Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and checked in. Within just 10 minutes, we were called back to see a provider. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which made my son feel at ease. I was really sick which I work in the Sugarland area and was trying to find a urgent care in the area and Im so glad I found Southwest. They had me in and out and I was able to go back to work within the hour. It also helped that I could pick up my prescription next door at the HEB. 24hrs later I feel much better. I recommend them to anyone because they took care of me.

The staff was ready at my arrival and I was sent to a room quickly. Physician Assistant Christopher was very knowledgeable, diagnosed quickly after getting the relevant information (he was really awesome) and got the prescriptions out immediately. A+ to the whole staff!

First time went to urgent care, it went very well, Dr sheikh and his team were amazing. Dr Sheikh is very professional , he addressed my concerns thoroughly and explained everything in detail.I would definitely recommend southwest urgent care to my friends n family.

The staff were ok. But be careful whenever engaging with the staff at this clinic. I went for a normal checkup and kept saying that I only wanted to proceed with services covered by my insurance plan. They did not disclose there would be additional charges for my follow up visit to review lab results, they told me to return just a few days later. They did not specify a time frame. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of transparent communication after asking multiple times to only provide covered services.

Fantastic experience! I had a stiff neck to where I somewhat surprisingly required 2 steroid shots to relieve. They asked me to wait 5 minutes but I foolishly leaped up and tried to leave and nearly passed out. The staff was extremely courteous and patient while I regained some color in my face. Their diagnosis was spot on and my neck is thankfully nearly back to 100% a day later. Very grateful!

Great doctor. Gets you in fast! We drive 30/45 mins to go here when we can’t get in with our pcp. The girls are also fabulous especially Jessica!

First time visiting this urgent care center. Smooth experience in registering and signing in. Wait time is not too long. Both the doctor and the nurse were patient enough in explaining my questions, checked my son for his foot injury, and provided prescription. Reasonable fee as well.

Wanted $99 up front just because they couldnt verify insurance after hours. Were in network with id cards in hand and it shouldve been a $20 copay. This is the first time weve ever tried this place and they treated us like we were uninsured bums. Pay us $99 up front and we can refund it to you in 3-5 business days after they actually figure out how to do a simple thing like verify insurance. Thats rude and greedy when AFC and Memorial Go would take the copay listed on the card and run the claim the next day but Southwest was all about getting that money up front. Just lost any chance of gaining our business in the future and too bad since its the closest to me. We went down the road to AFC and amazingly they were able to verify my insurance no problem. So they were much more accommodating. I will be filing access to care complaints with CMS, the TX Medical Board, my Insurance Company, and every other federal oversight office that handles marketplace coverage.

Went in for an ear infection, Saba the front desk was very nice and helpful. The office is very clean and organized. I did not wait long they got me in to see Dr.Shaikh very quick the MA was very nice and helpful she explained everything clearly and has a good Hand for injections did not feel it at all. Dr Shaikh was great he was very patient and caring and explained everything very well he made me feel much better with the coarse of treatment he advised. I will definitely be coming back each time I fall ill. Also pricing is very fair and they take most insurances which is great. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and the top level of care they offer.

Dr Zeeshan is a great physician. My dad was in severe keloid pain and he took care of it. Not only that, he also referred us to a proper surgical management. He even followed up until the entire process. We are very thankful for his efforts and dedication.

Dr. Sheikh earned a repeat customer with just his smile. Super supportive with us and our one week old baby, especially as first parents made sure we felt safe, and with some great words of advice to make sure our baby is nice and healthy!

The staff was super attentive and accommodating. A little while ago in September, my toddler had a high fever and ended up having a febrile seizure because of it. As new parents, this was not one of the many things we were informed of and did not know anything about why this was happening. It was extremely scary and traumatizing to watch him go through this. This happened in the evening, and not knowing what to do, we rushed to Southwest Urgent Care because this facility was closest to us and our thought process was to go somewhere where his vitals could be taken, or where he could be watched by professionals who know what to do in this situation. There was even a point when he completely soiled his diaper and everything came out and onto the floor - we thought of the worst! Of course we were frantic, I was heavily pregnant at the time, and the staff, especially the ladies at the front, were calm, helped us as quickly as they could, and called the ambulance for us. They were empathetic, helped by cleaning up the mess, and I can not thank them enough for being there. I meant to write this review for a while now, but have finally had the time to sit and write our experience with this facility. Bless all the staff that were there for us and our child.

Affordable, quick, and efficient. I’ve been to this location twice and I’ll be back again. No surprise fees, experienced and knowledgeable PA and MD. I highly recommended!

Dr. Shaikh was so wonderful in so many ways. His bedside manner was excellent and he was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis. More than that, he was extremely encouraging in offering me a right perspective. HOWEVER, the owners/managers of this business should stress to employees that it is not ever acceptable when a business is operated as if the people who work for it are superior to the people who support it. And this principle applies the moment a client calls or walks through the front door.

Dr. Enaruna Ogbeide has a great bedside manner. He knew exactly what to do in regards to gnat bites which Im very allergic to here in Houston. He listened well and was extremely accommodating to my incessant itch. These takes along time to heal.

I went to this Urgent care and everyone there was so nice. The place is so clean. I have a very back pain. Dr. Patel was not in a rush and was listening to me. She got me a shot for my pain and order a MRI. This is my number #1 urgent care now. I recommend you to here excellent service and Doctor that really care.

Best urgent care we have ever been to. Let me start by saying that the Dr. is so nice, he really cares about the patient’s health he checked for every single thing to find out what was going on. He tried the best he could to communicate with my husband in Spanish he went above and beyond. We definitely recommend anyone to come here don’t go anywhere else I promise you will not regret it . They made the check in process unbelievable fast and immediately gave my husband medication because he was burning up in fever and his staff is also so sweet, the nurse who performed the swabs and injection was amazing. We were out within one hour. Definitely will come back if ever have another family emergency. Thank you.

I took my 7 month old here and got tested for flu, strep, COVID, and RSV. All were done via rapid test and got my son antibiotics quickly to a nearby pharmacy which was open until 11 pm. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend!

I visited this place a week ago. I can tell you that the receptionist is very attentive and friendly.All staff work in a timely maner and make sure that the all patients questions and needs have been meet before leaving.I also refered a friend who had bad obdominal pain. She had a thorough exam and was schedualed for an ultrasound.A spanish interpreter was provided for her.I am very happy this location is in a good and safe area. Located by hwy 90and hwy 6.

Honestly I have very bad experience with them , I get lost between different provider at the same building as I tried to follow with them and get my X-Ray report and transfer my prescription from pharmacy to other , until now I’m waiting their call as their front desk promised .I don’t recommend them to anyone and just I see it waste of time or maybe they are good only for fill up prescription.

They do not deliver on their words and try to get more money out of you. Paid for visit, and Provider told me to come back in with documentation from primary care physician to complete my original visit. Upon my return, they told me it would require another paid visit (different than the Provider stated). I walked out and called back to complain… was on hold for 10 minutes (the waiting room was empty when I had just left their clinic). When I finally reached someone, they said the manager would call me back. We’ll see. I recommend finding a different Urgent Care.
