Tazewell Express Care

Excellent experience! I’m new to the area and do not have a local PCP, so I tried Express Care for a sinus infection. Leeann and her staff were fabulous. In and out quickly but extremely thorough. The pharmacy staff was excellent as well. Also- as a self pay patient, their services are very affordable.

Amanda was so great And the entire staff! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience I had to wait a tad bit but they were so nice so I didn’t mind, I definitely will be back and recommend them ☺️

My grandaughter was really sick & crying with her ears hurting & I was able to get an appt with Brittany Sweet & even though the wait & process was long the staff & Dr were amazing during the whole process! Thank you for making my baby feel better!

A great destination for fast and productive/effective treatments when needed the most. Amanda Martin has built her empire around efficiency and servant leadership to each of her patients. A true quick-stop for excellent medical care & service without the long waits and long processes. Highly recommend for the quality of people and expertise that’s always on hand!

Amanda and her whole staff are friendly and fast. Plus you can get any prescription filled right there in the same building. I also really like their online billing system. What more could you ask for..... besides to never be sick lol!

Brittany and the whole staff was excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. Treated us more like family than patients.

My family and I are always very pleased with the service and care we are provided with . The staff is very friendly and professional. Never a long wait to be seen . Many times my kids wake up sick , they get them in ASAP . Never have left disappointed in my children’s or self health care needs.

I have the utmost respect and trust in the faculty and staff in Tazewell Express Care. They treat me as an individual, not as a number on a patient file. “Walk in clinic” doesnt mean anything when you cant walk in and be seen. False advertising to say the least. Sick people cant even go to a “walk in” clinic to be seen. Change your description…

This is the only place I trust with my healthcare. I went to summit for years with sub par care and felt like a number because they would see you for 30 seconds and would leave feeling like I wasted a co pay. This place not only takes the time to figure out what’s wrong but they take the time to fix it. I drive over an hour to get here and worth every mile.

Very helpful and informative. Leanna is an excellent caregiver and I recommend Express Care for anyone that needs aid.

It was a quick trip in and out, tested for the flu had me in and out 30 minutes!

Emily Minton was great. Was seen with very little wait. The rest of the staff was also helpful and friendly.
