Freedom Hill Community Health Center

Doctors and nurses are very nice and courteous but the welcoming from one or 2 of the ladies at the front desk could use some customer service training. I come in with a smile and greet them but no matter how nice I am she ALWAYS seem to think Im either a nuisance or a bother. Not ONE time have I ever seen her smile or be nice.

I have a great PA, and Im always treated with respect and courtesy

Great website. Was super easy to find everything I needed to get my son set up with a new pediatrician.

I like coming here its always a pleasure especially when picking up my meds those ladies are AWESOME!

They dont tell clients there policy and refuse to treat you if you dont see them every year. All I needed was a poison Ivy shot and they refused to see me. If your not paying them for yearly check ups that you dont need they dont want to help you. My eye is swollen shut and with no health insurance at the time this was my best option but they dont care to help people its all about the money to them. Plus they make everyone wear a mask but 80% of there own employees dont wear them. I highly dont recommend coming here find a better place to go.

Doctors are pretty good but the front desk workers are not friendly and very rude..and it takes a while to get seen. They take the walk in patience before the ones with appointments. But then agin this is a community health care provider and There is a plus they work with you on your payments on a sliding scale fee.

They told me atripla was discontinued which was a straight out lie. My brother been talking it for years. No problems. Seems like experiments to me. Plus everyone I met was young. No old heads, no experience. My brother is not a sheep or lab rat.

People in there are very nice with other people and treat anybody very wellI recommend that clinic

I take my granddaughter here since her job does not offer insurance to wait staff...They are able to fill most of her medical needs.

Dr. Junkins is one of the BEST doctors around She ACTUALLY CARES about Her patients ❤️☺️‼️The Pharmacy IS THE BEST AROUND Theyre are Always Friendly and respectful...Seeing that Ladies smiles before checkout makes visits more enjoyable....inspite of...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE THEY TAKE FOREVER AND THE STAFF DONT LIKE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY TAKE 6-15 DAYS TO CALL BACK AFTER LEAVING 1000 MESSAGES! 😡😡
