Our experience didnt start out so great under my original doctors care that retired shortly after starting our journey but when Dr. Sabouni arrived we immediately felt a difference! She was so helpful and understanding and always showed a genuine concern. She is such a pleasant person and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone in search of a fertility doctor. Needless to say, I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and have happily graduated from Aspire clinic! 🤗

Fertility issues are never fun - but Dr. Reem Sabouni and her team made it as comfortable and reassuring as possible. The entire staff at Aspire take a personal interest in each of their patients and strive to provide nothing but exceptional care. After over a year of visits to the Sugarland office it was bittersweet to have my last office visit with them. Even in the hard moments Dr. Sabouni and her phenomenal staff provided hope for the future, no matter the outcome. Anyone dealing with infertility or just curious about their options should feel confident that Aspire is a great place to get resources and help.

Dr Sabouni and her team are great! They guided us through everything we needed to do, got me pregnant first try with IVF, after trying for years. We started our journey in November of 2023 and today July 2024 im currently 24 weeks pregnant amd excited to meet our bundle of joy.

I absolutely love dr.sabouni, she is very thorough but sweet and we need that when trying to add or start a family💜 she doesnt make you feel silly for any questions you may have.

I would be nowhere without Dr. Sabouni and the entire team at Aspire! I have never felt so welcomed and cared for. The entire nursing staff is so knowledgeable and sweet. Over this whole process, I looked forward to coming in to their smiling faces, no matter the circumstances. Dr. Sabouni is, by far, the best doctor I’ve ever seen! She laid out all the facts and was completely understanding to all of my concerns through this whole process. I genuinely adore her and her office so much! You’re in great hands with them!

I am so very blessed to have gotten Dr. Skorupskis care and expertise through my IVF experience. He has endless patience with all my questions and concerns and truly cares about all his patients. Personally, I can wholeheartedly recommend whoever is reading this to give him a call. For me, his care and knowledge has been phenomenal, bar none. The staff at the Sugar Land location are the best! Thank you so much, ladies, for all your help and support. Im just filled with thanks to all of you. My wife did the IVF but it failed ... So let me take the time and explain this ... Everything runs good with aspire except for this part .. the embryos.. they test them .. but they dont give information on the embryos quality...The IVF dr we dealing with now is CCRM he showed us information on each embryo such as percentage of it sticking and being successful ... ours was 72% ... and like eleven more info about the embryos which you NEED to use to prove the embryos are good.Aspire sux in that aspect .. we were gullible.. they tell you the embryos good but there is no proof of what they say .. they have no info.We wasted over $15k after insurance.

All I wanted was to ask a few questions and then get an appointment. The lady on the phone was nice at first but once I asked a question on their services she hung up. So I called back 3 times and they hung up on me every time. Don’t use these people especially if they can’t answer simple business questions. I would have been a new patient but hell no now. The lady’s name was gabby I believe.

I got my labs drawn today. The lab tech walked up to me, pointed the sticker with my name and DOB in front of my face and didn’t say anything. I just looked at her because… you can say something to me. She then put the tourniquet on my arm, cleaned my arm, and then poked me- all without saying a word to me. Where is the customer service? This is an expensive ordeal that us patients go through and we choose your company. I work at a county hospital as a nurse and I provide a great deal more customer service to people who get free healthcare and don’t choose me. Please educate your staff on providing some customer service, and explaining what they are going to do before they do it. Some patients have a lot of anxiety about all the steps involved in fertility treatment, and some explanation goes a long way.So that you can identify her she was the one tech with long black braids and she drew my labs in the hallway.

I cant say enough about our experience with Aspire HFI! From the very beginning, Dr. Sabouni and her staff treated us with nothing but professionalism and kindness. My husband and I went through fertility testing with Aspire and were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. To our surprise, we ended up getting pregnant naturally before we were able to begin fertility treatments, and were monitored through Aspire until 8 weeks. At our last ultrasound this week before moving to our OBGYN, the whole team was there to congratulate us on our graduation and even gave us a sweet gift to take with us! This whole process can be scary and overwhelming, and they always made us feel comfortable and at ease, and most importantly, like they really cared about us and our journey. I am so sad to be leaving, but so thankful for this experience! I would recommend this group, and especially Dr. Sabouni, to anyone!

I’m so pleased with Dr. Sabouni and her staff. Dr.Sabouni is very professional and kind. Loved the fact that the clinic and staff were very organized and thorough with their knowledge and to the point with their communication . There is absolutely no waiting time.Update : I’m currently 11 weeks happily pregnant . I’m so greatful to Dr. Sabouni and her team.

Aspire HFI and Dr Sabouni will always hold a special place in my heart! They not only helped us achieve pregnancy, but did so with the most love and care possible! They answered any and all questions/concerns and are genuinely CARING!

This review is purely for the staff. My husband and I came in for a consultation 2/11/2022 and when we arrived for our afternoon appointment, the receptionist told us our appointment was in the morning. I showed her my email confirmation of the afternoon appointment and she said that all the afternoon appointments got moved to the morning and that all patients had been called and left a voicemail. I told her that I didn’t have any phone call or voicemail, and her reply was “well I don’t know if it was moved before I started calling patients”. No apology, just a cold response. I have rescheduled my appointment but pretty disappointed in the first face you see in this office being slightly dismissive when the issue is on the fault of the staff, not the patient.

We absolutely love Dr Williams and his staff. This is our second child and we were sure to return to Dr Williams and his team. They have made the process easy and have always been available to respond to our concerns or needs. By far, our experience has been pleasant and enjoyable.

The skinny red head lady with glasses at the front office has a really bad attitude. She either does not drink enough coffee or hates her job. She spoke with us like we were children and had an attitude as if we had done something wrong.

The staff is very friendly. Noni is wonderful. Both Judy and Brittany are very great. I love that the staff responds back to email IMMEDIATELY and are always very helpful! The front desk staff is always ready with a smile and willing to assist. Dr WIlliams and Dr N are both great. We have greatly enjoyed this clinic. We love the portal and that we can immediately get in touch with staff.

Dont follow Google directions! Go to medical building one. Other than Getting lost and walking outside of the hospital lost for 45 minutes in 100+ degree heat my experience was pretty good for my first visit. Ill update as things progress but staff is super nice and is serious about your and your family health. My first visit didnt go as planned due to other health issues that the staff perfered I take care of first and honestly that was better than just agreeing to continue. Im setting my second appt soon.

Not only are Dr. Kim and his staff of the highest caliber and qualification they are also an absolute pleasure to deal with. We can honestly say that we look forward to our appointments. We are well into our second pregnancy so not only have we had great care and service but we have also had phenomenal results.

From the very beginning, Dr Kim and his staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Kim walked us through all of our options early on and made the best recommendations based on our personal needs. The follow ups were very timely & wait times when arriving were close to none. All procedures were explained very well and Dr Kims bed side manner has been amazing! Absolutely recommend Dr Kim at HFI for any fertility needs!

Dr. Witz and his staff are amazing!!! He offers great counsel and we achieved pregnancy with ease. Also wonderful is the efficiency of his staff. I never had to wait long for my appointments and was always able to book them at times that worked for my family. Although we are excited to move forward with our O.B., we will miss being under the care and guidance of this great doc and his staff!!! What a blessing they have been in our lives as our family continues to grow.

Dr. Williams has been great throughout the whole IVF process, he explained everything in great detail and made us feel very confident and at ease moving forward. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Overall all experience was great. And we were blessed to have a successful first Embryo transfer and I am now 9weeks pregnant. :)

The doctor took time to listen and explain information related to fertility. He was patient and respectful to our needs, and even accommodated although we were late for the appointment. We are definitely looking forward to working with this doctor.

Thank You to Dr. Kim, the embryologists, and the HFI team for helping make our greatest dream a reality! We are so grateful for the attention and care that was provided to us. Dr. Kim is the absolute BEST ! We knew we were in the best hands possible from day one. This onesie was gifted to us from the staff when we confirmed our pregnancy.

Dr Abdallah has been great with us throughout our time with the clinic. he is very calm and reassuring and accommodating to our worries and concerns no matter how big or small. we have managed to get appointments easily and at our convenience. could not have had more help. Nurses have also been fantastic and helpful especially since i called them so often with questions that they gave me answers to with speed and accuracy.

Dr. Griffith is amazing! He is incredibly warm and inviting. Out of our 7 years dealing with infertility he has made us feel the most comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and has always taken the time to answer all of our questions no matter how long it has taken or how silly they seemed. We absolutely love him.

Your clinic used to be wonderful but now, its gone downhill. I tend to get either a voicemail or no one receives or responds to the message sent through the call center. Family planning is already heightened so I do not understand why you would implement steps that make it more difficult to get access to MA, nurses. A lot of the procedures you handle are time sensitive and I missed my window last month to get my procedure because no one returned my message in a timely manner. Please fix this aspire

Dr chauhan was my doctor both transfers and he did not judge me and worked with my weight and anxiety towards ivf . First time I lost the baby at 20 weeks but we did not know I have an incompetent cervix second one was a successful frozen transfer to and we just had our beautiful baby girl . I’m hoping Dr chauhan will still be there in the next few years to do my last transfer . He was an amazing patient and understanding doctor . No questions left unanswered.

Dr Chauhan is the best !!! He has been very compassionate and empathetic towards us in this journey. He has been always accessible to me in my questions and concerns.He understands the frustrations and disappointment that is part of seeking his help and arriving at this stage in what is a second thought or an afterthought for most couples seeking to begin or extend their family. We have been thankful to have him as a part of our journey. Considering we have been to so many fertility specialists on our journey and many of which have been helpful to us, he is one that stands out and made us feel the most invested in our journey. We will always consider him as family.Thank you dr Chauhan for being there !!!

It was great working with doc Williams.He is a wonderful person and so patient. He would explain everything in detail that i never had any extra questions to ask. I got pregant in my first treatment thanks to Doc Williams. I will 100 percent recommend Doc Williams to my family and friends.

The doctor was professional, however the few times we saw him he seemed not to know what was happening with his patient. That was disappointing. Britanny is a very good nurse. She is well informed about her patients, is always available and easy to contact.

Dr. Kim has been amazing! He listened to me in the beginning and made sure that he understood the situation that we were dealing with. The staff has been amazing throughout this entire process! i feel like this is my second home for the past 3 months and they made me feel like family. I never felt dumb or uncomfortable for asking a question about my body or pregnancy. I would absolutely refer them to someone else going through my situation. In fact, I already have referred them to a friend at work who will have to undergo another IVF cycle.

This Staff and this office have been so supportive and compassionate. I can tell they truly work to care for their patients. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comforting that I will miss coming here! What a blessing to have such sincere and caring service through what can be a trying and stressful process!

Dr. Williams is good. but the nurse name Joy Nguyen has not been helpful. she was not patient with my questions and did not explain the exam and procedure. last time she was very rude through the phone call.until I had the answers from another nurse name Connie had good explain and was very helpful.

I would need more than 3 or 4 sentences to describe the doctor and his staff but Ill try. Dr. Williams, Dr. Witz, Amber, Rachel, the women who do my bloodwork have become like my family. From day one, they were open, warm, friendly and encouraging. They have honestly made all of my dreams come true and I will be forever grateful to them. FOREVER!

Dr. Griffith is so warm and personable. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient and you can tell he is truly rooting for our cycle to work. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure and was available for any questions or concerns we had.

Dr.Steward and his staff are absolutely amazing! He is compassionate and very patient, especially with all the questions I have.:) Combined with his knowledge and effort to make me feel confident and positive throughout this stressful process has been priceless. I would recommend him to anybody I know going through IVF.

My wife and I had to deal with many miscarriages. We were referred to Dr Kim. We are pleased to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter! Dr Kim and his staff helped us with the entire process including dealing with the insurance. Thank you Dr Kim and HFI.

Dr. Kim is a great doctor and real knowledge. He makes you feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. He is diligent and takes his time explaining everything. I would recommend Dr. Kim and his staff to anyone dealing with infertility.

Dr. Williams and staff at Piney Point location are absolutely awesome. Im so grateful for all theyve done for us. I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous through every step of our IVF Journey.

Dr. Kim and his staff are exceptional. i have never been to a doctors office that made me feel more comforable as a patient. i felt like they really cared about me as a person.

This was our second time with Dr. Kim and his nursing staff. Again, every single one of them was absolutely amazing. Very fast, effecient, and respond to messages very quickly. We will miss them!!

This facility was not prepared for my schedule appointment. Receptionist did not have payment information ready when I arrived 30min early as requested. The consult with physician was not sure on solutions to my issues. When the consult was over the nurse never escorted me out and then proceeded to take my vitals after my horrible news.

Dr. Steward has been extremely courteous and professional as my physician. He takes a genuine interest and really takes the time to know me as a patient. I have been very happy with his care.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Williams and HFI. Although infertility is always a bumpy road, our doctor and his staff walked us through each step of the process with a positive and professional attitude. We are grateful for finding the right place to help us in completing our family.

Finally getting around to leaving a review. Between Covid and 11 months with our new baby girl time has flown by!We cannot recommend Aspire enough! Dr. Chauhan made the process easy and comfortable for both me and my wife!Check out Aspire and Dr. Chauhan today, you will be glad you did!

Unfortunately, I went with the first clinic that came up in the google search. I was very eager to finally become a mother and allowed Aspire HFI to take advantage of me financially. I was overcharged $4,500.00 and have been fighting to get my money back for 3 months. My health insurance provider and I call their billing office every week but nothing is being resolved. That thing about the doctors fee is bogus and the fertility benefits information is not clear or detailed. If you are in this to be a mother and not give away your hard-earned money please consider your other available options before deciding on Aspire HFI. They will charge you self-pay prices for services that are covered by your healthcare insurance. I took loans and opened new credit cards to pay for IVF as a single mom. Waiting months to be refunded because I was overcharged has caused emotional and financial stress especially since my IVF ended in a miscarriage.

This was our 2nd round of IVF with Dr. Williams at HFI Sugarland. Dr. Williams and staff are always pleasant to deal with. They always take the time to explain things or answer questions. Its been no different this time than our first experience, its a little bittersweet to move on to my regular OB!

Dr. Sabouni and her staff are amazing. She really cares about her patients. Thank you for everything.

I am very disappointed in this office. The staff is very cold and unresponsive. Its hard to get information out of them. They messed up my first IVF cycle by forcing me in their standard protocol and not taking into account my PCOS. They were unavailable for questions and concerns when I needed them the most. I have been physically hurt by one of the staff during a routine ultrasound (I bled afterwards and had horrible pain).They will treat you like youre a second class citizen when you show up for appointments.Dr. Williams is fine, but he needs to re-evaluate who he has supporting him. I already struggle with infertility, I shouldnt be made to feel like I am lower than dirt. It was the only location that was closest to my job where I could manage to stop in during lunch breaks.It seems that the other locations are not this way. I went for an appointment once to the location off of 1-10, and they were much better. Unfortunately, I think thats the location I need to stick with.

Worst experience ever! If you need to get time sensitive information, prescription or schedule an appointment, prepare to be stressed out with constant voice mail option, or an agent can simply hang up on you after suggesting to transfer your call, and no follow up! Wait time in the office is also extensive. So so badly running business!

We were very lucky to have Dr.Mazen Abdallah as our doctor. He is amazing. He is very compassionate and caring. He explained the whole process to us in detail and was very patient with us answering all our questions ( which we asked a lot!!). We had been struggling to get pregnant for six years and Dr.Abdallah was godsent. He was very thorough and left no stone unturned. He was always available to answer any concerns that we had at any time. The nurses here are equally amazing. They too have a very caring attitude. I could really count on them. Overall we think that coming to Houston Fertility Institute has been our best decision ever. We will definitely recommend it to others.

My experience was horrible.. my world was shattered in a second when he informed me that one of my results ( a very critical one) was abnormal. I felt that my life had came to an end .. only to find out later that he hadn’t looked at the entire report and that my results were actually normal.What made it worse was that I was the one who picked it up after I got home , I was the one who called his office to update him.. he never called back to at least apologize !!I think it was so unprofessional of him.. I think a physician should be thorough and very very careful before reviling Such a ver bad news !I wish this never happens to anyone again and that he learns the lesson.

Dr. Griffith is very caring. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I know. He goes out of his way to make sure his patients get the best outcomes. Money is not everything for him.

Dr. Subodh Chauhan was incredible from the moment we met, he gave me hope! In my experience, not all fertility doctors do this. The doctor listened and acted quickly! My family will be forever grateful!

I went to this fertility clinic and was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my partner and I. But then we were asked when we wanted to schedule our IVF appointment. It was so confusing..and not to mention the cost of the lab workup that my insurance deemed medically unecessary. I was hoping for more help with our infertility trouble of 8 years. Dr. Williams really disappointed is.

They have incompetent staff. They were supposed to submit lab work to my gyno several days ago. I called the day before my appointment and they said they already sent it. I called my gyno and they said they have not received anything. I called HFI back and asked them to resend. They gave me attitude but agreed. Im now at my gyno appointment andthey still dont have the results. They are wasting so many peoples time.

The entire staff is very warm, welcoming and understanding during sensitive times. It would be easy for the staff to be hardened to what they hear daily, but they all act as if every patient is their most important paitient.

Great experience and will always recommend friends too this clinic. We had a scar and they took care of us immediately and everything is ok. The staff and Dr. gave us the best experience through good and bad times. Thank you for eeverything!!!

I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Skorupski through my fertility journey. He has always answered my questions very factually and takes time to explain anything I did not understand. When I first arrived I was very nervous due to a possible bicornuate uterus, but he worked with me through corrective septum surgeries and hormone treatment, and I was quickly successful in becoming pregnant! I will definitely recommend Dr. Skorupski to anyone I know who is struggling with fertility issues.

Dr. Subodh Chauhan is a great listener! Where others failed to listen we found a place we could talk to a doctor that really cared about our family and the results we wanted. Thanks Doctor for being a part of our family and a friend!

I made and appt for my husband because we had been trying for 3 months and no luck . I am 32 with a 13 year old from a previous relationship and he is a 35 year old smoker with no kids I wanted a sperm analysis Dr. Kim said that was fine but 3 months was normal people get worried after a year or 2 of trying but then he started saying he was more concern with me and my age and I should talk his nurse to schedule and ultrasound to check my ovaries I walked out of the consultation more worried then and came in with them The nurse told my husband what needed the be done 3-5 days before doing the analysis and gave him his appt and took my vitals on his appt and told me wow you have high blood pressure. Ive never been told I have high blood pressure I go to Doctors office regularly and that is the 1st time maybe because I was told I was the problem . Husbands sperm came out good .Then I went for my Ultra sound . The gave me 2 prescriptions that day Birth control and pain killers ? and was told that the Dr. would call me(never did) I got a call from A rude Nurse that could not explain nothing to me she said yes I had eggs and now I was going to get a call to get another test ? for what ? didnt the Dr say that my husband sperm was good ? Isnt 3 months of trying a little bit ? arent we good enough healthy enough to try natural without all this additional I just wanted the the sperm analysis she was very rude I did not get anything from going to this place Nothing

Dr. Williams and Dr Kim were very knowledgable and took us every step of the way from beginning to end. The staff was very knowledgeable, and available when needed. Thanks again for everything.

I am so thankful for the staff and Dr. Williams for helping build my family. Without them it would not have been possible! I have 1 healthy little 2 year old boy through IUI and now pregnant with my second child through IVF! I can not so thank you enough to all of them!

Dr. Griffith is an amazing doctor with the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. He actually makes this nerve racking experience delightful.

If you come here your will not feel welcome at all I felt like I done something wrong or im not supose to Be there I talk with supervisor Brooke she is amazing and very professional

Dr Witz and staff has exceeded our expectations during our experience with IVF. Everyone has been so kind and helpful during the process. We would definitely return and will recommend this particular location to anyone that is interested in IVF.

Dr. Kim is very personsble and welcoming. We had a great experiencing, especially having to put all of our faith in the clinic.

After years of not conceiving, Dr. Witz and his staff made everything so easy. I still cannot believe how easy everything ended up being. My infertility issued have been resolved and I could not be happier. I cannot thank you enough!

If you cant have baby after unsuccessful treatments, try naturally by( losing extra weight, get supplements, eat healthy fertility diet, check for infection or deficiency). Good Luck

Dr. Williams is great but sometimes seems a little rushed. Judy and Brittany and fantastic. They always provide thorough, helpful answers.

He is a excellent doctor, very hard working, thoughtful, he gave us a lot confidence for doing the ivf. if you wanna do ivf, we highly recommend him. he is the best.

This has been a long journey. We thank the doctor and all the nurses for their patience and expertise. They went the extra mile to help us get to the bottom of our issues.
