I had a horrible experience here. The lady working was extremely rude to me. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Zero star customer service! Very rude woman who answered on the phone just cancel my appointment because of her ! I can’t trust nobody there because of this attitude!!!!!!

The tech had a really hard time finding veins on my daughter, but she didn’t give up and was able to get the blood draw we needed! Would highly recommend. Both ladies we worked with were well trained, friendly and helpful.

The staff here are so nice and polite,unlike alot of other doctor offices. You are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello the minute you walk through the door. I noticed right away that the office is very neat and clean. They start out by asking you if you have ever had the procedure done before and if you have any questions. If not they tell you what the process will be and what to expect. Over all the first time being here was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back again!!!

The technician was vey friendly & courteous from the initial phone call to meeting her in person, to drawing my blood painless & professionally. All in all a very good experience!

I am so so glad I found this place! I got an appointment the same day and at a time that worked for me, and the whole processes took less than 15 minutes! Rizza was super nice, very friendly, and didnt seem to mind how chatty I became when I got nervous. Even though I am a huge baby when it comes to needles the whole experience was quick and painless and i would definitely not mind coming back. In fact Rizza went out of her way to offer me other services she knew I might need! Over all Im so happy with my experience wish i could give them a 10/ 5 stars.

I have been here 3 times and each time the staff has been extremely professional. I have seen Letcicia and Jenny and they were both great. I have always received my results within 24 hours of service! The are extremely clean! Pricing is hard to beat as well. 11/10 recommend!

We used Any Lab Test Now services three times so far over the past half year - Vernon Hills, IL location to be precise. Rizza and Jenny (and the rest of the staff) were very helpful and polite as well as gentle with our 12 years old boy who needed various blood tests. We brought our own test kits since we were doing independent testing through a certain laboratory with precise instructions for the blood draw, preparation and sending out via FedEx. Terrible service! I passed the test 7 days ago and only today, after my call, they sent me my results. When I was in the office, I asked when my results would be back. I was told that in 2-3 days. The website said the same. I waited 7 days!!! If I hadnt called the office again today, I dont think anyone would have submitted my results themselves. also in my form of test results there are many errors in the name and surname, errors. when I was in the office, my blood was taken by the same person who was sitting at the reception. she did not wash her hands before and after drawing blood. she put on protective gloves with dirty hands. This is the worst medical service I have ever experienced!

Lab testing typically isnt what you think of when you imagine a great experience, but this place is awesome!The ladies running the place are super accommodating, extremely skilled (the whole process is painless), and quite entertaining!There is literally no wait for your appointment once you arrive, and the place feels very new, clean, and more of a medical boutique than a hospital type facility, and I mean that in the best way possible.They have a wide variety of antibody tests, including those for covid, std screening, and even nutritional profiling, and you can pick and choose the level of scrutiny and comprehensiveness you desire for each.Fast and easy to read results as well.

I had a blood draw today and had a dizzy spell as a result. The staff was there to meet my every need and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. These things happen and I’m glad I was in good hands!

Horrible experience, the girl at the front desk has no buisness engaging with customers. I called today @ 11am. She wouldnt let me get a word in , like if she was arguing with her boyfriend, kept talking over me. Then when I asked her to settle down so I could speak , she rudely yelled at me and told me to get educated and hung the phone on me.My complaint initially was, that they gave me the wrong test, I was trying to tell her , that all calls are recorded, to go back to the call , I know what I asked for , the operator screwed up, and set up a lab test that wasnt what I asked for , real simple fix , . She wanted to charge me again, didnt want to refund me or apply what I payed for the proper test , or go back to the call that is recorded for Training purposes ..Im so upset , I never leave a bad reviews anywhere. But I had to here.. I hope they fix this problem or at least respond to me and make this rite. I encourage people to go anywhere else but here. This is the Vernon hills location.. if I could. I would leave negative stars..

If you are like me, and need to get your blood drawn, this place is for you. The phlebotomist Rizza, very good. This place is the closest to me but still quite a ride. But if someone opens a place closer, Ill still go here cause her and Amanda, the front desk person, are particularly nice.

Outstanding! I had very specific instructions on the type of covid test I needed for travel to South America, and the document required to enter the country. Leticia recognized the importance of my mission, and was attentive and conscientious, as I provided her with the detailed instructions. To ensure that I would receive the accurate certification document, she provided me with a sample. Leticia also explained the procedure, so I was able to advise my company and receive their approval. She was friendly, caring, and kind, and also very gentle as she administered the test. Needing quick results, she was able to demonstrate the process. Leticia provided me with confidence and relieved me of any anxieties I had about entering South America. Leticia went above and beyond! My sincerest appreciation to her!

I had a great experience at any lab test now! I needed a blood draw for a private client request and Rizza and her team knew exactly what to do. The blood draw was efficient and virtually painless and I was able to get in and out and on my way!

Highly recommend! I needed a blood draw for a test from a 3rd party lab and had a very hard time finding a lab that would do it as the main labs like Quest or LabCorp will not draw blood for tests that are not their own, thankfully Any Lab Test Now could do it. They were friendly, very easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone and I will be going back.

I had my Covid Antibody testing in less than 10 mins. The process was painless ,the Phlebotomist was very professional and gentle. The office was very clean and organized. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend the facility.

I was very happy to find this lab. I had several trips to the ER with no proper diagnosis. After doing my own research, it became clear that I most likely had a bacteria infection from my cat attacking me (cat scratch disease). I found them through the Galaxy Diagnostics website, who is a credible source for this particular bacteria (Bartonella Henselae and Quintana).I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which I was thrilled about. I called to ask how long the results would take. The lady wasn’t sure, but said she would call me back. She called me back promptly to let me know it would be 3-5 days for the test I was interested in. After having the test done, I read in their website that it would take up to 3 WEEKS for the results to come in. I am fine with waiting, since it takes time for the PCR culture, however, would rather have been told up front. It must have been a miscommunication with lady at the front desk and her source for the result time. Still, I am happy to know they are there and that you don’t need a Dr. referral. It does not take insurance and is an out of pocket expense.

I think I was in and out in less than ten minutes. If I had filled out the paperwork online, it would have been even less.The woman who checked me in and performed my test was very pleasant and kept my mind occupied during the test without my even knowing it.The biggest factor was that she found my vein on the first try, and in my 71 years on earth, that has happened only once before.

TL;DR Had our tests done here because of the reviews. Their machine broke down (not their fault; its machinery in heavy use in these times). The owner, Raj Virdi, took personal interest in our case and worked with us and the labs together and had the test results delivered to us by email within 24hrs. Excellent customer service and hygiene when handling specimen samples. Would choose them again.The only thing that I was a little inconvenienced about, but did not ding their rating on, was their online form that required multiple signatures within the form. Not fun to repeat this 5 times with a laptop touchpad. Maybe their IT department could come up with a solution requiring the signature once, that can be applied multiple times.LONG VERSION:My wife and I took the COVID RT-PCR Swab test on November 9, 2020 as we were flying to India 2 days later on November 11th (this test is not mandatory by the Indian government when doing institutional quarantine but required if needing to do home quarantine). The Indian government needs this test to be done within 72hrs of departure, hence the reason for doing the test so close to departure. We chose this location based on the reviews and a fast turn-around time for the test results even though it was roughly an hours drive from our home.The office itself looked very clean and they were very strict about hygiene and preventing contamination. Their main office door was locked, and all communication was done via phone while sitting in the car or standing outside.The lady who took our test, came to our car to take the samples. She was in full PPE attire and wore multiple layers of gloves. She discarded each layer of gloves as she took samples (this is a must to prevent cross-contamination of multiple samples in my opinion). She confirmed our name and date of birth on the specimen tubes. Her instructions were clear and at no point did we feel that we were either exposed or our samples were contaminated. Even after she took our samples inside the office, they sanitized the door at the points that she had touched when she went inside. Impeccable hygiene.We expected our tests results the next day. We called them very close to closing time but that did not get us anywhere. We called again the next day, the day of our departure. After a couple of phone calls back and forth with the staff asking about the status of the tests, the owner, Raj Virdi, called me directly saying he was looking personally into the situation.After about 20-30mins Raj called back saying that their test machine at the lab had broken down. Naturally, we were not happy. The test is NOT cheap ($229 per head). Raj, however, was on point. He put me in conference directly with his lab associates. They asked me about my situation and the need to have my test results before landing in India. The lab associate confirmed about needing the RT-PCR test (to put things in perspective, this test takes a couple of hours to get usable results). They worked out to have someone send our samples to a second lab, as well as attempt emergency repairs to the broken machine to run the tests in the original lab as well.Raj, the owner, kept me posted with updates every couple of hours. His concern was genuine and I actually saw the results of his effort. By the time we landed in India, we had the test results (they were negative as expected) in our inbox and I was able to submit them to the Indian authorities as originally planned.Although we were inconvenienced, we understand that machinery (especially the one working to run COVID tests during the pandemic) thats in heavy use is bound to break down from time to time. My rating of 5-stars is because of the stellar customer service that the owner gave us and also because of the hygiene followed by their staff. I did NOT need to follow up multiple times after first few calls, and, the cleanliness and care they took when handling our samples is what would make me choose them again.I would like to think of this as a learning experience for both the owner and us alike.

Honestly where do I start? I have an international trip coming up to take my 80 yrs old mother back home, and we were in dire need of COVID test and immediate results. I came across Anylabtestnow through one of my good friends who introduced me to Raj who owns and manages this facility. Right from guiding me through every step, walking me through options and then suggesting the most optimal path to get the results in time Raj and his team were phenomenal. We went to the facility on Friday @ 4pm, got self tested using their provided kit, dispatched it overnight to the lab. By Sunday morning 6am results were in my inbox. She was very nice but seemed nervous and flustered. She could not do the test because she said she only has a butterfly needle and couldnt draw 30mLs of blood into a syringe. So apparently it should be called, Any Lab Test Now That I Can Do With a Butterfly Needle. Drove 30 miles each way for nothing.
