Dr. Alexandrea Rigel and staff was Amazing! Felt comfortable, which is nice when your sick. From check in to check out... Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Rigel was very knowledgeable and done great with patient teaching... appreciate that so much! Felt 100% better next day after proper treatment. Very satisfied with the care received!Jodie
I was takin back as a walk in and was put in a room to be seen and the forgot about me I feel. They left me in the room for 2 HOURS. I am not joking. I asked how much longer it was going to be since I had to pay my copay before they would let me go back and they kept saying just a few more minutes you’ll be seen next. This urgent care used to be ran way better than it is now. It’s super disappointing the services they are offering. They were even late opening! They all showed up last minute. Super unprofessional and they obviously don’t take pride in their jobs.
First time thereTook my 60$ copay. Very fast to the room. Took my vitals the Dr. was in quick. Heard my story and said well this is a emergency room visit Im sorry Im not qualified. So I said so you take my 60$ and tell me I have to go to ERWell I dont have the money now to go to ER cause I gave to to Urgent care...didnt even look at the problem.Worst place ever...you owe me!
Staff was super nice. It was quick and easy and the physician’s assistant was really nice as well. Helps to have kind staff. Definitely would recommend and will be going back for any urgent care needs!
Made appointment on line. Got in the back timely. I was in the back for 1 hour. It was slow. Said my prescription was called in to WM. Is was not. It did not get called in that day at all. Next day we went to pick it up at 12 and it was still not called in. Went back at 5 and still had been not called in. It took 3 calls back to the clinic to try to get my prescription filled. Hard when you feel poorly to work so hard to get the meds 24 hours later.
Went in not knowing my insurance was cancelled thats when the dr. And receptionist told me about how easy it was to get covered by Access health and I could be seen that day for a pinky finger that was almost severed. I filled out the paper work and everything was handled promptly and professionally and I didnt lose my finger. Thank you everyone
Physicians assitant Zachary Robinson is one of the most negligent medical personnel Ive had the displeasure of meeting in quite a while. I came in yesterday to have a very nasty insect bite looked at. It was hot to the touch, very painful, and the redness was spreading rapidly. After waiting the usual 40 minutes in the exam room, he came in to take a look. He man handled my arm, told me it was an insect bite and that he would send some cream to my pharmacy then practically shooed me out. I tried to ask him some additional questions but he was so agitated and eager to be done with me, that they didnt get addressed. He was literally in there with me for less than 45 seconds. On top of all that, he prescribed me a topical steroid for the bite... If he had bothered to look at my medical history or even ASK about my medical history, he wouldve known Ive had gastric bypass; Meaning I cant have anything steroidal, topically or otherwise. So I was unable to use the cream that he so hastily prescribed to treat my ailment. Waste of time and money. Very, very disappointed.
OMG, Dr. Alexandrea Rigel, and staff were AWESOME!!!I was so sick, just felt awful. From front desk to my exit was a good experience. Everyone was so kind and compationate. Which was so nice especially when your sick and miserable. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The Nurse who took me to the room, was very sweet, and even though they were swamped (Very busy), she was in no rush, she took time to properly assess me, and make sure I was okay before she left the room.Dr. Rigel was very knowledgable and explained everything so well. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and trusted her opinion. She gave me the proper medications, and by the next morning, I was feeling 100% better.I just cant say enough how nice it was to have people who actually listened to me, and treated me so well. Appreciate each one of these ladies so much! Thanks again!Jodie
Great check in and nurse. I had a D.O., hubs had a nurse practioner the day before. He had a very thorough check up, mine literally lasted one minute. I was one of thr first patients seen, so I was a little confused by the rush. I do feel my meds prescribed were appropriate.
The nurse was spectacular that is why I gave them 3 stars. The front desk lady was rude and got an attitude when I asked a question. I have been to this location many times and she has been short with us and rude every time.
Everything went well. Very quick. The Dr. was very nice. Seemed to know what she was talking about. I was in and out pretty quick with noAppointment. Very satisfied.
Great service: shirt wait., pleasant receptionist; great nurse and doctor who listens to patient. In and out in a short time.Love this care center for the best care.
I wish I didn’t already have a great primary Doc in Tulsa, otherwise I would attempt to figure out how to become a regular patient at an Urgent Care. Dr Davis and her staff made me feel valued as a patient and a person!
My visit was great and the doctor, Rolanda Davis, was amazing! She really took her time with me and made me feel like she truly cared! She was definitely a step up from some! If she had her own office I would definitely use her as my primary doctor!
We continue to be extremely pleased with the quality of care & kindness of the staff in Skiatook! Not only did they answer questions via phone call so I could insure our needs could be met there, they also saw us promptly & helped ensure this worried mothers cincerns were all addressed. Amazingly the physician went the extra mile... She ensured our meds could be filled locally & coordinated directly with the pharmacy as we were on time constraints. The pharmacy had our insurance info verified & script filled all within minutes & ready upon our arrival. Highly recommend Access to anyone!
Staff and Doctor were very polite and helpful. The Doctor was personable and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!
I went in for a strep test, we ended up being there for 2 hours. No one came back in after she swabbed my throat. So finally we had enough, we peeked out the door to see what was going on and they were both sitting there on their computers. They jumped up when we asked how much longer.
The staff was very friendly! The nurse Amanda was very gentle and Caring! Didnt wait very long before they found what the problem was, The Dr explained everything very well would highly recommend five star
I made the appointment online and was seen almost immediately at the appointment time. Everyone there was very nice and my daughter received the treatment she needed.
I’m very thankful to the entire staff for the care and kindness they showed me. The FNP was very thorough in explaining how to treat my condition at home, she’s very knowledgeable!
Went to Urgent Care in Skiatook tonight and had a great experience. From check in to check out the ladies were Amazing!! Great patient service and bedside manners. I’ve never met the physician that was there this evening but would definitely give her an 11 out of 10!! Loved her overall energy and her professionalism!!! Was in and out in no time as well!! Always a plus!!
Everyone was extremely kind and caring including the receptionist! Very impressed everytime I have used the urgent care.
Good and fast. I was in and out in less than 30min and this doctor actually knew what he was doing.
Horrible. Transported me by ambulance to St. Johns in Owasso. I could have drove myself.Bushyheads office is the one that referred me to go!Google needs a negative 5 star rating for reviews this bad
My husband was looked at quickly and assessed. They recommended he be sent by ambulance to an ER. I am very thankful this urgent care was here for us!!
Such a nice and helpful staff! We were seen quickly and diagnosed just as quickly! The office was very clean and tidy and the receptionist was very courteous.
They are really great there. They saved my life last time there. The only compaint I have, is that they scan your head to take temperature. I took. my temp. at home and it said 100.6 pn two different oral thermometers. They scaned. my forehead and said it was 98.6. i asked them to get an oral thermometer and they didnt have one. When i for home i took it orally and it wss 100.5 pn one and 100.6 pn the other. Several months ago i had a uti and took my tempin the lobby at St. Johns in owasso with an oral and it was 102. Back in the emergency room they scanned my forehead and it showed 98.6. i insisted they use a oral thermometer and it was over 102. I spent 4 days in Icu with a septic uti. if access medical had not checked on me, i would have died. But from now on, I will take.my own oral thermometer.
I wish I had gotten the right prescription. The first time I went to the urgent care in Bartlesville the sky took urgent care diagnosed my issue correctly and prescribe the correct medicine..
Registered my son online at 8:00am to be seen for cold like symptoms. Registration went fine. I was scheduled for a 10:30am appointment. I checked in online after arriving to clinic and was told by another mother that she had also registered online and after waiting in lobby approached check in desk just to find out that they have no providers today. I guess I would still be sitting and wondering, had she not notified me. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend using online as I was told by receptionist that “I am not allowed to call patients to notify them when there are changes”. Very poor way to conduct business in my opinion, especially when you have a sick child.
They were very professional and gave me a breathing treatment got my oxygen up to 99%
Had a great experience. Doctor listened to my concerns
I didnt have to wait long and everyone was great, very friendly and thorough! Thank you!
Absolutely a great experience. Love that Roland’s Davis she was great and had a wonderful attitude. Thank u
Very nice clean. And they treated me like a family member not a patient
Very quick and very good at their job I was seen in a good amount of time!
I stepped on a nail and needed a Tetanus booster. I walked in at 3:50 on a Sunday afternoon, 10 minutes prior to close. The staff graciously treated me without seeming rushed or irritated by my last minute arrival. I am very grateful.
Made an appointment for 4:30 for a steroid shot for allergies. NP got snippy with me. Its 6 pm and Im still waiting for my shot. Screw this place! Never again.
Update: This continues to be the BEST Urgent Care I have ever gone to. They are professional, courteous, & the service is prompt.I am so glad Skiatook has an Urgent Care.
My step daughter had to come in and get looked at and she was very impressed with the service. Friendly staff and a very clean facility. Will definitely use this place again if needed.
The wait was long 40-50 minutes with an appointment and empty waiting room. Later learned that they had a computer problem causing delays. Let us know…we’re going to understand. Things went quickly once in the exam room
I’ve had good experiences and I’ve had bad. I probably won’t go back anymore.
I went in for Covid and flu testing. I left with a possible pneumonia diagnosis. The P.A. that treated me caught it on X-Ray.She caught it early and POSSIBLY SAVED MY LIFE. I dont remember her name, but a big shout out to her!!!
I agree with everyone else dealing with the front desk women. Disrespectful customer service..The desk is Rude and Hateful, my dad is almost 80 and she was very rude to him. The medical team is always great and helpful but who ever runs the front desk is costing them customers because now I will just drive to owasso
Made an online appointment for 1:40. We arrived 1:20 and checked in online at 1:32. Amy at the front desk told me I had to fill out paperwork even though we were there a month ago and filled out the same paperwork at that time. After paperwork was signed, we sat in the waiting room and watched two people who checked in after we did, get called back before us, one of them was seen and left. I went back to the front desk to ask how much longer, there was a different lady who told me it was shift change and Amy did not actually check us in. Then, she asked me if my son had been seen there before because she couldn’t find his file and would need to create a new one. She was pleasant and apologized, and said she would get us right in. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing. My son was running a fever, miserable, and wanted to go home and get in bed. In total, we waited an hour before leaving. It wasn’t busy, there was one other person in the waiting area. How do you lose a patients file? Amy needs some retraining to properly perform her job! There was no urgency and definitely no care!
I went to Access Medical in Skiatook this morning for an infection on my eyelid. I made the appointment the night before and was escorted into an exam room within about 10 minutes of the appointment time. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would like to thank Stevie Holley, PA-C for her thorough exam and professional manner.Charlie
This place is a joke. Took my child here 20 minutes before closing time and they refused to see her. Told me to make an appointment for the next day.
Disrespectful customer service..The lady at the desk is Rude and Hateful, she talks down to you like youre scum. Im willing to give people the benefit of the doubt but every time Ive had an interaction with this lady its been the same.If her attitude isnt enough her ignorance of what a notorized documents are for is the cherry on top..I left a notorized medical document stating that the babysitter in question had the authority to have my kids treated in case something happened while I was on vacation and NOT reachable in the middle of the ocean. She demanded that the babysitter get a hold of me on the phone so that she could hear me approve to care for my child, she did not seem to understand even though it was stated several times Im not reachable hence the notarized medical consent document, the local hospital accepted it no problem said this is exactly what they need. I am boycotting this location and want to boycott the whole institution, however theres not very many options of urgent care in my area, the other Center in a nearby town has way better customer service.
Dr Maggie was really great, a total pro. Everyone in office was friendly and efficient. Easy to make appointment online and almost no wait. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service and terrible communication. We took our son here for an x-ray on a Saturday, we were told the radiologist was behind but would call Sunday with results. Never heard from anyone. Called the call center because you cant reach the clinic directly. Took two phone calls and approximately an hour of time to leave a message for the clinic to call. The clinic calls Monday late morning and was very unprofessional. We were excited to have an urgent care so close but will not be back due to extremely poor care and service.
Multiple times weve been in, they cant seem to ever be on time with appointments nor can they communicate that they are behind before we show up early for the appointment. Staff can be less then helpful at times. It was easier for us to pack up and drive to medwise in sand springs.
I will just drive into Owasso from now on.The waiting room was about 85 degrees. You cant wait in that with sick people, its like a breeding ground for bacteria.Very little communication about appointments wait time, or wait time I general.I cant speak for the Providers, as I never saw one.I left after an hour and a half, drove to medwise in Owasso, and was seen and treated in less than 30 minutes total. And their AC works.
This place is awful, turned my child that was struggling to breathe away because they were closing in 15 min
In and out w kiddo in about an hr w RX sent. The person who seen our Lil was great w her. Checking in was a bit overly complicated, however I fear thats the way tech is. The nurse who weighed initially not very kid friendly, perhaps a bad day or shes not use to being around kids? Ours is 8 and very quiet and shy so I cant say she was being rowdy even.
No care was provided, only referred to an emergency room. But they will charge you regardless. And good luck disputing the charge as it seems they follow the tried and true corporate scheme: put you on hold till you give up.What a racket. God I hate urgent care centers. Especially this one.
Took my daughter to have a Covid test. The nurse was so caring, gentle, and kind. The Dr knew his facts and was informative. Very clean and friendly place to take your kids that aren’t feeling well. Thank you all for doing what you do everyday. We appreciate you.
Sliced my finger open and had to wait behind 5 people. Was in the waiting room for 1 hour. I was in the room for 30 more minutes before Dr. Came in. Dr. And nurses where great, lady at the service desk has no customer service skills. Wasnt the greatest experience but they got me stitched up.
This is a facility weve been to many times. Even though we had an urgent care appointment today, we were there will over 2 hours. I also noted the facility needs to be cleaned. Cobwebs behind the television, vents dirty, the floor in our room had some litter.
The nurse was very nice and she made me feel very comfortable I would recommend this place for anyone
Very nice assistant and nurse. Everything was explained and questions answered.
The receptionist was friendly. The female P.A. who saw me, however, was incredibly condescending.I went in because an upper ear piercing I had gotten was red and swollen. I told her I was pretty sure it was a reaction to the nickel in the earrings but wanted an antibiotic just in case it ended up infected. (I didn’t want to take them, just have them available since things usually get the worst when doctors’ offices are closed.)She insisted it was an infection and that the edge of the skin that was white (typical of a nickel reaction) was pus even after I told her what I thought it was.The next day, I was able to get to the piercer who said it didn’t look infected. He switched the earring to nickel-free and it is almost completely back to normal two days later.I understand that you went to school to practice medicine but you don’t know everything. Sometimes, people know things about their own bodies. I have had infections before and know how it feels. I was just being overly cautious. I wish I had just trusted my gut instincts and not gone in here.Even if you think they’re wrong, you don’t need to be rude or talk down to them. If I’d listened to this woman, I would have removed the piercings and taken strong antibiotics for no reason.
Staff was amazing and helped keep me calm through my sutures. Joked with me and answered all my questions
But first nurse and doctor were excellent but the third nurse was very short. She sent my prescription into the wrong pharmacy and I had to wait on hold for 14 minutes to get through to a national call center for them to reroute me to the Skiatook office. It sounded like the same nurse that was short with me in the office but she finally got my script to the correct pharmacy.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE READ. I WENT IN WITH LOW GRADE FEVER 99.8 RED SORE THROAT, COUGH , SINUS PRESURE. ETC.MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN SICK WITH THE SAME ISSUES AND RECD MEDS WITH HIS SICKNESS, I TOLD THE NURSE.THE NURSE SAID “ GLAD YOU CAME IN EARLY TO GET AHEAD. YOU HAVE A VERY RED THROAT AND A FEVER THAT IS THE START OF SOMETHING BAD.”.THEN DR CAME IN SAID MY FLU AND STREP CAME BACK NEGATIVE THEN LEFT THE ROOM WITH NOTHING, NO MEDS. SHE TOLD ME IF YOU START FEELING BAD GO TO THE ER ROOM. SO I PAID FOR NOTHING. THEN NEXT DAY MY FEVER IS NOW 100.4. I CANT AFFORD TO GO BACK IN TO ANOTHER APPT. WHICH COST ME ADDITIONAL IS $ 100.00 WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONEDO NOT GO TO ACCESS MEDICAL SKIATOOK NEVER AGAIN.GOT ANOTHER DR TO CALL IN MEDS FOR ME AND NOW I AM ON MY WAY TO FEEL BETTER.
Every visit we have ever had at this Urgent Care facility has been excellent. The clinic is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I like the ease of access online to set up a time and check in easily so my wait time is next to none. This clinic is fast and efficient and will point you in the right direction for resources if needed.
I had to take three kids with me to get my son seen and I’m so appreciative that it was a fast and smooth appointment. We saw a nurse practitioner who was happy to answer my questions. We had a very good experience and will come here again.
I would have given 5 stars but the attending physician was very cold, unapproachable. and didnt seem to want to be there. The front desk staff and nurse were friendly, kind, and approachable.
No sure I like it or dis like this place. My apt for my daughter just to have a rapid test done because she needed it to go back to school. Got there at 2:56pm appointment was at 3 and didn’t get back to a room till 3:30-3:45pm and then had to sit in the room waiting for the results which was another 30 minutes. The nurse that checked us in was very unsociable, the dr was very nice and honest… the lady at the front desk is some what rude and disrespectful. There was one lady that caused a seen when I was there so maybe that’s why everyone was rude and etc. the lady could have put them all in a upset mood…!I don’t go to urgent care that often. I only do if there is a emergency z
The place was clean!! Wait time was less than 5 minutes. And the doctor explained everything to me. Will be going back
Great experience! I was not feeling well at all. They got me in and out quick and the staff was friendly.
Went in on a Saturday morning. First, Lady at front desk extremely rude. We brought our 2 year old in for a cough. The nurse and Dr could care less about the details we were trying to give them about whats going on with him. They looked in his ears, said she had Otitis Media in right ear (ear infection), then called in antibiotics (to a pharmacy that was closed untill Monday), did no further testing and sent us on our way.We took him to a pediatric urgent care the next day and was told his ears where great and he most likely had RSV.We are beyond ticked off with access urgent care and will never go back again.
We had the best visit tonight we’ve ever had at this urgent care. They were so kind and caring to my daughter(5 years old). They were patient with her and talked to her the way she would understand.
The staff is wonderful! Deb, the dr, was awesome. She was very informative & made sure I knew all my options but didnt force anything! I had terrible back pain, where I had to be carried in by my husband & brother in law, and they got me right back and didnt make me sit in pain in the waiting room. I was a great experience.
Top notch service and thankful for the Nurse Practitioner that helped us! He was thorough and knowledgeable as well as thoughtful enough to make sure I wasn’t charged for tests we didn’t need! Grateful for his honesty and integrity!
Quick and friendly staff. Very satisfied with my visit.
They where super friendly. Very fast service. My daughter and I both had upper respitory infections and we went in about 4 pm yesterday and where out if there by 4:30pm. He was accurate with our diagnosis and the medications he prescribed are already helping me to breathe better. We had not been there before yesterday and even being new patients they got us in and out quickly. Had a very good experience. Thanks guys n gals!!
Zachary Scott is great! I’ve been to see him a few times. His bedside manner is top notch, has been great with instructions & answers all of my questions. He explains things very nicely & has been easy to work with, which is awesome when you don’t feel well.
This is the absolute worst care I have ever received for my 4 year old. Came in for a spider bite, and have waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Then, got put back in the room and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes. GET ANOTHER physician?? Or I don’t know don’t take patients back till your ready?? Or hey here’s and idea let people know how long they will be waiting!!!!
Very pleased with the Urgent Care in Skiatook. Took my grandson to be seen. Check In was very easy and the receptionist was very helpful. The nurse and doctor were friendly, compassionate and professional.
Went here to get some help with my flue like symptoms. When the front desk lady asked for my insurance card, I told her that I forgot it and that I could bring it once I’m feeling better. She said no.I then explained to her that I have Stage Five Chronic Kidney Disease. My kidneys are functioning at 3%. So when I get sick, I really get sick! The lady just shrugged her shoulders and said, you need your insurance card.It doesn’t matter if you have an insurance card or not. If you need help, you should get it. This is the worst care I’ve ever experienced at a medical facility.
I would like to recognize Dr. Natalie Jones and the secretary there. Dr. Jones made my experience there very comfortable. I can tell she is the kind of individual who listens well and truly cares for others. Her work ethics are superb and her social skills are excellent. I was in and out fast. I am no longer sick and in pain thanks to her pin pointing exactly what was wrong with me at the time. Thank you Mrs. Jones for such generous service. I appreciate it so much. As for the secretary, she went beyond what most secretaries do. If anyone meets her, sorry I cant remember her name, but youll know. She has a sweet personality & just treats you with such good customer service.
Doctor was amazing and taught me some things I didn’t know which I appreciated and took all the time o needed! Loved not feeling rushed! Thank you!
Facility: clean & neatPersonnel: efficient, attentive & professional - made me feel at ease.Overall a positive experience.
Worst urgent care I have ever been to. They were more worried about COVID-19, than the patient. They wouldnt help me wheel in the patient, which was very difficult. All they had to do was hold the door open. The check in service is all done through an app, which the patient would not have known how to do if I had not been there. The front staff was extremely apathetic and unfriendly. The nurse and PA were very nice and helpful.
Front desk check in and screening personnel were very friendly and fast. The Physicians Assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. The check in process at their online website kept giving error messages when attempting to schedule a visit. Finally when it read completed on the screen, I went to the clinic only to find out that it didn’t sync in the system and they had no record of the entry. I had to repeat this process over again in person. Not a big deal but inconvenient as this was not my first visit there and having to enter in all of that information again, including insurance seemed like it negated the purpose of having an online option for data entry.
I love Nurse practicioner Natalie. She is so kind and interesting and carrying. I didn’t have to wait hardly any time. I have used her before and had she not been there I would have gone back home. She is wonderful as are all the office staff and helpers.
Every one was nice and polite. Gave me a nice family familiar type feeling and we just met. Which was good because I have lost family members and people I know. So I was very nervous.Keep up the good work. You guys rock!!!
Friendly, professional, helpful and fast!!!! Great visit!!!! Thank you!!!!
UPDATED 9/30/21: I should have read all the RECENT reviews tonight before I took my child back to this place. Would have saved me a trip into town...receptionist said he wasnt sick enough to wait for a no-show in the hour before closing. All the patients are confirmed and evidently they NEVER have people unable to keep an appointment. Then she called me rude for asking about the no-show possibilities.Tammy, Office Manager, please.do more than confer with your staff about caring or politeness to patients. Obviously, this problem receptionist hasnt changed her ways.As we left, she started gossiping to an assistant that walked up. I heard her and they both were staring at me as I walked out. There are always 2 sides to a story and many patients agree with me on how rude she can be.
Tried tonight to get into to see the doctor. Arrived an hour before they closed just to be told they had reached their limit for the night. Apparently they have a quota and once they reach that they no longer accept anybody. This place just keeps disappointing me.We checked in online to save the wait time when we arrived there was one that patient ahead of us that had literally just checked in at the front desk. We got stuck behind them. When asked about this the lady at the front desk tried telling me that we checked in at a later time which was false. I really hope the doctor competent than the wait staff. I knew there was a reason why I called this the dollar store doctor
I left a 1 star review after my visit last night. Partially because we got there before they closed and my wife initially thought they were unhappy about that, but mostly because after my wife went inside, I sat in my car on a phone call. When I tried to go inside it was just after 8 pm and the woman at the door said she wouldnt let me in because of a policy. I was furious, my 5 year old son started crying. My wife and daughter on the other side of the door and I just dont agree with that policy. Im no more a threat at 8:01 pm than I am at 7:59 pm. But today the doctor called my wife and I to check on the status of my daughter. And that was impressive. Very impressive. And I even felt bad for writing a bad review. Still dont agree with that policy but....forgive and forget. Thank you Dr. Holley. Its probably not your policy but you more than make up for it with what you did this morning.
Access Urgent Care is anything but urgent! Waited for over an hour, to have my child skipped over; to let two other children go. And they never have more than 1 doctor, in the facility!
Urgent care is what this place is not. We went on Friday afternoon. After about 2 hours, their one nurse and one PA finally saw us. They were very nice, and that is great. However, we were told that lab results for my daughter would take 1 day and the PA told us she would make sure to relay those results to us personally. Not only do we still not have the results nearly a week later, every time I call, I am patched in to a call center. After giving them, name, DOB, address etc. they call the Skiatook office and say oh they are busy they will call you back. Every. Time. I finally did receive a call back, missed the call, call RIGHT back, reached the call center and was again told, they are busy, they will call you back. I give up. 2 hours in a waiting room with a sick 14 year old and 3 year old, 75.00 co-pay and nothing. I guess we will drive to Tulsa and see an actual physician. I wouldnt go here unless you have no other options whatsoever. Not worth the time or money.
I would recommend Access Med to all my friends and family.
The lady at check in and nurses are wonderful. I would give them a five. But the doctor who has seen me the last 3 times and refused care to me today has me upset. The first time covid test, okay procedure. Symptoms worsened. 5 days later, Bronchitis the second time, and steroids, 6 days later still feeling worse. 3rd time she diagnosed me with a “cough”. Then today, she refused care. I would see my primary but she is booked 2 weeks out. It is quite upsetting, I will not use this location again.
There wasn’t any wait time. Dallas the nurse was very attentive and skilled. She gave me an injection in right buttock and I only felt the medicine, not the needle. The PA was very thorough with her assessment of my back pain. I’m pleased with the treatments she prescribed. Hopefully they will help me heal sooner. I would recommend Access Medical Centers - Urgent Care.
The front office and the nurse were helpful and kind people, but the Doctor who saw me was **very** cold and totally offended that I could ask a doctor a question after having driven up there. It appeared as if I totally ruined her entire day despite only speaking to me for about 12 seconds. Sorry to inconvenience you so terribly.
Very professional! The mobile app to upload my information and the check-in was simple and easy to use. The visit was amazing in that they were friendly and very respectful. Spent as much time with me as I needed and provided me with information on how to care for myself. Would highly recommend Access Medical Care!
Front desk and manager were both completely rude and argued, not only with me, but with my insurance company so they could pocket money I didn’t owe them. What a way to make a living! Telling the insurance company they’re wrong, too!
I’m so thankful this urgent care is in Skiatook! The online check-in is convenient, the staff and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly and they listen well, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I am so thankful there are still medical facilities that understand there are other illnesses that affect us beside the covies, and they don’t push you to an online visit. The option is there, but they will still provide in-person care. Thank you, thank you!
Nicely greeted when we arrived. Staff and Doctor were super fast. Been here several times and always leave feeling better. Dr.Jones was very helpful.
The employees could not get the doors unlocked at 8 am. Front office did not know that HMO insurance was approved . Long wait even though I was there at 8 AM. Maybe more training is needed for front office. The PA, Stevie Holley was great and I appreciated her expertise.Glad to have the facility in Skiatook.
I had to put at least 1 star to write a review but in no way is this Visit deserving of 1!! For starters Dr Gordon Jones is a joke and was borderline abusive!! He is in no way the person Id ever want to see a child for any reason emergency or not-hes too concerned with a 2 year old crying to do his job even when the mother explained she doesnt see strangers often and is terrified of them! A normal person in any capacity would take that into consideration not scream at the top of their lungs and scare the living heck out of her and her 1 year old sister thats with her to the point where auntie has to take the other child out of the room to calm her down!!! The amount of sarcasm he radiates isnt something Id pay for again I assure you-hes a Dr that does not deal with children and or doesnt care how he treats children and thats unacceptable in my book! Her issues were not an emergency just concerning and since shes recently got out of the hospital it needed to be addressed and Im not sure this Dr even heard anything that was said-I think he had a just be gone already attitude before he ever even saw us! Not sure this is how he is daily but if so please dont take small children to him and if you need video proof my daughter took a 45 second video of his screaming from the hallway that Ill happily share! Just ask!Signed a very concerned grandmother who is so upset that my girls had to experience this level of meanness in our small town! Uncalled for!!!! Unacceptable!
This urgent care is an absolute joke. not only do they not care about you, the receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. they also lied on my discharge paperwork saying i refused to be transferred by ambulance when they never even asked me. they’ll likely refuse you service because they’re too lazy. never in my life have i been denied service over and over (for no reason other than “we’re understaffed today”)
Very friendly staff. Helped me with all my questions. Very clean facility. Im opening charts for all my children today.
This was only my second visit to Access Medical in Skiatook. My first was last October when I tested positive for Covid-19. In October the staff was polite, concerned and empathetic. They took good care of me and I was greatfull. However, my second visit was just the opposite. It was Friday, February 19th. The woman at the front desk was rude to both me and my son. The nurse didnt even wait until I was finished talking before she left the room. The doctor was so impatient she literally stood by the door while I told her my symptoms and the only examination she did was look in my ears. She didnt diagnose any thing. She left the room to do paperwork before I was finished speaking. I told my son to take me home. I was so dizzy I had a hard time standing. As we were about to leave, we heard one of them say to the other, Were the mean ones aint we? Then they laughed! We were walking out when one of them said, Do you want your paperwork? I was so dizzy and nauseated I almost fell just turning to take it. My son sat me down in a wheelchair and asked if he could use it to get me to the door. The nurse and doctor were unconcerned that I was unable to stand and walk on my own. The paperwork said, Congestion/rhinitis and the doctors name was Natalie Jones. The paperwork says I was there at 6 pm. I had about a 15 minute wait and they dont close until 8 pm so Im really not sure why I was treated poorly.
I have used Access Urgent Care several times in the last year. I didn’t ever have to wait long, and the medical care is exceptional!! All staff are friendly and caring. I recommend it to anyone with any health concerns.
The paramedic and assistant were so nice and had great bedside manners - the NP on the other hand horrible bed side manners. She was knowledgeable but in no way does she make you comfortable or feel welcome
Felt like I broke my foot, provider wouldn’t even write a note to my employer so I could get light duty for a week because “I don’t know your job role” and “because your job didn’t send you here” makes no sense. Felt like a second class citizen
Scheduled an appointment for 6:20. I assume when you make an appointment it’s to a specific time for a reason. If you’re unavailable at the time you provided then let us know and we’ll return when you are.7:20pm where still waiting..
The PA who helped me was amazing! Very knowledgable and it felt like he was part of the family- SO caring!
I’ve going to Skiatook urgent care since they opened, and I have always had a good experience. This time I felt more like a bother to the provider, and couldn’t even understand what she was saying because she would talk to low. I’m frustrated, because she didn’t test me for strep or Covid and is only treating me for an ear infection. And I have now spiked a fever.
My 2 year old son was just denied service because we didn’t have an appointment… it’s urgent care that makes no sense he woke up running a fever so we rushed to the closest place so now my wife has to drive to a different town to have my son checked out. Pathetic of an urgent care to do plus refusal of medical service I believe is not allowed so I will be looking into what I can do about this. When I called and asked why they refused service I was told because they are private owned and can refuse anyone they want, I am infuriated. If it was me a grown person fine but not a 2 year old child.
BEWARE- NO DOCTOR ON-SITE!! They do not tell you that doctors are only available by telehealth until you’ve spent time in the waiting room, have all of your vitals taken, speak with the nurse, then inform you that no doctor is present and ask if that’s OK! At that point they’ve already wasted your time in charge you for the visit. There are just some things that you physically need to see a doctor for. I could’ve stayed at home and use telehealth. This also happened to my family member today, so they have been without a doctor for weeks. They should absolutely be upfront with the fact that there is no doctor available at their facility.
Stevie was great. She answered our questions, gave us assurance, and helped us in our decision-making process. She and Doc put my daughter and I at ease, made us smile, and were so very courteous.
Had an accident went in next day with pain and sting down my right arm and leg. Assessment done from 3 feet away. Got prescription for muscle relaxer.Visited my pcp at home. C3,4,5 totally out of place. And now i need a fusion. Not impressed!
This place is the most ridiculous urgent care I’ve ever taken my children to our appointment was at 11 AM they said there was six ahead of us after waiting in the car for over an hour we go inside to see if we’re going anytime soon and they said we were next online they put that our appointment was complete and said it was because of corporate they had to have certain numbers I called customer service and they didn’t care so I just hung up and then I get a text message that they’re ready for one of my kids and then told me that there was no appointment for my other kid I guess they deleted it because they didn’t delete the message out of my phone confirming the appointment mind you this is the same appointment they said was completed that I went in about. All of the staff was rude. Even the lady at the front desk when we were seeing if we were going in anytime soon popped off I hope you got that mask I gave you because you’re not gonna get seen without it in a rude tone. I have the screen shot the prove the appointment was set for 11 at this location as well.
Doctors is always welcoming and straight to the point. She is a great listener and the staff is good as well. Wait wasnt long either. Love having a good urgent care that is close to home with good and nice doctors and staff.
Absolutely horrible!!! There for 2 hours with hardly anyone ahead of us. Two receptionists talked for about 5-10 minutes before checking in my 19 month old. The doctor didn’t even want to look at my sons throat when we told her kids in the family had strep. Then the doctor took FOREVER setting up my sons prescription while he screamed. I went out to check and she’s playing games on her phone. Then tried arguing with us and saying first that she was filling out his chart then that she was talking to the pharmacy. They have a lot of 5 star reviews because they have signage posted in the rooms offering prizes in exchange for 5 star reviews.
This was my third time to visit this urgent care. Excellent customer service! Everyone was so nice!
Natalie was AMAZING!! If she had her own practice, I would move my whole family over to her immediately!! The lady (Sherry I believe?) at the front desk was super kind and helpful too.
Very pleased with the quality of service provided from the attentive and helpful front desk (via phone and in person) to the NP Natalie Jones who was extremely caring and professional. It gives me comfort and confidence to have this kind of care in Skiatook.
I’ll no longer be using this urgent care. We have seen Dr, Stevie Holly a few times in the last year and every time we see her she is SO rude for absolutely no reason. Not only to me and my husband but also our kids. I don’t like feeling like someone doesn’t care about my family’s health. It’s very unprofessional. So from now on we’ll be making the drive the Owasso.
Service was excellent and very 📎 attentive, required additional required additional testing recommended additional services, transferred to Bailey ER.
Access medical center in skiatook is a great place. Normally they arnt that busy, short waits, kind and customer service oriented. The nurses and PAs always listen to what I or my kids have to say. They also explain everything so theres no questions. I would recommend them for your family as well!
Checked in over the phone. Got a text 20 minutes before time to be seen. When I got there I was in and out within 15 minutes! Quick friendly service that I greatly appreciate since I was very sick and needed to get back home to rest. Thanks for making it an easy visit for a sick patient!
Do not waste your time going here. I went in because my tonsils were huge and I have every symptom of a sinus infection and dr Stevie tested me for Covid and it was negative then she said it’s probably a false negative just to stay home for a few days. No strep test, no antibiotics absolutely waste of time. Went to my pcp a few days later and tested positive for strep.
I was able to obtain an appointment the same day I called.. the staff at the Skiatook location were fun, friendly, prompt and professional. I was in and out in reasonable time and off to the pharmacy. Thank you for all you do.
There wasnt much wait. The receiving staff and nurse were polite and nice. Place was clean and respectable. I went in because I had a pelvic lump that was tender to the touch and making my upper thighs hurt. I thought it might be a hernia, and was worried it might strangulate. Now, I rarely go to the doctors. I go when pregnant, and to get an IUD, and have it taken out 5 years later. So me going was a big deal. I have no insurance, it was $200 out of my own pocket. The doctor who saw me informed me that the lump was a Lymph Node... and the only reason she gave me for it to possibly be there is an STD. She didnt explain what else could cause them, leaving my husband and I feeling it was the only possible reason for a pelvic lymph node. She said I could have a urine test done to get tested (also out of pocket), but prescribed me extra strong antibiotics (out of pocket..). Im 9 years with my husband, my husband and I have a strong, solid relationship. There was NO way we could have gotten an STD, we told her this, she just shrugged and said sometimes guys harbor stuff they dont know about or isnt found in previous tests. I left feeling dirty and horrified, an emotional wreck. Tests results came back today, half a week later, ALL NEGATIVE. What ever reason my lymph node had for acting up, it wasnt what she accused it of being, and Im pissed I spent almost $300 for this horrifying and emotional experience. I never should have went to have it looked at. Its getting 2 stars vs 1 because the building and other staff.
Not a long wait and the staff was friendly and helpful .
Dr. Natalie and staff are amazing! They listen, they care, and they communicate. I am so grateful to know I can come here and be treated like a human by compassionate people that get me in and out. Thank you!
We have tried coming here a few times and each time it feels like we are a burden. This time the secretary was very rude and not hopeful in the slightest and kept repeating it wasn’t me you spoke with. It’s a shame people from the area will have to drive to Owasso for respectful service.
Return visit was for a follow up. Did not have results back, had a different pa examining. The support staff was not professional. Really feel like it was a wasted trip and expense.
I arrived 2 hours before closing as a walk-in because their website said “1 patient waiting in line” and “You can still walk in to clinic”. So I walked in and there were a couple cars in the parking lot and 1 person sitting in the waiting room and I was turned away. The front desk woman said “all our spots are full for the rest of the night”. So maybe you should not advertise that you take walk-ins if you are going to turn patients away 2 full hours before closing.
Today’s experience for my grandson was subpar- PA did a very poor physical assessment for cough, ear and throat pain. Didn’t touch him with a stethoscope, didn’t look in his throat, only looked in 1 ear for 2 seconds. Didn’t take temp, only O2 sats and HR. Did test for flu, Covid19 and strep, but not a very thorough physical exam. It only takes 2 minutes…then became defensive when I asked about it. A good practitioner is confident of their skills and takes suggestions in stride as it’s not personal- it’s about THE PATIENT IN FRONT OF YOU.
Brought my girls in today! They were quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and made sure my babies were well taken care of. Go on their website and make an appt online before you go in so you don’t have to wait!
We had been to this UC before in the summer when our nanny had paronchia. The facility was beautiful and clean. Our wait was short, and the staff was excellent. She was seen by a wonderful PA who did a digital block and drained it. She also gave her an antibiotic prescription, and talked to her about compliance with her BP medications. I felt that this particular provider went out of her way to give excellent care. Fast forward to this Monday. We had been having all sorts of “flu like symptoms” that day. I mean you name it we had it. My daughter’s fevers were barely under control, and she was not taking in any fluids. Being a 2 time flu veteran, I had a strong feeling this is what we were dealing with. That evening, we decided to go to the UC, that way we can be within tx window if it were the flu. The NP on staff did not seem to listen to what I had to say. She did a quick examination (no throat evaluation btw, even though sore throat was part of the symptoms). She quickly diagnosed me with a double ear infection. Never had one before. I was doubtful, as my ears didn’t bother me at all. She then quickly examined my daughter and said that she had a right ear infection. Now my guard was up. The child had shown no signs of ear discomfort. I asked her to check us for the flu and she said “no”. Her reason, “you do not look like you have the flu”. She prescribed abx for both of us. I hesitantly filled them and gave her a dose that evening. I took one too. I saw my PCP in the morning, who said there was no ear infection. Flu was negative, but given all the symptoms and the misery coupled with my job exposure, he elected to treat, as I was still within 48 hours. I took my child to her pediatrician... you guessed it, no ear infection...and she tested positive for flu A. She wasn’t within 36 hours, but still 48, so she too is being treated now. There is nothing worse than feeling like your health care provider is not listening to you, especially if it causes a delay in care. It is the peak of flu season, and testing should be standard of care. Offer treatment if appropriate , and leave it up to the patients to take it or not. I do commend the clinic management for promptly handling my concerns, but will be seeking care from our established providers moving forward, as this “urgent” visit was a waste of time and money.
I made an appointment for 5:30 I checked in at 5:20 and they let 3 walk-ins in before me at 5:50 I went to go ask why I haven’t been called back and the lady working at the desk said she had me put as I was already back there when I was sitting right where she can see me in the waiting room! She looked at me multiple times. I’m pregnant and having to wait to get a check up truly sad!
Your nurse was great. Kingston was so scared to go after he realized he was there to be seen. Your nurse was so sweet to him. I really appreciated how she tried to to reassure him nothing was going to happen. Thank you.
Wonderful experience we were in and out in no time the doctor was super nice and so we’re all the other staff!
Update: my husband and 2 kids were tested the same day... we finally got mine and one of my kids back 18 days later and 19 days to get my husband and other child back... I didn’t find out until Quest, not the office, emailed me because I happened to have their app downloaded. It’s been 15 days since I was tested for COVID and still no results and no results for the foreseeable future... “we are at the mercy of the lab” is their excuse... Telling me “sorry” without absolutely no remorse is a failure on your back office team, your management team, everyone at this office... Do better.
This is my second time there. Everyone was great, extremely helpful, and polite...EXCEPT for the male nurse/paramedic...he was EXTREMELY rude, short tempered and inconsiderate!! Dr. Jones was very pleasurable as was his nurse Dee. Both were kind and caring.
I was very pleased with my experience. The facility was very clean and the staff all the way around were extremely friendly. And Liz was awesome and also super attractive. So, I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
Stevie was the PA that saw my 5 yr old. Her bedside manner was sub par. She was abrupt and short with us. I was trying to remain by my sick child’s side, she asked me to get off of the exam table that I was sitting on next to him, so I did, and I tried to stand next to him, she then remained positioned between me and my son, as if she wanted me to get back. As a mother and an ER RN, it just makes sense to me to allow the child’s mother to remain beside them. Other than that frustration, the visit was fast and other staff very pleasant.
Very pleased with our Urgent Care of Skiatook! Visited yesterday for the first time with my son. All of the staff, from the physician to the nurse to the front desk, were friendly, proffessional, presentable, knowledgeable, i could go on and on. Very happy to have this facility and staff in our town! Thank you Urgent Care Skiatook!
Its a good place to go just sometime to long of wait time especially if you have an appointment and the walk-ins go before you.
Was very friendly .the dr said I had. ear infection .wrote me a prescription for antibiotics an said I was loosening my hearing. Will I went to my doctor 3weeks later. He said my ears was filled with wax .had his nurse to clean them. After this I was just fine. Well not go back to urgent care an skitook ever again!!
I was seen by nurse practitioner. Didnt listen to my breathing with a stethoscope. Barely even looked at me. She was real quick to do a covid test which i didnt mind cuz i want to be sure but then she really didnt do anything to see what was wrong with me. Was just going to pat me on the head and send me home to rest and take some Tylenol. HELLO!!! IM SICK!!! I could have stayed home and took Tylenol. So I asked for at least a steroid to knock this crud out!! So as Im reading the reviews it looks too me like you answer them with a canned response. Really??? Wow... Doesnt look like a lot of people have been satisfied with the service. Maybe thats why I was the only person there in the middle of the day. Just saying....
After being oriented to the Solv app, things were smoothly run. Test took about 15 minutes to process. Results were determined quickly. Very pleasant environment and staff.
Used the online service to make an appointment thinking it would save time since I own a business and cant afford to be gone. Arrived early as requested and waited and waited. No one came to tell me anything. Finally found someone and asked how much longer. He didnt know, didnt know where the doctor was, they were backed up. Told him I didnt know where the doctor was either. Was told i was next, but i had been next for an hour. Finally just asked for a refund and left. Urgent care? No Online appointments? Why if the wait time is the same as a walk in? Completely different from my previous experience here and very disappointing. I wont go back.
Customer service has always been great however this is not the first time either my kids or I have left with the wrong diagnosis a/o meds. This time around myself and one of my kids could have been severely damaged by the misdiagnosis.Had pediatrician request records for my son today and it seemed as the records we received belonged to someone else. Nothing stated was anything we discussed while there.I understand mistakes happen but this was a complete waste of time and could have been a very sever situation. Better attention should be given when dealing with someones health. We will not be referring nor returning to this location.
This place is great. Everyone is always really helpful and friendly. Sometimes the wait can be long if you do a walk in, but if you use the website to schedule an appointment ahead of time, it normally isn’t bad at all. Thanks for what you do guys!
The best urgent care facility i have of ever used. Ive used them twice three years apart and both times they were able to resolve the condition or refer it to my primary care physician. No sitting around at the doctors office or er.
Very caring, compassionate, friendly, fast and accurate, I wish I could be seen there, instead of my primary care Dr, Top notch
Was seen very quickly and everyone was professional and kind. However, I found out that blood work should have been ordered and I have no way to follow up on that until I find a local doctor. I would have given them 5 stars had they followed thru with that.
Very slow. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The staff was kind and professional. We were seen in a very timely manner. We will visit again if our primary doctor is unavailable. Thankful this is an option for our town.
Unhelpful and completely RUDE. The women who answered the phone AND the nurse/doc that called me back. I simply was stating that my symptoms of the UTI they diagnosed me with 2 weeks ago havent gone away and they treated me terribly. Said that its been a month since Ive been there ( my receipt states it was 2 weeks ago) then Told me that the symptoms SHOULD be gone. .... But I just told them that they werent gone, that was the problem. I also told her that my home test I took made by AZO brand was positive for a UTI. I have the picture of it. To my surprise, nobody was willing to help me and instead kept talking to me like I was lying. I will not be going back. When youre sick, it goes a LONG way to have a KIND staff to help you get better. All Im asking is that you are nice to me on the phone. Is it that hard to pretend you care about people in the health industry?
On 7-8-2021 had appointment for my 90 yr old mother having wheezing and coughing she is asthmatic with copd has been this way since the 3rd constant coughing urgent care took X-rays no pneumonia they didn’t do anything just sent her home today the 10th we’re here at Bailey er now we’re getting the right care. Not pleased with doctor at urgent care.
Went in very sick, PA gave me strep, Covid and flu test, said it was probably an upper respiratory infection and gave me an antibiotic to take in a few days IF I didn’t get better. Thought it was a little strange but I’m no dr, although even the pharmacist that filled it said that sounded really weird and he would start taking it immediately. A month later still sick so I made an appointment with a Primary Care dr and started telling my symptoms, she finished naming them off and rolled her eyes when I told her I was prescribed Amoxicillin by the PA. She said the symptoms clearly detail a bacterial infection and I would have just kept getting more sick over time. So are the Skiatook urgent care physician’s that uneducated or are they just trying to get people to come back multiple times to get more money?
I have never been disappointed with my care from Natalie, I believe. She is always conscious of my time and is always nice and very knowledgeable! I’d rather see her than my PCP.
So glad I have them close by, my regular Doctor could not get me in for 2 days. I was able to be seen same day here at Access, they were very busy but did a great job getting to me.
If I could give a negative star I would. This place was horrible today. The only reason they have so many 5stars is because they have signs in their lobby saying “you get a prize for a 5 star review” they can shove their prize as far as they can when it comes to health of patients. I brought my 1 year old in. Saw a male doctor not sure of his name. He basically told me I was crazy. He told me their was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CHILD! The only thing he did was look in his ears. Said they were perfect. He’s coughing up a lung damn near, has a fever and is just out of it in general. “Oh he’s just fine” well here I am exactly 4 hours later sitting in Baileys hospital in owasso. My child is NOT fine! He has a double ear infection. Which the guy at urgent care some how missed when that was the ONLY thing he did. He also has RSV. He refused to give a breathing treatment like I asked and refused the RSV tests like I asked. Because he was “just fine” luckily Bailey hospital knows what they are doing and have him taken care of. The first thing they did was give him a rsv swan and breathing treatment without me even having to ask! I’d like to thump the damn doctor I saw today on the head in urgent care! Don’t go there!!!
Super long wait 3 and half hours with rude receptionist.
The doctor put her gloves on then continued to touch the door, the trash can multiple times, and the light switch then touching face and eye without changing the gloves. She did steps that were not needed. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
The lady at the front desk was not very nice this is at the skiatook location
Scheduled on the app. Got there early, but the same time as a walk in. They took the walk in first, but I was still in and out within 30 mins. Staff and Providers are always so nice And understanding regardless of how I’m feeling!
This fnp treated the symptoms. Which was better than the previous visit. I dont know how you treat bronchitis with inner ear infection medicine.
I actually needed to see my ENT, but due to heading the hospice caregiving team for my father, my time is limited.I was blessed by an awesome team, a great Nurse and Physician Assistant.I felt I probably had nasal polyps and she confirmed my self diagnosis, gave me a steroid injection, several prescriptions called into my pharmacy and I was on my way.I will definitely be using Access Medical in the future.Chris
I have to click the 1 star to post a review..Checked in about 3:20, they had me in a room pretty quick, verified that I had a sinus infection, I got a shot and 2 scripts, went to walmart to pick up the scripts and they never sent them in. What good did it do to go if I cant even get the antibiotics needed? Have to wait til tomorrow to try and get that fixed.Called and they didnt even put the antibiotic script in the chart to send it. They can see where and how often i am to take it. So the call center will have to get a hold of the clinic who will have to call me to try and get this fixed. Waste of time, waste of money should have just gone to owasso. Wont be using this place again. So frustrated!!!!!!!
Thieves!!!! They DO NOT CARE about treating you!!! They only care about the money and what coverage you have. So basically how much money they can get out of you!!! If you are self pay they wont even SEE YOU until you pay AT LEAST $275!!!! They explained they are privately owned so they can do that. Really??? How about being decent human beings and charging whats fair!! I totally expect to pay for the services but $275 before youll even see me??? ROBBERY!!!!
Meriden, PAC did my sons stitches. She was great with him and his nervousness.
My son was seen very quickly, and his prescription was called in to the pharmacy and we were in and out of Urgent Care in about 45 minutes.
Very nice staff and medical team. Staff was professional and able to address the problem quickly..Probably need to add some more staff. The wait time was more than a big city ER or Tulsa Urgent Care.
I was in and out quickly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and efficient. No one likes having to go to Urgent Care, but the staff made this visit as pleasant as possible. Thanks!
Friendly staff, quick service
They ALWAYS treat me with such kindness. They truly care how their patients feel. I appreciate their concern and kindness. Thank you guys n gals !!!
The staff was friendly and courteous!
Really friendly staff, no long waits after checking in online. The facility is also super clean. This is my new go-to place for urgent care needs.
Tried to charge me double what my copay is suppose to be, did the same thing when I was other one other time. I will continue to go to owasso and they are nicer in owasso.
As a whole it is a good place. But, today I was seen by a different dr than last time and he was so rude! His bedside manner SUCKED! I will never see him again. I would rather be sick!
Had a great experience. My family has used this facility multiple times and the wait times are very quick! Friendly staff. This is our go to in skiatook!
They were pretty busy and we didnt have to stay very long. Me and my son both had to get checked out. The staff was really nice.
Friendly people and Very quick to check in on the app. The doctor was great! He cared about the well being of my sons leg and the after care😊 highly recommend
The staff was very kind and accommodating. They did a fantastic job. Was able to get in and out quickly.
Very kind and helpful with a V A member under new program of care. Nurse quick and efficient. Dr was knowledgeable and gave me immediate relief of my injury.
Very quick and thorough appointment and everyone working was pleasant. I was there less than an hour.
My wife had an allergic asthma attack. Because of money situations they turn her away. Owasso is still a distant away to get to. They didnt even ask at least if we can put down anything at all. Never knew this much cruelty until this place were money is over a persons life. I hope this place close down soon because a human life is nothing to be tampered with. Please keep my wife in your prayers as she gotten worse.
This Urgent care had excellent communication as far as the wait time. They took my medical history serious and treated me with compassion and priority!
Quick and painless. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor were very nice and a pleasure to deal with!
The nurse practitioner that saw me today I don’t remember her first name but I know her last name was dollar she was amazing she made my visit there as a first time patient way more comfortable than what I ever expected she made me feel like I was the patient and she had time to listen to me and I know it’s hard when doctors and nurses see new patients just as it’s hard for us patients to see new doctors etc. she listen to me the whole time I was there and I’ve never felt like I deserve to be listen to before and she was awesome thank you
Went in for an infected cat bite, got in quickly and got tetanus and antibiotic shot and was out within 30 minutes. Professional and fast courteous service!
They got me seen in a timely manner and the place was very clean. Id recommend going here to anyone. The staff are friendly too 😊
Very kind to me every time I have had to go to their office. They get you in and out quickly. Will definitely use every time I need an urgent care.
Lyndsey is an awesome nurse. The whole staff was courteous. So great Skiatook finally has Access (pun) to an Urgent Care. I was visiting Skiatook, my former hometown ,& was taken care of as a walk-in with such ease and care.
Great experience, great staff, in and out... 5 stars
Everything was great, the check in was simple and the lady was polite, the wait was only 1 or 2 minutes to be taken back, the gentleman that checked his blood pressure and everything was amazing with my 4 year old and the exam was better than he has gotten when i take him to his primary physician, even through my 4 year old having to get chest xrays the whole time there was smooth and efficient due to the way the staff handled everything with a boy full of energy and only 4 which makes getting him to do what they need him to do hard.
My son has health problems and they are always so great with him. The staff is great with my son, patient when he is scared or hurting. I have no complaints.
Awesome staff. Very friendly and the PA was really nice. The room I was in was absolutely spotless as was the waiting area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
The experience I had was phenomenal, they were very organized and promt with everything. And the paperwork was done from my very own phone , which was really cool.
