Ive been going to Antoinette for just over 4 years and highly recommend her. I enjoy deep tissue massage and reflexology. I spend a lot of my day sitting at a desk, working on a computer and, honestly, Im not sure how I would move if she didnt undo much of that self-punishment. Shes kind and attentive and takes time to understand your personal needs. Her studio is clean and quiet. I look forward to every appointment!

The absolute best massage I have had in many many years. The pressure and extra attention to trouble areas was amazing. Antoinette is just wonderful every time I see her. The deep tissue massage is the perfect pressure for my body and I love that she offers so many types, pressures, and add on services for extra relaxation. Ive been pregnant, recovering from surgeries, and just normal as I have seen her over the years and each time she adjusts her method and pressure to what my body needs at that time. This is the only place I can get a massage! I go at least twice a year. Antoinette Is the best! I feel so much better after my massage. She targets your problem areas and gives you advice on what to do after your massage so the problem area gets better. I wish I could take her to NY with me.

She does an amazing relaxation massage, but so much more! Had a very relaxing and target specific massage at Airmid. I would say that the massage by Antoinette and her knowledge is excellent and superior to many other therapists that I have experienced in the Upstate. I have had many massages and would say that I would rate her technique to be definitely one of the best. She has lots of knowledge and expertise. Would certainty refer her to family and friends.. Annette is great at pinpointing the origin of my pain and she not only relieves my pain, but she also teaches me ways to eliminate my muscle aches by stretching, sitting correctly and lifting correctly. She also has helped me with allergy issues and weight loss. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps me stay pain free.
