Feeling very ill, and thinking I had the flu,I went to this clinic thinking it was a walk-in urgent care facility. Finding out it was a regular doctors office I excused myself and turned to exit. The young lady (sorry I dont know her name) at the front desk asked me to wait and have a seat. They took all my information and then I was placed in an exam room. The nurse asked all the usual questions and then the Dr. came in and finished the exam. I did in fact have the flu. With prescriptions in hand I left for the pharmacy.The staff, nurse and the doctor at this facility were caring, concerned, polite, professional, and just plain fantastic. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I love Jill Larsen. She was able to identify an ailment that others couldnt find. She is amazing. Go see her and find out for yourself

My wife and I are very happy with Dr. Ivey and his staff. He is very thorough and his nurse is super nice and very efficient. Everyone there is very attentive and kind. We highly recommend Dr. Ivey!!

I called SRMC Vancleave this morning concerning my daughter with a raging UTI. While they normally only take appt only, they managed to immediately take her in. Very grateful to the staff and Drs there.

Calling over receptionist which is rude, and she introduced her name as Rachel. I was asking one of the doctor name for appointment but she refused to help and hang up on the phone without notice. 😞😞😞

The staff was rude and uncaring . I want a Dr. that cares about my child’s well being and they did not show that when I called for an appointment .
