Chai Urgent Care South Fallsburg - New York

Came to Chai about two weeks after my son suffered a tough bicycle accident at a summer camp in the region. Not only was the care center still open in the early evening, but the doctor was able to see my son and x-ray his knee in a very fast time. This was not nothing because his office was full of kids with various broken arms and legs.Thankfully my son didnt break anything and the doctor was so caring and understanding. He was able to give us a prescription ointment and was able to refill it two weeks later, though we live nowhere near the center. 👍️👍️👍️

This is the most wonderful friendliest informative caring group of ppl in the area!!Thank you so much Natalie for being so kind caring and most definitely funny 😁 very easy to talk to. Thank you Dan for taking such great care and explaining everything to us. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone that wants great care and caring ppl💕

My kids and I Had the COVID-19 test here the place is amazing super clean the nurses are kind and quick no wait time not crowded i will definitely recommend-this place is and A+ clinic!

Amanda and Dr Shalimo were wonderful !! I walked in.. registered.. got 7 painless stitches, a tetanus shot and 5 days of antibiotics in less then half an hour!! Thank you!! Hope to not have to go there again!! But will be where I go if needed in the future!!

Great experience. As I was walking up, met someone else on the way in who said that they have a really efficient operation, and I found that to be the case. Staff was courteous, sign in was smooth, wait time was brief, care was professional. All around positive, will recommend to others. Thanks!

My daughter was upstate for sleep away camp, and she got an in-grown toe nail. They charged us $300 to take care of it, but then decided to just give her antibiotics and have her seen at a later time. They never ended up taking care of it, and we are now fighting the $300 charge. Ive left several messages and never got a response.. Today, a month and 5 days later, I called and complained to the secretary. Im still awaiting a call back.

I dont usually write reviews unless I have a really bad experience, but the treatment I received here at South Fallsburg U.C. was so good that Im happy to give them 5 stars. This is the best urgent care facility Ive been to in this area. I was impressed with how clean the building is and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.I was treated with respect and courtesy, which is not always the case in health care today.They also provided me with fast results through the patient portal online. I highly recommend them.

Sprained my ankle and was able to get a same day appointment. Arrived on time, had a checkup, X-ray and was out within 40 minutes. Kristine and Jasmine were awesome!

Walked into Chai Urgent Care and signed in with the kikos in 2 minutes. Within 5 minutes the doctor and assistant were ready to take care of me.I had a bad laceration to my pinky that received 2 inside stitches and 12 outside stitches.Even had an x-ray to be sure the bone wasnt damaged.All completely finished in an hour or so . ( Any other place you would still be in the waiting room)I was so happy with the work that Dr. Jasmine and assistant Kristina did for me. Absolutely the best experience ever 🙂Proof is in the 2 pictures 1 month apart. Looks like it never happened. Thank you.

The very best urgent care in our area. I walked in, paid my co-pay, was seen and tested for covid, strep and the flu and out of the door in less than 20 minutes. I would not go anywhere else.

They’re usually really good but today(Saturday night) I made appts for myself and 2 kids for 7, 7:10, and 7:20 — got there 10 minutes before 7, like they requested, and checked in but the place was closed. Called and called and no one answered. Stayed until about 7:20 and left a voicemail requesting a call back. It’s now 8:30 and no one has returned my call. I’m thinking they need to update their days/hours on google and also their Solv app (where you schedule appointments). It actually had openings for 6:30 and beyond so I would imagine other people had a similar issue as us. We went down the block to Garnet urgent care who was open until 8, luckily. So we were able to be seen.

Had some of the best service i have ever recieved at Chai urgent care. Id like to give a special thanks to the nurse I had Natalie , so kind and professional 10/10!!

The PA completely misdiagnosed my daughter. She already had a diagnosis and we just had her go in to be checked to make sure that the issue wasnt getting worse. I do not recommend this place at all. Why should we have to pay a copay for a misdiagnosis? I question their medical knowledge.

Easily the best urgent care in this county. Everyone who works there is so kind and friendly. The wait time is about 1/5 of other facilities, and the care is far superior.

Appreciated the quick and thorough care that my family received there. Never had to wait long and the folks there have been very nice and caring. I had a billing mistake on one of my visits and they reached out to me to fix it! That was very much appreciated!

Great place. Staff was courteous and professional. No wait time, they got me right in and out. Right in the town of South Fallsburg. Close and convenient. I will use them from now on for my Urgent care needs.

This place and the drs, nurses and staff are amazing. They are all so helpful, sweet and kind with my 5 yr old. And so very patient! I love it here! Can’t recommend it highly enough!!! AAAAAA++++++++++

Great staff! In and out in less than 15 minutes. Considering no other area within a 30 minute distance had an acceptable wait time for testing, I was really impressed with how quick they took us in and gave us our results.

Really quick, easy & professional experience. Getting an appointment within the hour was no problem and the staff were courteous and compassionate.

The staff are nice, but the operation is inefficient. Took a COVID test on July 30th. Was supposed to get results within 2-3 days. Its now July 3rd and theyre closed for the entire weekend. I wont get my results until a week after the test was taken.

The service was prompt and professional and I am grateful for it. They were there for my urgent care when my own doctors (Middletown Medical)and their urgent care facility was not capable.

I dont know about chai but the pepole working there where amazing dr nussbawm was really amazing and helpfull and sawndra was amazing and natalie was amazing thease pepole where all amazing and helpfull

In and out within 30 mins. My child was swabbed before I was done at the kiosk (with my permission) The only place I can find availability for rapid covid testing.

The person on the phone simply refuse to help. terrible , I have insurance . paying my paxes and what I got at the end- I will stop supporting any medical stuff.

I was very happy with my visit. The entire staff was pleasant and professional.

Saw their ad on KolHaolam and went there today. Was seen by Dr Goldberg within 60 seconds from my arrival. Very professional and pleasant atmosphere.
