David Vandermolen, M.D.

Dr Vandermolen has been a wonderful fertility Dr. I am 41 years old and never been able to get pregnant before. He and his team have been great through the whole process. We are now pregnant for the first time, 13 weeks with twins! We have tried the other Dr in the area and it did not work out with him. Dr Vandermolen listened to our concerns and requests, gave us good advice and suggestions and we are extremely happy with the outcome from our ivf experience at Arlatex Fertility. We highly recommend him and love the whole team up there!

We were in Dr. Vandermolen’s first IVF group after he moved to Shreveport 25 years ago. We have 24 year old triplets thanks to Dr. Vandermolen. I was 39 years old when I delivered them. I have referred several women to him and they all have fertility success stories. He is the best fertility doctor!

Dr. Vandermolen is very fair and understanding of all types of situations regarding his business. He and his staff do a very good job. He is constantly working to help couples start families. He is an asset for this community.

This is my doctor right now and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his office staff. They are so sweet and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and important. My Gyno referred me here and he also had nothing but great things to say about this team. ❤️

All around great doctor and team! My wife and I started seeing him in June. He was very thorough and listened to our concerns. They treat you like an individual patient here not another case.

The doctor was very knowledgeable yet seemed to have problems staying focused on conversation at hand..... The nurse that I spoke with and front desk receptionists are very disrespectful and WILL speak down to you like a child. They know they have the power of being the only fertility clinic in town and I honestly believe they enjoy the power trip. If you want to be lied to about where your money goes, spoken down to when you ask about your lab results and blown off when they improperly handle your insurance, give them a call. You will be extremely disappointed. Would not suggest to anyone. 0/10

This doctor gave me false hope of conceiving then cut into my colon during a fibroidectomy. Worst experience of my life & could have killed me. Then after I recovered, he wants to do another surgery to get the 2 fibroids he left??? Seriously? I told myself it wasnt worth losing my life, the child I had needed me & stopped seeing him. I would give ZERO stars if I could or negative stars...

He might be a great doctor, but the way the staff takes care of the patients leaves a lot to be desired. My DIL called telling them she was pretty sure she was miscarrying and couldnt sit in the waiting room long due to bleeding. They asked her what time she could get there. She told them by 10:30am. They told her that would work, come on. She sits for another hour and a half in the waiting room before they call her back & that AFTER she goes to them asking how much longer. I fully believe she would of waited even longer if she hadnt asked. Things like this happen constantly. I dont understand

I was a patient at the end of 2000 and beginning of 2001. Treatment was very successful thanks to Dr. Vandermolen and staff. My son was born September 2001. Hell be turning 15 next week!

After reading the comments Im good. I dont want to go. The fact that Ill have to drive 3 hrs away from home just to get bad attitude and not happy with fakse results and false hope. Im booking with someone else. Thanks everyone

Great Doctor!Staff-Already bad enough you have to ask for help with something you should be able to do on your own.... BUT!!!Rude thats not my problem attuide type of NURSES! Is insulting! ONLY ADVANTAGE THIS DOCTOR HAS HE IS THE ONLY fertility specialist DOCTOR WITHIN 100MILE!

This physician , Dr. David Theodore Vandermolen, is a dangerous; self-serving ,dispicable human being; who should NEVER be allowed to practice medicine,anywhere, to any one! Two thumbs down! Pyronies Disease, Dr. David Theodore Vandermolen? A strong right hand!

I was very disappointed. We travel 2 hrs for an appointment but when we get there the staff threat us like s.... they asked for green card and everything just for a simple test. That s something stupid .

Thank you guys! My wife and I are very grateful! We have a 16 month old and my wife is 10 weeks pregnant again thanks to these guys!
