I had the worst experience with this doctor. I feel vulnerable as it is since Im pregnant. You would think a obstetrician would have a bit of empathy towards pregnant women. She wouldnt let me finish a sentence and when she did her eye balls would roll like if my presence was a bother to her. So unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted by her nasty demeanor towards me. Other then that her staff was wonderful its ashame that the doctor is horrible.

She delivered two of my kids both experiences were amazing and both c-sections, my insurance is subpar and even locked in most cases of where I cant get care and she booked my appointments in places I didnt know I could go and get amazing care USC BURBANK/PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL BURBANK soley based on my insurance something I didnt know. She listened to me and acted on my requests/concerns she treated me as a patient but also with respect and care. Anything about my pregnancy she will let me know right away, and never dismissed concerns or worries. I love her so much, I showed her my two babies she delivered. I have never been more happy with a Dr. than I have been with her. If she isnt in practice anymore, I dont want to go to anyone, I prefer to not have kids. I respect her as a professional but also that she treated me like a human being, and the fact that she was also a woman that listened to me and respected me & my care. I couldnt ask for more, it was a blessing being cared from her.

Great staff. Very easy and painless experience. My exam was quick and I feel taken care of. They offer a lot of services and will be returning for anything I need. Grateful after losing my usual doctor.

I arrived 15 early to my appointment only to see all the advertising for out-of-pocket meds and services she was pushing. She’s cares nothing for her patients and makes zero effort to keep appointments on time. Running over three hours late is not her concern and won’t think to ask if you would like to wait or reschedule. Her staff is trained to push her regimen of beauty treatments. This isn’t a medical appointment- it’s like being at timeshare pitch while sitting naked under a paper gown.Zero stars

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Fazilat, and it was by far the worst encounter Ive ever had with a medical professional. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Fazilat consistently interrupted me and didn’t allow me to ask my questions. Her demeanor was incredibly rude and mean, showing a complete lack of sensitivity to my trauma. Instead of providing a safe space for discussion, she made me feel even worse.As patients, we are already in a vulnerable position when discussing sensitive issues with a gynecologist, and Dr. Fazilat did nothing to alleviate that vulnerability. I left the appointment without having the chance to discuss my concerns, feeling unheard and disrespected. I have reported her to my insurance company, as I do not believe it is acceptable to treat patients in this manner. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere to avoid a similar distressing experience.

Dr. Fazilat and her staff are so kind, puntual and helpful. In the past, I would have to wait an hour plus for the gynecologist to see me for my appointment. Not at this office. They see their patients in a timely fashion, and the check up was done diligently and effectively. I’m excited to continue to see Dr. F as my OB/GYN in an ongoing manner.

Dr. Fahzilat and Alicia made sure I get all the necessary OB tests done on time. They also helped me with any concerns I had and also accomplished personal documents I needed for my disability application. The Dr also made sure to see me at the hospital after my delivery during a very trying time. I recommend Dr. Fahzilat and her team. Also her office is really clean and neat, I loved the ambiance every doctor’s visit I had.

I would like to say thank you so much to Dr. Fazilat and team for delivering our second baby safely at Valley Presbyterian Hospital through a C-section surgery. She was very understanding that fulfilled our expectation & a plan that our baby born in a New Year of January 2024☺️ She also cared by checking up my wife & my son after delivery to make sure baby and my wife were doing okay. I had this doctor’s office cancel my intake appointment “for an emergency”, then book me for a different day/time than they told me over the phone TWICE. So after three scheduling mishaps with their front desk, my referral expired. I will be requesting a new referral literally anywhere else.

The way she treated my friend, who was concerned about breast cancer, was incredibly unprofessional. The doctor appeared rushed and frequently stated, I dont have time to examine you, attempting to dismiss a worried patient without proper explanation or consideration. If youre seeking a caring and attentive doctor, its best to avoid her.

Regarding B. Fazilat MD: If you want an endless runaround and to get billed for NOTHING, you are welcome to make an appointment. Heads up, they will reschedule you WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW, doesnt matter if you took a day off from work, just because doctor wants to leave early today. Also, you wont see the doctor, but you will wait for an hour at the lobby, and will be sent home and rescheduled AGAIN! But beware, when you come back your visit will be rescheduled again in advance, because they forgot to prepare you for the procedure. This office is a joke in a nutshell. We still dont know how OBGYN Bahareh Fazilat looks, been there TWICE so far.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Fazilat. I had a high risk pregnancy with gestational diabetes, and she did a great job of managing my care. She was able to address my many concerns and assemble a team of excellent doctors that addressed various aspects of my pregnancy. Her office staff was responsive and really helped with any insurance questions I had, and all the doctors she referred me to actually took my insurance with no issues. I had a very smooth delivery at Providence St. Josephs--they are also amazing. Very grateful for this office.

When I was pregnant with my 2nd child I was in search of a good OBGYN so I could attempt a VBAC birth after searching several OBGYNs and changing several insurances I finally found Dr Fazilat My husband and I we were kind of scaptical at first became her clinic seems more of a cosmology than a clinic of a OBGYN at first my husband and I didnt want to do a CSection but after speaking to her she gave us that comfort that we did not have with our first OBGYN.We went through the procedure on the 28th May 2024 and she did such a great job that my recovery was much faster than expected.She helped us at a time of need when nobody was helping us I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family who have to go through a C section ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bahareh for a medical appointment and I can honestly say she was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was so friendly and warm, and I could tell she truly cared about my health.Throughout the appointment, she took her time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions in a thorough and thoughtful manner. Dr Fazilat is a wonderful doctor with great experience! I was referred to her by a relative and I am so greatful I went. Dr Fazilat took great care of me during my very high risk pregnancy. My 3rd pregnancy dealing with hypertension as early as my first trimester she was always following up on my well being and the babies which I greatly appreciate. Having to deliver early due to my hypertension she was always very reassuring that everything would be ok. She came in early morning to deliver my baby via C-section,(my 3rd one) I was very nervous but she made sure I was comfortable during the whole process, during the c section she was constantly asking me if I was ok, or if I was feeling any pain which I never did feel a thing. The anesthesiologist was awesome, i was extra relaxed during the process I felt NOTHING literally not even pressure! All the nurses were awesome. During my 1 week follow up appointment she answers all my questions, she squeezed me in her schedule when I thought I have teared opened my C-section scar which thankfully I didn’t. Thanks to all her office staff who is always so helpful! Alicia is always answering my questions. Thank you Dr Fazilat for the wonderful care I have received from you. I will most definitely continue my women’s care with you!!

Dr. Fazilat is an incredible doctor!!! She removed polyps I had in my uterus with a minimally invasive procedure and saved me from having to do a surgery. She is extremely proficient, attentive, caring and patient --- and her staff is absolutely amazing!! She always took time to listen and explain everything, her staff is so sweet and helpful, and my surgery was done so well I was able to discharge the very next day! Dr. Fazilat is a very nice doctor. I was a high risk pregnancy patient and I started seeing her from 28th week. She made sure that my baby is growing well and did all the things that needed to be done beforehand. Though at first things were a little overwhelming for me a as first time mom but I understood that all the things she told me to do was the best for my baby and me. She did my delivery at 35 weeks which was an emergency. I trusted her and she didn’t disappoint me. So I will say please trust your doctor they know what’s best for us.One more thing I would like to mention is that, my surgery was very smooth and I’m surprised that I don’t have a scar for my c section which is amazing.

I recently had an abdominal myomectomy performed by Dr. Fazilat to remove several fibroids on my uterus. One of the fibroids was huge, over 20cm in diameter, and other doctors told me it would be very difficult to remove them without performing a whole hysterectomy. Dr. Fazilat not only removed the fibroids, but saved my uterus. She is an extremely skilled surgeon who put what was best for the patient ahead of what may have been an easier surgery. I am so grateful to have found her. My uterus is intact and I am on the road to recovery. If you’re like me, and suffering from fibroids, she is a great resource to contact to see what your options are. Don’t just assume you may need to do something as drastic as a hysterectomy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will give you the best opinion. Thank you, Dr. Fazilat!

If I could give zero stars I would. BY FAR, the WORST obgyn I have ever been to. Dr. Falizat has no clue what she is talking about, comes in late having her patients wait for more than a hour, then has the nerve to have the worst attitude and not even do what she was supposed to do. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor before wasting your time dealing with this headache. She had prescribed me the wrong medication for fibroids & when I mentioned It, she said it was a vitamin if I was trying to get pregnant (which I was NOT) not to reduce the size of my fibroids as she had initially mentioned and prescribed me for. Bahareh Fazilat should not be able to practice as she just played with my health for her own satisfaction. Filing all necessary documents to get them shut down immediately. You have been warned.

I’ve just completed my first pregnancy journey and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl through a c section about a week ago now. Dr.Fazilat did a tremendous job, handling me with so much care, being very knowledgeable, and delivering my baby safely at St. Joseph’s hospital. She had an amazing team work with her and am thankful that she is my OB. Sometimes during my appts it can be very busy and take some time , but everyone is very nice and accommodating. I definitely will continue being seen as needed with this team.

I don’t like the service here they don’t even do follow up appointments the front office staff said just to look it up on quest. I had abnormal pap results and I was the one to schedule my appointment to follow up with the doctor. I also had blood work done which also came back abnormal leading to an ultrasound it’s been more than a month and I have yet to receive those results on the patient portal. I’ve called several times but it’s just difficult to get a hold of someone and when I do the staff transfers me to I don’t know who and hangs up or doesn’t answer!

I went to the doctor with severe pain and bleeding, and I had decided to have surgery and remove the cyst, but the doctor introduced me to a pill that helped me completely stop bleeding and feel no pain. My whole pregnancy journey for my second child is one of the most difficult experiences Ive ever had to go through. From the really bad nausea of first trimester then having COVID while pregnant to having pregnancy induced hypertension during labor. BUT, DR. FAZILAT made my pregnancy journey much easier and better. From the first time I met her, shes been nothing but supportive, encouraging and caring. She made sure to listen to all of my concerns and attend to them. She pays attention to detail and shes always available to help. I remember one time, when I had COVID and was coughing really bad, I called the office a little too early in the morning, no one answered (theyre probably still closed), few minutes later, somebody was calling me back, and guess what, it was Dr. FAZILAT, she said there was a missed call with my number..and this is even before my first appointment with her, she never even met me yet. But she listened to my concern at the time and instructed me what to do to help my symptoms. And she even asked her secreatry to squeeze me in her appointments as soon as Im done with my isolation. I dont know bout you, but you never really get to experience that with other doctors. The day I gave birth was on a weekend, it was actually Easter Sunday and she was there. She came and supported me and husband with every step of the way. She made sure I deliver safely and me and my baby are both okay. Also with the discharge, she made sure I have all the instructions and home meds I need. Anyway, if I would get pregnant again, I will definitely choose Dr. FAZILAT again. I highly recommend her. This whole pregnancy experience was definitely made easier by her. She treated me and husband, even my 1st daughter (who sometimes I will bring to my appointment) like family. I will be forever grateful for her.Also shoutout to her team, from the secretary to the nurses to the ultrasound tech, they are all awesome!

I went to see Dr. Fazilat to get a second opinion for my treatment, and I have to say, my experience from scheduling an appointment to seeing the doctor was nothing than pleasant and positive. Doctor Fazilat reviewed my records and gave a comprehensive, easy to understand explanation of my condition and a treatment plan. More importantly, she took her time to REALLY listen to me and, I am happy to say, she actually solved my problem. I was so happy with Dr. Fazilat that I decided to stay with her so she will be my gynecologist from now on.Thank you Dr. Fazilat!

Dr. Fazilat is an amazing doctor I had trouble finding a doctor for the first 4 months of my pregnancy kept getting put on hold and having to get approvals before even being seen and finally I came across Dr. Fazilat and she didn’t give me no problems no hesitations she was concerned about me not having my first prenatal care visit and put me in with her without waiting for the approval she has been very sweet all my visits and very concerned always making sure I’m OK and my baby. Having me check up with ultrasounds and get my weekly shot with her due to my high risk of pregnancy she has been so caring and I am 29 weeks and still as I am getting closer to my due date she wants to make sure everything is OK due to my high risk of pregnancy and make sure there are no concerns for the time of delivery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fazilat and also her receptionist Alicia very caring and very understanding when you cannot make it to the appointments they work with you around your schedule. Her medical assistant as well very nice and very focused when it comes to checking your vitals and making sure she puts you into the back quickly not having you wait for a long period of time.

Horrible. horrible. I highly don’t recommend this doctor. It took over an hour for me to be seen. Once i was seen, I never even met with the Dr. herself. She then said she would call me at a certain date and time to get my results. she never did. i had to call her and when i did, her receptionist told me my results. I am having so many problems with my prescription/insurance from my one visit with her which was just meant to be an annual standard visit. When I called her to get my test results, the receptionist had to provide it to me even though i had a scheduled call with her. I was then billed $460 for that 2 min call with her receptionist to get my results. She billed it as a 40 min office visit. I was also billed an additional $640 for an annual check up that was meant to be free. It seems that for one visit, she billed my insurance 4 times, leaving me with an over $1000 bill. i remind you i was there for an annual screening. This is completely unethical.She will bill you for anything in order to get every dollar she can from you and insurance. i am now working with insurance to address this since she tried to bill me for services I have never received. She does not give any care for her patients. I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor. Please save yourself the hassle that I wish I saved myself.

They’re very attentive and take whatever time needed to answer questions. I always come out feeling sure of whatever problem I may have had.

This place it’s a waste of time. You will need to wait 2-3 hours just even if you show up on time . They not organized and overbooked purposely. Find a different doctor.

Dr. Fazilat herself is a very nice Doctor and extremely detailed about your future appointments. This was all the first visit for my wife. Unfortunately her front receptionist with the glasses gave us a hard time. She is all over the place. On the first visit We water rescheduled for an ultrasound (too early) after being told by the receptionist we would have one over the phone. So when we go back for the ultrasound at 2pm We wait 1.5 hour and finally ask when I’ll be seen. She then says the tech left at 2 and she needs to reschedule AGAIN. So instead of checking the patients in & making sure everyone is scheduled accordingly she waits 1.5 to tell us this & says she didn’t know I had an ultrasound. Isn’t she supposed to know? She handles the schedules! She didn’t care. I chose a different doctor.

I was a high risk pregnancy, I have lupus, APS, hashimotos and it’s my 4th c section so it was extremely high risk for possible hemorrhage.But thank god Dr. Fazilat took good care of me. The office took all my annoying calls and listened to my concerns. I’m now 5 days postpartum and my baby and I are doing good.I highly recommend Dr. Fazilat she will take goodCare of you. I can’t be for thankful

This was the first time I had been in Dr. Fazilat’s office. I’m had been referred to her by my daughter, and yes, my daughter was so right, from the moment of scheduling my appointment to my office visit, the staff extremely nice and organized. I got the the link prior my appointment to register. I was very nervous the day of my visit, but then the Dr. came in, made me feel at ease.Very Sweet, Very professional, Very patient, took her time explaining to me step-by-step procedure to be done and most of all left the office with all my questions answered.Thank you to Dr. Fazilat and her amazing staff 😊

Went in for an appointment about 3 months ago.First they rescheduled my appt 5 minutes before my appointmentSecond time i went in as last patientDoctor was so quick no questions asked just said pull down and did a my pap. I was in and out in about 30 minutes thats with the new patient paperwork.Im still waiting on results! Which the girl up front said i would be call in max two weeks.I just got a bill for 430 dollars! That they billed for 3 minutes that she was in the room!I have never paid for a WWE in all the years i have had one!But they used a different code!I will never return and never send anyone here!Money hungry and non caring doctor!

Come here if youd like to deal with the most unprofessional and uneducated staff. And that is just to start. Unfortunately I am too far along to go to the other OBGYN in Tarzana, but I am sure any other place would give you better care than here. The OBGYN is always clueless, she is not always the person giving you the ultrasound, and is always in a rush to get you out. I suggest you go elsewhere to find a better care and competent staff.

The only reason Im not giving one star is because of the extremely nice medical assistant ( or nurse) who went above and beyond to help me today! I had appointment in the morning and there was no one in the office but this sweet young lady who was doing everything by herself. by everything I mean, answering rapid phone calls, giving appointments and answering questions, getting patients ready to see the doctor, gathering all their medical record, giving future appointments and checking out patients. I literally witnessed she had calls on hold to finally help me yet another phone rang and the Doctor was asking her to answer the phone, and once she said Im helping out a patient and have 2 calls already on hold the doctor got mad and said well answer it and put this one on hold too! I mean your in-person patients should come first doctor!! Specially when youre short staff you cant expect all the calls to be answered on time while your present patients waiting in the office. This is clearly an issue because we all take time off to be seen by the doctor and no one should be rushed or work under this pressure . I dont know if its always like this or just they were short staff this one day! The wait timeline was fairly long, which is not a shock! Im willing to give this office one more shot and hopefully the next visit will be more smooth!

Called to ask them to make sure my insurance was accepted, received a call next day saying it was and made an appointment. The actual appointment took a long time and everyone in the office looked as if they were lost, including the doctor. Asked her not to run any tests not coved and she said her office would have to check. I said ok, that I would wait for confirmation then. They called me to schedule an ultrasound for a couple of months latter to which they said it was covered. Today I received a bill of over $600 that the insurance didn’t cover. This is not only a confused doctor, this is stealing from people and not healing people. I’ll be taking you to court for you’re a bunch of con man. You should not be treating people you plan to steal from. DO NO GO HERE!

When I was referred to doctor Fazilat, I had no idea how lucky I am for being referred to an excellent, top notch doctor who is so very caring and sweet and explains every step of what she’s going to do with so much patience, I had the most comfortable and fast healing surgery with her, I was very stressed before my procedure and she did everything to make sure I’m feeling okay. That’s the kind of doctor everyone needs.

If I could give no stars I would!!!!Where do I begin?!?I went there last Thursday with my husband. We came in, the doctor didn’t introduce herself and never even examined me. My husband was ignored by her, and I didn’t even had time for questions. Her staff is even more useless than her. I had so many issues and dealing with them put me in such stress that I’m thankful that I’m not pregnant yet. Every time I called to deal with things I got arguments and talk backs from all of the staff members. How is it that in a sensitive place as an OB/GYN this happens?!?!? Terrible terrible place!!! Don’t go here!!!!

Im very grateful to my PHP who referred me to Dr. Fazilat.Everyone in her office from Alicia at the front desk to Yuri, Paria and Dr. Fazilat herself are very kind and attentive to their patients needs.A few weeks ago I had to go through an uncomfortable and painful procedure. Dr. Fazilat showed a lot of empathy and compassion which melted my heart. Her assistant Yuri was holding my hand when pain was a bit too much to bear. Their kindness, compassion and a bit of humor made the whole thing go by quickly and with less stress.Cant thank enough the entire team and Dr. Fazilat especially for their care and professionalism.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Where do I start.... I called Dr. Fazilats office to schedule an appointment for my first OB app at 10 weeks and her receptionist that had a very strong accent picked up and I couldnt understand anything she was saying. Someone else helped me out (I think it was the Dr herself). First thing I asked if they accept Blue Shield of CA - PPO and I was told yes.I went in for my first appointment, short staffed, they were just everywhere and very unorganized, speaking their language (already had a bad vibe from the first second I walked in. They took all my information my ID and insurance card ohh forgot to mention that I gave them my insurance information before I even came in for them to check my status.Saw the Dr. she was nice but had a negative vibe like for example, Im coming for an infertility specialist where I would get bi weekly ultrasounds and I knew I was 10 weeks and she was doubting me. For the first appointment, I am supposed to have a normal ultrasound and she had this old school tool that you could even see or understand anything. I was told there is a technician that only handles her ultrasounds so I had to come back the next day.Come the next day, I came for my appointment and the technician was blah did the ultrasound. The most uncomfortable part is when the Dr came in and was like I just want to make she is 10 weeks, really? Just total bad vibes. I decided to change my Dr. wrote via email that I was not going to proceed with her office and thats all.I checked my insurance claims and I see 2 claims where the DR is not in network.... REALLY!!!! I was told she was, they took my information and nothing was told to me before I even came to that office. Anyways dont go here and dont read all the good reviews because thats what I did and its like a bait ands switch. I am a big review person and thats why I contacted her office but it was nothing even close to being an ok experience. And the fact that they tried to charge me when I was told they accept my insurance is FRAUD and NOT OK!!!!!! Get your stuff together.

I hope I can save some women from visiting this office. I looked for a while to try a find a comforting, pleasant, professional gyno- it is the complete opposite of that. The folks at the front desk speak very loudly about what you need treated, there is very little privacy and the doctor will over bill you. I hope you can find somewhere else to go! Best of luck in your search.

My annual cervical screening appt went well with Dr. Fazilat. Although with blue cross insurance, paying $800 for lab and doctor visit is quite ridiculous and unacceptable. Make sure you let your patients know when they are going out of an annual screening tests because they will be paying out of pocket. The simple telephone diagnosis of dysmenorrhea (which is a painful period) cost me $93.36. Per my insurance, the doctor should relay this information and if they fail to do so, then you need to learn to advocate for yourself. As a healthcare professional, I really do try and give the doctor my trust in the care they are doing for me. But I will take this as a learning experience, and I hope you do as well.

So today I finally got the Chance to visit the Office after several recommendations! I’ve been welcomed so friendly by the nicest Staff, even though I was late. Got my Covid Booster and especially Dr. Fazilat, even that she was busy dealing with other patients, took the time to welcome me and explained me the whole procedure and I have to say I got treated so well that I can’t think of a better practice! Thank you 😊

Dr. Fazialt is one of the most caring and lovely doctor I’ve ever had , she cares a lot about her patients she follow up with the patient to make sure they are fine . I am doctor Fazilat’s patient over 4 years now and I’m so happy that I found her she is amazing and she is very knowledgeable 🤍

Check your billing for upcoding. This woman is a scam artist a bills you for services she didn’t provide. I will be reporting her to the board if she doesn’t change my billing.

This was my first experience in the office. Dr Fazilat and her entire team are very helpful, kind and attentive. They guided me step by step during all my tests and procedures that had to be done. Sometimes I get very nervous, but they made me feel their emotional support. Without a doubt I will continue choosing this medical center for my comprehensive gynecological care.
