Entering the office, I appreciated how calm and relaxed it was; the furnishings were comfortable. The front desk was professional and proficient; they answered all of my questions without a hint of attitude; which is rare. The Nurse practitioner was very pleasant; I liked how she looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and introduced herself. Then, she sat down and asked me how I was doing In all my life, no doctor had ever done this. She answered all my questions and was a good listener. Dr Navid has always been great, his staff and other doctors are always friendly and professional. Ive been a patient for nearly 12 years and hes delivered my children.

This office is always friendly, yet professional. I have only seen Dr. Navi and Elyse. Both have a knack for making you feel comfortable, hearing and understanding any concerns, and just putting you at ease. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Navi and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are very attentive and give each patient an individual experience. My birth experience was amazing. I felt very confident being in Dr. Navi’s care for my C section. He and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable.

Worst time management ever! I waited for 45 minutes and still wasn’t seen and had to leave. They don’t care about an appointment time at all. After 45 minutes of waiting I still was informed there were two people ahead of me and it might be another 20 minutes till the doctor came in. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.

Its a higher level of security when you feel the genuine care from the person you trust with your health . Navi provides that kind of care

I wrote the review below when I was pregnant and hormonal. I also really dont like waiting around. Like everyone else, I have a busy life with lots of kids and tasks to complete during the day. The thing is, Dr Navi is worth waiting for. You wait longer because he takes time with his patients. He will sit with you as long as you need to discuss your issues and calm your fears. He is an OBGYN which means sometimes he is at the hospital delivering a baby and he will be back in a bit. Or sometimes... he is at the hospital saving his patients life, like he did for me.Dr Navi will take your phone call. He will listen to your concerns and he will get you the help you need. He is also the kind of man that will come to the hospital every day (on his own time) to make sure you are ok.Dr Navi is a gem of a human and a darn good Doctor. If you are lucky enough to have him enjoy the quite time while you wait and know that you are in very, very good hands.Previous review-Dr Navi is so nice. The practice is clean and friendly. The biggest problem is the wait. Wait 20 minutes on hold every time you call… wait 1 to TWO hours in a room to see the doctor. (Every single appointment) As a busy person, it’s super frustrating to have my time wasted. When you ask about it they say “that’s just the way it is here”. Dr Navi is a gem but Cinderella is turning into a pumpkin in the waiting room….

If you want a Dr who is patient and will listen to your needs/ wants look no further than Dr. Navi. Dr. Navi delivered my firstborn during Covid and was so patient, kind and attentive to all of my needs and concerns as a first time mother. He answered all of my million and one questions about pregnancy, made me feel comfortable during uncertain times and never once made me feel bad about my 80lb weight gain during my pregnancy! He’s still my dr, and now that I’m pregnant again with my second I know for a fact I’m in good hands with him, we love Dr. Navi!

I have been going to Dr. Navi for over 20 years and he is always patient, kind and supportive. Regardless of how busy he is, he takes the time to answer any question I have.

I have started to visit Dr. Navi’s office back in February when my husband and I realized we are pregnant. We did a lot of research and Dr Navi was the beat choice. We visited his office every month and everything is organized and you don’t need to call and wait for your lab results since they have a user friendly app which they upload everything for you there right after they have the results. The app also have the information about your appointments. The office well equipped with the newest medical devices and they have a lot of room and different doctors. You have to wait a bit but it’s worth waiting since they will spend time with every single patient. The delivery was very smooth and I recovered in 2-3 days after labor.

@ 63 any procedure @ the gynecologist is not great… but Dr. Navi & his nurse made sure I was well cared for. Explained everything and did a fantastic job of calming my nerves!

Dr Navi is amazing!! So through, such a great dr and they never make you wait. He has great bedside manors too. I went to him with my first pregnancy such an easy delivery and now using him for my second pregnancy

Dr. Navi and his team are amazing! They are always busy but manage to be so efficient and thorough. Everyone who works there is so accommodating, I appreciate Reyna in particular for always taking the time to answer any additional questions I have.

Best doctor I’ve ever had! Dr. Navi delivered my son and was prompt to address any problems I had both during my pregnancy and postpartum. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Can’t recommend him enough!

My recent visit was for a procedure and from the moment I walked in my visit was so professional. From front desk check in to vitals and phlebotomy. My nurse kept me updated on Dr.Navi’s arrival due to a delivery ( which I had no problem with) upon his arrival I was escorted to my room, where my procedure went smoothly and all questions were answered thoroughly! As always no complaints I love this office.

The medical staff is excellent. They are caring and take the necessary time to address your concerns.The office staff could be improved. It is difficult to schedule appointments and the phone holds are long. Perhaps they need more staffing to support this office. Also the online portal could be improved to allow for more actions to be completed by the patient including canceling appointments.

Dr. Navi has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. He is always very kind and very knowledgeable, I know that he has my best interest at heart. His staff is always very kind and helpful as well.

To be fair, I only go in once a year for my annual exam, but the experience this time was unlike my past visits. Everyone in the office was kind and informative, no complaints about the customer service. I was triaged fairly quickly, it was smooth, but she definitely got me in a room in less than 5 minutes. However, I was told to undress and of course hop into the paper gown and sit on the exam table while I wait for the provider. Firstly, I was never officially told WHO I was seeing so I didn’t know what to expect, but either way I don’t mind an NP, PA, or MD, i trust them all. I know I could’ve asked as well, but I realized too late that I hadn’t, and I know that that might not always sit well with others. Secondly, I ended up waiting on the exam table for almost an hour before someone saw me. Mind you, I’m not dressed and the AC is directly about me, so halfway through I grabbed for my jacket to keep me warm. At the hour mark, I finally decided to get dressed and just check in with the office, when finally the provider came in. I understand that they can run behind and the day isn’t always smooth, but had someone just checked in with me or informed me of what’s going on, I would’ve fully understood, instead of wondering if I’m going to be seen and have more time being clothed lol. I get it’s the end of the day and you’re trying to get your patients out, but maybe try to be more discreet on rushing me out.

Atmosphere very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. What can I say, Dr. Navi is the best! Always asks about your wellbeing, family, making sure you are up to date on your physical health, mammograms, bone density etc. Been seeing him, pushing 20 years. The best! Thank you.

I love coming to this practice simply because I never have worries about being heard or taken seriously when it comes to my care. I came to see Dr. Navid after transferring from another practice during my second pregnancy. Getting an early appointment was not a problem and I am glad to say Dr. Navid and his staff have handled my experience with care. I look forward to many more years of great experiences with this practice and it’s doctors.

Beautiful building. Very clean and well decorated with a cozy vibe. The staff was amazing and professional. They were super nice me. I enjoyed meeting the Dr. Navizadeh. He made me feel comfortable and talked to me. He had great knowledge of everything I had concerns about. He helped me relax and stop worrying. He even helped me up after my exam. Also, loved how he thanked me and was polite with meeting me. Very warm and caring feeling I received from him and his staff. I will enjoy my next visit in the future.

For the first time in my life, I had a doctor ask me what I wanted to do with my body. Dr. Navid listened to my concerns, he gave me suggestions and asked me what I wanted to do. Im very pleased with the him and the care from everyone in the office.

Dr Navid is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Jennifer in front always very nice, helpful and welcoming. Knew my name every time I walked in the office. Really made you feel important and not just another patient. They really care about you and listen to you. Makes whole experience great and like you really have a whole team behind you to help.

Dr. Navi is the so comforting with his professionalism and ability to make you feel like you are his only patient - even though there have been hundreds, maybe thousands, before you.I had a laposcopic hysterectomy two months ago and I was never worried going in and had the best care afterwards. He answered all of my questions and his office staff are always kind.My incisions healed fast and my recovery was quick.As at any gyno office, there is sometimes a wait because he has to go deliver a baby unexpectedly however, the office staff will give you the option to wait or reschedule.I was very lucky to find Dr. Navi!

Staff are always welcoming. Easy scheduling. Dr. Navi was very comforting throughout my pregnancy and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns and answered all questions I had. I delivered my first under his care through c-section and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

Dr Navi and his whole office are amazing. We were blessed with twins, and I felt very taken care of the entire pregnancy. They became like family (I had so many office visits towards the end to monitor the babies!!). I saw everyone so frequently!! The delivery was also incredibly smooth and overall a great experience. We opted for a scheduled c section due to having twins. Overall I highly recommend their office for anything from annual visits to pregnancy care. Everyone goes above and beyond and they truly care for their patients!

Dr. Navi and his staff are very personable and patient centered in their care. I delivered a beautiful healthy baby under his care. Our family had great discussions with him about labor and delivery options and the best approach for the care I needed. He made us feel heard and guided us the whole way. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for their care. If I deliver again, I will gladly choose Dr.Navi to be our OB again.

Very happy with my first visit with Dr. Navizadeh! I was transferring care from another provider and had had already a poor prior experience, so I was a bit hesitant with this visit. I am happy to say that he truly made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Definitely quite a difference from my previous provider. Both Dr. Navizadeh and his stuff are wonderful people.

We absolutely love Dr. Navid and his staff. We saw Dr. Navi for the first time with our IVF pregnancy. He is very nice, listens to concerns and is all around thorough and cares about his patients. The staff was always attentive, respectful, and made us feel comfortable. We live 2+ hours from Sanat Clarita and going to this office was definitely worth all the long trips. We plan to use Dr. Navi again in the future.

Dr. Navi gave me a lot of information and helped me be more prepared for the upcoming months leading up to when my little boy will be here. Him and his staff always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of each visit.

I absolutely love Dr. Navi and his staff! He has been my regular OBGYN for over 15 years, and I also had my Mom start seeing him when my parents moved to the area. I’ve referred SO many friends to his practice, too.He genuinely cares about his patients, and I credit him for saving my life a few years ago when he had suspicions during a routine well-woman exam. He immediately did tests and then called upstairs to the City of Hope office to alert them that I was coming up, and he requested they schedule an appointment for me with their gynecological oncologist, Dr. Lin ASAP. In less than 4 weeks, I had a complete hysterectomy and upon biopsy, they found I had very early Stage 1 cancer cells. Intervention happened so quickly, I never required chemo or radiation. I’m checked every 6 months and remain cancer free.Doctors are humble and usually say things like “I don’t have a crystal ball”, but if you ask me, Dr. Navi absolutely does! He’s not just there to deliver the babies (for which he has a passion), he is also there to make sure that the health of the women in his community is preserved. I cannot thank him enough!

Dr. Navi is the best! He is an outstanding physician with excellent bedside manner. You can feel that he truly cares for your and your babys well being. He also has excellent staff. They are always very friendly and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend!

You guys, he is the best doctor ever. He does all his appointments, ultrasounds and deliveries. That is SO rare. With my Dec 21 baby I had an abruption and he took such great care of me. Never made me feel like a bother or an over worried mom. When baby was breach he tried so hard to get him to flip, doing the ECV himself. When it didn’t work he came in at 2 am after I went into labor and did my c-section after I insisted on pushing the scheduled c-section date until after my due date.I moved out of California and am 13 weeks pregnant. I cry all the time because I just wish he was the one delivering this baby. There are no doctors like him anywhere. This man never sleeps and still takes such great care of his patients. I’m jealous of all the mamas that get to have him as their OB.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Navi to any new moms.If you are ok waiting for a while during his appointments (of course, goes with the territory of being a popular ObGyn), then you are in good hands.He is very experienced and genuine in any advice he gives you. Also, assures you he is available anytime you need a question answered.

I saw him about a year ago and Im still traumatized by the whole experience. I do agree his high rating is MISLEADING. In the beginning he was ok, however as time progressed he became rude whenever we would ask him questions. As first time parents it is normal to have questions especially when you are pregnant with multiples. He was very condescending, perhaps he felt challenged by our questions? My husband and I are scientists and perhaps a little more analytical than other people. We wonder if others just took his advice with no questioning? He was extremely rude. He made us believe there could be a chance of vaginal delivery but by the 2nd trimester he exploded and said that there would be no way and that we could go somewhere else if we want to be unsafe. All we were doing was asking if that was still an option. Long story short, my husband and I had a plan B and while we had to drive to Van Nuys, we found a more capable female OBGYN there. She had the best bedside manners. If you are a current patient please consider switching. I would suggest you to have a plan B sooner than later as sometimes you wont be allowed to switch OBGYN if your pregnancy is too advanced. We were lucky!Best to you mamas, you deserve someone who will treats you nicely. Pregnancy is tough and there is no need to be treated poorly while you go through one of the hardest times of your life.

I would like to share the fact that I have received excellent care and customer service from Dr. Navi and his clinic staff. I have been working with his office manager Rosie over the past few weeks to schedule and prepare for an upcoming surgery. She has worked very hard to organize this for me. She has been very easily accessible via text and has gotten back with me in an extremely timely manner every time. The appointment schedulers are courteous and make this process seamless. There is almost no wait time when I have come to the office for my appointments. Dr. Navi takes his time, listens and hears me out, and I have huge confidence in the care I have and will receive from him. I highly recommend this doctor and practice!!! Thank you to you all!!

Dr. Navid is the best obstetrics gynecologist I have ever had. He delivered my second son through VBAC, placed my IUD, and now did my tubal ligation. Every experience with him has exceeded expectations. I am very thankful for him because without his help I would have been forced to have another cesarean. Fortunately I found him and although he lives far from my home he’s worth the drive. The fees are high but they are worth it. The nurses in his office are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is not my fave, I miss Angie. Otherwise, great office and amazing doctor! If I ever need anything I will definitely come back. I recommend him to everyone I know and gloat about him every chance I get!

Had an amazing experience with Valencia Center for Woman’s Health. Dr. Navi is an amazing doctor. Thorough, compassionate, and always pleasant. He provided excellent care during my last pregnancy. Being a 4 time repeat csection I had a lot of nerves surrounding my final pregnancy but Dr. Navi always put me at ease by answering questions and proving thorough care from start to finish. I would recommend this practice to any mom to be. I have so much admiration for the entire practice.

Dr Navi was amazing throughout my pregnancy and delivery! He is a busy guy but never falls short of assisting with every concern even when on call. I was scared after delivery of my lil one and he kept me calm the whole time and talked me and my fiancé through the situation. My journey has been amazing and I thank him and his staff for helping this first time mommy stay calm.

Dr. Navi is an amazing OB. My husband and I had three miscarriages before he delivered our daughter so pregnancy was a super anxious experience for me. Dr. Navi always listened to my concerns and reassured me when I needed it. He can even crack a joke or two when the time is right haha! He may be busy but he’s 100% worth the wait. Dr.Navid, his office, and hospital staff are the best!! When I found out I was pregnant I had a lot of anxiety, due to multiple issues with previous pregnancies, but from my first appointment all the way to delivery I felt comfortable. I did have a few complications during my journey, but Dr.Navid was always on top of them. During office visits it always seemed like my treatment plan was individualized to me and I never once felt like “JUST ANOTHER PATIENT.”

I love Dr. Navis office! Everyone is always really nice and even if I have to wait a little until Dr. Navi gets in to see me he always apologizes and then gives me his full attention. Plus sometimes its explained that hes with someone else or delivering a baby and that could easily be me in a few days. Office is clean and they have an app that lets me access my info from each visit.

Dr. Navi is my favorite doctor of all time. He never rushes me and he answers all my questions knowledgeably. There is always a sense of relief not stress when I leave the office. I feel very lucky to have him.

Dr. Navi is the most kind hearted and caring doctor I have met in a long time. I have a very complicated pregnancy and he was determined to buy my baby as much time as possible before the induction for better outcomes. He does not push C sections and is not money driven he genuinely cares for you and your growing family. Jen is my favorite nurse at this location in the office as she is so friendly and smart and spends the time you need to make sure your questions do not go unanswered.. she is also expecting a baby of her own and makes time to easy any anxiety. I am so sad to be leaving the state and losing him as my OB. Some say it can be a little difficult to understand him but just ask him to repeat or talk slower and he has no problem making sure you understand everything clearly. This man does have a sense of humor just laugh with him and everything will be ok! I trust Dr Navi and his team with my life and my daughters life. Thank you for absolutely everything! Saw Navi for most of my pregnancy. He was extremely rude, booked and zero bedside manner. I was a high risk pregnancy. When I wanted to change docs he refused to send over medical records. I needed to report him in order to get them released. I know sooo many unhappy clients of his. I feel his rating is totally misleading.

Just had my baby boy 2 months ago and Dr. Navi was my obgyn and I really liked it him and his office. Hes a good doctor and his staff is awesome. The two girls in the front Daisy and Angie are super sweet and nice. I never had a problem booking my appts at the time that best worked for me and calls were always returned by him or his nurse. By the time I arrived to hospital I was 9cm dilated and baby was almost ready but he arrived on time and delivered my baby boy at 3am. So glad I chose this office.

Great experience all around . The front reception staff is great , the NP is great and Dr. navi was great . I always had a pleasant experience in the office and the were very helpful with any questions or issues I had . When it came to my delivery , it went really smooth and he even came and checked on us several times . Definitely will be returning for my next baby

I have gone to Dr. Navi for several appearances and I can say that as a uneducated patient, he has never made me feel so comfortable at every doctor appointment as well as always keeping informed in the most positive way he possibly could. I respect Dr. Navi as for he always goes the extra mile for each individual patient and you can truly tell just by walking into his clean offices he cares. He displays many pictures of care for his patients around the office which made me feel reassured that I was in good hands. I highly recommend!

Dr. Navizadeh came highly recommended when I became pregnant with my second child. He is so compassionate and kind. I live in the Antelope Valley but am willing to come down to Santa Clarita for all my appointments because he is worth the drive! The staff there is Great and makes an effort to get to know you on a first name basis, so you dont feel like just another patient. I would recommend Dr. Navizadeh to anyone expecting a child because a caring doctor is very hard to find these days.

Happy to have found this doctors office! We moved here from Ventura County and was hoping to find a great doctor I felt comfortable with like I did with my first pregnancy. Dr. Navizadeh is always friendly and kind and will answer any questions I have. Our visits are usually short and sweet but I would be happy to recommend this office where the staff is helpful and friendly and Dr. Navi to anyone I know for their OB needs!

This was my first time meeting Dr Navi. I had an ultrasound scheduled and he came in and introduced himself first. He was kind and explained the reason for the ultrasound, what he was looking for, and what he found. Answered all my questions patiently.Very pleased with my visit.

Even though I hav previously had a terrible experience with Dr. Navi, (terrible), his office is the only one that takes my insurance in SCV, so I have been seeing his female colleague. This time I saw the nurse practitioner, Courtney, and she was wonderful. Seeing Dr. Navi in the hallway brought back painful memories so I cannot give this service more stars.

Great OBGYN doctor . Comforts you before surgery takes place. He also answers all questions you may have during Pre Op visit . Thorough and informative; he knows his stuff . Patient and empathetic. However he is very busy doctor he has a lot of patients ; he is that good . When overloaded with patients he moves fast and short, which he may come off as careless, but he really cares about all his patients and women’s health and well being .

This was our first initial visit for baby #2. We had a bit of a concern, but Dr. Navi put us at ease for where we are in the pregnancy. Very happy to be going through this pregnancy under Dr. Navis care!

Dr. Navizadeh is extremely welcoming and intelligent - my only issue was not being given enough information about some of the IUD symptoms beforehand and I ended up passing out in their hallway and almost didnt bring anyone to drive me. And sometimes theyre so overbooked that you end up waiting well over an hour. So I would take that into consideration and ask all the questions you can and do some research beforehand when it comes to the IUDs.

Currently pregnant with my first, and absolutley love Dr. Navi. The office is great and the staff are great. They are extremely helpful and always friendly. Dr. Navi is so knowledgeable and helpful when I need anything. He also delivered a couple of my husbands friends little ones and their families share the same love for him and his office. Love Dr. Navi! I was super worried about finding a great OB/GYN when I was pregnant with my daughter 3 years ago. I had previous infertility issues and some small complications with my previous labor and delivery, He is always very supportive and kind.

Wish I knew about Dr Navizadeh years ago he made everything about my high risk pregnancy so much smoother and the hospital team for my c section me and my family are forever grateful but his office team is a joke they don’t answer the phone I had problems after I had my baby I was supposed to be seen but they canceled my appointment they never gave me a new date they said they would call me back and never did I had to keep calling them mind u they never answer the phones I called my insurance to complain and they said I canceled my appointment when I didn’t they said the PA wasn’t going to be in why would I cancel my appointment when I had surgery and my c section had opened up I need to be seen the hospital was packed so I just went home and fix my c section myself

I thought the Dr was was professional and very informative in explaining everything i needed to know about my procedure. I really liked the big screen so I can see exactly what he was doing.

He’s awesome. I’ve been to a couple different OBGYNs around the AV and finally found him in Santa Clarita and make the hour drive for my appointments. He’s very caring and puts the patient first, even with a busy schedule. My appointments never feel rushed or unimportant.

First time patient and I was really comfortable with my visit. I like how everyone took the time to talk to me and listen to everything I had to say. Happy that I made the decision coming here.

Not enough stars for how amazing the staff and Dr Navi is!!!!The best obgyn you can go to in 12+ towns. I’m not kidding you on that. (There’s people from boron that see him.) Navi is the kindest doctor. He’s quick and works fast. Was able to get ahold of him anytime. (Had to a few times.) People from all over go to see Navi. Saved my daughter and never once pushed for C-section. Promise you the staff is amazing! Navi is amazing! Even the girls at the desk make a point to remember everyone. We drove over an hour away just to see him. (Edwards AFB) Sooooo worth it!! Almost everyone here on base sees him. Don’t think you can get a better OBGYN than Dr Navi. Even the nurses who work with him at Henry Mayo were amazing and quick. They’ll answer all your questions. He’ll listen to your concerns and discuss everything with you.You won’t be disappointed!!! Can’t say amazing enough! Lol 😆

Dr Navid is excellent. His office is clean and his staff is awesome. He is very thorough and answered all of my questions. My surgery was very successful. If you are looking for an excellent Doctor. Dr Navid is who you are looking for.

Doctor Navi and staff were very friendly and kind. Doctor did not rush through the appointment. Took time to make sure I understood all items we discussed. Would definitely recommend this medical group.

I used the Kegel chair. It ended up being about $195 for 30 minutes. My pelvic floor needs a lot of rehab to prevent surgery. This chair with the electric coil gives you 2300 kegles in 30 minutes. It’s intense and worth every penny. See you guys next week for my next session.

Dr. Navizadeh is such a caring person, not just a caring doctor. He will listen and answer your questions sincerely. Seriously, there are no stupid questions to ask this man regarding your and your babys health. I have been to another obgyn before him and that doctor was not experienced. Dr. Navizadeh knows what hes doing and he seems to enjoy his work.

The doctors are great! After starting going there 8 months ago the office finally fixed what billing couldnt. If you have a problem with billing go to the office. The doctor called me and resolved it in one call. Nice! Thanks Dr Navi! Dr long is amazing as well she was my doctor.

Honestly, one star is too many for this doctor. I want to encourage women to seek a different doctor. I went to this doctor ten years ago and had a very painful biopsy with him, only to be told when the results came back that it was inconclusive because he hadnt gotten a big enough sample. I swore then that I would never go back to him. Ten years later my insurance sent me back to his office and against my better judgementI decided to give him another chance. I shouldnt have. He did another biopsy and while my legs were up in the air he decided to tell me a story about when he had to call a woman and tell her she had cancer and he was laughing about it -great bedside manner! He then gave me an appointment to hear the test results. My insurance didnt want to approve it, I couldnt believe it. I called them to ask why and they said they dont approve appointments for test results a dr. Could give on the phone. I yelled at my insurance and told them he was going to give me results and talk about what to do next.! They granted the appointment. I got there and Dr.Navi told me I didnt have cancer, but I still need to have surgery so please make an appointment to talk about that. I said Im here! Lets talk about it now! Make another appointment he tells me. Now I understand why the insurance company thinks this is unusual. He just wants copays and to bill. Fine. I come back for the appointment to talk about what the procedure is, we schedule it and I start to ask questions and he tells me not to worry about it - very patronizing, and he will answer all of my questions at the pre- op appointment. So I go to the prep op appointment and an assistant tells me he will be with me in a moment but do I have questions for the dr.? YES! I DO! She takes them all down. He comes in...all in a rush and mumbles to himself as he pushes buttons on his tablet and he looks up and says my insurance declined part of the procedure. Now Im upset, why would they do that? He pats my hand and winks at me and tells me not to worry about it! I tell him Im going to call my insurance to find out why and now he gets upset- tells me not to do it, that it will mess things up for him - begs me repeatedly not to call them and tells me he is now going to worry that Im going to call them! I tell him I wont and he says come with me and he takes me in the hallway and asks one of the nurses to give me paperwork. He tells me hell see me in surgery. I say What about my questions? He hasnt even explained the procedure to me yet! He rolls his eyes and says you have questions? I point to his tablet he looks at it and says yes, no yes and walks away! 3 appointments to get info and I never even got to have the procedure explained except a yes,no, yes in a hallway filled with nurses and other patients. I cancelled the surgery the next day and was told that he was no longer in my insurance network and hadnt been for 15 DAYS!!! Hmm, maybe thats why he didnt want me to call my insurance?? Now I am going to another Dr. with none of this drama and mansplaining and patting my hand. I asked Dr. Navis office to send my records to the new dr. And had to ask repeatedly - only to find out that he didnt include all of the material from his exams in my chart. He just didnt. Ladies stay away from this one. I know he has a lot of glowing reviews...I wonder how many of them he paid the nurses in his office to write??

Dr Navi is a great OBGYN. Great professional manner and very sincere with his patients. Staff are also welcoming. Recommend this office for OBGYN.

If you aren’t there for pregnancy, he’s terribly rude and impatient. I have severe vaginismus and vulvodynia (very painful) and have tried to get help at appointments multiple times. He often seemed annoyed with me and told me “Just use dilators or get surgery.” He didn’t care at all, even though i’m completely unable to have sex or get a pelvic exam. If he researched the condition at all, he would have been more helpful. He didn’t try to prescribe me medicine, lidocaine cream, or anything. Also, with my ethnic background (Finnish) I’m susceptible to these conditions, but he knew nothing about them. Very poor bedside manner on multiple occasions. I give him two stars because I’ve heard he’s good for pregnancies, but i’m Immensely disappointed with the way he treats a rare and difficult condition. I went to pelvic physical therapy and see a new doctor, and my physical therapist and doctor actually care. It’s a completely different standard of treatment. I am not the kind at all to leave poor reviews, but his treatment of a rare condition is alarming- it’s like he didn’t want to make the effort to look into it at all.

Both the physician and staff were extremely pleasant, I am glad they are my providers.

The stuff is very rude on phone! To be specific the nurse called Maria Torres ie so rude! After I commented / left a note about her on my patient portal! My account is now blocked I can’t access it anymore because I left note that nurse Maria torrese is rude!!!! Wow! The stuff is very unprofessional! The galz that answer phone calls are so rude! And mean! Don’t go there if you are sensitive they gonna be mean to you!!

Dr. Navi has always provided excellent care. He always makes time to listen and answer questions to any concerns that I have.
