At no point did anyone or any sign say no CAT scan or MRI or Ultrasound. In fact one sign read we can do 3/4 what ERs can do and save you money so ASK WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU other than screwing you out of money.

Perfect service. Check in was easy, moved to the back quickly & testing was fast. They were gentle with my child & friendly. Will definitely use them in the future.

The employees are very professional and work together to get the patients in quickly. The front desk advised that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait before the kids would be seen but it was not that long. Once in the back the Nurse Practitioner saw the kids and was very thorough.

From the time you walk in and the front desk helps you, to the nurse, to the doctor-everyone was so kind, helpful and thorough. I was in and out! Thank you guys for helping me today!!

Both my children were seen and treated at this Facility In Lacy lakeview. Our nurse Megan went above and beyond to ensure they were properly cared for and thoroughly treated. She was very polite. We would definitely be returning to seek care.

The doctor always listens to you when you are sick hurting he cares about your concerns

I called 6 times. Once with being on hold for 30 minutes. I just needed to ask 1 question. But apparently urgent cares staff would rather listen to the phone ring, than pick it up for 30 seconds. Pathetic. Do better

As a veteran, I normally go the Doris Miller VA, but was unable to go on the weekend so this location was recommended to me by a VA nurse. I had a very thorough and pleasant experience with every aspect of my visit.

I went to this urgent care because everywhere else was so booked. Ive had a sore throat so bad my voice sounds so horrible and other problems to go with it. First of all the front desk ladies dont wanna be there because they looked so irritated and annoyed. Also one of them was more concerned about buying shoes online than anything. I get in to see the nurse practitioner and tell her whats wrong and I didnt have strep but they give me steroid because whats wrong with me isnt an infection I guess. And she said I should be ready to get back to work. Well here I am day 2 nothings changed trying to get a hold of the clinic but really you cant. I work tomorrow and I have to talk as part of my job and it hurts so much and the nurse said my tonsils are swollen but yeah sure go back to work youll be fine. Waste of my time and money. Been following her instructions on what to eat and what to take for pain. My throat is so swollen I cant eat but two bites of anything because it just hurts.

Good and kind people. I am traveling mom. I have never heard of this place. I recommend it. It also has a good membership program. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care.

I’ve always got the best service here until today. The lady Dionne at the front desk was not wearing her mask even when she’d get up from behind the counter. After an hour an waiting, she yells from behind the counter across the room that “she’s about to get me put in the system, was that okay or could I wait a bit longer” I asked was that effecting my wait time, and she said the wait is over about 2 hours cause I have 4 people before me and if I would like to wait or was I going to leave. and then a young man comes in stating he had an appointment and she went on to tell him that it would be a 2 hour wait because there were 3 people in front of him, and did he want to wait or was he going leave. Within the hour of me waiting she had multiple people leave because she kept asking were they wanting to wait or were they just going to leave.

They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I thought I had an infection but the doctor ruled it out and set my mind at ease. The doctor gave me tips for the issue I have so that I don’t get the same reaction next time. She gave me alternative ways to think about things which I appreciated. If there would be any drawbacks it would be that urgent care costs are higher than seeing a specialist, but for my peace of mind, I was grateful that they were open on late Saturday afternoon.

I got in and waited patiently for them to get to me. They were pleasant & helpful. I will definitely return & suggest to others

Took my daughter in for stitches. The ladies at the desk were rude and wanted to charge me $150 before my child was even seen by the Dr. I told her my copay was only $50 and she said she didnt care, thats what they charged. I called my insurance provider and made sure they were in network. They confirmed that they were and asked to talk to the lady at the front desk. She was rude to him as well! When she handed me my phone back she said that she would only charge me the $50 but if the insurance didnt pay they were coming after me personally for it! I grabbed my phone, said thank you and drove down to Premier Urgent Care (5 minutes down the road) where we had a MUCH better experience!

They are so friendly and kind, great customer service and care, I always come here when I get sick and I recover nicely, great job.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and felt like I was coming down with Strep. Was able to walk in this facility and be seen in under 10 minutes. The facility was very clean and the woman at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable, she explained my costs. My nurse and doctor were both very courteous and had me in and out quickly. I would recommend this over an ER any day

I was visiting Waco when I fractured my ankle. I came here, as it was the nearest urgent care, and the staff took excellent care of me. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. Shelby went above and beyond in her care for my injury. They definitely made the process of going through all this much easier, I highly recommend.

This clinic is very clean, the receptionist was friendly, kind and caring, as was the PA. The only reason I gave four stars is that it seemed that I was the only patient there, and I felt the wait period was a bit longer than needed to be.As far as the Covid test went, it was a little uncomfortable but certainly not painful. I recommend this clinic.

Nurse Elizabeth was very understanding at time of visit. Assisted to and from waiting room. Explained plan of care well. An asset to the Treatment Team. Thankful for Staff that work and care on the Holidays.

Fast and efficient. Removed a deep fish hook, stitched it up, and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Clean and friendly too!

They actually gave me medicine unlike my regular physician

From the manager to the staff and the doctor, this team made our visit out standing! Super nice, very attentive and caring all the while giving a detailed diagnosis in a way that provided key information to understanding my situation and helped ease my concerns in the process. Great visit!

There are some good things about this place: the waiting area is comfortable with nice sofas, the people are all friendly, and the staff seems competent.With that said, my experience today with my sick 5 year old wasnt that great, simply because the wait times were so long. We waited 20+ minutes to be called back after walking in the door (not bad, actually), but then we waited at least 30 minutes (may be closer to 40) while we were inside the examination room waiting to be seen. Finally, after we were seen it took a good 20+ minutes to get us our discharge paperwork. A sorry for the wait comment would have helped.Im up in the air as to whether or not well go back, leaning toward not risking it again.

I was comfortable when I walk in the door,She help me with thing I asked she was polite all the way.The nurse was wonderful and patient with me,very sweet,The doctor oh man she lovely, worried about how she can fix me.lol She did a wonderful job I dont know them but I love them.You have the best team.Stay Bless.

My wife wasnt treated well because she struggles with the english language. The attendee at the front desk was rude, and treated her poorly. The testing was top notch, but customer service leaves a little to be desired.

Incredibly fast!! (I had a 3:30pm appointment). Great bedside manner from Dr. Temple, fixed me up and sent me on my way with printed script

They are perfectly nice, but wrote down that my right wrist was injured when it was really my left thumb and had to keep correcting it the whole time. Though seemingly being the only patient, it took about 15 mins to be seen in triage and then we have to wait quite a long time for xray results as there isnt a radiologist here. We are still waiting and they had the audacity to send an auto review while sitting in the office. We only came here because the urgent care nearest our house is temporarily closed and we generally have great interactions there. I would not recommend this location if coming for an injury.

I went in as a walk-in. There wasn’t a very long wait. I was next in line when the receptionist came out and announced that the clinic was closing for the day, and if we wanted to we could go to the Hewitt clinic. Customer service is everything in the medical field during this pandemic, and I feel as though the receptionist needs a refresher course. A little compassion goes a very long way for ppl that are sick and frightened. The Hewitt Clinic was definitely a more professional atmosphere. From the receptionist to the NP you felt comfortable and knew that you were going to get the best care possible. By me being a frontline nurse during this pandemic I know that everyone is stretched thin, but your patients should never see it.

We were traveling and needed to get Covid tested before going home. We made an appointment and we’re seen right away. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We were seen on time and able to get tested. Would definitely recommend this location and return if needed.

I have never been so rudely taken care of by the front desk attendant. Then for her to talk mess and try to do it in Spanish. Little did she know. I speak Spanish as well. Other than that. I love the other workers

Love all the staff! Amazing treatment, quick service, clean facilities and comfortable environment! I would suggest this place to everyone my kids love the ideal that they get to go and color and they have toys in the room to make them more comfortable. Nurse Jenny and Dr. Wenger are the best!

My wife and I have been waiting for 2 hours to be seen to be tested for coronavirus. Absolutely too long of a wait for a coronavirus test.ny son tested positive and more than likely we are positive so 2 hours in the lobby with people just dont sound like a good idea..... Recommended setting up a schedule time unless you are ready to burn 3 or more hours to get tested.was told that the reason is that they are full but I have seen the people go in and leave after being seen and there are no new people coming in so not sure if that is a real reason. At least the people are kind and helpful but would not recommend this place for quick and convenient....not fun suffering in this lobby for 2+hours sick waiting to be seen

I know they wasnt busy, but their attitude was very professional and welcoming . Very efficient with time and working of budget . I highly recommend this place. Set appointment for 3:00 pm got here at 2:45 filled out paperwork. 3.00 was seen 3.05 x-ray 320 results 330 temp fix till we see sport Dr. 345 we are very happy, With their work

I needed to get tested for covid and could not find a place that could of done it in the same day I needed it. I checked in online and was able to be attended in the morning with them. They had a full waiting room just minutes after opening. I really appreciate the ladies working here, and how together they kept themselves during these crazy times

Starting with the lady who processes patients in (Joy), the nurse and PA were all 💯 awesome and helpful. My kid’sown doctors office won’t let him in if he has allergy issues because of the Covid paranoia. They treated him and he’s on his way to being well again! Thank them all for making what seemed like a hard situation into something NORMAL, something we lack very much of right now.

The front desk girl beth was wonderful and very helpful and the back office girls Megan and Liz were kind and made my son feel welcome and the provider Brittany was wonderful and kind all around good staff and good visit

Awesome people. 2nd time in 2 months my 2 year old needed a check up. They took care of him in a speedy fashion and tons of care and compassion. Front desk, triage, and nurse practitioner. All were wonderful.

My recent visit to Central Texas Urgent Care in Lacy Lakeview was great. The staff was so professional & accurately diagnosed & treated me. I will definitely go back & recommend them to anyone needing urgent care. Cody, Moses & Brittney were great. They got me in and seen quickly. This place is outstanding!

My wait time was short and they did a great job examining me, doing x-rays, and getting me all the medicine I needed. They are nice and efficient. I saw Paul E Gonzalez, PA. I definitely recommend going here if you need help quick. I walked in there on a Sunday morning and wait time was less than 15 min.

We should own some stock in Urgent Care, considering the amount of times my son has been seen here. LOL! ALWAYS a pleasant experience. I would refer any and every one to visit this clinic. Our visit today lasted for only one hour. We registered online which expedited our wait time.

The staff here is very attentive and caring. From Montera at the receiving desk who is very helpful, she answers all of your questions and always has a positive attitude. To Megan in the back, she is very inquisitive about your symptoms and tries to get as much information as she can to help get you a proper diagnosis. And Brandie the FNP, that made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit and exam. She helped me understand what my symptoms could be caused by and how we could treat them in a simplified manner. I came in for some issues concerning my menstrual cycle and, although this isnt their specific area of expertise, they helped as best to their ability. Overall, Montera, Megan and Brandie made my uncomfortable visit to this urgent care very fast, easy and, most importantly, comfortable. From the start of my visit to finish these 3 ladys helped by being extremely kind, insightful and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is need of medical care.

I came in with my two children under the age of I 2 for treatment of croup. They were seen in a timely manner and there was a kid friendly zone to keep them occupied. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the nurses and best of all the dr was delightful.

My granddaughter went to the clinic with a. Plastic toy stuck in her ear on Tuesday and today she is at the Dr due to her ear bleeding, told at the clinic its a tiny scratch from the trauma ear drops to prevent infection. But today being told her ear canal is all torn up and waiting on ENT to contact us to see where we need to go now. Very bad service

I went in after a slip and fall incident at home. I was not injured at work. The staff was nice and got me in less than 10 minutes after arrival. They took my insurance information and I got in. The only part that took the longest was the result of my 3 x-rays. I got prescribed an orthopedic boot but now have to get permission to be able to work without it the duration of my shift. I am not happy about that. I suffered a toe fracture.

I was in direct contact with someone who has covid so naturally I wanted to get tested to make sure I didnt have it. Didnt have any symptoms but we all know by now that you can still spread without symptoms. Saw on their website that you dont need an appointment for a rapid test so I went to get one. They denied me a test because I didnt have symptoms....even as they confirmed that I could still spread the virus while being asymptomatic. Also they told me that I would need an appointment if I wanted to get a test which was the complete opposite of what it says on their website. I would suggest making an appointment somewhere else and if youre asymptomatic, lie and say you have symptoms because no one will help you otherwise. Also this locations appearance is not ideal.

Long wait & 1 day covid test results are going on 3 days now. Spent 1hr & 2 minutes on hold only to be transferred to someones answering machine instead of telling me her results. 3 hrs spent calling & stuck on hold so far just wanting someone to say positive or negative!!! Why is this so freaking difficult 🤦 You never get the receptionist at the location your callig, just a national call center! Its rediculous and so confusing and unnecessarily difficult for their patients... Never again

Dr Ryan, and staff, Megan and Beth did a great job for me today, got me in, stitched up and out in less than an hour!!

My son dropped something on his toe at work, his work called and we went right over there around 8 and walked in the rude lady acted like she hasnt talked to anyone and this was around 8 we went out cause we thought we had wrong place called his work said yea so it was like 810 the lady turned all the lights off and sat behind the desk. My first experience at this place we will never come back!

First time there and it was great actually dispite of other reviews .. front desk was cordial and the doctor was great with our concerns answered all my questions and paid attention to what I had to ask and listen to my daughters concerns yes we waited an hr after we were scheduled to be there but there was a lot of people so it was understandable I’d rather wait there than in any hospital.any day of the week … .

The provider was friendly and courteous. I made an appt and still had to wait over an hr after my appt time to be seen. The provider stated they were short staffed, so I would recommend having a few more people on staff.

Had to get a quick sports physical for our daughter. The staff was amazing and so courteous to us! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Shajjia Ahmed is GREAT. Dr. Ahmed was very informative and took time to explain what her plan of treatment would like for me and why...BUT she made sure to contact previous dr so she could come up with the best treatment for me.

Ive been to NextCare Urgent Care for myself and also for my son.. They made me and my son as comfortable as possible and they treated us with care and respect.. They do their very best to get you in and out.. They dont make you wait and wait like at the ER.. Id definitely go back again..

UPDATE: Went to get a COVID test. Was put in a room thats only for COVID testing, which felt like I was in a loaded gun, but I had to have the test to be able to see my mom at the nursing home. Great experience other than that!Fast and friendly service! Thank you!

I went to this place as you would any other urgent care or ER...Unexpectedly! It was the day my mom was flying in from California to see my son graduate from High School. I was planting some plants and one thing led to another and I cut my toe open. I was in such a bind with my mom flying in...worried a trip to the ER would be lengthy...my friends husband had been to this Urgent care and suggested it. We are retired military and were delighted with the recent retired Army Doctor that saw me. He was very kind, funny and professional. He took care of my toe, got me a tetnis shot and on my way back home within an hour or so. The office was very nice as was the staff! Thanks again all! You saved me a lot of time and got me home in time to pick up mom for the big event! Two thumbs up!!! and 5 stars!!!

I was in and out in less than an hour. My appointment was at 10 AM but the I was actually seen about 9:40AM.The process was swift and professional with thorough information and instructions.I recommend this facility to other.

I am beyond frustrated that they even sent me a bill. I went there because I was sick and they took my temp and my blood pressure and told me to go to the er because they thought I had a different condition. Didnt see a Dr just a nurse pr who gave me the Drs. Instructions. They were about to close at this time. I went to the er and waited almost 3 hours to even be seen and then had all these tests ran to find out it was covid. So now I will have this bill in addition to an unnecessary hospital bill if they would have just tested me for covid first. I cant believe I received a bill and will be letting my insurance company know as well because this seems shady. Personally they dont even deserve one star. The only reason I went there in the first place was in case they needed to do an x=ray on my back but there person wasnt there either way.

Went into the clinic for an illness I had been battling for a week. Was seen in less than 10 minutes and was diagnosed with pneumonia. They provided me top notch care and were very professional with ant questions I had. I had the pleasure to meet Moses. He was very polite and professional. He had a lot of knowledge about the medication I was recieving and extremely helpful.I received a follow up phone call this morning from Moses. He was just checking to make sure I was doing ok. The phone call was deeply appreciated.I will recommend this clinic to anyone and will always trust them with my familys health.

Service was great! I didn’t like that I set an appointment and still had to wait for everyone else to be seen before me. However, everyone was very nice and helpful.

Horrible experience! I called them and made an appointment for a Covid test. They sent me confirmation but when I showed up an hour later for my appointment they said they had too many walkins and they were going to do the walkins before they did my appointment and said I had to wait an hour and a half to two hours! I ended up having to go to a different location! On top of that they were very rude and had no customer service skills at all!

I had a great experience. The PA was amazing and patient and very understanding. The only thing that I would change is that they separate people who are there because of Covid and those with other issues.

Staff was very friendly and professional, I’m confident in my treatment as well. Megan and Shelby were wonderful, I go to this location when I can’t get to my primary care.

I went to this urgent care 3 different times for the exact same problem. Even though the people were nice I still ended up paying 3 times for the exact same problem. My question is if you go anywhere else an you pay to have a problem fixed an they say they fixed it an the same problem comes back were else would you have to continue to pay?

I went to next care on a Monday evening was seen By doctor Temple, He checked me out and immediately sent me to the emergency room at Scott white where the very night I had lung surgery. Thank goodness he sent me there or I may not be here thanks to all.

The lady Patti for registration refused my son a Covid test because he doesn’t have government issued ID, let me add I have his birth certificate and social security card along with my ID to prove who he is with him being a patient already. So NO WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!! Patti really needs to learn customer service on how to handle her job and not to refuse service to patients. Then she was very unprofessional talking bad about me to other patients that came in after as I sat in the waiting room. She was texting people saying I recoded her when I did not she is going to make a false police report also. This is her professional

I have always had a good experience here. The staff is always friendly including Dr. Emery. My time spent is normally right at an hour between arriving and leaving which isnt really bad at all.

I was charged $50 for a covid test even though my insurance provider covers covid testing at 100%. They refused to refund me. They would not listen or call my insurance to clear up the matter. Its clear they are only concerned with money. DONT USE Nextcare urgent care. Better off going to and ER where they do contact your insurance for you.

While extremely busy, every staff member (April, Renee & Brandy) worked diligently to help folks efficiently as possible while still giving each patient the time needed.

Thankful for the care we received from Jennifer, Ashley & Ryan. They made us feel almost like family, very nice and fast service. Thank you guys so much.

Ive visited this urgent care several times without any complaints in the past. This time Iwas a bit disappointed in my visit. I had actually had to ask them to check my vital signs they were going to dismiss me without even checking my vital signs.
