My husband and I couldnt be more happy with Incinta. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and the reception area is stunning. All the staff from the receptionist, patient relations Charlie, our nurses Lily and Alyson to Dr. Lin were so encouraging and helpful through the entire IVF progress. They were all very supportive and helpful with any questions and accommodations! Another aspect that makes this facility top notch is they do everything in house. So you never have to go to another location for anything. I am also happy to report my husband and I are pregnant! We are beyond excited!

Dr Lin and Alex were so great to work with! They were very responsive and going. I had lots of questions and concerns and they were always very thorough and easy to reach. I had really good results with only 1 egg retrieval and 1 frozen embryo transfer! Highly recommend!

My dealings with this clinic have solely been through supporting a friend, who flew in from overseas, to pursue several rounds of IVF egg harvesting. Under a veil of mismanagement, they attempt to push objectively unnecessary services, collect full payment for services solicited by the clinic from third-parties – then neglect to pay said outside parties (who then erroneously attempt to redundantly collect payment from the client). Friend was upset with experience during first couple rounds. Dr. Lin walked into a meeting, dodged the first question, exclaiming that he is the best egg sucker there is......hopefully you understand the gist of how this firm operates...

Good service and dr Lin is professional and knowledgeable. The recommendation Dr Lin gave to me definitely will increase the chance to succeed.

Went through egg retrieval, embryo creation, transfer and through to pregnancy and birth. There were definitely some hiccups along the way, but Ive learned to expect the unexpected with fertility treatments and procedures. Dr. Lin was more than caring and professional in his work. I would highly recommend!

I dont even know where to start with this review. The staff at Incinita are truly my angels on Earth.All of the employees, whether they worked specifically on my case or not; were always attentive, kind, sensitive to my needs and so helpful.I have first to highlight my coordinator, Lily. Throughout my journey she has been beyond incredible. She has become much more than just someone on my medical team. Lily has been our biggest advocate and cheerleader since the very first time I met her. She responds quickly, honestly and is super knowledgeable. We have been beyond blessed!Alex is another employee I must thank, although she is not on my case, I have cried in her arms at my lowest, we have celebrated the wins and she is always checking in. I am forever grateful.I also must highlight Dr Lin and Mr Stetson. I have always felt so supported and truly cared about. They both have worked tirelessly to make this process as painless as it can be.This journey is not easy and we have a long road ahead; but the staff at incinta have truly become our family, so we are ready.If you are looking for a place that is much more than a clinic, come here, you will not regret it!

Love this facility! they really know how to care fortheir clients they go to extra mile to make sure that theclients feel safe and secure. Dr Macer and Kyle are wonderful to work with, I couldnt recommend this facility more. They clearly care about their patients and treat you with respect and a lot of their time, which is hard to find in a doctors office. Dr. Macer is very kind and understanding and he does a great job at making you feel like its all under control and that you can count on him to get you there. The facility is stunning and they put a lot of thought into the details to make sure youre comfortable and safe. Im very grateful to have found them!

Dr. Park and her team treated me and my wife with such respect and care. It took us a year of treatments to get our little angel. I was ready to give up and Dr. Park wouldn’t let me. She gave us the push we needed and I’m so grateful for her. With out her we wouldn’t have our beautiful daughter.

If youre looking for a Doctor, to help you on your infertility Journey, Dr. Macer and his team are an exceptional choice. My husband and I were starting to feel the weight and discouragement many others feel, and he set us on the right path, from homeopathics to eastern and western medical treatments. We are so happy to say we are successfully pregnant just after just a few months. I Know everyones journey is different. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares, and has the passionate skills and wisdom to treat you, and facilitate your little miracle, then Dr. Macer and his wonderful team is the perfect choice. This review would still be true, even if we were not able to have children.

Dr.Lin and his team are amazing.i would like to give them 10 star.Lin always picked up the phone even after working hours and answered all my questions patiently. Dr.Park is extremely knowledgeable ,nice and sweet.

They are great people! They are so welcoming and all around amazing people! If I needed anything or had any questions they were there! 100% recommend them!

I didnt like the way I was treated at all in this place. I paid 150 dollars for an appointment for the doctor to say to go home and try more. Very bad experience and never coming back.

The doctor is very professional, the assessment is accurate, the service is very good, and the environment is comfortable
