Fertility Treatment Center

The staff is so kind everytime I step into this office! From the front office girls to the clinical staff. They’re quick to answer calls as well as messages sent via portal. My husband and I are still on our fertility journey, and we are grateful for the many options Dr Craig has provided us. We felt that the baseline and diagnostic testing we received was thorough, as well as the follow up consultation to review our results. Dr Craig spent time with us to learn about our situation and after our initial meeting we felt confident that this was the clinic we wanted to receive services at. Also, a huge thank you to the nurses who take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns during appointments. There are clinics closer to our home, but we happily make the 45 minute drive to this clinic because of their excellent service.

Thank you Dr. Craig and staff for being so wonderful. After 8 years of trying my husband and I said enough was enough and we started our journey of finding help. My husband originally was sent here for a semen analysis. The Dr who originally sent him there for the analysis said he couldnt help and refused to see him again. Thankfully FTC called my husband about his results and he told them he is no longer being seen and explained the situation. He was encouraged to make an appointment with Dr. Craig for the both of us. I feel like it was fate. I didnt have any hope after so many years I told myself this was it. If it didnt happen I would no longer try. Every step given by my IVF coordinator Amber Lee, was clear. She helped every step of the way. The surgical staff was so kind. Especially Angel, I truly never met such a kind soul she made me feel so cared for. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and caring it was unbelievable. They created an amazing plan and I made sure to follow it to the T. Started the process in February. Now Im 9 weeks Pregnant. Im so happy i found FTC. Forever thankful! They gave me a chance to be a mother again. I highly recommend this facility! They really take good care of their patients. I cant even explain how wonderful this clinic is. Im certain that no other clinic goes above and beyond like Dr. Craig and his team do. Im always so impressed with their bedside manner and collaboration on treatment based on what is best for you. Dr. Craig spends so much time understanding the latest research which I love. So grateful to have found them!!

Dr. Craig and his team are FABULOUS! I just had my consultation with him and Ive never experienced just a streamlined process. He is very thorough, detailed, and answered all of my questions. Fabulous team that are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure we had a game plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his team! 10/10

Ive spent a year with this clinic. From the very first appointment my husband and I felt like cattle being herded through this process. Besides the front desk staff, and an amazing triage nurse Angel, the bed side manner was horrendous. Every ultrasound we had each nurse was in a rush, rough, very abrupt and had expressed how there wasnt even time to discuss our ultrasounds, or next steps. It was always sorry we are back to back today, youll receive a call whenever your coordinator has time to get to you. Mind you, we drive 2 hours out of town just to be with this clinic. Meeting with Dr. Craig was just about the same. Consults were less than 10 minutes with the speed he would go at. Often making us feel dumb if we didnt completely understand or if he needed to explain something further. He often quoted I dont know all those details, thats what the girls out there do. Not. Our first coordinator was never in the office first off, when we did get ahold of her it was always through the patient portal, and for our first transfer nothing was explained. The patient portal was a joke. All they used it for was to get signatures. Our lab results were NEVER updated or even uploaded. Records were not recorded and results from genetic lab or anything of that nature was never easy to obtain. Again when you feel like your an annoyance because they are backed up or busy its hard to feel like youre important and get the reassurance on questions we had. Our first transfer resulted in a 11 week missed miscarriage. We were frustrated in this because at just 6 weeks we were graduated and told to find a doctor. We had asked multiple times for a reputable doctor in our location, and were dismissed as that was our job. When we asked for the final time we did receive information, and had to go 3 weeks before they could get us in. Where we wanted additional care to ensure our levels of hormones were good etc. again we were told we graduated and needed to just wait until we could get into a local doctor. Had we continued to be monitored or worked with we may have continued on that pregnancy. We came back for an addition transfer that did not take. Our final transfer we had googled and researched enough that we knew we couldnt rely on our clinic to fill us in. When we first started Dr.Craig emphasized that with each transfer our odds increase. (First transfer was 73% and second transfer we were given 62%). Being on our 3rd transfer we expected to hear good news in our consult, we were confused when we were told our odds were now 30% because they couldnt really say what it was that was going on. We continued forward and requested a new coordinator thinking maybe it was just someone who had been doing this forever and was just hitting that point of losing connection with patients. I was slightly bothered that when we requested a new coordinator Dr.Craig did not bat an eye, did not ask what happened or why this request was being made. Final transfer came along and at this point our coordinator never spoke with us once on the phone. Everything she did she sent through email. We figured ok, we can do that its not like we are use to actually being guided through each transfer. The uncomfortable ultrasounds continued, minimal contact from our coordinator and transfer day comes along and nothing comes of it. After 1 year of constant IVF, 3 transfers, 2 egg retrievals, a miscarriage and 7 grade A PGT tested embryos and over $60k later we have decided while we want another baby, this clinic will not receive another dollar from us. We know odds of pregnancy can never be guaranteed, however bedside manner, a trusting team and genuine human compassion is at minimum of what a fertility clinic should be guaranteeing. We did not feel valued or even like we had a real team helping us. They are too busy it seems to be bothered with the individual patients. I strongly recommend an attitude adjustment for everyone as priority should always be the care of your patients & the service your able to give.

I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things about Dr. Craig’s office and all of the staff there. We came to Dr. Craig after two failed frozen embryo transfers at our first fertility clinic. From our very first appt with Dr Craig he took the time to sit down with us and make a plan. He had multiple plans for whichever route we wanted to go. I got pregnant the very first try with Dr Craig. From consultation to having my baby, their office showed us compassion and care, and were there every step of the way. We could not recommend them more!

We had a really great experience with Dr. Craig and his staff. I really appreciated the data that he provided- having the statistics and expected length of time for my fertility was incredibly helpful. We started fertility treatments about a year and a half ago and finally moved to IVF last September. Im currently pregnant with our first child after the first transfer. My experience with the staff was really great. Everyone was very friendly and re-assuring. I really enjoyed the surgery nurse (unfortunately I cant remember her name). She was so positive and really helped to calm my nerves when I went in for the surgery retrieval and transfer. I also enjoyed working with our IVF coordinator, Daina. I appreciated her direct approach and patience. The ultrasound techs were great, med assistants, and the ladies at the desk. Everyone was very friendly and warm. The office is very inviting and usually has some fun movie playing in the lobby. Now if I could only find an OBGYN office thats as amazing as FTC! (supposedly we were spoiled).

Where do I start! FTC was so much more than a treatment center to my wife and I. We came to them after having a horrible experience with another clinic and the minute we walked in on day one it just felt different. From the front office staff to the back office everyone was amazing. We looked forward to our trips to see Janelle and Chassadi weekly because they always welcomed us and knew where we were in our process and that went such a long way. We never felt like a number at this clinic. Amberlee is a star whenever we were stressed our had questions she never made us feel like we were crazy. She would call or email us back right away. I cant recommend this spot enough, every single person who works here is kind, caring and compassionate. They gave us a chance to become parents and we are forever grateful for that.

I went here not knowing what to expect honestly. Dr. Craig was so kind right from the start and explained everything to me in detail regarding our options and the IVF process. I did one retrieval and got one embryo. We decided to transfer that one. It ended up working! And I know that’s because of Dr. Craig’s protocol. I also want to shout out my amazing coordinator Amberlee. She was incredible! I had so many questions but she never made it seem like I was bothering her and was always willing to answer every question. All the staff there was so nice I had a great experience. I was so stressed about starting IVF, but they really eased my nerves. My baby girl is 7 weeks old now and I owe it all to Dr. Craig and the FTC team! :)

We have been patients of FTC for over 2 years and have had a wonderful experience overall! Dr. Craig is a wealth of knowledge and never pushed us to do treatments that were costly or unnecessary. He would give us his honest opinion on various procedures for IUIs and IVF, and I appreciated that he would take research and each couples unique scenario into account before highly recommending anything extra. While he does go over information in consults quickly, he takes time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. After many failed IUIs, and 2 failed frozen embryo transfers, I never felt like Dr. Craig had lost hope in us having a baby. He always had a thoughtful response and change in protocol for the next attempt.Maggie was our IVF coordinator and she was a tremendous support to us! I have probably spent over 5 hours on the phone with her and she always took time to answer every question and concern I had. She was empathetic and understanding when she had to deliver bad news to us. And she was, of course, so thrilled when she was able to tell us we were finally pregnant. She has been the caring and knowledgeable gal we needed along the way.Susan, the ultrasound technician, always makes you feel seen and known when she comes in the room. She calls you by name every time she sees you and you know she is rooting for you all along the way. She lets you know what she is doing and seeing during ultrasounds, making you feel very comfortable.Angel in the surgery center is a bundle of joy and energy! Having done 3 frozen embryo transfers back-to-back, we had a lot of emotions each time we came in for the procedure. But we would always look forward to seeing Angel and her sweet spirit would help to lighten the mood!I wish I could write a paragraph for each of them, but youd probably stop reading this review right about now! Everyone has truly been amazing at providing the care we have needed over the past 2 years. It is sad for us to be moving on to an OB now because we will miss all of them so much!

I cant say enough great things about FTC and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone going through a fertility journey. This was the second clinic we had gone to (after a terrible experience with another fertility clinic in the East Valley) and from day 1 they made us feel like family. Janelle and Chassadi are the first faces you see when you walk in the clinic and we started to look forward to our appointments bc of them and the entire staff at FTE. Amberlee was our IVF Coordinator and she was always available when we had questions (or just nerves and wanted to talk). The entire staff is incredible and it was bitter sweet to graduate and move on from FTE, but well be back in the future for baby #2. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

We had been trying treatments through my OBGYN for a while and nothing was working. Finally we were referred to Dr Craig and the FTC staff. They were so nice!!! Every appointment was easy to set up. They follow up and remind you. The patient portal is super organized and user friendly. I was able to see all my documents, test results, appointments, etc. Plus messages through the portal were answered quickly. The staff was so welcoming. They were sincerely empathetic during negative result calls and excited when we finally got pregnant. Felt like home!

We’ve been super impressed by all the staff at FTC! From Dr. Craig, Kristen, nurses, medical assistants, and front staff, everyone is so welcoming. I appreciate how straight forward Dr. Craig is, he explains what our next steps are, and answers any questions you may have. Portal is very user friendly, and if you have a question, they respond fairly quickly. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Craig is amazing and so is his staff. We were on our secondary infertility journey for 5 years. Prior to seeing doctor Craig we saw 3 other RE’s with no luck. Dr Craig switched our protocol and I’m now pregnant with boy/girl twins! I can’t thank them enough for this miracle! We are so thankful for Dr Craig and his amazing staff!

The staff is incredibly nice, and very accommodating. Dr Craig is so knowledgable and was able to get to the root of my problems with conceiving, and now we are expecting our first rainbow child. I am so grateful for the entire staff, and helping make our baby dreams come true!

Dr. Craig offers you different fertility treatment options, he is the most straightforward and intelligent person youve ever met, wouldnt chitchat and talk a ton, but he definitely gives you the most suitable treatment/ protocol according to your body/ blood work results. Him and his team is definitely the best you can find and trust for fertility treatments, and we are so happy we did not go elsewhere for our baby.I have been going to FTC since March 2022, and everytime I come in to the office, I always look forward to seeing all the nurses heart-warming smiles, catching up, and they make you feel like you have a family/ friend caring for you. IVF is a very emotional journey, but my coordinator - Amberlee and everyone else here is always making me feel loved and cared for. We are now pregnant and babys gestational age is almost 9 weeks. We are very grateful for Dr. Craig and his very professional team, and we are truly gonna miss all of them since we are moving to another State. Take care everyone! Thankful for yall!

I will forever be grateful for Dr. Craig and his team. We struggled with infertility for 7 years. We were referred to this office by a friend and it was the best decision we ever made. I never felt like just a #. We were treated like family and they truly cared about us. We welcomed our rainbow baby on December 11th, 2021 and are beyond blessed. After not having the best experience at another infertility specialist, I decided to give Dr. Craigs office a try. I am so thankful I did! I never felt pressured into any one treatment option, but instead was given many options and was able to choose how I wanted to go about my treatment. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, caring, and made me feel comfortable with the process. I am now happy to say I am 10 weeks pregnant after trying for many years, and I cannot be more grateful for these wonderful people who helped make it happen. Thank you!

Phenomenal care! We can’t speak highly enough about the team at The Fertility Treatment Center.This is a little bit about our fertility journey prior to finding Dr. Craig:- My wife and I are both 40.- 3 previous rounds of egg retrieval (1 in Los Angeles, 2 in Phoenix)- 3 previous implantations that did not succeed (all in Phoenix, ultrasound literally broke during one, positive pregnancy tests after 2, neither of which were viable at first ultrasound [i.e. no heartbeat]).- Not a great experience at the previous practices due to overall poor communication and fees that made us feel like we were being “nickel and dimed”.This is what set The Fertility Treatment Center apart from the previous practices:- Communication: When you call the office, there is an actual person who picks up the phone during business hours.It was rare that we ever had to leave a message. When we did have to leave a message, it was rare for us to wait longer than an hour before receiving a call back. Emails were returned within 1-2 hours during the week (sometimes even on nights and weekends). Equally as important, Dr. Craig and his staff were all on the same page with regard to our protocol. We never received contradicting instructions from different staff members.If you are new to the fertility journey, communication is of the utmost importance because the medications themselves and timing of medications changes frequently. If communication is delayed or inconsistent, it can affect the likelihood of successful treatment- Up front, itemized pricing: There weren’t any extra fees outside of the list provided by The Fertility Treatment Center at our initial consult. IVF is expensive and usually not covered by insurance, so it is very helpful to know what you will be charged prior to starting the process.(To put this in perspective, at our previous practice, after our third implantation didn’t lead to a sustained pregnancy, we were offered a video appointment with our physician. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at their practice, we were later billed $200 for this 10 minute video appointment. For lack of better expression, we felt this was in poor taste.)- Amber Lee: She was the medical assistant who helped to coordinate our care. Amber Lee was outstanding in every way. My wife had frequent questions, and Amber Lee always responded quickly via email or phone call, even on Friday nights. (We once emailed Amber Lee at 7pm on a Friday, and although we didn’t expect it, she got back to us at 10pm the same night). She was truly incredible, and we were lucky to work with her and the other staff members (all of whom were also great).- Dr. Craig: My wife gave birth to healthy twin babies this April. Hopefully, this speaks for itself.Many thanks to the team at The Fertility Treatment Center. Our hearts are full thanks to you all.

We LOVE Dr. Craig! I’m currently pregnant with my second FTC baby and everything went so smoothly both times. He was levelheaded with coming up with plans and even listened to our input. It was so easy and painless! We especially love Susan Johnson remembered us two years later and Angelica always made me feel so comfortable

Dr. Craig was our second fertility specialist we ever went to. It was the best choice I’ve ever made switching over to him. I have recommended five other infertility warriors to go to him and it was the best choice they made as well! The staff is amazing and so organized. It was a night and day difference coming from my other fertility clinic.There was no messing around and The communication was always very clear. He was able to help us get pregnant after two years of secondary infertility and four miscarriages.Also Christina the PA is an angel and I wish I could see hurt my whole pregnancy!!

This clinic help us to grow our miracle family. The staff are so amazing and caring even through all my anxiety and questions. I would recommend time and time again. Dr Craig was so nice and knowledgeable and friendly!

Excellent communication from the front office and billing staff. They respond in a timely manner with conciseness and professionalism. Once you have your initial appointment, getting your next appointments are pretty easy and the front office try hard to coordinate with your schedule. Shout out to Marissa and Michella who really helped us with our insurance questions.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy to connect when calling the office. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have a successful experience and welcomed a baby girl last year.

Very happy with the staff and the care I received. I had two miscarriages in the last year and I cannot recommend their care enough. They were kind and Dr. Craig never hesitated to explain things the way I needed him to (not dumbed down). I am currently pregnant with a baby boy thanks to FTC. I will be going back in the future if I decide upon extending my family.

I love the staff at the Fertility Treatment Center! I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Dr Craig and the other medical staff were extremely knowledgeable, flexible, personable, and all around amazing. I also loved that everything was done in-house. All tests, procedures, exams, were done right there which saved me lots of time and hassle from going to different labs.Everyone here was so dedicated to helping me go from a patient to a parent! My husband and I will be forever grateful for Dr.craig and everyone at FTC. Dr. Craig really takes the time to listen to all your concerns. Never felt rushed he truly cares. Daina our ivf coordinator was absolutely amazing. Beyond thankful for Daina and her professionalism. Everything was always communicated clearly so we understood every step. We were always treated with kindness from every individual at FTC. I am currently pregnant from my first ivf cycle. Second transfer worked. Never felt like a number at this place. You truly start to feel like family at FTC. The amount of care they provide you with every step never went unnoticed. Thank you to every single individual at FTC.

Love this office! Dr.Craig truly is the best at what he does. Everything he discussed at our first session with him, came out exactly how he said. He didnt see us much, however he was always in the lab working on what to do next. The staff at this location are awesome. The nurses here are so caring and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I got pregnant on my third IUI and Im 4 months pregnant with my first baby boy. Wish I came here sooner. Definitely worth every penny, and everything we gone through. They were upfront with all costs, and etc. no secrets. Thank you FTC for your amazing work, and wonderful staff! We cannot thank you enough.

Dr Craig and the rest of the staff (Kristina, Maggie, Lauren, Jennifer, Janelle) are amazing. I am currently 14 weeks from my first embryo transfer and cannot be more thankful for them for everything. I cannot wait to come back to try for a sibling as I have 3 more that are frozen. Dr Craig knows his stuff for sure. I am confident that even if this transfer didnt work then he would have had a different plan to try instead of just making me do the same protocol over and over like other fertility clinics.

I highly recommend Dr Craig and the Fertility Treatment Center if you have any infertility issues. Dr Craig and Dr Tao (embryologist) are absolute experts in this field and truly make it their priority for you to have a baby (or two!) We will have 4 children come October thanks to them. Dr Craig is so smart and involved in lots of research all the time, so you can be assured that his practice is always up to date. The whole office are a pleasure to work with, and the office itself is clean and bright, and a nice place to have many appointments.

Dr. Craig and his team were amazing. My husband and I now have a beautiful 6 week old little girl thanks to them. The entire staff at FTC made us feel at ease and confident, while going through the whole nerve racking process. Dr. Craig laid out a thorough plan and his awesome PA Kristina (along with many other fantasitic staff members) helped implement it. Someone was always available to answer questions or address concerns. They truely care about their patients and want to help them grow their families. As a PA myself, I have ZERO hesitation recommending their office to my patients when needed.

From start to finish this place was amazing. I went into my initial appointment with anxiety and shame. I really thought having another another baby was going to be a long and maybe unobtainable journey. After meeting with Dr. Craig and getting my thorough examination my mind was put at ease. In just one cycle I was magically pregnant. I know that is not that case for everyone or the norm. He was confident and had a plan and if it didnt work we would meet again and see how to tweak the plan.The best part of this business is the group of women that run this office. From the receptionist, doctors, ultrasound technicians, to the nurses, each person was professional and hospitable. They truly seemed to care and were always willing to help, answer questions, and put your mind at ease. The office is a well run machine but they still put a name to your face and care. Dr.Craig is the main name, and he is great, but these women steered the ship.Thank you so much to this team for giving me my baby. I will miss being your patient and hope others turn to you in the future for such great care.

My husband and I made a baby with dr. Craig and were successful on the 1st try. We were really happy with their billing department and how they helped us navigate as much through insurance as possible, that was a big draw in choosing them. Having everything in one office was extremely helpful and made life easier. I lived my ultrasound tech and my IVF advisor was very helpful. My only complaint was my first meeting with dr. Craig was 90mph and a little confusing, then we didn’t see him again until the day we implanted. A little more guidance would have been appreciated or advice from him on what to put in and how. But all and all we had a very good experience and will use them again if we decide to try for a second child.

I will forever be grateful that the fertility treatment center got me pregnant, and I will go back when we have our next baby. We saw Dr.Craig because of recommendations from a family friend. He is very brief, speaks quickly with medical jargon, and is not personal. He never asked me a personal question about myself or my husband, or any questions about how I was doing. If you want a doctor who will take their time with you and will reassure you during an emotionally tumultuous time, Dr. Craig is not for you. With that said, he is extremely knowledgeable and got me pregnant for which I am very thankful. Kristina the PA and Susan the ultrasound technician are wonderful!

I have been a patient at FTC for over 5 years now. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Craig and his staff. They helped me become a parent after 9 years of struggling to conceive. When we were ready to try for baby number two, I had no hesitation in calling their office again. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and every staff member at FTC.

The entire team at FTC is amazing! Dr. Craig is up front and honest about your options and likelihood to conceive (which I appreciated). I did not feel pressured towards any one way of proceeding but felt informed. The staff is genuinely rooting for you and supportive throughout the journey. I only met Dr Tao for a few minutes at the embryo transfer but can say that he is top in this field. As is Dr. Craig! I highly recommend FTC!

It’s a great please with an amazing environment and awesome customer service, I want to mention that the two receptionist (barbies) that sits in the front desk are absolutely amazing, polite and so taking care of everybody that comes , doctor Craig and the staff are so professional and kind. thank you all for making our journey so easy and friendly… totally recommend.

Fertility Treatment Center is amazing! I spent a lot of time at FTC, and I absolutely loved my experience. I do believe that my husband and I wouldn’t have our beautiful daughter if it wasn’t for the ease and care of the staff. I will always remember that Janelle (sweet receptionist) came in and gave me a hug before going in to my embryo transfer. That is just one example as I got close to Alexis and Daina who were so wonderful to work with. I’m so grateful I found them and we were so blessed with our sweet little girl.

What could I possibly write to adequately express my gratitude to Fertility Treatment Center? I write this review as I watch my precious sleeping B/G twins, born just over a week ago from our very first embryo transfer. They would not have been made possible without such a genuinely caring staff that listened to us and fought for us at every turn. Even during our lowest points, we always knew that FTC supported us and had another plan to help us toward success. Dr. Craig is a genius and his support is top notch. Don’t go anywhere else.THANK YOU, FTC!

This place is the best. I don’t even know where to start. Infertility is such an emotional experience and the staff at this facility make your experience so enjoyable and as easy as possible. They are all kind, professional, friendly, compassionate, and really make you feel SEEN, understood and heard as a patient. They are so organized, on time, true to their word, and just overall incredible. I was told by numerous friends to switch to this doctor, because I had such a poor experience at my first doctor, and I am SO glad I switched. I love this place so much! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with FTC and are now pregnant with twins. The staff including Dr. Craig, Kristina, Susan, Alexis, etc... go out of their way to make your fertility journey as comfortable and easy as possible. Communication is always clear, team members are friendly and kind, and no matter how long the journey is you never give up hope because a plan is in place. I would absolutely recommend FTC to a family member or friend.

I cant say enough great things about this fertility clinic. This was our fourth fertility clinic. Dr. Craig always gave us hope and never gave up on us. The staff is absolutely amazing! Each and every one of them have been kind, patient and caring. I have never had a bad experience in the year I was a patient. I am now 20 weeks pregnant. They have made our dreams come true!

I can’t say enough praise for this office and ALL of the staff. From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and everyone treats you with the utmost respect. They genuinely care about you as a patient and not just a dollar sign. Dr Craig and Dr Tao are highly skilled Physicians in this profession and are always seeking new advances to improve fertility outcomes by welcoming clinical trials. I have been to many fertility doctors and I really do like Dr. Craigs methods. Depending on the person, he is willing to try different types of cycles vs doing the same thing over and other again when it is not working. The billing office is great to work with. They also assign a nurse to you to answer any questions during the process.

Struggled for 3 years with infertility... diagnosed with PCOS and was referred to Dr. Craig by a friend... Loved him from the consultation... he had a plan put in place so we knew exactly what to expect and where we would go from there if it didnt work... took 6 months, and 3 rounds of IUI, but I finally got pregnant and gave birth to my miracle baby boy March 17, 2017... so thankful and forever in their debt... the whole office is amazing... wonderful staff and atmosphere! Recommend them to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with FTC and feel so lucky to have found them! I started my IVF journey with a different doctor, after having been diagnosed with blocked tubes. The first doctor I saw had a very negative attitude towards me ever conceiving and carrying a child to term. After 6 months of seeing him with no results, and feeling a bit dejected myself, I decided to check out FTC on the recommendation of a friend.What a great decision that turned out to be! The entire experience was completely different from the start. To begin with, Dr. Craig was prepared at my first consult, and had a much more positive attitude. He felt confident that there was no reason I could not have a baby, after reviewing my tests, blood work and ultrasound. We started the IVF process immediately, and though it didnt go exactly to plan (I only had 2 mature eggs retrieved), I never felt pressured to give up or start over and it didnt seem he cared about how I might affect his success rates. Dr. Craig was able to transfer the only 2 embryos I had, and I was pregnant on my first IVF cycle, just 4 months after starting my journey with FTC.The staff at FTC is phenomenal. Literally EVERYONE is friendly, positive and patient, whether you are figuring out payments, getting blood drawn, talking to your IVF coordinator (mine, Jennifer, was fantastic and a wonderful source of information and encouragement) or having an ultrasound or other procedure. I never had a moment where I felt uncomfortable, which is so important since infertility felt very lonely and isolating for me and my husband. I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tao or the embryologists, but I am so grateful to them for creating and caring for my baby before I could. Im now 35 weeks pregnant with a healthy daughter, and so thankful I found FTC to help fulfill my dream of having a child.

I had a wonderful experience at the Fertility Treatment Center. Dr. Craig and his team are a truly great group to work with. I always felt comfortable and trusted in what they wanted to do. I am now 3 months pregnant thanks to their help :)

I switched three providers over 4 years before I got to Dr. Craig through a referral from a friend. We had a successful outcome with our first in vitro attempt with him. He is a miracle worker, I cant thank him enough. His staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff and medical providers. Dr. Craig was very knowledge and created a treatment plan that ultimately resulted in me becoming pregnant (after trying over two years with my OBGYN). However, my biggest kudos goes toward the MAs/nurses, Susan (the ultrasound tech), and Kristina Bauer (the awesome PA). Early pregnancy has been very difficult thus far, and these women have been amazing at quickly responding to my calls/messages, providing support/comfort/education, and giving excellent care with awesome bedside manner. Im actually so sad to be leaving them and returning to my OBGYN - I wish I could continue my care with these ladies. Again, I highly recommend the Fertility Treatment Center!

FTC has become like my fertility family. From janell at the front desk to the amazing coordinator Jennifer to every nurse and doctor on staff the service is impeccable! Everyone makes you feel important and are very aware at what you are going through. I’m the type of person who like details and has a million questions. No one batted an eye at all my concerns, abundance of questions and wanting things clarified 10x! The beside manor here made me feel safe and loved. Thank you FTC for all you have done for us!!

The only bad thing I can say about the Fertility Treatment Center is that they will completely spoil your expectations for all other doctors offices. There was never a time when my wife or I waited to go in after our appointment time. If anything they usually admitted us early. Thanks to doctor Craig, my wife, who had a very rare endocrinological, was able to get pregnant after just 4 months of trying. They were professional and efficient and we never had issues with scheduling or getting anything we needed done.

I feel so blessed having been referred to Fertility Treatment Center. Dr. Craig first meets you face to face and gives multiple treatment options based on what he sees clinically and based on patient history. Then, after bloodwork and any additional testing, treatment options may be adjusted a little or left the same. You can choose and go at your own pace.I had been to another doctor prior to visiting FTC and was very discouraged; after only a televisit I was recommended to have the most expensive and invasive procedure. No conservative options were given. Going to FTC made me feel so much more empowered and hopeful for the future. The staff is a well oiled machine; everyone knows what they are talking about and the process, so you don’t get misinformation and aren’t left feeling confused.I am truly grateful for and absolutely loved the sonographer, Susan. She helped put me at ease during my scans, which I always have terrible anxiety prior to. She is very warm and personable, educates you on what she sees and helps you feel in the loop. She’s truly an asset.The entire staff (during my consults, testing and bloodwork) was super kind and warm. I can’t speak enough to that. Fertility struggles can be such a hard and lonely journey. It’s so nice to feel like there’s a team behind you, rooting for your success.I definitely recommend FTC! You won’t regret going here.

I was told once by a regular OBGYN that Id never have children. When I went to see Dr. Craig, it was very daunting. He talked very fast and sometimes i felt rushed, but he always took the time to answer all my questions, even if I asked them multiple times. He was confident and sure of himself. He did my surgical procedure and it went well, and he was the person doing my treatments most of the time. When we were about to give up, he came up with one more option, and that is when we got pregnant. He is very busy, but he does care and the results that Ive seen speak for themselves. Out of 4 people that I know have gone to him, all were able to get pregnant. His nursing staff was great. There was a PA that I saw once, and she was really cold--bad bedside manner. Ill be going back for sure when we are ready to try again, and he is the fertility doctor I recommend to everyone who asks!!

This review is long over due but only because my experience with Dr. Craig and his team happened before interent/Google reviews were a thing. My husband and I tried to concieve a baby for several years and saw several specialists. One day we went riding in our dune buggy to the top of Four Peaks when I started cramping extremely bad. My husband raced me down the mountain and to the emergency room. It was then that I found out I was pregnant but it was a tubal pregnancy and they had to take the tube. Of course we lost our baby and the only tube I had. After a while we decided to go see Dr. Craig at the suggestion of a friend of ours. We were immediately impressed with Dr. Craig and his entire staff. Dr. Craig would always list our options in achieving the ultimate goal of conception. Of course option 1 was always: Do nothing! And the last option was In Vitro fertilization. We worked on the other options first before finally taking the last option. Dr. Craig was able to help us achieve several embryos and we ended up getting pregnant. This was 24 years ago. My beautiful baby girl is now 23 years old and has just been accepted into PA school in Texas. She did have a rough start to begin with; at 3 days old we had to take her to the hospital because she was just so fussy and wouldnt eat. When we got to there, the nurse asked us how long she had been blue. Turned out she had a condition known as Wolf-Parkinsons-White that threw her into SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) and her heart rate was over 300 bpm. They admitted her to pediatric icu where she stayed for close to a week. But with the help of digoxin, she grew up healthy and strong and at age 11, she had surgery to correct her heart defect. In 2.5 years she hopes to be working in a pediatric cardiologists office as a Physicians Assistant to help other children. So thank you Dr. Craig for helping us obtain the greatest gift from God - a child. She has always been my life and always will be. We call her our $10,000 baby!

After five years of fertility treatment including 3 specialists, 6 IUI, injections, medications and feeling emotionally drained, we wanted to give up. We already had a healthy child and we even started the adoption process to grow our family. Adoption is also an emotional journey that would have taken over three years but we push on anyways. Still yearning for a baby, I felt that IVF was my only option. After months of research I found Dr Craig’s website and read about the successful pregnancies and schedule a consultation. Unlike fertility specialist we had met with in the past, Dr Craig was thorough and straightforward about my personal plan based off of my infertility history. He gave my husband and I clear instructions and explained our unique care plan. We had one round of IVF and have beautiful twins as a result. Throughout the IVF process, the staff at FTC were extraordinary!! I would definitely recommend Dr Craig to anyone who is struggling with infertility.

Dr.Craig is a mad scientist, well that’s what all my doctors say about him because he’s the greatest. I went to another RE prior to seeing Dr.Craig and they just repeated the same treatment all the time. With Dr. Craig, he always did something different each failed cycle and assured me that I will get pregnant & guess what, I ended up with twins. I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you to Dr.Craig, Christina & team for making this possible for me and my husband.

Dr. Craig is very knowledgable however he was very hard to understand. Felt like I was on a baby making assembly line during my first visit, paraded from one room to the next. The wait times were horrible, and although they were apologetic the apology didnt seem real. Had blood work done on my first visit for hormone levels ect. and no one wanted to give me the results over the phone. I had to practically beg to get a second appointment with Dr.Craig and left not really understanding the results. The nurses laughed at me when I called in concerned about having low blood pressure after taking Femera. Never called back again after. The atmosphere was cold. Also had issues with getting appointments for my husband with the lab. Long story short I only did two medicated cycles with this clinic and went elsewhere.

Fertility Treatment Center was by far the best experience I have ever had with doctors and staff. Started from making my Apt and meeting with Dr Craig. He was very honest and gave us all of our options from easy, medium to hard. My husband and I started out with IUI’S, I felt like I was cared for with every step throughout the process. Unfortunately, none of the IUIS worked for us, so we moved to IVF which was a scary and intimidating process, but with the help of the staff and Craig, we felt like we were well prepared for this journey. The Nurses Alexis and Maggie were my go to’s for my blood draws since I was quite a tricky one and they always made me laugh. Daina was by far the most upbeat person to have walk us through the medicine lists, answer our questions and she was just as excited to tell me when we were in fact pregnant. I felt like she truly cared and was just as excited for us as we were. Susan is by far the best person I have ever come across. She made every apt so wonderful. She explained to me everything when I was confused. She is one amazing person. I have to say that being released from this office was very bittersweet. Leaving the staff makes you sad but I will never be more grateful for all of them for making our dreams come true. We will be coming back for our #2 :O)

Dr Craig is the best in the business! You are making a huge mistake if you think being warm and fuzzy has anything to do with the science of treating infertility. The fact is that Dr Craig cares about one thing and one thing only and thats getting the best results! My wife and I were unable to have children for many years. We went to multiple doctors and specialists and spent well over 200k! They all said our chances were only 10-20%. Doctor Craig with his highly advanced techniques turned our 20% chance to a 70% chance after the first treatment. He fixed one of my wifes ovaries, and cleaned up her endometriosis. He helped me get with the best urologist to fix my issues and on the second attempt our dreams came true and our beautiful daughter was born! We went back recently and we were successful again with our baby boy! Dr Craig is very focused. It may take a few trys but he will figure out your problem. He is a gift from God to all of us with fertility problems. If you feel like its a baby making factory or its cold just forget about it and go and let them go to work for you. Take it from someone that went to all the warm and fuzzy feel good doctors. Guess what.... they just want your money! They have to make you feel good because they know that your chances are slim. Doctor Craig on the other hand just focuses on the task of helping you have children! Dr Craigs team is the best chance you have. Get in there and get it done. Yes its an emotional roller coaster... and it really sucks when it doesnt work. But you have to keep trying! If your going to pay the money you might as well go to the best in the business... Dr Craig!

My husband and I had our IVF consult yesterday with Dr. Craig and we absolutely enjoyed our time there. All of our questions were answered and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to continuing our fertility treatments at FTC!

We waisted 2 years of our lives with this clinic. Not to mention how much money we spent. We’ve done IUI and IVF. No success. Switched to other clinic, and I will not name it not to promote it. Our baby girl is 6 months old now. Yes, FTC is nice and clean, everyone is friendly, but is this what you really need when going to fertility clinic?...

This is my 3rd cycle with FTC and my 2nd pregnancy. I cant be happier about absolutely everything with this team of doctors and the staff. From the lady that greets you at the reception desk to the last person who sees you during your appointment, you receive nothing but smiles, words of encouragement, and support. I would recommend FTC over and over. Specially Daina (my case coordinator)... she is beyond awesome. Without her support and patience the process would be so much harder and frustrating.Thanks to the entire staff for being the rock that keeps us strong throughout this journey!

This was our second IVF Facility and our 8th IVF cycle. The first with Dr Craig. I was skeptical at first because it felt like a cattle call place but just trust the process. Dr Randall Craig did things completely different from the last place we went to and it worked! First time after 6 failed IVFs. I would recommend him to anyone having problems.

Dr. Craig was very informative and showed me a plan right away. I was able to easily understand because like all women who are struggling to conceive will turn into Dr. Google to understand what we might be going through. So it was finally a breath of fresh air to actually hear what u wanted to hear from your doctor. So maybe u should skip the obgyn if your struggling with getting pregnant and make an appt with a direct fertility specialist. Blessings to all.

If I could give negative stars for our review, I would. Dr. Craig, apparently once a renowned pioneer in the science, is now a dinosaur who has fallen victim by relinquishing his practice to people he trusts to a fault. Our entire experience, Dana, whos been with him for 25 years, was on vacation with no out of office, no backup contact, no one to reach out to and no apology upon return. She was short, and rude and refused us access to Dr. Craig. When we finally spoke with him after demanding to do so only because she did such a poor job explaining things, he made what sounded like half confident false promises based solely on a science he perhaps once had a mastery of. When we discussed our frustrations he literally said they dont let me discuss the business side. I couldnt tell if this was a cop out or the ramblings of someone who should have hung it up a long time ago. This is your business. You built it. You provide the service. The clientele are a representation of your work. You were cold, inaccessible, lacking in bedside manner and took zero accountability. Instead, we were left to deal with Dana who clearly has more than a foot dipped into retirement. Since our second failed attempt, which was worse than the first after being told we could now perfect the medication based on the first attempt, we havent received so much as a phone call, email, text... Nothing. Dr. Craig and Dana should retire. All respect to whatever advances you supposedly offered a couple decades ago, and your loyalty, but your peers have far surpassed you. By continuing to practice, this has clearly become a cash grab that does not care about the client or the science.

I was a big fan of this office, until they told me that I had a uterine polyp that needed to be removed that wasnt actually there. I paid over 2 grand for a completely pointless procedure because they read the scans wrong. The worst part is that they didnt do a thing to make it right financially.

We arrived the fifteen minutes early as asked by the front desk when scheduling, however the office ran late we waited twenty minutes after our appointment time to be seen. Dr.Craig apologized for be running late he tries to not run later than 15 minutes for appointment. Dr. Craig is very thorough in his clinical knowledge however he lacks a bit of personal connection with patients on a very important and emotional process.

I truly believe dr. Craig has a big heart, but he is very outdated and his style is unrealistic.. I went here for 2 years and 6 transfers of 2 to 3 embryos each time and nothing... switched clinics, half the meds and a 5 day blast and Im currently pregnant with a beautiful baby boy first transfer at new clinic...I think he does 4 day embryos because half or more wouldnt make it to 5 day blast and its more transfers..I just know I wasted thousands of dollars and 2 years of my time...

Dr. Craig and the office staff at FTC have been amazing. They are always their to answer questions, put a woman’s fears and concerns at ease. I have used Dr. Craig and IVF treatments twice and have gotten positive results both times!!

We had tried for years. This was the second fertility dr we had. They were so understanding and personal. I never felt like just another number. I was told my embryos were poor quality, which broke our hearts. But we decided to try anyways as they were optimistic. My husband and I are happy to say we have twins, boy and girl!! Thank you for making our dreams come true! Got to go...my poor quality embryos are up from their naps.

Wait times are long, took 3 pokes to draw my blood & the African American lady ultrasound tech was very rude, did not explain anything or listen to my requests. Dr Craig is OK, I always feel rushed during my appointments with him.

Amazing experience for both our pregnancies! We had a long road with our first with 8 rounds of IUI and then IVF and with our second we did an embryo transfer. The staff there is amazing
