The staff was very professional and courteous. The on-call PA provided excellent treatment and had reviewed my earlier visits to ensure she was aware of any unique medical conditions. Only issue with this visit was the wait time to be seen. However, the receptionist ensured all those checking in were aware of the delay due to staffing.
I was pleasantly surprised that NextCare Urgent Care had an opening in less than 30 minutes. I was able to accept this timeframe. Adrianna was very helpful at the front desk. I was quickly called back to have my vitals taken. Tony was the NP & I was happy to hear his diagnoses & suggestions to get my health back on track. The entire staff were pleasant & cordial. I would recommend this care center to anyone looking for excellent care.
The staff here may have been the nicest urgent care staff I’ve ever encountered. Only reason I left a star off was because of how long the wait was. I believe they were down a doctor so the wait was a bit longer. Spent 2 hours there even with a check in time pre booked. They told us it would only be 10 minutes for my daughters Covid and strep test to come back and the doctor said she was going to go chart right after so we could leave right away. It took them 35 minutes to come back and after that we had to wait another 15 minutes just to get the paperwork. Aside from the wait for things the only other concern was how absolutely freezing cold the rooms were. Thankfully we had the absolute nicest triage nurse who was the sweetest person ever and made my daughter feel so comfortable. When she took us back she even gave my daughter a blanket to keep since the room was freezing. That lady deserves a raise for being an A++ nurse. Will for sure be back !
I ended up going here because the other NextCare turned me away due to taking their last patient at 7:20p. This location still let me come in between 7:40p-7:50p. The staff was amazing.! And the doctor answered my questions and explained things to me. I definitely would recommend this location to people.
From the beginning, the young lady at the desk was polite, professional and had a good sense of humor. I only waited 2 minutes and was taken back for vitals. This young lady was also very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I only waited 2 minutes in the exam room and the PA came in. After the exam I was satisfied with what I was told and very happy with my treatment. I definitely would recommend this urgent Care
My appointment was at 12:24, but I wasnt seen until after 1:15, but the staff was very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive when I was seen, they checked me for covid, flu and strep, which were all negative. They also gave me a breathing treatment for my asthma, and I was very pleased with my care when I was able to be seen.
Absolutely horrible experience and staff. I made an appointment for my 6 month old baby. After already waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was then told there were still EIGHT people ahead of us. Whats the point of booking an appointment?? I let them know that I have a 6 month old with me so unfortunately I cant wait that long and will need to leave. The woman didnt acknowledge me at all---didnt even look up from her computer, no eye contact, no response. Nothing.
Got an appointment within an hour. Didnt have to wait long once we were there. Everyone was real nice and helpful. The place felt clean and nice better then most urgent cares. I will go back there
Highly recommend this location. Went in on a Monday and scheduled a last minute appointment. There was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected on a Monday and was communicated up front by the staff so there was no surprises. The provider Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. The process once I got in the back to be seen was so smooth and quick.
The doctor himself was very nice . Received the diagnosis I expected. However, the waiting time was absurd. There was literally no one else waiting, yet it took 50 minutes to get me seen. Also, when calling in my prescription to the correct pharmacy, it was not done in a timely manner for me to receive my medication same day. Even though I liked the doctor, I will not return because of the office staff and wait times.
Very good, really liked the care staff. Had to wait about an hour past my scheduled time but they were quite busy and doing the best they could. I would recommend them to anyone.
Experiencing a sinus headache for a few days that wouldn’t go away along with ear pain As my day progressed so did my symptoms, I have no time to be sick.Scheduling an appointment was relatively simple. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Facility was clean, sanitary and staff were very friendly. The only thing was I didn’t get a complete explanation of my diagnosis other than I didn’t have the flu or COVID. Paperwork or a form would’ve been handy. But maybe they were so busy they accidentally overlooked, I also didn’t think about it until I got to the pharmacy.Overall I would definitely return and recommend to others.
The staff at nextcare was very helpful, very kind and very effective. I had to wait on a short time before I saw Holly, the nurse practitioner. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable under her care.
I Scheduled an appointment online and was able to get in the same day. My Daughter needed to be seen for her sore throat and cold symptoms. Showed up right before our appointment time to check in and was taken back to a room by the medical assistant who was very sweet. The provider working was Tony and he was Excellent!!! Very professional and had us in and out in no time with medicines called into the pharmacy! Would highly recommend NextCare!
Very well run for an Urgent care. I appreciated being able to make an appointment and fill out my history online. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable health-care worker. The PA I saw turned out to be a specialist in my particular problem. It all went well. The only grievance I have is even with an appointment I had over an hour wait.
Only issue I have is that if it is quiet in the waiting room you can hear all of the conversation that someone is having in the technician room about their reason for their visit, and is breaching HIPPA. By moving this screening area that issue could be avoided. My provider and technician were great! I was the last patient seen and they made sure to take care of me!
I’m a regular at this NextCare! Unfortunately! They are always so nice. I’ve had different providers and they are all wonderfulSolved my problems with kindness, respect and professionalismThe staff is great Very efficientIt’s easy to book online and check the waitlistIf you aren’t feeling well I highly recommend this Urgent CareStay well
Got there early 8:15a as recommended for my 8:30a appt, but got to wait outside in low 40s temps with 2 other gentleman who were also waiting. Hhmmm... 1 man left. The 2nd man went to vehicle with intent to leave... viewed Nextcare employees entering back door (8:25a) & came back to await door to be opened. A young woman opened the front door & welcomed us in with an apology of being late due to technical issues. Hhmmm. I waited only 2-3 minutes then entered the inner office looking for someone. Found 2 young women chatting. I explained that I had someone at home I needed to care for & verbally canceled my 8:30a appt. to them & left the building VERY disappointed of the honesty. This event was the 1st & hopefully the last. Ive been ti this office with pre-scheduled appts. on 4-5-6 occasions & was always cared for kindly & timely.
The Provider, Tony, and MA, Gia, were both very efficient and thorough! I felt my concerns were addressed and Tony made sure that I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend this office and I will definitely visit again for any future urgent matters!
I decided to make an appointment with NextCare since I’ve been meaning to and the Provider and nurse who helped me were both amazing! I don’t remember their names, but the woman who drew my blood was so gentle and kind. The provider was very informative and communication was great! I had nothing short of a great experience. I’ll be continuing to come here. ☺️
Pleasant, timely and professional. The staff took care of everything! They were ready when I arrived for my appointment, all I needed to do was grab my prescriptions fromWalgreens when we were done. I would definitely recommend this NextCare facility.
A little bit of a wait but its flu season so I expected the wait. Front desk staff was very friendly and the doctor was so nice, explained a lot and took the time to hear about every symptom I was having. Great experience!
We were seen by Marian Bautista FNP and her nurse, Michelle. Such amazing bedside manner! I felt they truly cared about my child. Michelle was so thoughtful, helping her with items she needed and bringing her a blanket. We have been to this clinic before, and this current staff is a wonderful improvement on what we’ve had before. Thank you Marian and Michelle for your kindness! Please recognize them.
Fast, efficient, helpful and very sweet staff! I was shocked how quickly I was able to get in with the highest quality care. If you are in need of medical assistance this is the place to go to.
Anthony Marchelli FNP was so kind and genuinely cared about my health. He graciously and patiently sat with me and further explained/educated me about my concerns/diagnosis. Never once did he make me feel rushed nor dismissive. This is why I always come to this Urgent Care when needed because its worth it. Everyone at Next Care Urgent Care truly and genuinely cares about your health and concerns.
This doctors office was amazing, I was a walk in new patient they were able to see me same day and assess what was going on and prescribe me exactly what I needed. Doctor Marchelli was so kind and very great at actually listening to me and what I had to say before assessing what was wrong and I appreciated that so much, he also helped inform on better medications to keep on hand at home to help prevent future illnesses. I will be using this location for my needs moving forward thank you again.
Great quick care to remove a wood splinter from my forearm. The FNP Kelsey Rees was super nice & did a good job of numbing my arm so I never felt a thing!! This location rocks!! All the staff are friendly & knowledgeable.
This is the worst Urgent Care in all of Phoenix, I had two medical professionals try to draw blood from me, and they could not do it between the two of them. They ended up referring me to LabCorp and did not even give me a single apology. Then they tried to blame it on me by saying I didnt drink enough water, even though the last two times I came here to draw blood, I had less water than I had on this day, and they were able to do it on the first attempt. How can you call yourself a person of medicine if you cannot draw blood? Do not come here, they dont know what theyre doing and will just poke you to death!
I was very happy with the wait time and attention from staff. Everyone was extremely nice and thorough. I highly recommend this urgent care.
This place is honestly my favorite urgent care to go to in Surprise. The staff is diligent, efficient, caring, supportive, and quick as can be when it comes to my health and safety. Its a well worth trip everytime I go in. Thank you greatly to the doctors and individuals that have been placed there. Blessings on Blessings!
Went in at 8 am to get my daughter checked for an ear infection. Was told they only see patients with appointments but that they had an opening at 1 pm. Our appointment was at 1 and it was a hour and a half before we got any help due to 5 “walk-in” patients ahead of us. Was very confused why we had to schedule an appt but then wait behind the walk in people. Why couldn’t we walk-in at 8am? Front desk staff is rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. Once we finally got called back the check in nurse seemed more concerned with “routine” questions regarding our living situation and marital status than helping my daughter with her ear infection. I asked her what that has to do with anything and I was told it was part of the questions they have to ask and it is important. The Dr herself was ok and confirmed what we knew to be an ear infection but argued with me about what to prescribe my daughter as she has an allergy to amoxicillin. We are not from the area and tried to find the best option for a non emergent weekend medical need. Would not recommend this place for that!
Went late on a Friday night. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The PA, Toko, showed empathy and genuine concern, while still being professional. That woman deserves a raise! The only negative is that the location is pretty dark outside, so it’s difficult to find in the evening.
The service is excellent! The Staff is friendly and caring. All & all it was a wonderful visit.Well, as wonderful as a visit to the doctor can be... 🤧🥵🥴😮💨😔😌🙂😊
NO X-RAY at this location! Injured my hand--Looked on the website and it said they did xray. Easy check-in online. Pretty short wait in office once I arrived. Clean office. Nice receptionist and nurse.I was only told once I got back to the room that the location didnt have x-ray. If I would have been aware of that I would have gone to another location. It would have been nice for the receptionist to say that since she knew I was there with a hand injury. I was promised that getting an X-ray off site was easy and results were quick--8 hours or less and they would call me immediately with the results once received. Saw provider for about 90 seconds, she just stood in front of me, asked one question, poked my hand in one spot and left. Had x-ray and waited for call. When I hadnt heard from them the next day, I called about results. The receptionist said they were in and that a provider would call me back soon. No call. Now, even 10 days later, I still have not received a call with my results. Thankfully I was able to go online to the website of the off site x-ray company and get my results. Will not be visiting this location again, nor will I recommend it to others.
The nurse practitioner we had was amazing and great with children! He and the nurse were so patient and kind, which I truly appreciate with a sick child. Will be returning in the future
FNP. Anthony Marchelli is very informative of questions you may have and all around concerned for his patients well-being. I am very much grateful for the interest, professionalism and patience he has had for me and Im sure countless others. Thank you for being be a hero and making people feel like they are cared for!
While it was not a horrible experience, I have some qualms. The wait time is the biggest one. All these urgent care and minute clinic places boast that you can make an appointment nowadays.. So what does that mean? In many cases and certainly here, it means that THEY know when youll show up but YOU have no idea when youll be seen. This is essentially just walk in care from my perspective bc youre still just at their mercy. So WITH an appointment, to get someone to look in my daughters ears, it was two hours total. One hour waiting to get called back, and then some more on top of that between their triage and getting out. And I did leave before my discharge paperwork bc they didnt really have a diagnosis and I could hear the FNP chatting on either side of our about non pertinent topics. To get a five star review from me you need to see me within fifteen minutes of my appointment time and I dont mean just call me back to wait more. Or wait in triage and then wait more.. Actual care should be happening more promptly with an appointment. The time I waited was more what youd expect from a walk-in.Another issue they could EASILY fix is the had massively strong artificial scent plugins in the waiting room and I believe the other parts of the office as well. Im really sensitive to scents and it was very overpowering. Ive actually never seen a medical office do this as people could react to those and there are plenty of studies that they are harmful for various reasons. Remove the scent plugs please! I had to step outside with my daughter during the wait to get fresh air.Aside from that the nurse practitioner made pretty good deductions but I think the company could do a lot better in various areas of the whole experience. Btw we did leave without a diagnosis.
Nice people, professional, knowledgeable. They could use some more help as only one provider was available when we got there. Our appt was at 3:15, but didn’t get seen until 4:30. But I would recommend them.
Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with just 2 other people, 45 minutes later I was still waiting to be seen and it had been 30 minutes since the last person was taken back to be seen. No Urgent care that I saw, so I gave up and went elsewhere. They even ask if I had an appointment?? Um, isnt that the reason you go to an urgent care facility, because you dont need an appointment? I wont waste my time going there again should I need urgent care in the future.
Horrible Experience. I will never take my daughter here again. Provider Anthony Marchelli was extremely snide. Sad when you leave the appointment, and your child says, I didnt not like the way the doctor treated you dad. Ive never encountered such rude behavior with a provider or their staff asking me to diagnose my child and treat me like I was stupid. This is the type of treatment a parent will receive if the other parent has government assistance for health coverage. Long wait times while the staff chats and carrys on about personal conversations. Way past my childs appointment time. Alliance Urgent Care is by far way better than this place and the staff. The only person who deserves to be noticed is the girl at the front desk. She was the only polite and professional person there. I never received my daughters school note even after I had to call back up to the location.
The staff and nurses were friendly and very helpful. The NP, Solanch was caring and made sure I got the best care. This urgent care is awesome!
Been waiting an hour and a half even with an appointmentI waited 2 hours for an appointment but the staff its self was nice. The break lady was awesome and the doctor I spoke to was super knowledgeable. 10/10 for the staff there but the upper management 0/10 bc they obviously need to hire more staff
Was seen about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Once the visit started everything was smooth and professional. I felt that I was listened to and my concerns addressed. Definitely would recommend NextCare!
This was my 2nd time. Both times it was exactly the same. You should see a specialist. Its a cough. They did do a strep test, so they got the 2nd star. But you want me to see a specialist, you cant give me antibiotics, and you have no idea who to refer me to. So youre just taking money to say you dont know. Maybe if I had a scratch that needed attention Id go back. Otherwise I can have my bf tell me he doesnt know for free. The level of empathy, the even PRETENDING to care, was literally zero. If youre not bleeding, dont go.
I made an appointment, but waited over an hour just to be “screened”. Waited at least another half an hour to get into a room and then another 20 minutes for PA!!! She checked my ears and throat and said everything looked good! She said maybe allergies and recommended Flonase and Claritin. I commented that I don’t have allergies and she asked where I was from. I told her California and she said it’s dustier here!! I’ve lived here 4 years! No offer to listen to my lungs or test for Covid?!? I felt so sick by then, I just wanted to go home! Terrible experience! I heard a lady say she would have been better off just going to a pharmacy and I agree!!! If you’re going to use PA’s, you could at least have them be more thorough!
My nurse was amazing. Quick and painless strep test and my NP was one of the best doctors Ive seen in Arizona. Kind, understanding, caring, empathetic. Just all around a great office and will definitely be coming back when I need to!
I made an appointment and didn’t need to wait long at all. Tony the nurse practitioner was really knowledgeable and more thorough than many doctors I’ve seen in the past.
Woke up feeling super sick, was easily able to book an appointment online, was in and out quickly, and the staff was great! P.A. Solanch was very kind, took her time to explain meds prescribed and answer my questions, this is my go to location.
Great experience. Provider was great to work with. She listened and was very respectful while diagnosing to problem. Very thorough and did not rush.
Very polite and kind. Tony was very thorough with working through identifying my issues and listening to my concerns. Went extra steps to find out the information I needed for additional testing.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Never in my 6 children’s lives of getting physicals have I ever seen one almost denied for eye sight. By going off of a generic board on the wall. Then the provider Anthony Marchelli wanted to have an argument in front of my child and tell me that he does not want to lose his license and likes where he works but he would allow my child to try out for basketball but not play or practice until he went to an eye doctor. What?? I told him that he had his yearly checkup already and there was no issue from the eye doctor. He talked down to me, as if I was beneath him. I knew that this provider would use it against my child if I said anything else that did not agree with him so I did hold myself back for the sake of my child. Ridiculous provider. He needs to take his ego out the door before greeting guests.Wow!!! After posting my comments, I skimmed down to read the other reviews and see Anthony Marchelli has treated many other patients in the same manner. Way to keep a winner, there. They say in the other review acknowledgements that they will learn and do better but he is still around treating people horribly.
The staff took very good care of me while I was interacting with them, but there’s seems to be a problem with management here. There is absolutely no reason for me to arrive 30 mins early to a scheduled appointment, just to have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone for that reason.
Everyone I encountered was very friendly and I really appreciated Daniel. It’s great you can get in and taken care of so fast. My FP can’t see me for a month if I’m lucky.
Your nurse practioner needs to work on his bedside manor. I wont use this urgent care again. He needs to lisren to the patient and not ack like he knows everything about everybody. I wont be back
All staff was very pleasant, caring, and thorough. I had a very short wait time. I will use this facility again.
I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time. The PA was very condescending. He treated me like a child and had no compassion for how I was feeling. He didn’t like it because I didn’t take over-the-counter meds for my cold.
I saw Jenna Ferris, PA-C. She was very thorough and compassionate. The staff was very kind and the visit went quickly. Highly recommend this location.
Your lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable and caring. The Dr. Was also good at taking care of me. She took a covid and flu test but was negative. He said I have a upper respiratory disease and I could get OTC to take care of it. I left an thought about getting an antibiotic. But no prescription.Thank youMary GreenawaltA week has now gone by and its back to Nextcare againTook a covid test...positive.No meds for being positive because doc said it might interfere with my other meds.ThNk youMary Greenawalt
Tony was wonderful answered all my questions and we even talked about meds and how they did or don’t affect my diabetes. Very encouraging. The staff to we’re kind and empathetic to my needs.
The staff is amazing and very attentive. My visits are always fast as well even when they’re busy!
Calling this place urgent is a misnomer. They open at eight a m but do not take their first patient until more than a half hour later. Then they finally set you in an exam room, And go away and make you wait for another twenty minutes to actually be seen. I would not recommend going here.
Bad experience. nurse practitioner didn’t want to give me the treatment / tests I asked for - said it would take a long time and that they were all trying to go home and get back to their families. Was rude when I told him I had a sore throat said I wasn’t giving him much information about why I was there
My father and I went together since we were both under the weather and from a different state. The front office staff was curt. We had to ask for our visit summaries so we could leave. (They were sitting on the counter next to the receptionist, but we were instructed to be seated in the waiting room where we would be called to collect them when they were ready.) The PA was condescending and quick. Medical history was barely skimmed over. Additionally, I paid a copay prior to services, assured that was all I would owe, and am now being harassed for additional money. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the facility was modern and clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I made appointment. Waited just a short time in both the waiting room and patient room. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Having online scheduling is a huge positive, all staff very friendly. I highly recommend this walking clinic.
Had a 1PM appointment and didnt get called in until 2:30. Nurse practioner was very professional and made the visit understandable in laymans terms. Was just unhappy I had to wait so long in the waiting room.
Went there with sinusitis symptoms consistent with infection. A long history with them. The practitioner immediately started lecturing me and cutting me off. I shut down and just agreed with him even when he was wrong. When I told him I’d had 30-40 UTI’s in my life. (I’m 63). He wanted to argue and shame me about that. He gave me grief about getting treated for one in a foreign country while traveling. He droned on about “ I don’t want to lecture you BUT…”. I was just hoping for the interaction to be over. I don’t even bother to tell him that my symptoms were not allergies because they persisted even when I was in another climate for two weeks. That I had other symptoms that I stopped describing because I just wanted him to stop his tirade. I am thankful my copay was only $15. I’d rather be sick than be treated like that again.Edit - my provider was the same person described in several other negative reviews. Anthony M. I am retired but studied as a bio-psychologist at the doctorate level and was treated like I didn’t understand my own body.
Made an appointment for 10:12 am and wasnt seen until 11am. Doctor and staff were great, but dont waste your time scheduling an appointment if you have anywhere to be after...
This nurse practitioner was horrible as he was criticizing everyone at my PCP office plus everything I did previously was wrong. He told me to get over the counter medication and gave me a covid test to tell me that it was positive when I did NOT have any symptoms. If I could give him less than one star, I would. I would never go there again. The other lady in the backyard was not very polite either. The front desk lady was very short in asking questions. All of these people need some manners taught to them especially being in customer service. Something positive would have been greatly appreciated!
I was pleasantly surprised with my unexpected visit to NextCare. The location was convenient, the office was clean & organized and everyone of the staff members were extremely courteous & professional!
All the staff that I encountered were professional and kind, the paperwork was simple and easy to follow and the overall process to get seen didn’t take long at all. I was seen by Bryan Foli and it felt like a relaxed conversation between us, couldn’t be more thankful for the caring staff and provider.
I went in for sore throat and cold symptoms. Was tested for strep and Covid, received excellent care and a prescription of antibiotics. very professional, fast and good.
Had an appointment time of 230pm . Was not seen until 330 pm. Waiting area was very warm. Staff was slow. Dr had to get a 2nd Dr to see me to confirm an ear infection. Will not be coming back to this location again!
The gal at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, not just with me, just generally to all that came in. Pretty off-putting for someone that is the face of your business when you first walk in. Nurse practitioner was thorough and enjoyable though.
The people in this clinic care, they truly care about their patients, the nurse practitioner took his time to explain to me how to properly care for my sick preteen, he explained with care and was straight forward, he truly was concerned about his health and informed me about some health concerns, he didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did, and I appreciate that so much, thank you.
I like the fact that you make an appointment to get seen. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back if and when I get sick.
Hubby took our son in yesterday for a routine sports physical and the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Appointment was quick and thorough. Highly recommend.
The.staff took great care of me during a medical emergency that occurred while I was visiting the area. They immediately called 911 and the paramedics took it from there. Thank you to everyone involved 🙏
The wait was long - about 1 hour - because it was Saturday. The staff and doctor were very nice, helpful and took care of me.
Excellent customer service. The staff was, compassionate, knowledgeable, and took pride in the service they provided. The office was clean and well maintained.
Terrible. Make an appointment for X-Rays as the website says that this is done here only to show up and find out they do not have X-Ray machines present. Then Recommended to go to another Facility 20 miles away and then havr to wait cause i dont have an appointment. How about you remove the services you dont do off your online page and not waste peoples time.
They took my money copay on my husband they were quick to collect my husband was excursion pain unbearable yes we could of went to hosptial but he did not want to wait hours before being seen so we go to back he explain the PA telling him she could not give any pills he told her he was not there for that if she could give him a shot steriod she goes to check come back tells him they only have 30 pain med n he wiuld need 60 pain med higher dosage than he said he didnt care he would take 30 pain med she goes back n she said i guess nurse he says sign this a wavier my husband does than he ask if there gona proceed with shot at that time he goes to asks and comes back says she does not want to for him to go to Er smh they called themselves urgent care okay the name does not fit they waste your time . Take my money. Dont helpStars 0 waste o time
There was a long wait despite having an appointment, but the staff once I got in was wonderful. However no one called me with test results until I had called back twice.
As International Ambassador Queen I would like to give my 5 👑👑👑👑👑, Im so thankful with the Nurse that attended my son, he gave him the perfect treatment for his recovery, my son this morning is healing well after his bronchitis and Tempe.
I came here to unblock my ears and after my appointment I felt worse. The PAs have no experience doing their jobs and I am still stuck with a blocked ear due to their bad job. Horrendous service.
Booked appointment online. Easy in/out and meds to control nausea 🤢 from Norovirus. We were very happy with treatment and care.
Very clean facility.Polite helpful staff.Exam room was very cold.Waite times we’re tolerable.
I went in to get a xray for my daughter’s finger walked in told them what I needed done, they sat me down and had us wait when we were called back around 20 min later they told us they didn’t do X-rays anymore!! They could have told us that to begin with 🤦🏻♀️ instead of waisting our time.
I truly appreciate and will always remember the compassionate care I received during my clinic experience. Thank you so much for everything.
The appointment was easy to schedule online and the process was as smooth as it could be. The medical staff was excellent.
Best place to get sports physicals! Staff is always friendly and fast. You can set up an appt or do a walk-in. Cheaper than anywhere else too.
I have never experienced such a kind, nice and fun doctor to be treated by. Great personality. In and out in 40 minutes!!
This was a horrible experience. We got there for the last apt of the day and we were treated as such. In a big hurry to get us out without any real answers. The Nurse Practitioner was arrogant and condescending making it seem as though I was making too much out of my daughter’s SEVEN days of fevers. Blaming her cough on the “Arizona air” and allergies with post nasal drip. Scolding me for not giving her cough medicine and saying “well that’s the problem” when I told him I was only giving Motrin and Tylenol to treat her SEVEN days of fevers! Rudely asked why I wouldn’t give her anything for her cough after I told him she was coughing up quite a bit of mucus. So you’d rather I suppress that cough and allow the mucus to sit and lead to further infection? And cough suppressants are not proven effective and not recommended in children! Maybe that’s why he ultimately didn’t sent a script over for the cough medicine I would not have picked up. Then he goes on to say “I don’t think she needs antibiotics but I’ll send in a zpack to cover anything.” I actually would have loved to figure out what was going on instead of blindly treating with most likely unnecessary antibiotics. We were in and out of the room in no more than 10 minutes with absolutely zero answers. Also, I am a nurse AND a mom so before you go treating parents like incompetent people, check yourself at the door. This nurse practitioner sounded like an ignorant health professional that wanted to be done for the day. Congratulations we left as fast as we could.AND my urgent care copay clearly states $75 on the card and I checked and they were indeed in network before going but they charged me $120. The BIGGEST waste of $120 ever
Dr. Marchelli was fantastic! He was very thorough in his diagnosis and explained in depth the causes/cure. Not many doctors do that these days.
Was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours with minimal wait time and my medical issue was checked and diagnosed and treated. I am now recovering from my infection.
I came in for an appointment 10/08/24 and was seen by Dr. A Marchelli. He did an amazing job guiding me through the process and explaining everything. Im extremely grateful, you’re the best
Great!! Amazing staff and they took real good care of my son! Would definitely recommend coming here.
The PA who helped me was so funny, kind, very sharp, and knowledgeable. He knew what my diagnosis was before entering the room which means he actually read my chart before walking in. I’m so used to having to repeat my symptoms to every person I talk to so this was a really nice experience. I left and told my husband I’ve never had a good experience at an urgent care until now!
It was a great experience. Anthony Marchelli was very professional and diagnosed me quickly. He also educated me on over-the counter medications that work with the antibiotics. I was a walk-in and had a four hour wait but they were able to cut it to one-and-a-half hours. Clean lobby and friendly staff.
I am currently going on day 3 of having an stat X-ray done, and still havent heard from the clinic regarding my results. I called the day I it done t around 5 pm and they said they had my results and sent it over to the provider. I called again about 3 mins before closed. They apologize the provider was busy and would call me back...
I was very happy with service at Nextcare Urgent care they were very nice and respectable and attempted to my needs I would like to thank them the experience was very nice thank you so much keep up the good work
Horrible experience!!! The tech assisting tried four times to draw my blood her glasses fell off her face and fogged up at one point and the Docon site refused to help.
Took my mom per her doctor. We had 11:20am appointment didn’t get seen till almost one hour later. Exam room was freezing.
I was unable to breathe when I got there, they assisted me in a promptly manner. It was pleasant experience. All of the crew were professional and promptly with care. I left the office being able to breathe again like normal without any shortness of breath. Thank you everyone who assist me at the time of my service. Will definitely visit this office in the future.
The staff were all professional and respectful. Clinic was clean and comfortable.
I went in for fever dehydration and dental pain - the doctor stated they do nothing for dehydration and didn’t even bother testing to see if I had it which is ridiculous why doesn’t a urgent care have if fluids they do x rays and give out antibiotics but that’s it? I have bad teeth and two seriously infected he gave me antibiotics and didn’t even bother giving me an order of extra strength aspirin I had a fever then and 3 days later I still have a fever. I felt neglected he didn’t care about my health because he didn’t like my teeth they aren’t perfect it took a whole two minutes of his time
Walked in without an appointment I believe I was there for all of 30 minutes. Not bad for urgent care was quickly assessed, and evaluated was explained the course of treatment and I was on my way. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with were friendly kind, and seemed genuinely interested in getting me better. Highly recommend
Got there an hour early and had to wait an hour + for my appointment time. Doctor who saw me was sick as I was. Got a prescription for antibiotics and was out the door 2+ hours later.
I am always hesitant to go to urgent cares, due to long waits and just not having good experiences. However this NextCare was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and wonderful to my son and I. The nurse practitioner gave me great information about earaches and was just all around kind. It was an easy stress free appointment. I will be going to this Urgent care from now on. Thank you 😊
Had an appt for 6pm, checked in on the app at 5:45, it showed there were 2 walk ins and that I was next but they still called a walk in back before me at 6:05, which then made my appointment run even later. All of the staff was very nice, from the receptionist to the PA to the Physician.Edit: Had to come back to update my review. Received a bill by email even though I paid when we were in the office. Tried to call but it was a weekend and their corporate office was closed. Sent an email showing my receipt and a screen shot of my bank that it cleared my account. Waited for them to reply to my email on Monday, no luck. Tried calling, waited on hold for 17 minutes before I had to hang up. Checked the online portal again on Tuesday and still showed a balance. Called again on Tuesday and the lady I spoke to said she shows a zero balance and the online portal must not be updated yet. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
Dont go here the doctor is a smart ass and sucks, he feels my face and says Im not sick that was his diagnosis what a sorry doctor dont go here!
Excellent experience. Short weight with scheduled appointment. Waiting room, exceptionally, clean, friendly staff, friendly physician assistant. Traveling here from Kansas City. Use next Care in Kansas City and will use again in surprise if need care again. Very pleased.
The checking in nurse was fantastic & the practitioner that met was us was very compassionate.
Everyone friendly and professional. Very little wait time. Provider really seemed to care. Good experience.
I did a telehealth call last night cost me $30, then I went in and seen the doctors that cost me $30. He told me that he was going to draw my blood, then the nurse came in and handed me a paperwork to get my blood draw at another clinic. I said “can’t you guys just draw my blood real quick?” They said; oh there are six people waiting, we’re behind and it’s gonna take too much time and I just can’t said you guys took my money for nothing. You did absolutely nothing for me ridiculous. That’s $60 down the tube and I still have to go spend more money at the freaking lab, horrible
My son, my wife and I all went in and they were very professional and personable. Great place. It will be out urgent care spot.
The staff they have is great! I was nervous coming in but the nurse I had today was very sweet and made me laugh and made it a point to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The Nurse practitioner was also super sweet and informative everyone there made me feel very comfortable I would definitely recommend going here. Thank you to everyone there you guys are great at what you do :).
Just left there. From the front desk girl, all the way to the nurse practitioner, everyone was extremely nice and put us at ease with our son! Excellent customer service, did not feel rushed and everyone answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend this urgent care over others!
A very efficient, clean and well run clinic. I saw the PA for my care and she was pleasant, very professional and listened very carefully to my concerns and did everything to allay my concerns. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and again professional. I’ve visited this clinic one other time and had the same positive results. Highly, highly recommend them.
The nurse who checked me in and the NP were very helpful, and pleasant to work with.
Only come to this place is you know a worker. If you know them they will take you right away. If you dont know anyone that works here you have to wait for hours. So if you want to feel unimportant and want to waste hours of your time, this is place is for you. If you want to be cared for I STRONGLY suggest you find somewhere else to go.
Very friendly quick service. Listened well to me and willing to zero in quickly. Highly recommend this place!!! Keith Giesbrecht
Went in with really not fun stomach issues - I was seen on time, competent staff and friendly. Ill never go anywhere else again for an urgent care visit. NP Bryan was awesome
Everyone I interacted with was super nice but the wait times is ridiculous lowkey like I wanted about an hour and a half to be seen with an appointment and only 2 people ahead of me…
They were very nice and they took care of my son with professionalism.
The staff was AWESOME 😎. Nurse Practitioner was professional, attentive and personal.
Entire staff was great. My Nurse Practitioner was excellent. She listened to me completely and asked questions to get the whole story. She explained treatment plan clearly. Medication order was sent immediately to my pharmacy. Be sure to book appointments online first. Easy to do.
Melissa the intake nurse and provider Tony were both excellent. Very professional and listened to my concerns and collaborative with a treatment plan.
The MA and physican were amazing with my granddaughter, I would highly recommend Next Care for your medical needs.
Went and got X-rays for my son and never received a call with the diagnosis. It’s been all most a week now.
Scheduled appointment at 345pm. Did not have medical staff exam me until one hour wait!
Love this place for medical, Ive been here twice now, both times staff, & Dr. were great, taken very good care of me. Next Care will always be my go to place for medical issues, staff, Dr very friendly, helpful, dont feel like Im being rushed. Emailed my script right away, thank you so much for taken great care of me, Next Care!
Everyone here was amazing, Dr. Brian went above and beyond to find a plan to help me get better. I appreciate him and him taking the extra time.
While the staff were all very nice an apologetic, when you make an appointment, you should not have to wait 3 hours after you arrive. I was in the room for just over an hour, I had to look out to make sure everyone didn’t leave. So while I appreciate the service and I like the doctor and staff. My time is valuable too and this is unacceptable. I’ve been there before and did not experience this problem so if youre running that far behind, don’t take additional appointments and tell people how long the wait is when you walk in the door!.
The reason I keep going back is because they are thorough and kind. Everything Im there. The whole staff.
Take my daughters here and they love the experience. Theyre very friendly, calm, and dont have u waiting long.
I went in for much needed help with pain... I was suffering from a Kidney Stone.. Extremely painful,,i couldnt sit or stand upright.. the worst pain ive ever had in my life..The front desk told me the wait was 2hrs long. That 4 teenagers had there physical scheduled.. The kids werent even there.. I believe they gt there an hr after me being there suffering in agony..I dont understand,, I was in need of Urgent Care and I was made to wait.. wait for physicals to get done.. made no sense to me.. When I was finally seen,, it was just to tell me there was nothing they could do for me.. I was charged just for that.. extremely unpleasant experience.. I had to rush to Abrazo just to find the medical attention I required.
Needed a physical for work, had no appointment and was in and out fast with great service! Thanks!
Service was fast but the nurse practitioner was extremely rude and condescending man. I still think i need an antibiotic and will probably have to go to my regular doctor.
A. Marchelli was GREAT! He listened, was very attentive, polite, respectful, professional and explained his diagnosis. He had a great bedside manner. I was very comfortable and understood his directions. Unfortunately I didn’t have this kind of service at another Urg Cntr. I’m coming back to this Urgent center. Thank you for making my miserable day, less; with the care I received.
Calling the was difficult, because website was unfriendly. Dr. Was very good and responsive.
Need to learn capacity management and scheduling. My appt was at 3:36pm and after 4pm and still waiting. This is not rocket science. Wasting peoples time.
This is my go to quite frankly many times they’re better than my primary. To the point fast effective results oriented I highly recommend them.
Great staff! They are kind and listen. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
The staff was kind and helpful to my family and I, I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
I was so glad that I seen Np Anthony, he sat and talked to me to see what was going on with me.I had gone to the Er off bell and civic and they were horrible.I had a reaction to a cat allergy that was worse the normal.Anthony got me on medication right away.Im doing so much better.I will alway ask for him and will be going back to this nextcare
Excellent. The Dr recommended that I go to the ER near Winco to get an ultrasound. They discovered that I had a blood clot and Im now on a blood thinner. I appreciate so very much his insite and professionalism.
Efficient and wait time was short. Picked up medications and starting to feel better already. Staff was pleasant and responsive.
Your staff is terrific! Brian was very kind.My only negative comment is my eye is very swollen along with my cheek and is quite painful.
This is the best Urgent Care me and my family have ever been to. It’s clean. Prompt. Professional. And most of all, the NP and medical assistant were very kind and thorough when dealing with our families complicated medical situation.
Great visit. Didn’t know if I could get in Sunday morning but not hard to do. Everyone was so nice and I got what I needed so fast.
Friendly and capable staff and my doctor was first rate.
Dr was not very friendly had to make him come in to the room asking why I brought my kid in after it only being sick a few hrs. Gee if he looked at the chart wouldve seen underlying concerns such as asthma 🙄. Then I have been trying to get through because they never sent the 1 only script he would put it. Now its closed still no answer ever and have to worry about my kid not having her meds and were 3 hrs from home
I have never been to urgent care. They were so kind and helpful. Took their time with me. The whole staff was fantastic
I have used this facility three separate times. All three times treatments were given and successful outcomes. Practitioners are very professional and very friendly and seem to care. The front desk is not quite as efficient as it could be but they have an app which makes it very easy to make appointments. Only one time did I have to wait and that was during flu season. Suggest making an appointment for reduced wait time.
Appreciated the calm, thorough conversation re my condition with FNP Tony. Felt he truly cared for me as an individual. Provided clear instructions and a prescription.
Any time I have gone to Next Care in Surprise it has always been a great visit (even though Im not feeling great). You can tell that they care and are very knowledgeable. From the Doctors, Nurse practitioners, MAs...always treated with great kindness and that Im important, not just some random patient.
I specifically searched online for an urgent care that can perform x-rays. The website clearly states that x-rays are a service they provide. They DO NOT have x-ray capabilities and an employee stated they’ve been aware of this misleading internet information for six months now.
From when I walked in, to when I left. The staff was super friendly, comforting and helpful. I was an emotional wreck. And they made me feel so much better. 100% compassionate with what I was going through. Definitely would go back.
Thank you for fast, friendly care! The NP and staff were wonderful!
Brian is an amazing. caring, and friendly provider. He explained everything thing and had a plan. One of the best medical experiences I have had. Make sure you book an appointment because they do get a lot of walk in traffic.
I realize it was Christmas Eve day, but I waited over 2 hours to be seen. Only 3 people ahead of me and they seemed to have gone in and out efficiently enough. PA was nice enough, he should have checked my ears, I forgot to ask. He basically checked my breathing/chest which I was concerned about. I have been to other urgent care facilities and have never waited that long.
Staff is very unfriendly, The NP was curt and uncaring. I made an appointment, asked right away if they did IV fluuds as I was very dehydrated , wheezing, and had a severe headache and fever. I was told that they did so after waiting feeling miserable the NP informed me that I should be going to the ER instead and acted put out . People came in and complained because they dont answer the phones. And they werent that busy theyre just slow. Certainly not a hurry to treat anyone. If you are sick and want caring staff run from this place!
I was told the wait was about an hour, it was 3. I said I can’t swallow, my glands are sore to touch and my body is starting to ache all over. I know strep is on the way. The doc said he couldn’t do anything for a sore throat. Also, when the ME did a swab for strep she proceeded to walk me down the hallway with my swab in her hand waving it around. Never seen anything like it. The 2 front desk employees were nice and patient which is why they get 2 stars and not 1.
The front desk staff, the nurse, and the PA-C that helped us today were absolutely phenomenal!! Very friendly, very helpful, very concerned. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other urgent care facility in any state! I’m totally floored, and exceedingly grateful! You guys are awesome!!
Wonderful experience. Exactly what you want when not feeling good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Dr listened and took care of me like he knew me forever lol. Highly recommend!!!
I had an appointment and they were running an hour behind. Once we got in we were taken care of quickly, but it took about 20 minutes to get our paperwork after seeing the NP.
Highly recommend this office, all staff members were knowledgeable and very professional
This NP was very arrogant and did not help in the slightest. He dismissed my health information a DOCTOR had told me why I’m constantly sick. Told me to go get allergy meds and Sudafed. The last 2 visits as well were HORRIBLE! I did not actually receive help from the last 3 visits and suffering.
The overall experience was good. The staff was friendly, professional and easy going. Wait time was acceptable. The PA visit was good but I did have one issue. I was diagnosed with an ear infection, was prescribed an antibiotic, we also talked about the bad cough I have and some cough syrup for it. I got the prescription of antibiotic but not the cough syrup, a little disappointed about that.
As a mom of 5 I have been here multiple times sense its sometimes its easier to get in then going to their Drs office. I have never had a complaint everyone is so happy to help and willing to go above and beyond to help.
I made an appointment and was seen on time by Anthony Marcheilli NP. He was so informative and thorough. In a pinch I would definitely go back ! But prefer my PCP bc urgent care is expensive with my insurance.
All of the staff are absolutely amazing and this is the only urgent care my husband and I come to do to them being caring, and informative about questions they are asked. We truly appreciate the staff at this facility!!! Thank you so much!!
First impressions are so important when you need medical care. The ladies at the front desk were delightful and welcoming. They were informative about how long the wait would be and courteous to let us wait in our car, and called us to come in when it was our turn. The Medical Assistant is the only reason I didn’t give a five star review. She was not friendly, even with my six year old. She didn’t tell me(the parent) what his vital signs were, and quickly ushered us to the exam room. The doctor was kind, quick, and got us what we needed.
Everyone was kind and compassionate and not in a hurry to get us out. The wait time was minimal. The treatment helped very much.
Very professional and welcoming staff. I was treated with respect and provided the best care. The provider was very nice with a happy face.
If I could give them a 0 I would. The front office staff were not helpful at all. I made an appointment online and they said that my insurance was accepted. I show up there and they said i needed to pay $150 to be seen. My card clearly states no copay for urgent care, I even called my insurance there in the office and they refused to talk to them. My insurance sent me a letter explaining benefits with todays date and offered to call the staff there and they said “no we don’t know our number it goes to the main line” I asked if they talk with my cell phone and they said “no I don’t use personal phones” I said could you please call the number on the back of my insurance and they said “no we don’t call insurances to verify anymore” they were not empathetic, helpful or caring and should not be in the health care profession with sick people.
I am not one to write many reviews but in this case I feel obligated to share my experience in hopes of maybe helping other people seek better care elsewhere. As a doctor with my own practice for 27 years, I know a thing or two about what a patient expects and deserves when seeking medical attention.Walked in at 6:30pm with cellulitis, well before the facility was closing (8pm), Check in staff was rude and bothered. Lobby was packed. Waited over 1.5 hrs. Triage was also bothered and inexperienced. Did not ask about current meds in last 24 hrs or share vitals, brought us to treatment room without a word and closed the door.Waited another 15 minutes. Seen by a nurse, no doctor on duty. Very cocky with no bedside manner, no caring or compassion whatsoever. Did not listen to a word I said, started making his assessment before hearing the history of present illness, even said he was in a rush to go home and see his family since it was after closing.Gave all WRONG medical advice, well below the standard of care, not once - but all 4 TIMES. Prescribed 2 antibiotics which cover the same bacteria, said he was going to prescribe steroids (which actually suppress the immune system, then didn’t Rx them, maybe once he looked it up, but did not communicate this to me), said an antibiotic I used does not treat staph when it definitely does as it is used for pre operative ortho prophylaxis, and said that there are no facial lymph nodes when there are several. NOT AT ALL QUALIFIED OR TRUSTWORTHY.Luckily I knew better than to do anything he said. Going to my regular doctor the next morning for ACTUAL CARE. Worst medical experience of my life. WILL NEVER RETURN.
This was my first visit. I made my appointment on line. I was greeted right away. I saw Sogol Elam PAC. She is amazing. She listened to my symptoms, ordered my labs and was a delight. She is very thorough & down to earth. I asked her if she had her own practice, sadly she does not.The nurses were also very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I’m so glad I found this office!
The doctor I saw at your surprise facility on Mountain View was one of the most arrogant people I have ever met.I would like a refund of my co-pay and charges to my insurance dropped. I lost my cool which is unlike me, worst experience ever. I feel like garbage and the guy ask me why I didn’t try over the counter stuff and continues to ask me why I was there. Tells me to self diagnose and use over the counter medication. I refuse to pay for that horrible of advice and utter arrogance. If there was fewer than one star I would check that box!!!
Came here for stomach pain waited 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner who gave me a prescription for meds and sent me home. Went to fill the prescription and pharmacist advised the medicine was not something that should have been prescribed to me at all & could only make things worse
The staff from the receptionist to the MA and the PA-C was all very nice, had great customer service and also great hospitality…thank you guys for all your hard work
Very thorough yet kind. I was very pleased with the service that I got.
Very friendly staff. Got in and out rather quickly. Will definitely go back if I need to go to urgent care again.
When I arrived at the facility, the Intake Representative Katrina was extremely helpful to me with the electronic data entry on my iPhone. Then FNP Anthony Marchelli was extremely helpful and professional when diagnosing my medical condition and treatment. He spent as much time as was needed and I did not feel rushed as I have in other urgent-care facilities.I would recommend NextCare Surprise to anyone needing immediate medical attention. My thanks to Katrina and Anthony.
My wife recently went to the Nexcare Urgent Care facility in Surprise and the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said her name wrong multiple times and after correcting her the 3rd time she just smirked and laughed about it. Won’t be going back there. What a joke. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a healthcare professional.
Was there for nearly 2 hours just for a strep test. Was then asked by the PA what I wanted to be prescribed and proceeded to prescribe Mucinex for a dry cough. They also never even looked at my ears, which is one of the basic steps, especially for a cold. I could also hear a worker in the hall talking about patients, patient tests, and how she forgot what room the patient was in. Overall felt very unprofessional and would not recommend to anybody ever.
We arrived the staff was friendly, quick with processing paperwork. We were in the back room the assistant came in was awesome cleaned up my daughters head brought her a popsicle to help. The doctor came in and explained what was going to be done, friendly and caring.
I had an appointment at 11:12 am and didn’t see the Nuse Practioner who provided excellent care until after 12.
Sports physical was a quick and efficient appointment. Front desk was kind and professional. Triage was down to earth and explanatory. Doctor was great and informative.
Unfortunately the prescription interfeared wi th another med a n elevated my blood pressure
Came in for a UTI - I was seen very quickly which was great. Nurse Marchelli - was rude and condescending. He was speaking to me as though I don’t know my own body. I won’t return to this location even though it’s half a mile from my home.
Everyone was great, caring, and informative from the receptionist to the nurse to the provider.
If I were allowed to give them a zero, I would. They allowed me to make an online appointment, and when I got there, they told me I had to do a virtual visit in the waiting room because they had no providers. While waiting, a woman came in with her child for an x-ray. Although it says the do them on their website, they dont. Had I known I had to do virtual, I would have stayed at home in my pjs. Never spoke to a provider. Ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again.
The worst doctor Ive ever seen on 59 years old and he treated me like a kid I will never go back as long as hes there.
I went to NextCare on a walk in basis. The front desk staff greeted me in a friendly, professional manner. They gave me forms to complete. I completed forms and immediately was called back to see Brian Eggin, NP. I don’t think I waited in the exam room for more than 5 minutes before he came in. He was friendly, compassionate and competent. I informed him of my symptoms, he asked me a few questions, reviewed my history, and in a matter of minutes, I was done. They sent my prescriptions to Walmart then we called and found out Walmart pharmacy now closes at 7 PM most days. It was already 7 so I would have had to wait until the next day to get my prescriptions. My daughter ran back in and asked if they would give her paper copies of my prescriptions. I felt so terrible that I wanted to start my meds ASAP. Although the clinic was also about to close they gladly complied and provided her with my prescriptions. I was able to go to a drive thru pharmacy and get my meds in a matter of a few minutes. It helped me immensely being able to start my meds last night. I took my first dose of antibiotics last night. I am already feeling a little better this morning.I wish I remembered the name of the two other staff on duty because all 3 of them made my experience there so pleasant. I give them all a score of a perfect 10!I was a RN for 32 years and had to medically retire. Believe me, if I get subpar care I will complain in a heartbeat! So often I am appalled by how unprofessional staff at medical facilities are! I am so happy to report that this time I received excellent care! I wish I could get great care like this every time I have to go in for medical care!
Came for a walk-in at 3:45. No one there. Came for a urine test / blood draw. Now 50 minutes later (and counting) still not done. There was no one there. Slow slow slow. Even with one provider this is crazy slow. There are like 3-5 other people working there! If there were other patients to see, plan on 2+ hrs for them to check your temperature. Won’t come back.
Toooo long of wait and then they forgot give my bf his doc note so more wait 😞
Inept, incompetent, uncaring, and unprofessional.I went there this morning and saw Brian Foli. Once telling him my symptoms, he told me he would write me a couple of prescriptions. He asked what Pharmacy I used and I told him Walgreens on R. H. Johnson Blvd. in Sun City West.Several hours, later, I called Walgreens and was told they hadnt received any prescriptions for me. I went back to NextCare Urgent and explained what Walgreens told me. (that was after calling them and being on hold for half an hour. When I walked in nobody was on the phone) She took the prescription paperwork in the back and when she came back, she told me they had sent it to Walgreens.A couple of hours, later, I called Walgreens and was told they still hadnt received any prescriptions for me.I went back to NextCare and told the girl at the desk what was going on. She went in the back and brought me out a printed prescription. This was my third time there, today. After waiting in line at Walgreens for half an hour, I explained to the clerk what was going on and handed her the printed out prescription. She looked at them and told me she thought both of the prescriptions were over-the-counter products. She checked with the Pharmacist and, indeed, both of the items were over-the-counter products. I could have gone to any pharmacy and bought the items. However, nobody, not the FNP Foli or anyone else at NextCare ever bothered to inform me that the items were, other that Prescriptions medicines. What a bunch of uncaring and incompetent morons.I hope there is a place on Facebook I can post this.
