I was well taken care of here! They were more than willing to help me make my appointment after having issues with traffic and the staff are so welcoming and caring. You can definitely tell they love their job and are there to support you and your health. I would highly recommend this clinic.

If it were a viable option, i would honestly rather take my wife to the VA. that statement alone should tell you everything you need to know. expect to be double booked, expect to wait a minimum of an hour and a half past your appt time even if youre 20 mins early, and expect to see tweakers meandering through their parking lot. yet another example of why and how fayette county and wv on the whole are seeing its people move out of state to seek happiness and peace of mind elsewhere in more civil, prompt, and courteous environments.

I have been with the New River health system for years. I have always been treated with respect and my experience with the Whipple office was absolutely perfect. 💯
