I had an absolutely amazing acupuncture session with Lauren! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The space is beautifully clean, tidy, and designed to be truly relaxing. Being in the room with others receiving treatment added to the overall experience and sense of community. Laurens energy is incredibly calming, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for and supported throughout the session. I also really appreciate how affordable the treatments are, making wellness accessible. Highly recommend!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding service that Lauren and Jake provide at their cozy, clean, and welcoming clinic! They are obviously very skillful and technical in their treatments, while also offering a bed-side manner that reminds me of high-end hospitality experiences. They truly made me feel like Im family to them, with the level of care they bestowed upon me - from intake to treatment, I felt heard and supported. Lauren told me about some exciting new projects they are working on and I am SO excited to go back to receive a micro-needling treatment, in addition to my regular acupuncture. From the moment I walk in to when I leave, I feel relaxed.Originally went to help with a flare up of migraines. It not only helped with my migraines, but helped me relax overall. I would honestly go once a week as a pampering, decompression treat.Lauren listens and is patient with all my questions.I’ve been telling everyone I know to go!

I initially sought out acupuncture for pretty severe IT band pain and tightness. Ive been seeing Lauren, who has really helped with this issue. That area feels SO much better than before. The tightness has been reduced to almost nothing and now regular maintenance helps it. I also deal with pretty bad tension headaches, and one day I had a lingering one after taking medicine, but an acupuncture visit helped it go away and I felt so much better afterwards. Lauren is very thorough, professional, caring, and will listen to your needs. I had never tried acupuncture prior to this but I am so impressed with it and this practice! Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Saratoga Springs Community Acupuncture. Coming from a private acupuncture experience, I was nervous, but the community aspect has been wonderful. It honestly feels the same and the environment is very relaxing...I have even fallen asleep multiple times. Lauren has helped me recover from chronic Lyme, as well as support my anxiety. After two sessions, I was already noticing a difference. Plus the affordability makes it more accessible to me & I am able to go when I actually need treatment.

This is the best Acupuncture Clinic! I have a few issues for which Ive only received very limited help from western medicine. After only a few visits, I am seeing definite improvements! Lauren is very caring, knowledgeable, and exceptionally intuitive. Their pricing is quite reasonable, and the clinic energy is very positive. Dont look any further!

I started seeing Lauren a few months ago for menstruation irregularities. Within 2 sessions I began to notice changes. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and overall amazing at what she does!! She takes the time to do a thorough intake, and each week when I came back she’d do another thorough check in before needling me. She communicates well, educated me on what she was doing, and always made sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!! Everyone needs a little Lauren in their lives ☺️

I have had both private and community sessions of acupuncture. The wonderful aspect of a private session is the one-on-one time you get with your practitioner going in depth on your health history. If it goes well then you feel VERY SEEN in this modality compared to the common experience of western medicine. The beneficial component of a community session is the affordability and therefore accessibility to continued healing and understanding of ones body.My new patient intake and first session at SSCA was a complete marriage of the two. I felt thoroughly listened to as a human and thoroughly evaluated as a patient, all at an affordable rate. It instinctively feels like working to achieve and maintain this kind of care for their community is what Lauren and Jake are all about.I am so grateful to have a space like this in Saratoga. Will be coming in for care as long as their doors are open. Dont sleep on this spot!
