Facility is very cleanStaff is overly friendly , helpful and Sympathetic to your needs.Take time to explain things and very helpful with my paperwork I had a few questions.I was there with my 6yr old daughter she felt very comfortable , the staff had her smiling.She was excited to be able to pick out a goody bag on our way out .This was my first experience at this location now I can see why its my wifes favorite place when needed.5 stars

They took my husband’s and my blood for annual bloodwork. We verified that it would be covered by our insurance, as it is every year. However their billing department billed it incorrectly. The blood lab is charging my husband for a test that should be covered by insurance. Between my husband and myself, we’ve spent 20 plus hours on the phone trying to correct the problem. Our insurance has even attempted to explain it to their billing department. The lady there is rude and refuses to change the billing code to the correct numbers. It’s beyond frustrating. It has been sent to collections for NO reason because one person refuses to do her job, and cares very little because she feels like it’s no longer her problem since the bill is coming from the lab and not their office. But she’s the one who sent the test/coding in wrong. Don’t go there. Horrible customer service.

I had a great experience at the Schererville, IN location. The people were all pleasant and empathetic. I got in right away, had X-rays, received kind care for my broken toe and left with a referral in hand for a choice of orthopedics. I couldn’t have asked for more. . . unless Medicare and my secondary insurance fail me. If so, I’ll be adding to my “favorable” post!! At this point I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic.

First time here was great. The next time I come I have to wait 45 minutes for results and have to find someone to see whats taking so long. Nobody came and said sorry for the wait. Then I called today about a text saying I have an appointment I didnt schedule and all that was said we can cancel I said yes and before I could ask why I was hung up on. Call back to ask why the lady picks up says what is required and before I could respond and say sure. Just puts me on hold. Then gives me Im not sure and just to check on you.

I have been here twice and seen Ally both times. She’s nothing but kind, patient, helpful and so caring. Everyone is so quick, efficient & kind. I will definitely be coming back here when I need quick care. Thank you ❤️

Went in for a CDL physical. Staff was very professional, polite, and friendly. Place of business was very clean and organized. They even faxed my certificate to the BMV for me.

I definitely recommend going to Midwest clinic! There is an easy check in, no wait, or very little wait times, and staff is kind and caring! I always feel taken care of and everyone has a great sense of urgency. They make being seen quick and painless.

I am always treated with respect and compassion at the facility in Schererville. The only thing I’m not comfortable with is them taking my credit card and putting in a file somewhere. I have Medicare and a secondary insurance so my bill will be paid in full by them. Also if there is a mistake in the billing $$ is taken out immediately from my CC

Easy to register online. Never had to wait any unreasonable length of time. Receptionist pleasant and efficient. Intake medical assistant was kind and caring. Nurse Practitioner was so efficient and knowledgeable. She advised me to come back in if my symptoms worsen. I have great faith in using this system.

We liked the experience at this location. I was impressed with the cleanliness, attention, and most of all, the staff. They were all very friendly and considerate to me and my daughter. Everyone from reception, to the nurse, and the doctor were all fantastic, especially since they were finishing their day, they still made the experience a positive one for my anxious little girl. I had several things going on and was in bad shape. High fever, vomiting, no sleep (4 days). I showed her the large red big bite and told her I had been repairing chicken coop and my be salmonella. She checked vitals and said nope how’s your breathing been. I said about the same since the cottonwood started falling. (allergies). She said something going on there and gave me prescriptions for it. Later that night after taking the meds, I vomited again but this time coughed out something black and green. 100% better today Thank God and thank Doctor Allison!I returned because the big red bug bite was coming back. Before I went in I read info about bug bites, cellulitis and Lyme disease. Allison knew exactly what to do and prescribed more antibiotics. The first round of antibiotics almost got rid of it, the second round of antibiotics are specific to both cellulitis and Lyme disease, even though she doesn’t think I have Lyme. Thanks again, the redness is starting to go away again.

I went in for an urgent care issue. I checked in online which was easy to do. I got to the clinic and only had a 5 minute wait. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. Nurse Practitioner Ally is wonderful. She is caring, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. For not feeling well, this was a most pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.

They need retraining on how to bill insurance, I have never owed more than a $35 dollar copay and have the most high end insurance. They told me I owe 580 dollars because they submitted to insurance wrong previously and told me I can call a number to clear it up. Not going to do their job for these idiots. Called my insurance company, can confirm the employees of Midwest express are just not intelligent.

Highly recommend Midwest express, had great service, quick diagnosis and explanation of my injury. Alot faster and easier than seeing my regular doctor.

Of course it was a weekend and my dr said go to er or urgent care. I picked urgent care since it was closer. Everyone was polite. I wasn’t able to hear from a horrible sinus cold. I was seen quickly, treatment and prescriptions were given. I was in and out fast. I will definitely go back if needed.

I was hesitant about going because of my past experiences with other clinics. In the past I waited hours at other clinics to be seen but not at Midwest Express. I just completed the sign in forms and was called to be seen. My entire time there was shorter than the wait to see a doctor at other clinics.

Went in with a bad cold. Was admitted to see a doctor within 5 minutes after filling out forms . Staff very friendly. Doctor took her time with me and prescribed the needed meds for me. If ever I need a mini clinic again. I will go back there !

Recently I went to Midwest Express, not my first experience with this medical group, for cold/ flu symptoms. I was greeted immediately and within minutes completed triage and rapid testing for diagnosis. Throughout my time there I found the Doctor and support staff to be completelyfocused on my treatment. Theyre exceptional!

I drove there after work on a Friday, around 6-7pm, and there was no wait. Office looked so clean I thought this place was new. There was no one ahead of me so there was no wait. I was seen right away and everyone was so nice. My mind was a little frazzled so I can’t remember if it was a Dr or NP, but she was great! Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and after a quick assessment was able to tell me what was wrong. It’s been 2 days now and with the prescription (I requested lowest dosage possible) and some papers she gave me that included after-care stretches, the pain is almost gone. And I’ve regained significant mobility. 5 stars! Thanks all!

Staff was really friendly. The doctor listened to what I had to say and ordered the tests I wanted. Since they couldnt do the test that day they helped schedule at another location for the time that fits my schedule best. The doctor was also caring of my situation and did everything she and the staff could do that visit.

Five-Star review doesnt do justice for the service and care Allison Scalchas provides. I took my mom in for extreme shoulder pain. She listened, cared and best of all went above and beyond to provide treatment and resources if further care would be needed. It wasnt, she was spot on. This girl is a multi-tasker! I cant remember the last time we ran into such a great person who is also so incredibly good at her job. She made us feel at ease and extremely hopeful. Allison truly cares! She is a TEN-Star health care provider. I am so grateful we ran into her!

The doctors were so friendly, informative and knew their stuff!! We were turned away at another urgent care because we didn’t want a covid test on my 8 year old daughter. They wouldn’t even triage her. This doc did the triage and checked her out thoroughly. Had they suspected Covid then I would’ve got the test. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. The online check in is awesome and convenient too!

I had an amazing staff!!! The nurse who did our initial intake was patient and kind with my autistic three-year-old! The front desk was very concerned for him and got him in as soon as possible! The doctor that we saw was absolutely kind amazing sat and talk to us did a thorough check on my baby and was very patient when my child was pushing and pulling away! She even complemented my parenting, and how loved and loving we were it was such an amazing experience!

I’m giving a 5 because each employee that interacted with my 2yr old son and I was very pleasant and understanding . With the expectation of one employee. The lady who called us to the back to take my child temp and height must not have children or is not in company with children much . She made me feel very uncomfortable and she was very rude to my son . We were visiting due to an eye irritation my son was experiencing. She was not patient or pleasant to my child which is why he did not want her to touch him again . However the lovely Doctor Jasmine and the lovely Liseta ( spell check) where the best . My baby is still loving his new pair of shades you guys have him . Overall the time spent was quick , the knowledge giving was understandable. I do appreciate the two ladies .

As a 30 year veteran nurse I tend to notice things at a medical facility. I found the facility to be immaculately clean. The two NPs I saw were knowledgeable and made me feel like a person instead of just a number. They made a concise plan with a follow up the next day. (Had a serious issue going on) I ended up having to go to an ED after the follow up which they had advised me to do.I highly praise all the staff I encountered. All acted in a professional manner with a good dose of kindness. I recommend this facility, without reservation for any acute care needs within their scope of practice.

All of the staff were amazing! This was my first time at the clinic and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. The nurse was very sweet and kind and made the triage process a breeze. The nurse practitioner was awesome and calming! She was thorough, and even though I could tell she was busy, she took the time to listen, respond to my questions, and address the concerns I had. The overall experience was a delight and I left feeling better than I walked in. I couldn’t thank them enough!

This was my first visit to Midwest Express Clinic, but I will definitely be back. The office and patient rooms were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and the doctors were efficient. I was in and out of the office, with all my testing concluded in less than thirty minutes. Each individual I spoke with listened to my needs a followed up with helpful solutions. I would definitely recommend this location!

The treatment I received was solid. Unfortunately, the receipt they give you does not have a date on it or anything useful for HSA reimbursement and when I called to inquire about the receipt Julie was not helpful at all - stating it is normal that receipts do not have a date or type of service rendered. I called back to request my statement and Julie hung up on me. Then I called back a third time and Emily was very helpful and offered to email my statement which includes this info.Thank you for reading.

I usually go to Community Urgent Care in Munster but after I was wrongly diagnosed at Community I decided to visit Midwest Express in Schererville. I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had. The clinic itself is immaculately clean. The receptionist and the NP were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The NP spent a great deal of time with me, answered all of my questions, gave me the correct diagnosis and explained everything thoroughly. She even made recommendations for OTC medications & home remedies to try. I was in and out very quickly and today I already feel much better. I highly recommend the Schererville location & will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointing experience! Ive never seen any healthcare facility deny medical treatment because there is no card to put on file. Even though I have one on file and we are on the same household. Do I need to get my bank statements to prove were on the same account. Im sorry life happens and we lost our debit card (even though you have one on file already). They wouldnt accept any other card. We do have insurance too so its not about paying for the visit. Our regular doctor is booked so this was our only option. How stupid is this! I will be sure to let people know when the germs spread that its because you refused to give my husband medical treatment. Hopefully its not corona virus.

I would recommend Midwest Express anyone. The ladies there were very kind and personal at the same time being 100% professional. The the physician was also kind and seemed genuine. All in all a good experience considering I was at the doctors office.

Great experience at this place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I sprained my wrist and my right hand was swollen and I couldnt write and the ladies at the front desk was very patient with me and assisted me with the paperwork. Dr. Olga was so sweet and very understanding and informative about my injury. She listened to me and was very gentle with me. The x-ray tech was also gentle with me. I have zero complaints about this place and will definitely go back whenever I need to.

It was a few days before my wedding my mouth was on fire and I couldn’t get into a dentist… plus my daughter was suddenly not feeling well! This team went above and beyond to see us both and come up with a treatment plan! I prefer them over my own family doctor. I’ve never spent more than 45mins in there but I do understand with cold and flu season wait times can go up. Over all, the place was clean… like beyond clean, the staff was friendly and listened to my concerns. They came up with a great treatment plan to get my daughter and myself feeling better for my wedding… after the wedding we had to switch up my antibiotics but they did it no issues.Thank you again to this amazing team!

All staff is always extremely nice, we have never had to wait long to be see by someone. They are quick, they listen, and get you the meds you need to feel better. I’ve always left here happy.

Mrs. Angelique Smith was absolutely awesome! In fact awesome is an understatement. Given my circumstances she treated me like her own family member when I was afraid and alone. I felt like i could trust her with my life. She was very kind and respectful of my privacy. I even took a moment to ask her if she was okay, being that she was the only practitioner in office taking care of everyone. She did her job flawlessly. I’m not really sure how long I was in office for but it sure felt like no time at all. 10/10 recommend for Mrs. Smith.

Very clean, friendly staff and doctor. Was my first time in. Not sure i like having to leave a debit or credit card on file. I understand some people don’t pay their bills but I don’t think everybody should be punished for that or subject to this rule.

We go here whenever a need arises - cut finger, feeling ill and wanting a flu or covid test, etc.The staff are always amazing and we really never have to wait long.I always say Im so thankful they are nearby so we dont have to go to a hospital ER and wait several hours!

By no means is this two star rating for the staff or the schererville location itself. I have gone to this location several times in the past 2 years. I have always been satisfied except for today. I went in there to fill out paperwork and there was a piece of paperwork for payment information to be kept on file. When I told the medical assistant that I didnt want to leave my information I was informed it was mandatory. Its sad to say that I will not be visiting Midwest Express clinic in the future. I dont see any need for Midwest Express clinic to keep my payment information on file Bill me and I will pay it. You lost a customer!!

Dr. Dexter was excellent! He thoroughly examined me, took some x-rays to make sure, and provided the medication I needed. He called later in the day to check up on me. He went above and beyond a doctors visit.

Always quick and friendly. There were four people in front of me yesterday and I heard the FNP say to the receptionist she was solo and to make sure guests were aware there might be longer than usual wait times. It still seemed like nothing compared to a doctor’s office. She was thorough and didn’t seem at all like she was alone. She took her time, asked questions and listened. Did bloodwork right in the same room. How nice to not have to go somewhere else to do that. I think it was Thomas (not sure of name) that drew my blood. Didn’t even feel the needle. It never bothers me anywhere but I couldn’t feel it at all. This is a great place. They even offer Botox now. Didn’t try that :-)

I was treated very well and staff were friendly and courteous. I was seen by the nurse who took my blood pressure and weight she was very polite and asked me questions regarding my overall health and what medication I was currently taking. I was then seen by the Doc. who was also very polite and courteous took care of me right away. I left Drs. office with no concerns. Front office receptionist was courteous and professional and smiled while asking me for my information.

I was taken back and seen right away. The facility was extremely clean and staff was professional.

I had a minor work injury and needed an X-ray. I walked in, was seen in less than 10 minutes, got the X-ray and had the results in a timely manner before I left the office. The Nurse practitioner was very professional and explained the results that she could read. I received a call within 2 hours with the results from the radiologist’s reading. I would definitely return to Midwest Express.

Process was easy and simple. Went in, filled out their forms, gave them my insurance, wait time was not long at all, taken back, had testing done, talked to a doc within 10 minutes as stated and had my prescription sent to my pharmacy with no issues! I think the overall process was less than one hour of my day. The doctor I saw explained my medication to me (not the standard due to my allergies) and how to help combat some of the not so friendly side effects I may get. NO ONE has ever done that for me when I have to get the non-standard medication.I would go back in a heartbeat.Also, their lobby has a whiteboard with some of their standard prices for various tests and I wish more places posted that so people know what kind of bill they can expect.

Everyone there was really nice, and courteous. And I was in and out in 20 minutes. From when I walk in, to when I walked out! I highly recommend them.

I prefer to go to the clinic the nurse practitioners are so focused on your concerns & take time with you. I have gone to the Schererville location several times because my primary doctor is over booked with patients. They ordered my medication and pharmacy had in ready before I got home. Everyone at this location is very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the remodeling!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor was great with her explanation and her assistant was awesome at her task. I can’t forget to mention that the receptionist was very sweet and the intake assistant was great also. Sorry for not remembering your names. I was very pleased.

I went in without an appointment for treatment of a Stye on my left eye. There were about 4-5 people ahead of me. I was seen in minimal time, and the PA, was courteous, fast and professional!

Very clean, process of checking in and being registered was simple. Staff was polite and professional. I seen Bianca and she made me extremely comfortable within my visit which is very important to me going in to a doctors office. 10/10 recommend for urgent needs and more ❤️

First time at this clinic. I took my daughter who was complaining of an earache. I was very impressed. Only waited about 10 minutes. The front desk staff was great as was the NP who saw my daughter. She was very good with her. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable about what was going on. This will definitely be my go to clinic.

Ive always had great service at this location. Took my toddler yesterday for the first time and she is not fond of doctor visits. Nurse Toya was a gem in helping her somewhat calm down with stickers and toys, my daughter only let her get close lol. She was also helpful in getting her height and weight because my daughter simply refused to step on the scale. Great service.

During such a crazy time in this world everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctors and everyone in between make you feel so confident and comfortable. They are so sweet and friendly. They are so positive! I know the word “express” is in their name but sometimes that it’s going how the cookie crumbles especially when it comes to our health, however each time I have been there they were extremely quick! Thank you to our health care workers for continuing to be hero’s through this craziness!Best clinic in the area by far!!!

It crept up on me. I’m just driving along, minding my own business, when suddenly I am notified that my physical is due. As a truck driver, the absence of the medical examiner’s certificate can suspend my license. I had to act fast. I found a clinic open on a Sunday with someone on staff certified to give such a physical. I was over-joyed. The visit was as painless as possible and every staff person was pleasantly and kind. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you to all the kind staff members that I met on Sunday, July 31, 2022. You ladies rock!!

Love love love this clinic! Very nice and friendly very reassuring and comforting. Answers all your questions and goes over all directives given. I love how thorough they are. I love the fact that they do follow ups and I love that they themselves care about how much time you sit and wait to be seen! I’ve NEVER waited for longer than 10 minutes! I’d rather take my loved ones there than to a regular drs office because they never turn us away no matter what the reason for our need for a visit. They’ve even called a loved one of mine after hours who was going there for care to check on him to see if he was improving after receiving treatment. GREAT GREAT place!

Visited Midwest Express Clinic in Schererville for the 2nd time this week. Our family has used them quite a few times. The office and rooms are clean, the wait is short and their care is awesome!!! I would highly recommend anyone who needs immediate care to visit them !!

When they say Express they mean it. Even when its crowded I have never waited more than ten minutes. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The nurses and doctors are very thorough and last night took my blood pressure again because the bottom number seemed off. My arms are really skinny so they had to use the childs cuff. I appreciate the attention to details that they pay. Bonus points for how well the exit signs are placed as well as the restrooms. Theres no way you can get lost. I LOVE this place!

It was our first time to the Midwest Express Clinic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My 1yr son and I were seen by the NP. Her gentle and caring manner was apparent the moment she walked into the exam room. We didnt feel rushed and she gave us the attention we needed. Overall, the experience was positive, everyone from the receptionist to MA to the NP went above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

Exceptional service and etiquette. Staff was extremely professional along with being attentive towards the challenges I had with my back. Dr. Taryn Petty listened wholeheartedly and recommended sound solutions to help get my back up to par. This is not a place where youll walk in and encounter unprofessional staff with attitudes or no regard for their duties to serve. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. They make you feel comfortable and significant. Furthermore, they provide prompt service so you wont find yourself being constrained from getting on with your daily agenda. If you want QUALITY and COMFORT, youll want to consider this clinic.

Wife and I went in for testing Mothers Day. We were in and out in less than hour with test results and everything. (Scheriville Indiana) We both love this place better than going to our original doctors office. You dont need appointment, and you always get the best service with a doctor that answers all of your questions for you. There staff deserves 10 stars!!!

First time I came was to get a school physical for my daughter. The was virtually no wait time and everything went smooth. So well in fact that I returned a week later with my wife for our wellness exams for work. Again, no wait time and the doctors and nurses were polite and professional. I also appreciate they are open til 9 and also on Sundays. Great experiences coming here so far.

I thought I was going to be in for a long wait. Lots of people inside. I was pleasantly surprised. I was in the back in no time at all. The staff was efficient, friendly & caring. The nurse practitioner was great. No problems for me. I got my antibiotics. It was ready in less than one hour for pickup. Unheard of in my neck of the woods. This was so great I wish I had access to them in Texas. I would go there permanently. These people are caring & I only wish they werent only in Indiana. They should be a role model for all the other health care providers in the country.

Everything about my visit was great...super fast getting checked in, the nurse who took my vitals and EKG was ABSOLUTELY amazing and kind, the doctor on staff was knowledgeable. My only complaint was the insanely cold, rude receptionist. She was bad mouthing a patient, loudly to another employee saying the patient wanted her negative urine sample to be sent out to labs for review. This continued, and was no different than when I checked out and asked a question she treated me like an idiot. Overall, Ill be back-just hoping to not have to deal with her :)

Took my husband here for breathing issues. They were just as thorough with him as they were for me when I came here for different issues. I love how they dont send you to other places for extra tests and just do it at the office. That stuff is time consuming for us working class people! - Staff is laid back. Highly recommend.Update, they are still fantastic and caring staff. I still come here if my GP isn’t around (he’s hard to get into most times.) Thanks!

I went in for a physical examination before a procedure and everyone was extremely polite. Tee D did an AMAZING job at drawing my blood (I didnt feel a thing!!)!! I love the location and the staff is always so caring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been to the Schererville location about three times and my experience has always exceeded my expectations. The staff and doctors are very thorough and take their time to listen to your medical concern. It’s also very clean too! I have not had one bad experience. I would highly recommend this facility!

I was really not feeling well, when I arrived just an hour before closing, and had issues gathering my insurance info as my cards had not come in the mail yet. Easy to see from the main street. Waiting room, patient rooms are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have been here a total of 5 time for my son. Twice to figure out what was going on the other three were to follow up. He ended up being diagnosed with a respiratory infection both times. As I was told, unfortunately children can get them back to back and so many in a single yr. Both Dr. Hawkins and Dr. H. Gutierrez helped to relieve his symptoms and get him better. Very grateful for the professionalism and care. I know my son is in good hands coming here.

This clinic is fantastic & very clean! The wait time was not long at all considering I was a walk-in patient. The staff were all very friendly & attentive. The nurse practitioner took time to discuss my current situation including symptoms & concerns, complete my exam, & discuss treatment options. I do not generally share that I am a registered nurse & have been working in the healthcare industry for 10+ years. I want to experience how the general public is treated by staff & not be treated differently simply because I am a RN. Thank you for a great visit! Highly recommend this clinic.

Daughter needed physical for sport. I forgot my physical form and thought I was going to have to go back and get it but luckily they were able to have me email and print it out for me which was nice. Everyone was super nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. We were in and out and was so easy and stress free..

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. No wait both times for my kids (with their online waiting list), empathic staff and EXCELLENT with kids, as well as PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL NP’s that put the patient in the center of everything they do. We had an amazing experience both times. We will definitely be back when needed!

I came here with terrible stomach pain and the doctor gave me an X-Ray, antibiotics and told me to go home and rest. Two and a half days later my appendix ruptured and I nearly died. The doctor should have given me a MRI or sent me somewhere to get an MRI if they did not have one available. I would stay far away from this place if you or your loved one is in pain.

Revised review...Easy experience. Can check in online. Staff and doctors are friendly and cared for me well. Unfortunately, still have not received results from a test on June 28. So, while the initial process was good, follow through is not good. I ended up getting the same test from my primary care doctor in the meantime and it took 2 days to get results back.

Dr dexter was very helpful and bed side manner superb all of staff was good, but there is not good communication amongst them concerning attempted calls for prescriptions. They were all very friendly

After being exposed to COVID (in my home) I wanted a test to see if I was positive. Even though I am vaccinated I felt the need to be tested quickly as to not take any chance of spread. Let me tell you- it is not easy getting a same day rapid response test in our area. I called multiple places - and was so happy how the on line process was so easy. Great care in the office and came out less than 1 hour start (call) to finish (results) highly recommend

Excellent quick service!! In and out with diagnosis and prescription in 30 mins..went to a competitor the week prior and it took 2.5hrs and u eventually left without being seen. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Jasmine was very thorough and helpful in her explanations..

The staff here is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the provider Ms. Davis treated us like we were family. I am so grateful for what they do day in and day out especially during this pandemic. They is truly a group of angels working here.

Initially I was incredibly happy and impressed with this clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and compassionate and I was able to get in very quickly on a Saturday evening. It was honestly the best “urgent care” experience I’ve ever had.However, when I was being prescribed an antibiotic I made it a point to say that I was currently breastfeeding my 8 week old daughter. The doctor said the antibiotic she was prescribing was safe for breastfeeding.After starting the meds I felt that I should check with my OBGYN to make sure the pills were safe to take while breastfeeding to which she told me they were not and was able to prescribe me something else. This is obviously a big deal since it involves the health of my infant.Again, I really liked the staff at this clinic but they just need to be more thorough in situations like this. I’m glad I double checked this with a doctor I know and trust before it became an issue.

As a person who does not have a primary doctor, I utilized Midwest Express Clinic because they were available to offer me same day service. I remembered how great I was treated at an MEClinic earlier in the year, so returning to one was an easy decision. During my recent visit the staff was pleasant, efficient and quick. When I told the doctor it was my first time having the test, he took his time to explain the procedure. I appreciated that.

I walked in with an eye injury. Fast service. RX’s called in. All very organized. The PA showed me the pictures o f what I did and told me it not better in 48 hours to go to an eye specialist.

Docs are very thorough and knowledgeable, they take their time and seem to genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office/rooms are always clean, and Ive never waited more than 20 mins to be called back. I prefer being seen here than at a general doctors office.

Our provider was awesome!! She did a routine check-up & found that my son had an ear infection. We were there for COVID tests, which came back negative. She could have stopped there & sent us on our way but the check-up she provided was helpful & informative!!

My provider Keona Davis was wonderful! She spent additional time with me answering all of my questions after my exam was complete. The support staff was very caring and friendly. I would definitely return, if needed.

I had a great experienced. I did a bunch of sign/registration stuff online , completed everything in office. It was pretty empty and I was seen fairly quickly. I saw the nurse who took my vitals and symptoms, then I saw the doctor who took the assessment of my condition, took a chest X-ray, it was all good. I was diagnosed with pneumonia possible false/positive covid from a drive up place I went to. I don’t have insurance and they gave me prices that were somewhat accurate. My initial visit was $100 , then after X-ray and a b12 shot it was another $195 so $295 total. My medicines were like $60 so for someone who is without insurance this was a great price for me as I only go to the doctor when I’m desperate and really really sick. I was very pleased with my visit and even went to a follow up 6 days later. The follow up was only $25 . It was great,

(Like most facilities seem to be now a days) Seems like a small town provider. Really like that you can wait outside in your vehicle and they will call you when your turn. I came to test for COVID. I did test positive I asked for advise to alleviate symptoms and received excellent advice. Then I experienced a fainting spell. I got overheated. I was given water and concerned care until I recovered from the spell. Didnt let me leave until they were sure I was doing okay. Even called to check on me later in the day. Thanks for the kind care !!!

Facility is clean. Receptionist was very nice. She was definitely swamped, but never made us feel like we were bothering her. The MA taking vitals was friendly and kind. The NP was really nice as well. She took really great care of us!

In the Schrerville they are so sweet! They were so helpful and attentive. They even made sure my kids were comfortable while I was getting checked out.

Went for a DOT medical card, had a little paperwork to do but was on the examination table within 15 minutes with no appointment, just checked in online and Dr. Scalchas was very complete and did a great job checking everything out that I needed!! Was very polite and answered all my questions concerning my health. Will definitely b going back for my next exam and would recommend it to any driver needing a DOT physical!!

This is by far the BEST urgent care I have ever been to! And with my 7 year old, I have been to a few over the years. They got him in a room so quickly, and the doctor was wonderful!!! She was attentive and very friendly. I will recommend this urgent care to everyone! Thank you.

I went to have a Covid test after being exposed to a positive patient. I registered online a day before my appointment. When I arrived at the clinic I called to check-in, I only waited in my car for 15 minutes before they called me in. The process was quit, it took all of 30 minutes of my arrival time and I was done. The test was painless and the staff was nice.
