My husband and I are extremely grateful to MCRM Fertility Clinic for their exceptional care and generosity. Navigating the infertility phase can be incredibly challenging, but the team at MCRM was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We underwent IVF almost a year ago in July, had our first transfer in January, and we are now expecting a healthy boy in October! Thank you, MCRM, for your thoughtfulness and positivity during our journey. 💙

MCRM was the best thing to ever happen to us! Without the work these people do each and every day, we would not have the privilege to be parents. Dr. Ahlering, Shawnie, and Alex were amazing throughout our treatments and kept us informed and encouraged. We graduated MCRM in May and are currently 16 weeks with a baby boy! MCRM has given us everything we’ve been dreaming of for 3 years. We look forward to working with them again one day!

When Dr. Ahlering walked into my exam room, he shook my hand and treated me like a person. He did not seem rushed. He answered all my questions and calmed my worries about the upcoming procedure. I dont know what my outcome will be, but I appreciate how closely the staff has stayed in contact with me throughout this process. I have great trust in this medical team.

We learned nothing, and we gained nothing (except medical debt).When we first made our appointment with MCRM, we made it absolutely clear to them that we were not in the market for IVF. We simply wanted to explore our options regarding more natural means of family planning. Had they been honest with us, they could have told us that wasnt really what they do here, and we would have went our separate ways. But the honest way wouldnt have gotten them any of our money, so instead they lied to us and told us they would work with us in whatever ways we were comfortable with.It wasnt until we had spent hundreds of dollars on tests that we finally met the rudest doctor weve ever met, who spent an hour railroading us with an IVF sales pitch even after we told him multiple times we werent interested. We asked him over and over again to just explain to us the results of our tests, which he only did within the framing of selling us IVF. He made it clear to us that the only services MCRM was interested in providing us was IVF. In the end, we learned nothing of use from these tests.The only times MCRC ever reached out to us again was to mail us more IVF sales material. We were heartbroken, and we decided to write off the whole experience. Unfortunately, our problems with MCRM had not yet ended.A few weeks later, we received a denial from our insurance provider from the very basic blood work that MCRM had requested. We contacted MCRM, and they reassured us that this sort of thing was normal, and that they would sort it out. For the next few months, this would repeat. Every few weeks, we would receive a new denial, we would call MCRM, and they would reassure us that they were handling it. Well, it turns out they were not handling it. They had incorrectly filled out the paperwork to send to our insurance provider. By the time MCRM had corrected their mistake and sent the proper paperwork, our insurance provider informed us we were past the appeals stage and could no longer appeal the denial. Thanks to MCRMs failures, we were stuck with a bill of over a thousand dollars for a simple blood test -- in addition to the hundreds of dollars they had already scammed us out of for useless tests.If we had never stepped foot into MCRMs office, we would be exactly the same but a thousand-and-a-half dollars richer. Learn from our mistakes.

So thankful for the team at MCRM! Everyone was great with communication and so helpful with the process. We are expecting our baby girl soon and we couldnt be happier!

Extremely pleased with the care I received during my IVF journey at MCRM Tulsa. The environment was clean, and the staff was friendly during every visit. I felt like the directions I received were always delivered to me in a timely manner and the communication was amazing during each visit/call. We have had success so far into our journey and will definitely be returning in the future.

MCRM has a great team to help your dreams come true in becoming a mom or dad. Their whole team is very attentive and knowledgeable. The communication through the whole process is very streamlined through web portal, text, and phone. I highly recommend them.

I waited a while to post my review because I wanted to fully reflect on my experience without taking it into the rest of my fertility journey.Pros: Nice staff, very nice office.Cons: Doctor to patient ratio, lack of attention, poor and insensitive handling of patient results.My wife and I scheduled an IUI consultation in July 2022. The first available appointment was in September. Consultations tend to have a longer waiting period, so we thought nothing of it. The consultation with NP Leslie King went well, so we scheduled our initial visit for the next available date, the beginning of October. Test results came back promptly. However, we were required to review the results with Dr. Ahlering, who was not available until AFTER Thanksgiving. Further, whenever you have a question, you are required to contact your patient coordinator via the patient portal. However, responses are not received for 2-3 days. We expressed to Dr. Ahlering that MCRM may not be a good fit for us, because the practice seemed to be overwhelmed with patients. He assured us this was not the case and that after this step, things move along faster. This was the only time we met with Dr. Ahlering.We had our IUI in February 2023, which failed. We were informed by the receptionist. Not Leslie, Dr. Ahlering, or our patient coordinator (I believe her name was Karen or Kara). We never heard from our medical team after that. We knew then MCRM was not the clinic for us.Additionally, during my initial scans, I noticed that I had quite a few fibroids. I specifically asked Leslie if this would hinder our process. She said it would not. After our failed IUI, we moved to Mate Fertility in OKC. We were immediately informed that due to the location and size of my fibroids, I would never get pregnant via IUI and they required surgical intervention (not laparoscopic).Despite this, I do understand that everyones experience varies. Fertility is hard enough, but our experience with MCRM made a tough experience even harder.

MCRM and Dr. Ahlering made mine and my husbands dream of having a baby of our own come true. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and to have had such a caring and knowledgeable doctor who really takes care of his patients and is amazing at what he does. I highly recommend MCRM to anyone trying to have a family of their own.

MCRM has been amazing in our IVF journey. Dr. Ahlering, Lauren, Shawnie and all of the staff are so caring and truly care. We are so thankful we found this clinic and highly recommend to anyone on this difficult journey!

MCRM was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From our first consultation with Dr. Ahlering to our final ultrasound, I don’t have a single complaint. We had several failures and frustrations with a clinic before we came to MCRM and were blown away by the hands on experience, in-depth knowledge, and the care they place within their patients. We would not be pregnant with our miracle baby without MCRM’s direction and care.

We are so thankful we ended up at MCRM. The quality of care and compassion each member of staff has shown us through an incredibly sensitive and emotional time was an absolute blessing. I cannot recommend them enough!

From the very first appointment, we felt like we were in the right place. Everyone is very caring and personable. We feel like we received the best care possible. The communication was great start to finish and even after when they checked on us post pregnancy due date to see how everything went. We highly recommend MCRM to anyone who may need fertility care. My husband and I were blessed with a perfectly healthy baby girl, if it werent for MCRM we wouldnt have her! We look forward to coming back for FET#2 in the future!

Dr. Aubuchon and the entire staff here were absolutely incredible. We are so thankful for the care, compassion, and efficacy shown during our treatment plan. We are currently 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy little girl. Start to finish, our care at MCRM was seamless. I cannot recommend enough!

We recently just graduated from MCRM fertility and we could not be more pleased with our results. We were very discouraged by another fertility clinic, and upon our first appointment with Dr. Ahlering he put our worries at ease with his knowledge and expertise. We also had more thorough testing at this clinic, which was crucial for our final results. Throughout our journey, the staff and Dr. Ahlering were always on time for our appointments and very communicative and responsive through the portal. Although Dr. Ahlering resides in St. Louis, for our entire round of IVF we only had to visit once for the retrieval, and he was actually able to complete our transfer in Tulsa! After the first round of IVF we are currently pregnant and expecting. We could not thank Dr. Ahlering and his staff more, and we will definitely be back for transfer #2!

MCRM Fertility has an absolutely amazing staff and clinic. Everyone is so welcoming! My husband and I felt very comfortable asking all the questions we had as first time parents. Big thank you to Paige and all the staff that were supporting us throughout our time with the clinic.

Dr. Ahlering was so reassuring and we truly felt like he cared for our success. All of our coordinators and the entire staff were so knowledgeable and available at all times to address any of our concerns.

I transferred to MCRM last October after Tulsa Fertility neglected me after my IVF/Egg retrieval which almost killed me. I came with a lot of anxiety and distrust but can 100% say that Dr.Ahlering and every person I worked with restored my faith in others. I cant begin to express how grateful I am for this facility to exist in Tulsa. Transferring in our embryos, testing them, planning with the team was the best. We chose to do our embryo transfer in St.Louis which we really enjoyed. It was like a mini vacation in an uncertain situation. Im almost 23 weeks now thanks to Dr.Ahlering and the entirety of MCRM.

I really can’t say enough good things about MCRM. After a lot of money spent, a lot of failures and heartbreak at a previous clinic Dr Ahlering listened to my concerns and agreed to do some additional testing that got to root cause of why we were no conceiving. He added some additional meds and procedures that helped us to be successful and we are currently 12 weeks pregnant! Their staff is kind and coordinators are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their lab is superb and all of the doctors stay up to date on the most effective treatments. If you decide to come here you are in the absolute BEST hands!

My husband and I couldnt be happier with the experience we had with MCRM. Every face we encountered had a friendly smile, our appointments always ran right on time, and all of our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Dr Ahlering is extremely knowledgeable and we trusted him completely. Our coordinator was amazing and always there to answer our many questions. We completed four rounds of IUI and did two egg retrievals and two frozen embryo transfers with MCRM and are now pregnant with our little girl after the second transfer was successful. We are so blessed to have found such an amazing and caring clinic.

We are very pleased with the care and communication we received with MCRM! We cannot wait to welcome our newest addition in October!

I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were so supportive, checking in on me all the time. Dr Ahlerig was always so positive. Everything was clearly scheduled and explained, particularly the medications which could be complicated without thorough explanation. Our baby girl will be here in December!!!

Words can not truly express our gratitude for MCRM. I can only hope that l can convey and describe in detail how amazing our experience with them was…First, I should add that we had been to a few other clinics in our area prior to finding MCRM, and MCRM exceeds them in every way from professionalism, friendliness, comfort and cleanliness of the environment and overall professional care. My OBGYN, acupuncturist and all of the hospital staff who delivered my baby equally had amazing things to say about Dr. Ahlering and his staff, which speaks volumes. Admitting you need fertility help can be difficult, so every person you come in contact with in the facility plays an important role in finding acceptance. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and in house phlebotomist, every one of them greeted me with a smile at every appointment and made me feel welcome to be there. Dr. Alhering was thorough in our meetings. He shared his knowledge, expertise and current research findings on our particular fertility concern. He did not sugar coat anything, but also gave us hope.Once we began treatment to begin IVF, everything was run efficiently! I had a personal coordinator who I interacted with regularly to provide critical, time sensitive information about my medicine protocol and felt like I was truly in good hands. She answered every question and concern I had for her and Dr. Ahlering. We did not get pregnant with our embryos the first time, but eventually we did! I am so excited to share that we have a healthy baby girl, only 6 days old! We know it could not have been possible for this blessing without the help of Dr. Ahlering and his incredible staff and we highly recommend them for your future fertility needs!

I started going to MCRM last year. I always felt welcome and not a number. They explained things in a way that a non doctor would understand. I highly recommend them! The staff is insanely friendly and makes you feel like a part of a family. Infertility is not easy. They make it a more enjoyable experience. They genuinely care about you.

We have been struggling with infertility for 8 long years. In January we walked into MCRM and knew right away this was the place for us. We had been to multiple other fertility clinics and they just didn’t feel right. In April we transferred our best graded embryo and it worked. We’re currently almost 13 weeks pregnant. Absolutely loved our experience with MCRM and Dr. Ahlering. We went through 2 rounds of IVF and even though we had to switch coordinators after our first round, I would consider them both professional and informative. We never felt confused in the process, everything was laid out clearly for us to follow. Communication was easy and we never felt uncomfortable. Appointments never felt rushed and it was nice to see the technicians passionate and thoroughly explain what they were seeing. Eventually, the staff felt like friends that I got excited to visit, even with the situation at hand. We met our goal and have 9 weeks until we meet our little man, all thanks to MCRM!

After years of trying naturally without success we decided to look into fertility treatments. I had heard good things about MCRM and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I made that call. The whole journey can be exciting and overwhelming but the staff always made me feel comfortable, welcome, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Ahlering was fantastic and friendly. I felt included in my care every step of the way. We thankfully had success with IVF and as glad as I was to graduate at 10 weeks, I was sad to say goodbye to the staff at MCRM. The experience has been great and I am so thankful for everyone involved in making the facility run day to day. Thank You.

I cant say enough amazing things about MCRM, and I tell everyone I know the same! My husband and I couldnt get pregnant naturally for years. I was referred to MCRM by someone I trust and now I have a perfect baby boy!! I couldnt have done it without them. The whole process could feel very sad and disheartening, because I knew I needed help to have a baby. Every time I was in the office I felt welcome and supported. The nurses are knowledgeable and always had a plan of action. Paige, who performed my successful IUI has even followed up with me afterwards to check in, because she genuinely cares. Allison too, I dont think she knows the difference she made for me just by being a smiling and welcoming face every time I came to the office. The WHOLE staff at MCRM feel like friends, they are all sweet and helpful and genuine - which was comforting to me in sad situations. I will refer MCRM forever and I am SO grateful to have found them!

Everyone at MCRM from the desk, to the lab tech, ultrasound techs, medical assistants, nurses, embryologists, and Dr. Aubuchon have been nothing short of amazing. As a single mom by choice, they were always so supportive to get me to the next step to get my baby. The IUI process was great, and when I decided to switch to IVF Dr. Aubuchon was so supportive . The St. Louis staff was also so welcoming and wonderful to work with. Don’t let the travel for egg retrieval scare you, it was like a mini-vacation! I was actually kind of sad when I “graduated” to my OB with my perfect little miracle baby!

We loved our entire experience with MCRM. Now we are expecting twins due in May! We are forever grateful for the staff that has supported us in this journey.

This was our second fertility clinic. We chose MCRM based off of stats, proximity to us (2 hours away) and a friends personal experience with them. I have never felt more welcomed or heard than I did at MCRM. They offered new tests to help us get pregnant through IVF and it was successful. They may not have been our home from the beginning but they treated us as if we were. Staff is always friendly and responds fast. The clinic is always clean and organized. 10:10 recommend MCRM.

Where do I begin? I moved to Tulsa in March 2020 from Wichita. I cut ties with my clinic in KS as it didn’t make much sense to travel so much. I did research on MCRM and one other clinic in the Tulsa area. It was obvious from the beginning that we were meant to work with MCRM and Dr. Ahlering. Jen B has been a bright spot in our journey, my coordinator Amanda is so caring and lets me ask ALL the questions! Allison is the BEST phlebotomist, hands down! She keeps that beautiful building looking amazing and provides comfort for an anxious patient. Leslie does a great job on ultrasounds and always helps me to feel comfortable.Dr. Ahlering has been so kind to me, so confident in my body’s ability to carry a baby. He is gentle and sweet, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to help us through this journey.We are still waiting on the right time to transfer one of our healthy embryos and I can’t wait to see the staff of MCRM and Dr A blow my expectations out of the water!Do yourself a favor and reach out to MCRM for THE BEST fertility experience. You won’t regret it!

MCRM’s team of Dr’s and staff have been an amazing blessing along a sometimes difficult journey. Because of their expertise and care we now have a beautiful 15mo little boy, and a little girl on the way. When we came to MCRM, we had experienced a journey of 4 years of loss and failures, and were not sure we would be able to have our own children. We will be forever grateful to this crew for helping make our dreams become reality.

Amazing place, very respectful, helpful, understanding people. Very easy to ask questions and receive answers. I found out what was wrong with me the first time I went in. I went to Tulsa Fertility Center first and was not happy with the visits and I am so glad I made the switch. Not everyone will get the wonderful results I have received, I am fortunate to now be pregnant with our first child. However you will be heard and they will try to help you in every way possible, and that is all I ever wanted if the odds were against me.

We have had the most amazing experience with MCRM! Rachel is hands down the most thoughtful, kind, compassionate coordinator that we could have asked for! Dr. Ahlering truly cares about his patient’s and wants the best for them. The Jen’s are all amazing. The new office is Tulsa is wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about MCRM.

Awful customer service. We followed the link they sent us and filled out information online like we were told to, then we got to the office 15 minutes early, and the receptionist told us that we didnt fill out the right information and she would have to cancel our appointment. We asked her what information we were supposed to fill out, and she sent us the exact same link we had originally filled out. When we told her that she just shrugged and said she had to cancel our appointment. She couldnt tell us what link we had to fill out, and she wouldnt let us fill out the information in the 15 minutes we had before the appointment. The staff seemed incompetent and unsympathetic. If thats how they treated us before our first appointment, I cant imagine how much worse it would be if we kept going. We wont be going back.

MCRM made our biggest dream come true. Dr. Alhering and Amanda, as well as other members of the staff that we came across were all so attentive and caring. We never felt like we were in the dark with anything. Everyone was always very informative and prompt when questions were asked. Because of MCRM and the IVF process, we have our baby girl in our arms. Thank you MCRM! We are looking forward to returning when we are ready to grow our family some more!

Simply put, Dr. Ahlering and his staff at MCRM Tulsa are the best. Infertility isn’t an easy journey, however, they make the burden much easier to bear. I have been most impressed with the way that they personally invested in me and my husband. They have always been informative at every turn but have allowed us to make decisions that are best for our family. We trust Dr. A completely. We are so EXCITED to have them in Tulsa! If you should choose them as your fertility clinic, you won’t regret it.

After about a year or so of struggling to conceive naturally we decided to seek help. We did all of our initial testing at a different clinic and something just didn’t feel right. We made the decision to switch to MCRM and immediately felt like we were in better hands. After some time of tests and medications to help improve our chances we decided to take the IVF route. We are currently expecting our first child together after almost 3 years of infertility. We are very fortunate and thankful our first round of IVF worked for us. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Alhering and the staff of MCRM. Without their help we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Amazing team. The place is nice and clean. We had the blessing of two successful invitro. The first is a boy almost 2 years old and the second a girl due in May with God’s help.

For anyone struggling with infertility, or not having success with your current RE/clinic, I highly encourage you to try MCRM. After 2 years of struggling with infertility and numerous rounds of IVF with no success at my old clinic, I made the move to MCRM and was grateful that I did! They got me in very quickly and I was on the books for IVF the very next month. There’s no long waiting in between cycles with MCRM, I know with some other clinics you have to wait months in between cycles, not here, they are very flexible and predictable so you always know your schedule way a head of time, makes it very convenient and easy to plan around your schedule. Dr. Ahlering and the MCRM staff both in St. Louis and Tulsa are all wonderful. They are very thorough and leave no stone unturned. You will get answers and he will find a solution or a way to get you your miracle baby! I know he did with me and I am forever grateful! I know once I have my miracle babies in November, I will be flying back to MCRM all the way from Michigan for when we are ready for baby # 2! I highly recommend them and so glad that someone else had referred me to them, otherwise I don’t know if I would have ever of made it this far! Thank you so much MCRM, you are all true miracle workers!

We started at a different clinic here in Tulsa and after no result and no help, we reached out to Dr. Ahlering at MCRM. Dr. A was compassionate and caring from the start, he takes his time to talk to you and explain things how you can understand it. During every step, he would message us or come in to talk to us and check on us. He truly cares to help us have a baby. The coordinator Amanda goes above and beyond to help us and answer questions, she’s amazing! If you have needs for fertility treatment and are in the Tulsa area, MCRM is the place to be!

MCRM has been the BEST experience for what can be an uncomfortable situation. I always feel welcomed and so comfortable with all staff members I have met! Each person is extremely knowledgeable and answer any and all questions very quickly. I 100% recommend this Fertility Family for anyone who has thought about this path.

After many years of trying to conceive and a miscarriage, my husband and I finally chose to see Dr. Ahlering at MCRM Fertility and start our IVF journey. Everyone immediately made us feel so supported and truly cared for. He promised to do everything he could to make us parents and he did just that. So glad and blessed we chose Dr.Ahlering. Right from my first visit the staff & the doc were so friendly and patient. My co-ordinator Amanda was so prompt in responding to my questions. The best part is that they opened up a facility in Tulsa recently. I had been treating with them before that and since they did not have all the equipments at Tulsa, with minimal visit to St.Louis I have had a successful pregnancy. We have been trying to pregnant since 3 years and the moment we picked MCRM, our lives have taken a positive turn. One will never regret after visiting them. Dr.A you rock!

I had a previous consultation with a different fertility clinic in Tulsa and didn’t have a great experience. Though my husband and I really liked the doctor, the staff was unprofessional and rude. A friend recommended MCRM and at the first consultation we felt so good about it. Leslie was amazing and we love Dr. Ahlering. He is so knowledgeable and experienced, but also so kind and compassionate and caring-qualities which mean a lot, especially for a fertility doctor. We have complete confidence in Dr. Ahlering’s care and are so so thankful for him.

MCRM is an amazing place to star your ivy journey. Me and my husband were welcome from the moment we opened the door to Dr.Ahelring office. His staff is amazing and they made us feel like we had a chance, they we’re patience and understanding. We began to go through the process and we were nervous of course but we really appreciated that they had an on call nurse 24/7.I was also given my very own nurse for concerns as well. They were reasonably priced and they made you feel that it wasn’t about the money but about you and your soon to be family. I love that they had medication classes for you to take that was mandatory so that you would feel comfortable administering medication. They ran many test before deciding to place our fertilize embryo in my uterus which further increase our success rate.I am just happy to say that Dr.Aherling felt like family to us. I would recommend anyone that is possibly facing difficulties with getting pregnant to go to him. Him and his team will take care of your every need. I am happy to say that me and my family are now expecting our bundle of joy July 2020 after facing infertility for 4 years.Thanks MCRM (Dr.Ahelring and staff)

1. My overall experience was good. I respect those who did their jobs more than my expectation.2. I struggled with phone calls ( hardly picked up, they would still say that I could call anytime ) and portal messaging, the way unlike with sending email, cannot screen shot, can not send multiple recipients.3. I was confused with who our coordinator was because three employees switched during our services. Not knowing who to message and who ta expect to get message from was not simply cool.4. The price was super high !5. I still recommend for those who want babies.

Overpriced, lacked of communication are some of the issues I encountered. I felt like they played with our emotions and desire to have a baby. Overall not a good experience at all.My advise to anyone looking for a fertility clinic, please do your self a favor and do some research. Don’t let them get you excited and after they get your money, they really don’t care.Also, having consultations in Tulsa and the most important part of the treatment had to travel to St Louis was totally awful.

This facility did not inform me that part of IVF was in St. Louis, even though I specifically asked if it was Tulsa exclusively based on the initial scheduling phone call and with the doctor. There was no mention of St. Louis until a financial phone call, which they were surprised to hear that I had no idea that St. Louis was involved, even though I asked… twice. I wasted a months worth of time with this facility, when it easily could have been answered the first two times I asked. I know other people who also had this same situation- they neglect to disclose all information up front, especially when it comes to St. Louis.

Love everything about this facility!!! So calming, they listen to every concern you have, break everything down in simple forms.

My husband and I tried for two years. We went to a local fertility center for IUI and their customer service was awful. It was all about money for them, we felt treated like a statistic. When we decided to try IVF we found MCRM. The customer service was amazing, the facilities are beautiful and they make you feel they way you need as you go through such a hard process. We did one round and now we are pregnant with our first! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From the first time we stepped into the office, we truly felt cared about and felt like this team and Dr. Ahlering wanted to help us create a family! Our coordinators Morgan and Jessica have been the best and I truly feel like we could not have done this without them!

Office staff is extremely friendly. They always got us in on time. We mainly worked with the nurse practitioner Leslie and loved her. Answered all of our questions even when we thought of them after we left. The communication was wonderful and we are lucky enough to be 14 weeks along now.

We tried so long for our first baby and was ready for our second. We knew exactly what it was going to take for baby #2, so we called our fertility doctor only to find out she was retiring and she referred us to MCRM. We walked in with our plan of action and they listened to everything we had to say. We can’t wait to get this process started! A really great group of people work here! So nice and inviting.

We went here based off a recommendation from a friend. So glad we did as we just graduated from their care. They were upfront about the pricing and services. We did not feel pressured about the path we took or discriminated against because of weight. We did one round of timed intercourse and three rounds of iui. Scheduling was convenient and I loved my coordinator Paige! They even have a Facebook group for support and do regularly events for the patients and former patients. Highly recommend!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Patients that come in are already going through a lot trying to figure out fertility problems and on top of that they blame their patients when the STAFF cant seem to do things right, not to mention how rude staff is...Their patient portal is a mess and forget about scheduling. You are WAY better off going somewhere else. Avoid this clinic at all cost.

All I wish for this clinic is good customer service. We struggled with phone calls all the time. A lady who just talked to me today 7/19 at 1:31 pm had no manners at all. If you are confused about my question as English is my secondary language you better treat your patient nicely. We come here to get a cure. I wish as a service provider you treat your patient with respect. Times are hard for everybody. So please whatever you do today, do it with kindness in your heart! Thank you!

The Mcrm team and Dr. Ahlering are simply the best. They’ve helped bless us with two little miracles. They take your health seriously, the team give you confidence in their expertise, and I’ve personally referred so many friends and family there who’ve had success stories like ours. Trust your health and future with this team. They’ll work with you to give you the best outcome and plan for your family. From your health to insurance/billing, they will work along side you. You get a coordinator who is your person so you always have someone to reach out to. Dr. A will take the time you need to answer questions and make sure you feel ready and comfortable for the plan ahead. He’s an expert and has the best tools, resources and technology. You deserve to go somewhere that people care! You’ll get that here!!! Advocate for your health and find a doctor who cares about you and your family.

I was referred to this clinic by my OBGYN who claimed they did free consultations. We set the appointment and when I called to confirm the appointment I also wanted to confirm this was a free consultation. The lady took a minute to check the computer and assured me that yes, this was a free consultation. We did the appointment and everyone was nice. A couple months later I get a text saying I have a bill. I email them and say there must be a mistake with my billing, this was a free consultation. Then they said they did not do free consultations. So if they tell you that you are getting one, you’re not. It may have just been a new receptionist or something that didn’t know. Either way, make sure you get names, dates, and written confirmations of everything before doing business with them. I personally will not be returning because I want to trust who I’m going to. They were all nice when we went though. That’s why I give the 3 stars.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with MCRM. I highly recommend them! Dr. Ahlering truly takes each patients own history, concerns, and needs into consideration and creates a plan that is specific for the individual. I cant say enough about great they are.

Highly recommend this clinic! They are super understanding and helpful. Dr. Ahlering was one of the most compassionate doctors Ive ever had and he was always very patient and thoroughly explained the process. Amanda was also very very patient and answered all of my questions! I have no regrets about my decision to go with this clinic.

The staff at MCRM is bar none. My wife and I have been able to fulfill our dreams to expand our family solely because of Dr. A and the awesome people he has employed. Cant say thank you enough to them.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! You will meet with a doctor for the consultation and you will never see him again. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They overcharge for you to see a nurse not a doctor. And if you need IVF you have to travel to St Louis! I have left multiple messages with the three financial people and none of them will call me back. They are holding $5,000 in loan money that I only used $750 and have yet to return the $4,250. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I have never felt this taken advantage of by a business that is very obviously preying on your emotions.

Mcrm fertility becomes family to you. They truly care about your Journey of infertility. Dr Ahlering and Leslie take the time to answer any questions you may have and explain everything to you. You won’t find a better Doctor than Dr.Ahlering!

ATTENTION:- This clinic is FraudThey are fraud. They will get you to the office to charge you the first visit and they won’t tell you if your insurance will cover it or not. Melanie over the billing department she is rude very unprofessional. She finally returned our call after leaving 4 voice messages. Doesn’t apologize. Doesn’t have an answer on how much coverage we have and when she calls makes it sounds like it’s our fault. We had a meeting with the NP Leslie king she informed us we have to do different tests and it should be covered under your insurance but she said we would know the financial details the same day. It’s 4 days later and still don’t have an answer.

What I loved about MCRM is that we had success on the first try. We loved working with the facilities and our doctor. The only downside was a relatively constant lack of communication. We had questions that would not get answered for days.

MCRM was beyond welcoming and informative our entire course of treatment! I couldn’t have asked for a better team! I would recommend them to everyone starting any type of fertility journey!

Absolutely 100% THE best place to go for fertility problems. Everyone was so sweet and on top of everything, I was able to contact them at the drop of a hat and get a response just as quickly. This is only place I will ever go for my fertility needs and the only place I recommend anyone else go to!

I have been to a couple different centers and MCRM hands down the best. Dr Ahlering has years of experience and knowledge and the staff is great from day 1. While occasionally call back take some time they are great and I am understanding!!

Today when I got a price plan for a second retrieval, it was half price but when I said I wanted to wait 90 Days to improve my egg health, they said that’s not necessary or proven and that the dr doesn’t suggest doing that. This really URKED me. 😐😓. It should be my choice. She said if I want to wait 30 days that’s ok. But the discounted price won’t be honored in 3 months. Even though this was a failed cycle!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 My husband was next to me going off... saying who are you to say that none of that stuff works.. etc. he was so bothered. Idk what to do. I had 13 embryos. Down to one being tested. Came back abnormal. Something just seems off. They won’t even refund my transfer amount, when I didn’t even do a transfer. What dr says you can’t take time to be healthier??! If I don’t change anything I’ll just have another failed cycle. But they don’t seem to care as long as they get paid. Something seems off to me but that is just my opinion.

Wonderful experience. Entire staff is amazing, after a year and a half we were blessed to be pregnant with a daughter. Thank you so much MCRM.

Really love all the staff who work here. Every visit was comfortable and friendly. Absolutely recommend them to anyone struggle to conceive. I am currently 17weeks along, all thanks to them.
