Mohamed & Associates Urology Center, PA Smithfield NC

I saw this Dr about 20 yrs ago. He diagnosedme with kidney cancer and I had to have a nephrieçtomy. Surgery went great. He saved me. I had to have surgery the next day and all went well. I n ow am going to go back to him fir other issues I am having. Yes its a wait time buts well worth it. I highly revrecomomend him

After my procedure, I felt some discomfort (as would be expected). But as of the morning after, it’s like I’d never had it done! I couldn’t rate this doctor high enough. Yeah there was a waiting period, but everyone in the office was accommodating and was WELL worth the wait! Today is Thanksgiving, otherwise I’d call, but thank you all for your help!

Absolutely horrendous wait times for a scheduled appointment. Over 2 hours to get called back to only wait in the room for the doctor. Completely unacceptable when doctors dont respect patients time, but want you to cater to their time.

The customer service at this place is worst than McDonalds. The receptionists were unprofessional and saying negative things about the MD as well as others. They were very rude to us and was not helpful at all. I will not recommend this place.

Terrible called six times didn’t reach anybody. Spoke on the voicemail. Nobody calls back. Absolutely not acceptable. Never go there again.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr Mohamed and this office. I was seen for some huge kidney stones and was booked for urgent surgery the next day. I would recommend this office to anyone with urology needs.

Schedule you at a certain time and end up having to wait HOURS!!! To be seen 😡
