This location is so easy to access at Hwy 6 and Lexington. Completed check in on line was in room w nurse shortly after validated my information and reviewed my concerns. The physician arrived shortly after he asked clarifying questions about my symptoms then examined my ears. He gave me options and we decided best course for my issue.The entire process was easy! I am on my way to feeling better!

Medical issue notwithstanding, I had a great experience at this urgent care. The receptionist was very kind. I was seen quickly by Dr. Stephens, who recommended that I go to the ER to have my symptoms assessed further. She even called ahead to make sure they knew I was coming. I am grateful to the staff here; without their care, my situation couldve ended much differently.

Amanda was fabulous! She was very personable and explained things plainly for me. I really enjoyed the care I received. I was also in and out in 30 minutes!

Both Ani and the tech working with her have assisted me twice. They were both always helpful and kind. I have always been in and out in less than an hour. Pick up my prescriptions right after. Id highly recommend this place, its a huge asset when its hard to get an appointment with your PCP for minor issues.

I’d seen Ani before & she was extremely nice. I came in the gentlemen at the front desk could see I was uncomfortable & started the process right away. By the time the NP came in the results were back, she gave me my results & I was ready to go. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. I picked up my prescription & was feeling better by the next morning.

Ripp off!!!Theres NO doctor. They charged me $180 and said the Flu test and Covid test was covered in the amount. I only did Flu test and now they have sent me an ADDITIONAL BILL of $30 to pay for the test.STEALERS!!

I was happy it was so close to home. The facility was clean and bright. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was seen quickly. The FNP was excellent. I was impressed by the number of procedures and tests they could perform. The price was great! I will use this facility again . I am a RN so I tend to be a tough customer at times. This was really impressive.

The Nurse Practitioner, Ani Stephen, showed a lot of care and interest in my health concerns. The support staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wish all visits for medical care were more like the one I had today.

Ive used Hermann urgent care centers for years. Avoid this location. I went in Thursday night with an issue, and there didnt appear to be a doctor on staff. I was seen by a NP. I was told I was being given a prescription sent to my pharmacy. As of Saturday, my pharmacy never received it. When I called the Urgent Care, they sent it to a completely different pharmacy that has never been used in my records. I was then told it would be sent to the correct pharmacy. As of noon Sunday, 3 days after my visit, my pharmacy has never received the prescription. Really disappointed and question this locations ability to treat patients adequately. I needed the prescription same day, which was the purpose of going to Urgent care I should have just waited to see my regular doctor. Will never go back to this location.

Called 3 times and could hear them hanging up on me as I did so. They never answered.

Excellent service and the Nurse Practitioner showed a lot of care and interest for my health issues.
