Always a great experience when I come here. Staff is always very friendly along with all the providers. Everyone there is knowledgeable, compassionate and non-judgemental. The provider I saw last was Mike H. He was kind and professional. Its nice to come to a place where you feel welcomed no matter the circumstance you might be in.

I was here this week for services. The MA was awesome and compassionate. I was extremely upset by the circumstances that led me there and they started questioning my mental health. Once they noticed I was a danger to myself the tone completely changed. Mike H, the provider, was aggressive and accusatory towards me. He bullied me in a raised voice until I was crying and could barely speak. Then he stopped talking completely and left the room, and had the MA come back in with pamphlets for me. I’ve sent an email to the proper people. Never should a women in distress be treated the way he treated me. Just because he has an education doesn’t give him the right to belittle and demean people who are having a rough time.The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the MA was really kind and sweet and I received my services for free, which is a huge help in this economy. But I will never, ever be in the same room with that man again

Always a great experience at this location.Very friendly, personable, and professional.Dr. Mike is wonderful and very knowledgeable. His assistant Vicki is so sweet and makes you instantly feel comfortable. Thankful for these wonderful medical professionals.

I have been going to Planned Parenthood for my reproductive health since I was a teenager. The providers at the valley location were so nice and supportive and the facility was immaculately clean! Thank God I live in a state that puts womens health as a priority! Thank you Mike and Alli, you two made me feel safe and comfortable! ❤️

Went to the E Main location for a check up on the 9th of January. Was told they were packed out until 3 PM on the 16th. I then scheduled an appointment for 3 PM on the 16th. I took off 2 hours of my pto to go in for this appointment only to find out the location was closed. This office is very unprofessional and terrible with communication. I waited over a week for my appointment just for it to be cancelled with literally no heads up. No phone calls, emails, or text messages. There are people whose health and livelihood rely heavily on the business of Planned Parenthood. I strongly consider online tests or different locations.

Called me three times, texted me 4 times, emailed me two times, but not once in all that did they bother to tell me they had found that my insurance would not cover their services and demanded $$ at apt which I walked out of. Never got care as they wouldnt shut up about $ while I was supposed to be meeting my provider. I got the sense they were really overpriced and trying to manipulate people to trick them to show up and spend $. WASTE OF TIME rude and stupid people plus my vehicle got rifled through in their parking lot by someone

I was seen by Mike today & it was one of the most positive healthcare experiences I’ve had. This location has very friendly staff & Mike was very informative & compassionate. Thank you guys 😊

I had askus H low grade abnormal cells, and planned parenhood thought they needed to do biopsy of my cervix for it. They could not answer many of my questions I asked them. The clamp on my cervix kept falling off and her samples where too small she said so she kept taking more and more chunks off my cervix, I felt like she absolutly mutalated my cervix. They wouldnt show me the pad, that was under me, so when they left I looked in the garbage, and it was awful. Also the though during the procedure was that this older woman has done countless fetus killings and now this same woman is inside me. pretty traumatizing. After this Biopsy I went to Womens Health clinic up by Holy Family. They said I did not need a biopsy, that it was low grade, that all they needed to do was pap smear every 6 months, and watch it. It went away on its own. That planned parenthood does not specialize in women care, ob care. they specialize in pregnancy preventative.

Tracy and Sam were AMAZING!!! I went in for a difficult IUD removal and due to no fault of their own they were unable to remove it. Tracy and Sam were kind, compassionate and kept me calm! So thankful for places like this.

Planned Parenthood really helped me feel good about my decisions and helped me feel ok with my emotions. The women that helped me were so sweet and patient and allowed me to take the time I needed to make my decisions. They really are there for you and are concerned with how you are feeling. I’m grateful for the opportunities/support that they give! Thank you!

I came in for an IUD insertion and I was very anxious and nervous and the nurse who took my history was very kind and caring and helpful. She talked me through the whole procedure, made sure I knew what to expect and what to look out for, and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The doctor that did the procedure was very skilled and continued to talk me through what was happening, and took the time to make sure I was okay afterwards. This has been the best medical experience I have ever had, and I highly recommend them for reproductive health.

Not having medical they are amazing. I pay with credit card an pay that back. They do a sliding scale fee based in income for those who need that. I am greatful for them since my personal obgyn retired. I had no idea where to turn too. Wont go without care. I also take my teen daughter there. They made her feel comfortable. I absolutely recommend them for all ones personal needs.

I have been to this clinic a few times without too many issues. They arent the nicest or friendliest, but they are a solid okay. I went in regarding birth control and which one would be right for me as my body has gone through another change. Instead, I got told I needed to help her out and pick one....that was about 3 minutes into the conversation...what? Rather than explaining the differences between each medical option, I was expected to come in knowing each difference between the options because I totally have medical experience in this profession. After that, she proceeded to downplay my symptoms. I love planned parenthood and am grateful there are multiple clinics in the Spokane area because Ill just go to another one. That one nurse ruined that clinic for me.

I had an appointment that I arrived 7 minutes late to. I called ahead of time to advise I was going to be late due to road closures and was told so long as I could make it to my appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled time I would be seen. I had already checked myself in online. Upon arrival I was told to wait to see if I could be seen. I waited 10 minutes for an answer and was told I could not be seen and would need to reschedule. There was no other patients waiting to be seen and the doctor who was going to see me was sitting at her desk since I had arrived. I drove over an hour to be seen and by the end it had taken them longer to tell me I couldn’t be seen than the amount of time I was late to my appointment. I could have understood if I was later beyond the time frame they advised or if there were other patients waiting but there wasn’t. I’m very disappointed in this interaction. If this was going to be the result it would have been appreciated to have been advised when I called so I did not make the trip all the way to the appointment.

A bunch of liars. I went in for birth control, they say I should get my woman checkup so I do. Doctors were great. I get to the register they tell me my bill is almost 250$ for my birth control and checkup. I ask if I can make payments and they say yes. So I paid my first 50$ and they said the law only allows 3 packs to be taken at a Time. So I take my 3 packs and leave. I come back to pick up 3 more packs and pay my next 50$, they tell me its 13$ a pack on top of my bill but Im allowed to take all of the packs I pay for. So now Ive paid 50$ and 182$ and I still owe 200$ towards my bill from my checkup. Its absolutely ridiculous Im paying almost 500$ for a checkup and some birth control. Im a freaking waitress and struggle to support myself and children. Now this. Avoid this place. Theres gotta be a better way to get birth control.

Best experience I’ve ever had. I was very nervous about getting the birth control in my arm. Both ladies that were with me made me feel very welcome and at ease. Before I knew it it was over! Probably the most important part was that I was well informed and I barely had a wait time from start to finish!

Im not sure what people are talking about when it comes to cost because when I went in and explained I dont have an address, dont have insurance, and havent had a paycheck in 6 weeks they didnt charge me for STI testing. I was also not charged for my depo shot and my exam. I highly recommend this location the staff was very helpful and friendly and I would come back again.

Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcome and like I mattered. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both attentive, informative, and generally kind. They took the time to make sure they understood my situation and didnt make me feel rushed, but they also got me in and out quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Called ahead of time and a lady on the line said I can come get my birth control pills like usual. I drove 40 mins to go pick it up for them to tell me i cant have it and to schedule an appointment. I was so upset no one informed me of this especially since Im super low on money and used my money to drive out there. Pull it together and put customers first! I should of asked for gas money!

Over a month ago planned parenthood wrote me a script for my meds. My insurance needed a prior authorization to proceed with labs and charts.. the prior authorization has been sent three times this month with no labs or charts. I got a call two days ago saying they sent the labs, my insurance says otherwise. So my insurance called them. And behold! There is no nurse available to speak with my insurance.. My body is suffering and there isnt anything i can do. I use to raise money for planned parenthood and I still support what they are doing for our community but Never have i had this much trouble getting my medication

I arrived 15 minutes early to check in and provide insurance info, I was seen right on time. Staff was incredibly kind and personable. Facility was clean and I saw a lot of people using hand sanitizer and gloves which is comforting in a health care setting.

Saw online that they give free testing for stds. When I went in and got my test done they charged me $190. Why not just tell us the cost of front? I would have gone somewhere else had I known it would have cost me that much to pee in a cup. With a pandemic going on you think people would be more understanding and help each other out. Especially since it said on the website that it would be free to have these tests.

Absolutely amazing staff at this location, Mike H. was wonderful and did everything possible to make me comfortable with my visit. Would highly recommend this location and staff.

I was misgendered by front desk staff and was made to pay a ridiculous price for STD testing services even though I exaggerated I don’t have an income in the first place. Wouldnt even give a star I could.Make changes. I’m very disappointed in Planned Parenthood.

This place is amazing.. everyone is so helpful and very nice..I got an iud in and it was the worst... but they held my hand and were supper supportive..I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! Thank you!!

Does not provide any items related to parenthood. No diapers or formula or medical care for women.

The women here were so caring and understanding of my needs. I’m so grateful for this place and the kind people who work there. I had a very nice experience.

Schedule an appointment at 3:00pm and waited 30mins to be seenboth times with appointments . Other then that they are very cared and descriptive while telling you what exactly they are giving you or what your best option is.

This is literally the most welcoming office between Spokane and CDA. Its hard to find doctors that will truly listen to womens issues.

“Free” STD testing but got charged $185? Doesn’t sound very free to me.

They are very non judgemental and very helpful. I really feel comfortable going here.
